Buck & Rose was created in 2018 by Owner and Lead Planner, Meghan Buck. After being a bride herself and going through a stressful wedding planning process, Meghan felt a need to help others truly enjoy the wedding planning process and more importantly to allow them to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. With a background in project management and extensive former career in leadership, Meghan decided to put her energy into starting her own wedding planning and design business which is where Buck & Rose was born. Meghan's clients love working with her and not only do they feel stress free and at ease during their planning process, but they are also thankful to have a true friend on their side to make sure they feel completely comfortable during this special time in their lives.

Meghan was incredible from the moment we met for a consultation on Wedding Management. Meghan was (and is!) personable, professional, and well connected in the industry. When we talked through all of our details in our final planning meeting, she was so thorough - pointing out details that we missed - to ensure everything flowed well and matched our vision for our day. During our walkthrough, she texted our photographer to figure out in that moment where the photo-booth would be (talk about well connected!). We felt completely taken care of at that moment going forward. There was no moment during our day that we worried about the details or pieces coming together, because of Buck & Rose. Reflecting back on our wedding day, there's nothing we would have changed, including hiring Meghan for our Wedding Management.
I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Meghan! We used Buck & Rose for their Wedding Management Services and if you’re on the fence about needing support to manage your wedding day - do it!! Meghan’s services were MORE than worth it! The Wedding Management package offers so much more than “day-of” coordination - Meghan was available to help with questions through our entire planning process and stepped in in the last 2 months of planning to assist with finalizing details, timeline, vendor communications, etc.
Meghan is so much more than a planner or coordinator. Not only is she timely, professional, organized, and excellent at her profession, she is also human, supportive, genuine, and understanding. I hired a wedding coordinator but gained a friend, and my husband and I couldn’t recommend her enough to future couples considering planning or management services for their wedding!!
I cannot say enough good things about working with Buck and Rose! I was so impressed with Meghan when I first met with her and knew her energy would completely match with mine (organized and type A but calm! 😊). She was an incredible resource and guide leading up to the wedding, helping us iron out all of the day of details and coordinating with all of our vendors. This was such a weight off our shoulders and made the planning process much easier. On the day of, Meghan made sure the entire day ran smoothly and kept everyone on schedule. They also helped bring our vision to life, setting up tons of candles and decor and moving our ceremony flowers to the reception room, which made the entire space feel bright and springy – it was perfect. This allowed us to just enjoy every second of the day and not worry about the timeline, which was such a gift. Thank you, Meghan for everything!
The Buck & Rose team (Meghan and Kim) were incredible! We booked their wedding management service. Their communication and organization leading up to the wedding made us feel so supported and eased a lot of our nerves. Buck & Rose completely killed it at making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. It was the best day!! Kimberly was efficient, organized, kind and really kept the whole day running. The team got us everything we wanted and made sure we (the bride & groom) were hydrated, always had champagne, fed, and were able to dance the night away without any worries. Would recommend to everyone and anyone!

Meghan from Buck and Rose was such a great wedding planner! Her checklist, vendor recommendations, and advice helped us stay focused, on track, and sane throughout the planning process. All of her recommendations were great, and felt personalized to our needs, priorities, and budget. Her work helped set the stage for a great wedding. On the wedding day itself, our day-of-coordinator Kaitlin did a fantastic job ensuring everything went smoothly, making sure everyone (wedding party, vendors, guests) were on the same page. We felt well taken care of, from start to finish, and had an amazing wedding thanks to their help. Highly recommend the Buck and Rose team!
TLDR; Hiring Meghan for complete wedding planning was the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process.
We were actually not in the market for a full-on wedding planner, just a day-of coordinator. However, after meeting Meghan to discuss her different packages we knew wanted to work more closely with her. Meghan completely understood the vision from the beginning. Her first draft design board was everything (we even rented the exact cups she put on there, and my wedding dress actually was very similar to the dress she put on there). She took care of everything. I mean anything we needed. We knew next to nothing about the wedding industry, and she just took care of everything and explained it to us along the way.
