we selected were perfect for everyone. Because of their intentionality, we got so, SO many compliments on our hors d'eoeurves and dinner options. More importantly, we heard time and time again at how kind and patient the service staff were. One bartender went out of his way to ensure my Wife and I had our favorite drink in our hand at all times which was both a funny and much-needed touch. Simply put, they were absolutely fantastic and we are so grateful for them!

ood was incredible and so delicious. I had many people coming up to me during the reception to tell me how this was, hands down, the best dinner they ever had at a wedding. They are professional, helpful, and very coordinated. I would have never known if there was an issue, they took care of everything. I highly recommend them, they are worth every penny.

My one and only complaint was that we ran out of food at the reception. We had a guest list of 275 people and they had prepared food for 300. While that should have been plenty, I think since it was 100% self-serve people took portions that were larger than they should have been. My only regret is not thinking this through ahead of time. Looking back, I would have rather paid for extra food / servers to dish out the food to avoid this issue since it was a little embarrassing that certain guests were only able to have veggies / salad. At the end of the day, everything else went PERFECT and we are so grateful.

it wouldn’t be an issue), we went with Butler’s Pantry, and it was one of the best decisions for our wedding. For a Jewish wedding, we required some dietary restrictions, namely that no pork or shellfish be used, and that dairy and meat not be served in the same course. Butler’s was amazing with this, even going so far as to substitute a vegan cream cheese for one of the hor d’oeuvres we liked. They were also able to provide sealed kosher meals for our Orthodox guests, and vegan meals for our vegan/vegetarian guests that were just as good as the meat main courses. Everybody loved the food, and the service and professionalism was impeccable. They even set out a plate of hor d’oeuvres and two glasses of champagne for my husband and I in a private area after the ceremony so that we could eat something early and spend more time greeting our guests during the meal. They also *always* made sure my wine glass was filled at the reception without me having to ask (dangerous, but appreciated!) The options we were given for linens and chargers were stunning and really pulled everything together visually as well. They are 100% worth the price. My husband even said that they reminded him of Kristen Bell’s catering company from Party Down (NOT Adam Scott’s).

We didn't have to worry about a single thing and it all looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and was perfectly poured lol. Colleen especially was such an amazing resource and helped us so so much. They sent home plenty of leftovers and they were even sweet enough to save appetizers from cocktail hour for my husband and I while we were doing photos! They were the best caterers we could have possibly had and I highly recommend working with them! Paton and Chelsea were a delight to work with and I cannot thank you two enough!

Plus, Butler’s Pantry took excellent care of our guests with different needs...vegetarians, gluten free, etc. They have an extensive menu including bar packages to choose from. When we attended the menu tasting to finalize our selections, I was so pleased to see it set up in a private, beautifully decorated room that made it feel like a “moment” for the Bride & Groom. All dishes were portioned well and the presentation was lovely. Our package also included the Bride & Groom’ s specialty cocktails as well as a “late night” snack (we chose waffles). Butler’s Pantry also provided the table linens, napkins and chargers and had a large selection from which to choose. Our wedding contact was Paton Nix and she was amazing to work with. Both professional, kind and caring! I highly recommend Butler’s Pantry to all!

Being a leader in the catering industry of Saint Louis, they provided great input for us and were flexible in changing and modifying their standard practices and policies in order to not only abide by the ever changing social gathering requirements of 2020 but also to ensure we were as safe as possible. We had our reception at the World’s Fair Pavilion, and highly recommend Butler’s Pantry for this venue. They are familiar with the venue, and with the Parks department and their requirements. They may seem more expensive, however, when you take into account all the rentals, tables, and other Parks Department requirements, they are just as competitive as their competitors at this venue. The value they bring in coordinating, planning and executing the catering, set up, rentals, other vendor coordination and clean up, far exceeds any additional coordination, time and effort, we would have had to do ourselves if chosen another caterer. Their onsite catering coordinator seamlessly collaborated with our wedding coordinator, and DJ, allowing for an incredibly smooth reception. We are so thankful to have worked with Butler’s Pantry in planning and executing our wedding reception at the World’s Fair Pavilion. You will not be disappointed with this caterer. If Butler’s Pantry is a caterer at a venue you like, you must hire them! They are absolutely incredible! THE BEST CATERER in St. Louis!

