Bumble Burgh was hands down the best choice for us when it came to planning our elopement in Santorini. Before I had Karlie I was completely overwhelmed with the idea of trying to plan anything especially because our lives can get very busy and stressful. I also had no knowledge of how the process would go. As soon as we began working with her I knew she was more than capable and super hard working. She planned every aspect of our day to perfection, was always receptive to any requests or ideas, helped is stay within budget, had the knowledge and vendor connections necessary to execute plans flawlessly, and was a joy to work with on all accounts. It felt more like communicating with a good friend and made it easy to put our trust in their decisions and process. It was great having her with us on our journey and all the vendors and experiences she chose for us were beyond accommodating and made us feel comfortable and able to enjoy Greece even without our families present. It made our experience planning our day so much less stressful and I can't thank her and her team enough. I secretly wish I could get married twice because it was such a pleasant journey. From the smallest details all the way until the day of I felt taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional wedding or elopement planning services.
Karlie, Maggie, and the entire team at Bumbleburgh executed what was described by our guests as the best and most fun wedding they’ve ever attended. We started working with the team 12 months prior to our wedding and it was clear from the initial call we had with Maggie that we clicked with this group. We had already chosen our venue at Hotel Monaco, and a few other vendors so initially we hired Bumbleburgh for partial services. We then started working with Karlie with whom we worked with most throughout the process. She listened to our needs and we had some specific asks regarding design and aesthetic. It’s safe to say as a couple we had some different things in mind, but they really did a fantastic job molding our ideas together to create a beautiful design. As the process continued, it was clear the original work we contracted wasn’t enough for our busy schedules and we engaged the team to take on fully planning and implementation late in the game. They didn’t miss a beat. A comprehensive plan was immediately implemented and it was the best decision we made to ensure the day was well executed. We did run into an issue with one of our vendors, and both Maggie and Karlie held them to account to the contracted work. When we finally made it to the wedding day, we were able to enjoy every second of the moment and there was nothing to worry about. Maggie and her team onsite ensured everything ran smoothly and there was zero stress. We can’t thank the team enough for everything throughout the process and would recommend without a doubt.
We are so happy we chose Bumble Burgh for our wedding. Our wedding at the Energy Innovation Center had so many moving parts and it was a seamless event because of Maggie and the Bumble Burgh team. On behalf of my husband, family, and guests that attended our wedding, we can truly say that Bumble Burgh is the BEST of the BEST. I knew that we would need a wedding planner to plan our wedding at Omni Bedford Springs this past December. I knew immediately that the ladies at Bumble Burgh were the ones to make my wedding dreams come true even before I had my first call with Maggie. I just had a feeling- and I am so glad I trusted that feeling.
I had a vision of how I wanted our wedding to be- subtle holiday, classic, warm, and elegant. Maggie and Francesca took my vision and made it into something I could have NEVER imagined. They took all the pieces of us, and put it into our wedding down to every detail from the wedding arch, to the McCarthy tartan, to the cocktail napkins. I was absolutely blown away by the Design Presentation created for us, and had butterflies everyday leading up to our wedding because I could not wait to see our wedding designs come to life.
The actual wedding day was a dream. I was calm (which is rare for me!) and didn't have to think about a thing. I knew Maggie and her team had it all together. I will never forget the moment we had our first look at our reception venue before the guests entered. It was like we were standing in a room specifically designed for us as a couple down to EVERY detail.

The planning process was so stress free and fun allowing us and all our guests to have the absolute best time during our wedding weekend. Frankie’s design was incredibly creative and included so many personal details that reflected our personality perfectly.

We started working with Karlie pre-pandemic, and she was with us through every twist and turn after Covid broke out. We ended up having to postpone the wedding twice. Last month, finally, after 3 years, we did the thing. We had hired Karlie to help plan both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. The weekend ended up being even better and more perfect than we had originally envisioned. On the day of, I was able to just spend time with my family and friends and soak in every moment. That's because Karlie and her team had already taken care of everything so I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the whole weekend. By the end of the whole process, I felt like Karlie had become part of our families.
Here are some of the highlights of working with Karlie and bumble burgh:
- Communication and organization: We were abroad while planning the wedding so Karlie was our eyes and ears on the ground. The online planning system bumble burgh uses (Aisle Planner) made communicating across different time zones pretty much seamless. It also meant that we had all of our wedding info in one place online so we could reference it at any time. Karlie stepped in to help look at venues for us, pick out linens, etc. while we were on FaceTime. She was always available for phone calls and over text when we had questions. You could never tell that she was juggling multiple weddings at once (in addition to personal obligations, etc.) - she always made you feel like your wedding was the only and most important event in the world.