On wedding day, Meghan was a BOSS. She took care of everything, barely needed to ask me anything. She was running around working her booty off, and it did not go unnoticed. She navigated the family dynamics with ease, was not afraid to command attention when needed. She advocated for us in every way possible.
On top of all of this - Meghan is just such a wonderful person to be around!! She was so fun to meet up with. I looked forward to our planning meetings, and loved getting to know her during these meetings. She is just so kind, strong, and lovely as a human being overall. 100000000/10 recommend Meghan/Buck & Rose.
I cannot say enough good things about Buck and Rose. We worked with Meghan for about a year and a half leading up to the wedding, and she guided us and kept us on track every step of the way. We also really valued having Kaitlin as our day of coordinator. She kept us on schedule, helped guests and the bridal party find where they needed to be, and was great at checking in with my husband and I to make sure things were going well. We had several guests comment that it was one of the smoothest weddings they had been to! Both Meghan and Kaitlin were professional, organized, and thorough. Because of them, my husband and I were able to enjoy our special day to the fullest. I am so glad that we went with Buck and Rose as our wedding planner, and I know you will be, too!

Throughout the year and a half planning process Meghan was with me every step of the way. Always super attentive when I had questions, accommodating for our zoom calls and provided ideas and suggestions I would have never come up with.
Meghan is beyond personable, was my support throughout hiring other vendors and even went above and beyond and helped me with suggestions on events around the wedding. She is amazing at what she does and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and Meghan is the main reason for that. She coordinated all of the vendors with such grace and I had zero anxiety because I knew Meghan had it all handled. Meghan is a complete expert at what she does and I knew that if I asked her something she would give me a genuine response and having that kind of trust on such a big day is crucial. There are some decisions that need to be made quickly and I trusted Meghan to bounce ideas off of her and she supported me by providing helpful advice to assist me in making these decisions.
If you haven’t picked a wedding planner yet you better hurry up because Meghan is the best and obvious choice for your wedding. Thank you Meghan for being such an amazing human, talented wedding planner and more importantly someone I now call my friend.
Meghan was so easy to work with from start to finish. She is on top of every email, and so quick to reply to any question. Everything went so smoothly on our day. We would highly recommend Buck & Rose!
Originally I had hired a day of coordinator that my venue offered. Getting closer to the wedding and after planning for 2 years I knew I wanted someone who who align with my vision on a more personal level. I love control but knew if I wanted to truly be present on my wedding day I needed to turn the reigns over to the professionals. Meghan was amazing to say the least. Everything I wanted my day to be, it was. My vision and planning came to life while I was enjoying time in the bridal suite with my friends and family. From coming to the rehearsal, to picking up all the decorations to being there on wedding day- I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive team of people who were in it to win it. I can say enough good things and that it was the best decision I made. Thank you for everything into the late evening while snacking on hot dogs from the food truck to taking a part floral displays. I appreciate Buck and Rose more than they know!!!
My husband and I were so on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but after a few months of going crazy around planning details, we decided to start looking around. I came across Buck & Rose via Instagram and decided to move forward with the 'partial planning' package.
This was probably the best vendor decision I made throughout the planning process. Meghan made the 7 months leading up to our wedding infinitely less stressful, helped us make other vendor + design decisions, and really stepped in with the tasks we found difficult. Not to mention she and her team made our day stress free and BEAUTIFUL. Knowing I could enjoy my morning and get ready with my girls instead of worrying about truthfully any of the details helped both my husband and I fully enjoy our day.
If you are like me and are on the fence, I'm telling you - this is 110% worth it and Meghan is the best!! THANK YOU, Meghan!!
