BW Studio+Events

mediately put us at ease. They jumped in three months before the wedding and held calls with us and took over coordinating with vendors, which kept everything organized and on track leading up to the big day. Their planning calls were so thorough and thoughtful that, as a very type A bride, I truly felt comfortable relinquishing the reins and trusting them completely. On the wedding day itself, both women were phenomenal. They handled every detail seamlessly, solved problems calmly and efficiently (including an issue with the wrong cake received!), and maintained such a steady, positive presence throughout the day. Not only did we love working with them, but our family members and bridal party kept commenting on how wonderful they were as well. We genuinely could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for coordinators who are organized, dependable, and truly care about making your day perfect. We love you BW Studio + Events!

d her team was an absolute pleasure from day one. Blair guided us through every step of the process and made sure both of our special days felt perfectly us. No question or request was ever too big or too small, we truly felt supported and taken care of the entire way. Thank you again Blair & BW Studio team!

much we really were going to need a coordinator, THANK GOD for Blair and her team!! I had no idea how much planning went into weddings, all the little details to keep track of, the timeline for the day, the day of emergencies.. Even if you think you're pretty organized and can do it alone... BOOK a day of coordinator.. and especially this one! This wedding literally would not have happened without Blair and her team. It made the endless decisions and little details easier to keep track of and made it much less overwhelming. And the day of, BW staff were excellent at keeping us on track for photos, helping me with my bustle for about 10 minutes (sorry ladies!), and keeping everything running smoothly. Cannot thank or recommend them enough!

ities instantly put us at ease and created such a positive energy throughout the entire planning process. The communication was seamless — clear, timely, organized, and incredibly efficient. We always felt informed and supported, and no detail ever slipped through the cracks. The way Blair and her team orchestrate vendors is truly unmatched. Every single vendor we worked with mentioned how wonderful and effortless it is collaborating with BW Studio & Events. It speaks volumes about their professionalism and reputation in the industry. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Truly no task or ask was ever too big or too small. They handled everything with grace, care, and a level of dedication that made us feel so supported. Most importantly, they brought a sense of comfort, calm, and peace during what can often be a stressful season. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding experience. We cannot recommend BW Studio & Events enough. If you’re considering them — do it. You will be in the best hands!

helped keep me and my husband on track. She also communicated with all the vendors. Our wedding went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend using their services.

— every question I ever had was answered quickly, and she was always there to help me with anything I needed, even reaching out to vendors on my behalf when necessary. On the day of the wedding, she exceeded every expectation. Everything ran so smoothly and perfectly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing — Neva handled it all flawlessly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and thanks to her, it was! I would highly recommend this amazing team to anyone planning a wedding. These women are professionals who know exactly what they’re doing, and if you want a stress-free, fabulous wedding day, this is the company to choose!

le and even fun! She is extremely organized, providing a comprehensive planning website and gentle reminders to keep us on track. She is also quick to respond to all questions from me as well as my parents and all vendors in a kind and professional manner. On the day of the wedding, Blair and her team were everywhere at once, making sure every detail ran smoothly so that we could be fully present and enjoy ourselves! We are so grateful for her thoughtful guidance and approach. Would highly recommend BW Studio to help plan any memorable event!

met Blair and her team at a vendors event at The BRIX on the Fox, and quickly booked their services, as they came highly recommended from the BRIX team. They more than exceeded expectations! Leading up to the big day, we had multiple meetings with Blair (kick off meeting, 3-month out timeline meeting, 1-month out meeting, and one-week check in). These meetings were so incredibly helpful to clarify questions, go over vendor information, timeline/venue layout, and small details. The often brought up things we didn’t even think of and removed the stress of us having to figure out our own timeline. Throughout the planning process, Blair sent along helpful tips/tricks for wedding planning and we also had access to Aisle Planner which kept us on track/organized. Whenever we had any questions, Blair’s team quickly responded via email or reached out to our vendors to clarify items on our behalf. I have no idea how couples plan/put together a wedding without a coordinator, but the BW Studio team made the whole process so much less stressful and allowed us to keep the focus on what’s most important (becoming husband & wife)! They encouraged us to take a moment in the bridal suite after we said “I do” to take it all in and also enjoy some hors douevres alone - this was one of my favorite moments of the whole day. We will be eternally grateful for this wonderful crew and would recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area planning a wedding! You will not be disappointed!

2 very Type B people on track the whole way. I felt totally at ease wedding day knowing Neva had it under control. Everything went perfectly, and I have them to thank

y step of the process, they were available for questions and assistance of all kinds. Our wedding day truly could not have gone smoother. I did not have to worry about any detail being executed, as it was already done before I even thought about it! Their expertise on the wedding industry is above the standard. While pricing may seem high initially compared to a traditional day of coordinator, what you get in return with actually like ~3 months of assistance (at the times that really matter), BW Studio + Events was more than well worth it!