- People management: Between our two families, we had, shall we say, a lot of cooks in the kitchen. Without going into many details, I can just say that Karlie was the most seasoned diplomat as she tried to find the right balance between everyone and their various needs and visions for the wedding weekend. Thank you, Karlie, for your patience.
- Flexibility: As mentioned above, when Covid kept throwing wrenches into the planning process, Karlie and the bumble burgh team were just incredible at adjusting plans on the fly. They were also there on the day of, ready to jump in and handle any minor issues that cropped up.
- Taste: It was nice to have Karlie and the team to bounce ideas off of, especially for certain decisions that I essentially had no interest in or opinion on, like picking linens and flatware. Francesca, especially, had the most elegant taste. She heard what vision we had in mind, and turned around a wedding design that drew from that vision but elevated it even more. It was also just helpful to be able to ping Karlie with questions about basic wedding etiquette like how much to tip vendors, etc.
- Knowledge of Pittsburgh: I am not from Pittsburgh, so it was beyond helpful having Karlie on board, as she knows the city and all the vendors so well. Vendors would get excited when they heard that we were working with bumble burgh, because they knew it meant that the process would inevitably be smooth and that there would be excellent communication.
Here's the bottom line: hire bumble burgh and save yourself a lot of time and stress. It is worth every penny.
We worked with Bumble Burgh Events specifically Karlie. Karlie was great to work with, very knowledgeable, very accessible, always promptly responding to calls and text. She worked with us us every step of the way prior, during Covid, and up to the event, a three year process, helping us to navigate multiple changes and create a spectacular event. On the nights of our events, Karlie and her staff were great, paying attention to all details and handling all aspects of the evening. They are very professional and everyone has amazing personalities. I highly recommend anyone thinking about working with Bumble Burgh definitely do so they will not disappoint and they will make your special occasion an event to remember that you will cherish for a lifetime.
I couldn’t have had my perfect day without Maggie and her team… and when I say perfect, I mean perfect. Not only was our wedding day a dream come true, but the whole planning process was a breeze! How people plan weddings without wedding planners is beyond me. How people plan weddings without Bumble Burgh Events makes no sense at all! Our experience (we did the full beginning to end planning package) with our lead planner Abby, Karlie and team was one for the books. From the start, they had a process for really getting to know a couple personally and understanding the vision of what you're looking for. They are so organized with their online client portal (Soo helpful) and it makes the whole process less daunting for sure. They have such a good trustworthy reputation in the Pittsburgh wedding industry and have great relationships with some of the best vendors out there. Their recommendations from food to DJ to florals etc did not disappoint. We were set to marry in September 2020 and our wedding had many many hurdles and pivots to deal with (thank you Covid 19 and even before Covid with an unexpected need to change our originally booked venue). Abby and Karlie worked their hardest, found us a new, better venue that we were so happy with. Covid hits and they work their butts off every step of the way through 2020 and got us rescheduled to November 2021 with ALL our original vendors! That was a miracle they pulled off that many other Covid couples didn't get. This team moved mountains to keep us calm, informed and assured that they would get us to our wedding day no matter what. They handled the changes with grace and professionalism while keeping a panicky stressed bride calm. Abby was a golden communicator. She answered texts, email, calls whenever I needed her. She was my rock through the most not organic way to plan a wedding ever! When our wedding day finally came, it was PERFECTION. The organization of this crew made the day we waited for run smoothly and stress free. By far the smoothest running wedding I've ever been involved in and their behind the scenes work made the day enjoyable for everyone. If you are looking for any level of event/wedding planning (they offer several packages) you need to go with Bumble Burgh Events, plain and simple. These women are the best!