Any bride who is thinking about hiring a day of coordinator should definitely do so, and they should 100% hire Buck and Rose! My husband and I honestly couldn't have had a smoother day and planning experience without Meghan and her wonderful team. Where do I even begin? If I could give buck & rose 100 stars I would. Like most weddings, we had a few hiccups, but as a bride I barely stressed about them thanks to Meghan and her team. I was able to enjoy my wedding day with total peace of mind that everything was being taken care of and all I had to do was enjoy the day. Meghan and her team were our fiercest advocates when we had some issues with our venue and they jumped right into action adjusting timelines, coming up with plans and managing the event flawlessly. Our day was perfect because of buck & rose! From the moment we started working with Meghan, she was so friendly, knowledgable and communicative. Leading up to my wedding, and the entire wedding weekend, I knew we were in the best hands. They brought my entire wedding vision to life in the reception room, managed guests and all our decor, coordinated with our venue (which was a challenge) and so much more. If you are a bride, you need to book Meghan - for all her wedding-planning extraordinary skills, but also because she is sweetest and kindest person who you want on your team on you wedding day!

Meghan was fantastic to work with. She guided us through all of the questions we needed to ask of our other vendors, provided advice on decisions that needed to be made, and was a great sounding board while we navigated a less-than-desirable experience with the vendor who handled our venue and catering affairs. I don't know if there are enough words to describe how wonderful it was to work with Meghan from Buck and Rose. We hired Buck and Rose for Wedding Planning and Day of Coordination early 2020, right before the pandemic. As the pandemic progressed and we realized how much of an impact it was going to have on our event, we relied more and more on Meghan for support. She was nothing but professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable for the entire year and a half we ended up working with her. We trusted Meghan and her guidance through the whole process, we would have been lost with out her.
I was able to be completely hands off the day of our event knowing Meghan and her Team were on top of everything. Meghan knew us and exactly what we wanted for our day. I really had no idea what was going on in the background, which is exactly what I wanted.

From our initial phone call to the big day, Meghan was beyond helpful with the planning process. As a bride who was the first of any close friends and family to get married, I was completely overwhelmed by the planning process. After booking Meghan I felt instantly calm and knew I had made the right decision. Every meeting with her felt like I was chatting with a friend who wanted to make sure our big day was coming to life just the way we wanted it to. She was able to give vendor recommendations and help us look over vendor contracts to make sure we were understanding everything correctly. As the big day got closer she was so helpful at helping us fine tune our wedding timeline and made sure no small detail of the day was missed. On our big day Meghan and her assistant Kimberly ensured that everything went on flawlessly. I am truly so grateful to have been able to work with Meghan to plan our wedding this year! We first started talking over a year ago, and even before the real detailed planning begins, Meghan sends out emails and updates of things to be thinking about and planning for as the wedding day approaches. She helped create a detailed timeline of our day, and helped pull off our vision for the wedding. It was an absolutely beautiful and seamless day! As an event marketer, I knew I needed someone as organized and as detailed oriented as me to handle things on my wedding day. I never had a worry after I hired Meghan! All anxiety the day of the wedding - gone. I knew she had the setup handled and was just an amazing support system. She’s such a calming presence, has an amazing eye for detail and makes your wedding day all about YOU! I can explain enough how much I’d encourage people to hire her. Let’s hope I never get married again but if I do I know who I’m calling, haha!
Meghan is not only an awesome person, but a fantastic wedding planner. She is so kind and easy to talk to, but very professional at the same time. I was lucky enough to meet Meghan while shopping for my wedding dress in Jan. 2020. I expressed to Meghan how my biggest worry (pre-covid) was how all the little details would come together on my wedding day. My fiancé and I decided to book her to help us with event design and day-of coordination only at our church, as our venue came with a day-of coordinator. Meghan was extremely helpful in guiding us with the little details and making sure we were always on track with our timeline and wedding tasks. Once we realized covid would be affecting our wedding, Meghan was a great resource to talk through how our day might look differently and what our options would be if we decided to postpone our wedding. We eventually decided to move forward with our wedding, cutting down our expected guest count from 300 to 100 people and are so glad that we did. Meghan gave me vendor recommendations throughout the planning process and was consistently checking in with us. She is hands down the most responsive vendor that we had for our wedding and this was so appreciated especially in the midst of so many unknowns with covid. The one aspect of working with Meghan that really stands out occurred one month before our wedding when our florist said she was no longer comfortable setting up our flowers or centerpieces on our wedding day due to covid. This was a huge letdown as I had really banked on her bringing our vision to life with our decorations. Because of this, I asked Meghan if she would be willing to take on this job and she quickly eased my worries and agreed to do so. Her flexibility was so appreciated. I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and she executed it to perfection. It helped so much having our design meetings together because she truly understood what my vision was for our wedding.