. The team is incredible and such a fun group to work with!

as and fully executed it. They helped us blend two cultures so beautifully, from the ceremony to the reception. I really appreciated their attention to detail, always thinking one step ahead and ensuring the day went smoothly. So so grateful to have partnered with them and cannot say enough good things about them. They are the best!!

usin was also working with her for his wedding and he had the most amazing things to say so we knew we were in good hands! Blair is easy to talk to and work with, professional, kind, understanding, and extremely organized! She helped us stick to our budget, coordinate with other vendors, and gave us so many recommendations and options for high quality vendors. Blair is extremely responsive! We loved how quickly she was responding to any questions we had and I also really appreciated the nudges on deadlines! We have extremely busy schedules and we travel often, so the frequent reminders and check-ins were crucial. We were grateful that there were scheduled talks intermittently throughout the planning process. It really helped us manage the timeline and logistics. If you’re a Type-A Bride, you will love the website they put together to help keep things organized (seating chart, vendors etc). On the big day, Blair and her team ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend BW Studio for anyone looking to make their wedding stress-free and memorable!

iately felt overwhelmed. Neva and Blair helped keep us on track and then coordinated with all of the vendors. They were a phone call away if I ever felt the need to discuss anything and always had great suggestions when I felt stuck. Our wedding day was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Neva and Blair's help. Thanks ladies!!

professional, organized, and thoughtful throughout the few months we worked with her, setting check-in meetings and providing helpful inspiration along the way. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Blair really stepped in and managed all of our wedding vendors skillfully, leading to a seamless wedding day! The day of the wedding, BW Studios took over our wedding venue – they set everything up exactly as we had planned, answered questions from staff and guests, and even fluffed the bride’s dress as she turned the corner of the aisle with her father. As the night rolled on, BW Studios was there to lead us to our places, our cake cutting, and everything in between as we were caught up in the excitement of our wedding. They were always making sure everything played out perfectly! And when the reception came to a close, Blair and team collected all of our most important items, as well as some memorabilia we hadn’t had much time with, and had them neatly packaged up for us. Overall, we can’t recommend BW Studios enough; if you want someone beyond a mere wedding coordinator, you’ll find them a great partner to work with and take so much stress out of the planning and the big day itself. Cheers! J&L

planning as effortless as it could be - all for a very reasonable price. Being able to rely on their expertise when choosing vendors and making large-scale decisions was such a relief. They kept everything running smoothly on our wedding day and even helped us remember all the “little things” that we would’ve otherwise forgotten. Blair & her team are truly kind and understanding humans. 11/10 would recommend working with BW Studio + Events!

elpful tips for every part of the wedding. I will forever be recommending them to everyone

nd to make the entire process less stressful and to make sure my wedding day went smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone that is getting ready to plan a wedding!

connections with the highest quality vendors, and a stunning vision and ability to understand the vision of others! The peace of mind Blair's expertise and communication brought to our planning process was PRICELESS. We knew no detail would be missed, and we were confident that Blair could handle any challenge that might come our way, whether it was on the day of or during planning. Our wedding day was truly perfect, and the way the vision in my head came to life in our venue surpassed my expectations! Meanwhile, I had the most chill, beautiful morning getting ready for the wedding, and I have her assistant Elly to thank for it! She was absolutely spectacular. She was present every moment we needed her and blended into the background while sneakily helping, like steaming our dresses and setting up the gifts for my ladies without us even knowing. She was like our secret fairy godmother! And when I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and was feeling anxious, she was the most calm presence. She really helped me keep my composure. So so grateful for all she did for us! She made me feel so special :] Long story short, if you're wondering if hiring a wedding planner is worth it, I'm here to tell you THEY ARE WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

ring someone onto our “wedding team” that would help keep us on track with all of the milestones during the wedding planning process. From the get-go, over our 15-month planning period, Blair was always transparent about timing and was a master of following up regarding timelines, without ever badgering us or coming across as controlling. She spent over an hour discussing budgets with us and our families early on, to make sure that everything we planned stayed in the budget range that we’d all agreed upon. This was especially helpful during our venue and vendor selection process. She helped us find that blew our socks off, and also found us the most wonderful florist (@thelocalpetaler) who was able to provide us way more bang for our buck than any florist we’d be able to find on our own - a huge advantage. While we had our venue already picked out, Blair was able to recommend a food and beverage package with an available catering company that fell delivered us fantastic food and a premium beverage package that fit our budget.