The best decision we ever made for our daughter's wedding. Karlie was our lead planner. From start to finish Karlie was unbelievable! Karlie is truly one of a kind, she is sweet, energetic and very detail oriented. If you are looking for someone who will work hard, have unique ideas and is willing to navigate problems that arise with ease Bumble Burgh should be your pick. The day of the wedding Karlie and her team had everything under control we had nothing to worry about, all of her vendor suggestions were terrific and easy to work with. Working with Karlie and her team at bumble burg was hands down the BEST decision we made during wedding planning. I reached out to Karlie in a time of desperate need. Having to postpone a wedding because your original venue filed for bankruptcy wasn't something as a bride I would have in a million years thought I would have to go through. We were completely overwhelmed with contracts, dates, and all the behind the scenes stuff no one explains to you when you start planning a wedding. I wish I could say that wedding planning was a total dream, but any COVID bride would tell you that’s a lie. However, I truly can’t imagine how any COVID bride made it happen without Bumble Burgh! Between starting out as an out of town couple, postponing our first date, and then moving venues with only 8 weeks until our second date, I can confidently say that we would have thrown in the towel and eloped if it weren’t for Maggie and the whole Bumble Burgh team. During the design process, even before we had to postpone our first date, Maggie helped me turn my Pinterest board and vision into real plans. Her industry knowledge and connections were invaluable to us even before we started running into roadblocks. When we had to postpone, Maggie was professional, positive, and persistent. Her “make it work” attitude is only topped by Tim Gunn himself, and she was relentless in her pursuit of giving us the wedding we’d been dreaming of for two years. 5 stars, will renew vows just to work with Bumble Burgh again.
Hiring Bumble Burgh Events was the best and most important decision I made when planning my daughter's wedding! We are from out of state, but Pittsburgh is a place near and dear to my daughter who graduated from Pitt. She fell in love with the Mattress Factory and just had to have her wedding there. Given the many challenges that come with a destination wedding, let alone a rescheduled post pandemic wedding, having Maggie represent us and connect with our vendors gave us tremendous peace of mind . Her knowledge of the area and her relationships with our vendors was integral in the success of Abby and Michael's wedding day. Maggie was always positive and hopeful during extraordinary times to plan a wedding (twice). I greatly appreciated her willingness to work with me as a MOB, representing a busy new teacher/bride to be. She helped keep us up to date with all the details that needed addressing and got us to the finish line. June 26th was a day that will forever be a day full of joy. With the help of Bumble Burgh Events and Maggie, we were all able to just enjoy the day and not worry about ANYTHING. She executed the day with professionalism, grace and a big smile. We are grateful for all that she did to make this day exactly what Abby and Michael had hoped for and more! bumble Burgh Events Co. event coordinating truly was a Godsend for our 10/10/2020 wedding. We always planned for a destination wedding in Bethany Beach, DE. bumble Burgh Events Co. assisted us in finding vendors, coordinating vendors, and pulling off our dream wedding during a global pandemic. I am grateful for the support given during this challenging year of wedding planning. Karlie was a rock star in assisting with the coordination of vendors and flexible as the plans changed several times throughout the process of planning during the pandemic. I was greatly relieved during the rehearsal practice where Karlie assisted in coordinating all bridal party members and providing all necessary information for the big day! She assisted tremendously in the process of stationery and day-of signage. She worked diligently leading up to the wedding in addition to the day of balancing many hats coordinating all the vendors coming together. She provided great relief to the wedding planning process. We had the most beautiful small wedding thanks to Bumble Burgh. Karlie, our lead planner, went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. She was very responsive, answering any of our questions promptly and kept us on track to make sure we were on schedule with any deliverables that were required of us. Like many other couples, we faced the challenges of the pandemic and having Karlie as our lead planner was such a blessing. We downsized our guest list to just immediate family about a month before it occurred and postponed the party until next year. Within a month, Karlie was able to find a new venue, pull together a new event plan for our micro wedding on a tight budget, and she worked with all of our vendors to amend our contracts to defer or split services, which was no small feat. We also trusted her and the team to design our special day which made it a complete surprise for us! Karlie took the time to really understand our style and created the perfect event. The result was a gorgeous intimate ceremony and reception with our closest family members. We are so grateful for the hard work and flexibility that was required to make our wedding day a reality. Words can’t express how amazing these ladies are. Simply put, Karlie and her staff gave us the wedding we’d been dreaming of for over ten years. From our very first consultation call, I knew they were perfect for us. Karlie took so much time and care to explain our options to us and from that day on, she was our saving grace! She made planning a wedding and switching plans in the middle of a pandemic look easy. I called her in late May and we had the wedding of our dreams by mid-August! She took all of our worries and made them go away, and took all of our hopes and dreams and made them a reality. Karlie and the bumble burgh team made my wedding dream a reality!!!! From our very first phone call, Karlie listened to everything we said carefully, and was always on board with even my out there, very specific requests. She worked most closely with my mom, and was a master at balancing us and helping us to make decisions, too! One of my favorite things about Karlie was her personal touch - she really got to know my mom and I and made us feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process. A few notes on how she did this below :)
In our early planning, she helped us to work with our venue, Nemacolin, to determine our overall wedding package. She also helped us in selecting the vendors she thought would best match what we were going for, and boy did she advise well !! I will note she was never pushy with these suggestions, but made recommendations based on the aesthetic and price range we had in mind. As the wedding day came closer, Karlie was in regular communication with us, and no late night call was ever too burdensome for her. She helped ensure every i was dotted and t was crossed, and again, put up with my mom and I asking numerous questions numerous times :)
When the weekend came, we knew Karlie and her team had everything under control, and the event turned out far beyond what I could have imagined! So not only was Karlie a pleasure to work with, but she really did pull off EXACTLY what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend Karlie and the bumble burgh team!!