They really helped us customize our menu and drink package. If you are foodies like us - book them now!! We didn't want a typical sit down dinner and BP made that happen in the most incredible way. We had the most elevated, tasty station-style dinner and I could not have been more please with the outcome. Our guests could not stop raving about all the creations Chef Vince had come up with, especially the Nashville hot sliders bites!! Tasha, Caroline and Bridget brought so much creativity to the table when it came to menu planning and we could not have pulled off something this amazing without them. The whole evening was a dream and was made possible by BP. I plan to use them for all my catering needs moving forward!

We chose a menu that had three different passed hors d'oeuvre and a buffet with a salad, pasta, meat, a vegetable, and bread. If you so choose, you can have a sit down dinner. The staff was so great about making their way through the large venue space to pass out the appetizers during our cocktail hour to all of the guests. We received multiple compliments regarding the food at our wedding reception, and we could not agree more! There are many things you can stress and worry about on your wedding day, but food should not be one of them! Do yourself a favor, and book Butler's Pantry as your caterer!!

th a new company, for a large scale wedding that was less than three months away, Jessica and Ciara, of Butler's Pantry, handled everything with aplomb and kept our minds at ease. We had over 200 people to the wedding, had to work around thunderstorms during the day, and luckily, beautiful weather in the evening, which meant their staff had to adjust accordingly. As the Mother of the Bride, I was completely confident that everything from the cocktail hour to the end of the night snacks, would go off without a hitch, and it did. They even arrived promptly the next morning to handle all of our Brunch needs. I literally didn't have to do a thing. I can not state enough how professional their entire team was as well as a joy to work with.

. It was 90 degrees at our outdoor venue and the minute our bridal party arrived after taking photos we were met with at least 2 staff members who kept giving us water. The staff checked in with us multiple times during the evening and even went out of their way to give kids meals to kids that we hadn't signed up for kids meals. They also were very easy to accommodate food allergies for some of our guests. Corespondance with Coleen and Chelsea with our wedding planner was seamless. They responded quickly and professionally. Butler's Pantry was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding!

We had some difficult weather roll in when our ceremony was supposed to start and the staff quickly and efficiently took care of moving everything inside and left me with nothing to worry about! We were able to give our guests the choice of beef, chicken, or vegetarian with delicious sides, and I could barely pick a favorite. Our appetizers were diverse and flavorful. The whole process of working with our coordinator, Nicole, and the chef on the menu was enjoyable. We got to pick and sample all of our favorites for the big day, and even make adjustments where needed. Due to an E. coli outbreak in romaine lettuce days before our event, we were able to seamlessly change our salad option with no muss or fuss. At our reception, there was a plate of the passed hoeur douvres at our place because we barely got a chance to grab them doing all of our mingling! I wish I could eat Butler’s food every day!

It was really frustrating at first bc it didn’t seem like all of the previous decisions/information about my day was passed along, however Paton immediately got to work correcting things from the previous person and communicating with me or my planner every step of the way. Thanks Paton for being a part of my special day! I was so happy to see you when you checked on me at the reception!

And, Becky arranged the flowers and offered color choices for paints of the vases. It all came together very beautifully! It was vintage and romantic feel at The Piper Palm House. I would recommend Butler Pantry.

Dave and I fell so blessed. We thank you so very much for the ongoing communication and worry-free attention to all the details. She had amazing ideas when I was stuck with planning our reception. Our reception took place in the Missouri History Museum, and it was stunning and magical. The food, oh my goodness, the food. The best catered food I have ever tasted! We been to many many weddings and have never had anything better. Coleen coordinated the most wonderful food tasting. We felt like we were in our own private dining space in an upscale restaurant. The Butler's Pantry headquaters are so cutting edge and handsome. Every request we had for our special day, Coleen delivered. We contributed some personal items to use at the venue, items that were special to us, and Coleen made sure they were put away and saved safely for us after the day ended. The night went so smoothly, every minute was planned and executed. At the end of the night Coleen gave me the biggest hug, and said she had the best time coordinating our night, and thought it was one of her favorite weddings she had done. She had become a friend throughout the process, we had talked so much through it! Every bride needs a team of BFF's on her big day, because that's was makes it special, knowing everything will be flawless, and not having a worry, so you can enjoy your day with your new husband. We couldn't have been happier with Butler's Pantry!

I recommend BP to all of my friends and cannot rave about them enough. I also used the BP Design Studio to make all of our arrangements and they were incredible. They really matched the flowers to my theme and the season and they look so beautiful in every photo. Butler's Pantry really helped make our wedding reception so perfect! :)