Leading up to the wedding, Blair was also a master in helping us coordinate our wedding day planning including family photos, transportation e.g. coordinating our bus between multiple hotels and the venue while making it easy for us to just focus on ourselves. The peace of mind that Blair brought us throughout the planning process, week of, and day of our wedding made having our wedding a cakewalk rather than a headache. Spending the money to hire Blair was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding!

professional, communicative- everything you want in a wedding planning team! Our wedding was as "near perfect" as it can get. Our friends and family were raving about all our "special touches" that thanks to Blair, we were able to execute. We had almost 250 at our wedding- but Blair and her team made it feel intimate, warm, and like a giant party- all the things we were hoping for. Blair was very easy to talk to- any issues we may have had with money, family, culture, etc. were dealt with in such an easy going and professional manner- I would recommend BW Studio + Events to anyone looking to get married.

hey were ready to jump in and help us with anything we needed help with. They are extremely responsive and detail oriented. We also looooved using Aisle Planner, which is the software they provide you to help manage your to do list, timeline, and calendar. They helped us to feel extremely stress-free going into the wedding weekend. On the day of, we were so calm and able to enjoy the day with our friends and family knowing that the team had everything under control! We had run out of tequila after the cocktail hour, and Neva happily ran out to purchase more! At the end of the night every single thing was packed up and organized for easy clean up. Truly could not recommend working with BW Studios more!!! Thank you to Blair, Neva, and Elly - you helped make our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined!

rganized, kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful about the details of our wedding. We appreciated her insights into vendors and she provided us with great options for every vendor we needed. If we wanted more options, she gave us more options. She was very helpful on calls and provided us with questions for vendors so that we could plan our wedding with as little stress as possible. Blair was always calm and reassuring. She gave us the confidence to make tough decisions. We thought that Blair really understood what was important to us and got our vision for our wedding. She helped us make our dreams a reality at every turn. The day of went perfectly, and it was great that we knew Blair was there to handle all the details. Our family and bridal party got to spend time with us while the ideal professionals made sure it all went smoothly. We also attended a friend’s wedding that Blair planned, and that wedding was amazing as well! Our family were thrilled and still bring up how much they loved Blair. In short, we were so lucky that Blair was a huge part of our day! Thank you, Blair!

s beautiful :) Love, The Warehouse 109 Team

edding professional myself, I appreciate her attention to detail, communication prior to the wedding day, and help as needed during the day, while also trusting and allowing us to do our jobs as photographers. I would highly recommend her and trust her with any of my couples.

ide us with both big and small decisions, and so helpful in communicating with vendors in advance. In all honesty, we had no doubt things would run smoothly on the day of and Blair's calm and confident guidance was a huge part of that. We are so grateful!

efore we considered hiring a day of coordinator. When it came to it, even though our wedding wasn’t going to be decor heavy we still thought having someone to guide us through the big day was going to be the best option for us. Blair was with us for more than just the big day but helped us through all the smaller vendors and details we may have never even thought of without her. Blair gets to know her couples from the moment you contract with her and was there for us through our little bumps in the road. We hired Blair for her day of coordination but we got more than we bargained for in the best way possible. You will not have a care in the world with Blair and her team on your side and can fully enjoy your wedding day knowing everything is taken care of. Thank you again Blair + team!!

ith my wedding and didn't know what I was doing. Blair was so incredibly helpful. No question was too small or too silly. She gave advice and recommendations on everything I asked for. She really was the back bone of the event. She made sure so many things were taken care of behind the scenes. I could not recommend her more!

r was the best decision they made for their wedding - having had Blair as our day-of coordinator, I couldn’t agree more with that sentiment. Blair helped us think of every important detail leading up to the wedding, answered all of my many questions, and ensured everything went completely smoothly on our day. She had great recommendations for vendors, and we found our officiant by her recommendation - who was absolutely wonderful as well. Blair is so thorough, so supportive, and such a fantastic person to work with. Our wedding was more wonderful than I could’ve imagined and we were able to enjoy every moment - that was all thanks to Blair!

as our day of coordinators for our wedding at the BRIX on the Fox to ensure things went smoothly throughout our ceremony and reception. Throughout our entire year and a half engagement, Blair was quick to respond to questions we had, provide suggestions when we were unsure, and gave us creative ideas to solve any dilemmas we faced. Blair is organized, positive, creative, realistic, and honest. Wedding planning is a ton of work, and Blair continued to check in on us and keep us on track with what we needed to accomplish at each stage of planning. We absolutely loved using Aisle Planner to make our seating chart. Making our seating assignments was one of the easiest tasks because we had the aisle planner seating tool. It is amazing! As our wedding approached, Blair and her team were prompt to respond to last minute questions, changes in our plans, and to reassure us that all would go well. They were so thorough and even caught a few things we had missed, ensuring we were ready for the big day. We could not be happier with our decision to work with BW Studio + Events for our wedding.