If you are questioning aspects of the planning process and whether or not you need help, save yourself the time and book Meghan. She is one-of-a-kind and will absolutely make the wedding planning process significantly easier. Thank you, Meghan!
Meghan is exactly who you need to help you plan your wedding! Don’t even think twice about it. We hired her roughly 1 month before our COVID wedding and she was a blessing! During that 1 month she helped us change from Plan A-to plan B-back to a modified Plan A... needless to say she was by our side every step of the way to handle all the details. Our wedding wouldn’t have happened without her help! Meghan has great insight & doesn’t hesitate to offer recommendations- she is knowledgable & has a lot of expertise. She was also completely professional when it came to COVID-19 precautions- she was well informed with state laws and rules in regards to weddings and events. She is the total package- don’t hesitate.
P.S my sister also used her for her wedding and she is above & beyond. We forgot some votives & Meghan was just a blessing and ran out to the store-day of wedding- to put out fires to make the day perfect. 100% recommend.
Meghan Buck is AMAZING. We had to reschedule our wedding date twice but Meghan helped us every step of the way, especially when navigating all of our different vendors and our venue. If I had a question (and I had a lot of questions) she would go out of her way to help me find the answer. PLUS her vendor discounts were an added bonus. If you're going to have a wedding planner, why not book the best of the best and book Meghan. She's a life saver.
I don’t know where to start on explaining how important Meghan was in the success of our wedding day. I’ll start from the beginning! Meghan is one of those people that radiates with happiness and joy. After meeting Meghan for the first time she made me feel like I’ve known her my whole life! This is the kind of energy you want to surround yourself with on your wedding day!
Meghan was AMAZING during the planning process. We were thrown a curve ball with Covid-19, and I’m not kidding when I say Meghan helped me plan out every detail for 3 different weddings. Plan A and Plan B didn’t work out – but every detail was planned out with Meghan’s help for all 3 weddings! Meghan has a precise eye for detail and will not let you miss anything during planning process.
Me and Tyler’s wedding day would not have happened without Meghan’s help. What we originally booked Meghan for changed dramatically by the time we executed our “Plan C”. Meghan exceeded all expectations and took on tasks that typically a planner would not do – all with a smile and calm energy on the day of the wedding. What more could you possibly be looking for in a wedding planner?! Meghan has a gift and she is so wonderful at what she does.

I simply cannot express my gratitude towards Meghan. She is the most incredible person and will truly go above and beyond to make sure that your day is perfect. I know that sounds cliche, but let me give you a more detailed rundown of how she helped us with our wedding!
From the beginning of our relationship with Meghan, she was quick to provide us with information and ideas as well as answer any questions that we had. There is nothing that she can't do. Honestly, we thought we would stump her with a few things but were happily proven wrong!
The months leading up to the wedding were filled with long disorganized emails from me but Meghan answered them all SO quickly. She often had solutions to potential issues I had not even thought of yet. There were so many instances where my now husband and I looked at each other knowing that Meghan had thought of something that was completely necessary but hadn't crossed our minds. She was so ahead of the game from all aspects of our day and was astonishingly flexible (literally we were making adjustments the day of).
The weekend of our wedding included many unforeseen circumstances to which Meghan handled like a champ. She was so organized and knew exactly what needed to be done to make sure that everything was perfect. She even went out of her way and was at Trader Joe's buying last minute greenery and flowers for me due to a florist issue. Like, who does that?!! I distinctly remember talking to Meghan the morning of my wedding practically in tears over things out of my control but she calmly took charge and honestly made our wedding better than we ever could have imagined.
Meghan is the sweetest person to know as well as work with. She will tell you what needs to happen and when, without being a drill sergeant (this was important to us). She is truthfully so fantastic at her job and I honestly couldn't have imagined our day going so smoothly with anybody else. If you get the opportunity to work with Meghan, DO IT! You will not regret it.