Karlie was Amazing!
Without a doubt Karlie helped make our daughter’s wedding weekend perfect in every way! She is highly efficient and extremely hard working and also very knowledgeable. She is well connected in the wedding industry and every vendor we hired had only the best and nicest things to say about her. She has tireless energy and remained calm all the time- something not easily accomplished while planning a wedding! From sourcing vendors (whom were generally top in their individual industries), accompanying us at our meetings with them, and working around the clock to bring our wedding vision to life, Karlie had everything covered from day one. Her design boards were fresh, original, and nailed our personal style. She welcomed every idea we brought to her and found a way to make them ALL happen. “The best ever!” Is an understatement! I had no clue how many little details went into planning a wedding and our consultant, Maggie, is extremely knowledgeable and man did she ever work hard to make sure our day was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. Our wedding style was boho rustic so she even went into fields and woods and individually hand picked wildflowers and I cannot get over how beautiful they we’re and made it truly unique. You need any advice, help with vendors, organizing Your guest lists, tracking rsvps, or really anything at all she had us covered. She truly cared and went out of her way to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding day and just have fun. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing wedding day and I still have guests telling me how much fun they had and how beautiful it was. And If I ever get married again 😉, I would without a doubt go with bumble burg and Maggie!! They make everything so simple and will be with you every step of the way to make your day perfect! After changing our mind a few times about what we wanted to do/where we wanted to have our ceremony and reception, we landed on a Sunday brunch wedding. Karlie was always patient with my indecisiveness and gave her honest opinion when I needed it. She helped my husband and I create the perfect ceremony and reception that truly reflected our personalities. In fact, quite a few of our guests said the ceremony and reception were exactly us. When we ran into a few issues with two of the vendors we used, she handled them quickly and professionally. Also, I should mention that I live just outside of Chicago, so I relied heavily on phone calls, emails, and texts with Karlie. She was always quick to get back to me and provided as much detail as possible. I would absolutely work with Karlie again.
Karlie was the best thing that ever happened with our wedding planning! She took care of every detail, contacted every vendor, and took care of each and every problem that arose. Although she gave my daughter and her fiancé many ideas and suggestions, she was totally open, non-judgmental, and accepting of all the final decisions my daughter made about her wedding. No problem was too difficult to solve; she even took bobby pins from her own hair when we needed extra ones for the veil the day of the wedding. And not that I would ever advise doing this, but because of my daughter’s work schedule, she would send Karlie emails at 3 and 4 in the morning thinking she would get back to her later. Many times she responded within a few minutes! Wow!

Karlie planned and coordinated a rather complex wedding entailing a morning Hindu ceremony and reception at the Sri Venkateswara Temple followed by a more traditional western ceremony at the Hall of Sculpture at the Carnegie Museum of Art, with a reception at the Carnegie Library Music Hall. She spent over a year brainstorming ways to incorporate separate traditions and completely transformed the Carnegie locations, a massive undertaking in its own right. She put in 18-hour days with a relentless attention to detail, a calm demeanor, and a positive attitude. I would absolutely work with her again.

If it were possible to give Karlie and her team at bumble burgh Events Co TEN stars, I would in a heartbeat! My husband and I used bumble burgh to plan our wedding in June 2019 from start to finish. After interviewing several planners, we were impressed with her the most. One thing that stood out initially was that she uses a planning website called "Aisle Planner", which I thought we would love, and did! It made organizing a breeze! We were able to easily interact and see what was going on, even though we do not live in the same city as Karlie, where our wedding was held. We made the absolutely best choice we ever could have!
