Straightforward and honest, her level of professionalism equaled instant credibility on all recommendations she made, and we entrusted her with nearly all of our destination wedding details from that point forward. We haven’t regretted one thing. Her secret weapon? Amy can hold a timeline like nobody’s business. At one point during the reception, she ushered us through a room of 100 eager guests so that we could sit down and eat. There were so many things she handled and took care of that we will never know. When you work with Amy, she doesn’t want you to have to think about that. It was incredible to be able to leave the details in her hands and enjoy the most special day of our life together. There is no sugar coating how terrible wedding planning can be but if you have the honor of hiring Amy, you will soon realize that she can make the most anxious person feel relaxed. On wedding day, she did not stop. She was helpful, punctual and such a delight. She truly felt like the bad ass mother figure everyone needs the most amazing (and stressful) day of their lives. No event goes exactly as planned but when she sees something isn’t in line with the picture you’ve painted, she will act FAST to get things straightened out, all while bringing laughter to the crowd. For days and even weeks after our wedding, we had friends and family praising “that planner”. Yes, Amy is THAT planner. She answered our communication in a timely manner, sometimes on the same day or night, which was shocking because our first planner would takes days or weeks to respond. She would even reach out to us right away if there was a problem that needed fixing. She was completely transparent and up front with expectations with our rentals and budget. I cannot say enough that we felt respected with her and felt that she truly fought to make our wedding day special. I'm a resident physician and my wife is a teacher, and so our schedules were very hectic, especially dealing with the disaster of switching planners. But Amy made us feel comfortable, valued, and well-taken care of. She will answer any question you have, get things done on time, prepare for the worst, and overall put you at ease for your big day. On the day of, Amy was a rock star. First off, she really made our dream wedding come to life with her vision perfectly meshing with our own. Her arrangement and ideas were perfect. Our big day was not without emergency fires, which she put out. I had a personal family matter that almost ruined our day, but Amy helped me right away, was calm, and put me at ease with her professionalism. Our ceremony also got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, yet Amy was able to think on the fly and deliver a magical evening without any issues! I cannot say enough how amazing Amy is. Wedding planning should be a happy, stress-free time, and Amy will make that happen.

loved that she worked as fast-paced as we do. She would immediately respond to any email we sent her, which made us feel so confident in everything she was doing for us. Every vendor we booked spoke about how much they enjoy working with Amy and it showed on the wedding day. Everyone worked so well together and our wedding was better than what we dreamed of. We did not really know what we wanted in terms of floral design (aside from a color scheme and some inspiration photos) and trusted Amy completely to design the entire event space for us. She worked closely with our florist to design what many of our guests said was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. We really appreciated how she took every floral arrangement from the ceremony space and added it somewhere else later on in the event to make sure that nothing went to waste. Our venue was very challenging to work with in terms of communication and Amy went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed from them. We really cannot recommend Amy enough!!

Amy designed and fully executed our dream wedding and made the entire day one that we and our parents could enjoy completely without any stress. We continue to get compliments from guests, and most importantly, know that we will look back on our wedding day with warm hearts for the rest of our lives.