We made two excellent top notch decisions during our wedding planning process. 1) Deciding to get married and 2) Hiring Meghan as our day-of coordinator. And not necessarily in that order! (Don't tell my husband :P)
If you're trying to decide on whether or not to hire Meghan stop reading this review right this second and do it! Ok so you're still reading...well fine I can offer some supporting information. I'm a pretty organized person, but at last, I'm not superhuman. At some point we realized we weren't going to be able to manage everything day of AND enjoy the actual wedding. We decided to hire Meghan and fun fact - she is actually superhuman. Right away she did things like recommend other vendors to us and ask us questions we would have never even known to think about. Our final details meeting was so helpful because Meghan made sure we had thought through everything. And the actual day of our wedding was wonderful and perfect because we didn't have to do any managing. Meghan handled everything beautifully from set up to clean up. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are that we got to work with her. Hire her if you want to enjoy your day!! (That sounds threatening but I mean it - Meghan is amazingly organized and connected and thoughtful and awesome!!)
Meghan was AMAZING to work with. We were planning our wedding long distance, and she made us feel so calm through the process. She was very communicative, efficient, kind, and executed our vision perfectly. We did not have to focus on a thing on our wedding day except each other. To us, that was priceless. Meghan has everything under control and taken care of. If something went wrong, I had no idea, because Meghan was so on top of everything. I frequently told people I wish I could hire her to run my whole life. We absolutely cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for the best day of coordinator or planner. She’s worth every penny and more.
A lifesaver! My sister had issues with her wedding dress and Buck & Rose went above and beyond to get a solution and decrease the stress by mom and sister were having before hiring Buck & Rose. I would recommend Buck & Rose to anyone!
We can't say enough great things about Buck & Rose! We were not planning on having a day-of coordinator until about 2/3 of the way through the wedding planning process, and we are SO glad that we changed our minds and chose to work with Buck & Rose. Meghan is so professional, passionate, detail-oriented, she takes initiative, and on top of that she is one of the kindest people ever. We worked with Meghan for day-of coordination, but I know she was working with all of our vendors to make sure everything was taken care of weeks in advance. We did not have a super traditional wedding reception, and Meghan made sure that everything went well from our ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the cocktail reception, and the tear-down. Our wedding day was so much smoother and SO much more enjoyable because of her. Buck & Rose is amazing! I hired them a couple months before my wedding as a partial wedding planner and they have been nothing but outstanding! I had a hard time coming to terms with hiring a wedding planner and now I wish I would have hired them sooner!!! They go above and beyond for their clients. They have taken so much stress and worry away from me when it comes to making my wedding a reality. They truly care about their clients and making their dreams come true! I don't think I could have planned my wedding without them!!!
We hired Meghan as our day of wedding coordinator. Meghan is SO organized, responsive, and made sure everything went off without a problem!!! She had some great tools to ensure she knew how we wanted everything set up and done, and she even built us a day of timeline! At the wedding, she came up to us only when it was required (such as asking us if we wanted to delay our ceremony by a few minutes to allow more people to arrive—we had some people get lost!), but then she handled everything else that she felt she could do on her own that didn’t require asking us. We were SO busy all day so it was an absolute lifesaver to have someone there helping out behind the scenes!!! Meghan is so passionate with what she does! I would definitely recommend her to others!!!
Meghan is awesome! I don’t know where to begin. She’s so sweet and caring. My fiancé and I cannot wait to have her assist us in the most important day of our lives. I was really nervous selecting a wedding planner because I not only wanted to have someone who knows what they’re doing BUT to have fun during the planning and feel so comfortable with her! I don’t feel judged or “being a picky bride” talking about our wants, needs, budget, and funky style with her. Our wedding day is going to be perfect because of her. Thank you SO much.
I am so beyond lucky to have Meghan, the senior planner with Buck & Rose coordinating and executing my wedding! Meghan is so knowledgeable about weddings, she has guided me every step of the way.