Throughout the course of planning our wedding, Karlie was a constant source of knowledge, comfort, and recommendation. She has a special way of giving great advice without telling you exactly what to do or judging your opinions. She guiding us in creating the most special, creative wedding we could ever have imagined! Additionally, she took on all the behind the scenes work like it was nothing... We talked to other couples who spent the last month, week, day of their wedding sending emails like crazy, running errands, and being stressed out - We spent the day before our wedding getting drinks with out of town friends and shopping for our honeymoon! I'm not kidding! Karlie became a close friend throughout the process, and I was so sad to see our relationship (at least working) come to a close. Highest recommendation! Ten stars!

Besides marrying my husband, hiring bumble burgh Events Co. as my wedding planner was the best wedding-related decision that I made. I interviewed quite a few planners, and I am so happy that I went with bumble burgh. In addition to help with the aesthetics of the wedding, I really wanted a wedding planner who could keep things organized and on track, especially because I was planning the wedding from Philadelphia and was not able to go to vendor meetings. Karlie surpassed any and all of my expectations. I literally do not know what I would have done without her. Besides the fact that she made my wedding look beautiful, she had an ongoing checklist and timeline of wedding related tasks that needed to be completed to ensure everything got done in time and went smoothly on my wedding day, and she provided me with multiple options (including design boards) and recommendations (including pros and cons lists) for every vendor category (DJs, florists, linens, escort cards, etc). She reached out to and coordinated with every vendor (including completing questionnaires, etc), and she even directly contacted each person in our (huge) bridal party and coordinated everyone's timelines. Karlie made herself available at all hours of the day - I could text her a fleeting thought and she would respond and have the issue flagged and addressed on our checklist immediately. She took so much stress out of my wedding planning process because she is so amazing at being on top of every detail that I did not have to worry. I do not think there is any other wedding planning service like it, and I could not be happier with my decision to hire bumble burgh!
AMAZING! I credit this amazing company for allowing me to enjoy every last moment of my wedding weekend! bb walked me through planning from beginning to end. They allowed me to make important decisions and offered feedback and recommendations at all the right times. It rained on my wedding day, and this team did not skip a beat. Where do I even begin?! Working with Karlie and Maggie has been such an absolute pleasure. We booked bumble burgh "from beginning to end" with Karlie being our lead planner and I honestly do not know what we would have done without them.

Wow, where do I start with how happy my fiance and I were that we chose bumble burgh as our day-of coordinators. Maggie and Karlie and simply the best. I can't overstate how important this choice was for us as we were planning this wedding completely out of town. We needed a group that was organized, knew the Pittsburgh wedding landscape, and above all easy to communicate with. We got that and so. much. more. I have a very specific style: not kitschy or pinterest-y. Maggie IMMEDIATELY knew exactly what I was looking for and we clicked at our first meeting, so much so that I added their design package to my day-of package. Working with them is like working with your best friend. I call bumble burgh's style 'luxe-minimalist'—they are lovers of natural details with hints of glam and never, every 'cookie-cutter.' They can equally handle large weddings (mine was at Heinz Chapel and Carnegie Music Hall) and more intimate weddings. Their platform you get access to when you hire them, Aisle Planner, was so helpful. They are chic, organized, boss ladies who get things done, and I can personally attest to the fact that they can handle anything a wedding throws at them day-of: on my wedding day there was a fire next door to the venue that caused the entire building to be evacuated. My vendors weren't allowed to even come in the building and our whole timeline went out the window, but Maggie and Karlie somehow figured it out and I never even knew it happened. Like I said, I can't stop raving about these ladies: they are professional like a huge event company but offer you bespoke services and details that you can't find anywhere else. And most important of all is that you will feel 100% comfortable in their hands. Worth every penny!
As a wedding photographer, I dream of beautiful details that can really tell the entire story of the day. I was so excited when I found out our bride hired bumble burgh Events as her wedding planner. I had been anticipating the day I got to work with them and knew their work was magic but seeing it unfold in front of my eyes and captured on the back of my camera was an entirely different and incredible experience. I could not wait to get home to share sneak peeks of the magic. The hard work and effort they put into making every single part of the wedding day perfect was truly above and beyond. In additional to making magic, they made sure the timeline was running smoothly, and I swear they fit 5000 puzzle pieces together in just a day's work all with a bubbly smile and joyful approach. Our bride didn't have to worry about one thing on her wedding day because they took care of everything. I can't say enough about Maggie and Karlie! They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I am the Catering Sales Manager at a hotel (Cambria Suites downtown Pittsburgh) where our mutual client was having their wedding. Maggie and Karlie showed up to the pre-wedding meeting early so we could discuss side details before the bride even arrived. It was so nice to work with such detailed individuals. On the day of the wedding, they were the jack of all trades. They helped with linens, centerpieces, escort cards, and so much more. At one point, they were on their hands and knees moving a dance floor with the band because they needed more room and then scrubbing it clean when the band tracked in mud all over it. It was truly amazing! I never had to ask them for any assistance as they were always ahead of the game. True professionals!!! I would recommend to any bride looking to plan their wedding and any vendor who is lucky enough to work with them. Thanks ladies!
As a photographer, I worked with Maggie and Karlie on a wedding and let me tell you, having a team like them makes a world of difference. They planned everything from start to finish and addressed every question I had throughout the planning process. They were very accommodating to any requests I had, and on the wedding day they constantly kept me up to the date so I would not miss a key moment. Having a planner is the first thing I recommend to my couples. It makes the entire process organized and enjoyable for your big day! Bumble Burgh is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I live in Texas but got married in Pittsburgh at the Pennsylvanian. I was only able to come to Pittsburgh once before the wedding and Maggie and the BB Team worked with me remotely and were incredible every step of the way. The wedding was breathtaking down to every last detail and they handled everything from decor, to scheduling, to making sure each vendor was paid and packed at the end of the night. I am beyond thankful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in Pittsburgh!!
I cannot say enough good things about working with the ladies of Bumble Burgh! From the moment I sat down with them for a consultation I felt at ease and I just knew that they were actually listening to what my vision was. I was sold when I left that meeting and it proved to be the best choice. Not only do they stay in touch with you to make sure that you are on track with your tasks (bride-brain is a real thing), I could text Maggie at any point in the day with the most ridiculous question and she would take whatever it was off my plate. By the time the big day came, I didn't have a single thing to worry about! If there is one piece of advice I can give to a bride it's to use a day-of coordinator and Bumble Burgh is the best of the best!
We can not thank Maggie and Karlie enough for their talent, professionalism, and the way they helped bring everything together for us on our wedding day! We had a small elopement-style wedding in Pittsburgh with <30 days to plan it. We made all of the arrangements with bumble burgh while we were out of state. We met Maggie just two days before our wedding and she helped incorporate what decorative items we brought from home with what she had designed for us. Maggie was sincere and honest with us throughout the planning process. She helped coordinate between our vendors and everything was seamless. We are so thankful to have met and worked with her!

I was married in June 2017, and our wedding would NOT have happened without Karlie and Maggie! Our celebration had a lot of moving parts, with different contracts for multiple different vendors. Karlie helped us sort out millions of details with the contracts, and spent countless hours ironing out small details to make sure everything was just right. On the day before and day of, Karlie and Maggie ensured that all of the decorations, drop offs, pick ups, and schedule were in order. We truly are so grateful that they were able to help plan our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone (and have)!

I can't thank bumble burgh enough for their skill, good spirit, professionalism, and fantastic ability to make our wedding day/all events flow together seamlessly. I didn't worry about a thing and am happy that my mother was able to be relaxed and enjoy all the moments as well. I appreciated their fast responses to my questions, their excellent organization skills, and their patience with me (I have a hard time with decisions). They never blinked and never stopped smiling. I am also grateful that Maggie and Karlie would provide ideas and options for me (for necessary labels or table settings or guest books) and these options were never astronomical in price. I was able to choose great options and not feel like my wedding day was just becoming an over-the-top affair that didn't reflect us as a couple. Instead, M & K were able to guide us and coordinate/plan a day that had lots of personal touches and reflected us and our priorities. Lastly, on the day of - they never stopped working/coordinating/making it all fit together. The vendors that they recommended (I still got to choose. they always provided me with options) - were off the charts amazing. I relaxed all morning, got married in the afternoon, and danced all night. My husband also felt very comfortable with Karlie and Maggie, which was great. Bumble burgh is on IG, which is a nice way to catch a bit of a glimpse of their personality and spirit. I can't wait to continue to follow them and see their magic continue to touch others. Working with Karlie and Maggie made my wedding the most simple & straightforward process imaginable. They were available and assisted every step of the way and were never unkind or rude - even after the umpteenth text message or email I sent them.
Our day of was UNREAL. I was able to spend all day with my bridesmaids & family without having to worry about a single thing. They suggested incredible vendors and handled them all (with a 6 page organized, detailed timeline for each vendor and part of the bridal party) so that I didnt have to think about a thing.
Every one of my bridesmaids asked if bumble burgh traveled so when they get married they can hire them too.

They accompanied me to several appointments at my venue to map out the location and came up with a beautiful design plan. The day of coordination was very valuable in that it made my wedding day completely stress free.