sed and applied to our wedding, and were AMAZING the day of our wedding. They executed our vision flawlessly, were on top of anything that came up, while also not being overbearing or hovering. We received countless compliments about how present and helpful her team was compared to other experiences people had with wedding coordinators. You can tell that they love what they do, we cannot recommend Blair/BW Studios enough!

caring and friendly. Every time we communicated with them we felt so at ease and so prioritized. From the start, Blair went above and beyond typical wedding planner duties (we hired her for the weekend of the wedding, but she started well before this). Other planners said they wouldn’t talk with us until a month or so before the wedding, but with Blair we started a year before. She helped give us vendor suggestions, as well as answered emails in a very timely manner. She responded to many panicked emails and was not only a wedding planner but a wedding therapist for my anxious wedding-planning mind. She never made me feel embarrassed to ask a million questions, and getting closer toward the wedding, she always was so professional and also as excited for our wedding as we were. The rehearsal was great and her assistant Margaux led it and was equally fabulous for handling our disorganized family. After the rehearsal I felt so ready for the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding was a breeze thanks to Blair. She took so many things off my plate the morning of, such as picking up our cake from the cake shop and grabbing flowers from our getting-ready location to bring to the venue. Once at the venue, I felt more pampered on than ever in my life. If anything had gone wrong, I never knew about it and I’m sure that was thanks to Blair. I could go to her and Margaux for anything, and believe me, I did. To grab me water, to hold my flowers, to make sure the DJ played a song we wanted, to getting an extra piece of cake, they were at my side and that was more than I ever could have asked for in a wedding planner. I wish we could have another wedding just so Blair could help plan it again!

ones calls and responded to emails consistently and helped us problem-solve. We are forever grateful for her constant guidance and support. Blair's organization and expertise are top tier. On our wedding day, we had to make some last minute calls due to the weather. Everything was solved and happened seamlessly. I was worried that we would not be able to fully enjoy our wedding day because we are both prone to overthinking and stressing out. However, Blair and Neva made sure that my husband and I were able to fully immerse ourselves into the joy of our day. We cannot recommend Blair and Neva enough. Thank you so much!!!

ow seamlessly. I was recently told how calm I was for a bride on that day, and I have to say that was because of Blair. She took care of everything, and ensured that all went smoothly. I know both my husband and I consider her now a dear friend and we couldn't thank her enough for everything. She went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful!

d in the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of the event from her work. Everything ran so smoothly. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy the day and not worry about making sure everything went according to plan.

for well over a year prior to our big day. Between their periodic check in emails, planning meetings, vendor recommendations, and their fabulous wedding website (what would I have done without that checklist?!), I felt organized and relaxed throughout the entire planning process. I also just cannot say enough good things about having Samantha and the team directing the event itself. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy our day with our closest friends and family without having to think about the timeline of the day. They were so punctual and organized with every single moment, our day absolutely went off without a hitch thanks to them. If there is one piece of advice I’d give to other couples planning weddings, it would be to hire a day-of coordinator, and if you work with the BW team you couldn’t be in better hands.

ut hiring a day of coordinator, JUST HIRE BLAIR! You will not regret it. THANK YOU BLAIR!

we made for our wedding day. We had Blair as our day of coordinator, but she provided so much more, and most importantly peace of mind. We had an initial meet over zoom to get a feel for one another, go over some details we had already planned for the day, and what all goes into having a coordinator. Throughout the months of planning, we had check-in calls, checklists to go through to stay organized, and walk throughs at the venue were incredibly helpful. She coordinated with our other vendors extremely well. On the day of, Blair made the venue space look awesome and was on point with all that was needed, and the day went smoothly. Thanks, Blair!

thing under control. I would definitely highly recommend BW Studio and Events to anyone planning their wedding.

d expertise many times along the way. She was responsive, eager to help, and excited right along with us! Blair made the planning process a breeze, and made the wedding day unbelievable. We knew we could trust Blair and her team the entire day, and never worried about 1 detail. Having Blair coordinate our wedding allowed us to be able to 100% enjoy our day and know everything would be perfect. Can't thank BW Studio + Events enough. :)

details, set-up, take-down, etc. It was so worth it to have their expertise regarding timelines, vendor suggestions, and day-of management. Highly recommend!

e settling on Blair. As soon as we got off our info call with her, we knew we wanted to book her, and boy were we right to do so. She made our 200-person wedding an absolute dream. From the get go, Blair fully immersed herself in understanding our wedding vision. Specifically, she jumped in to learn about the nuances of our multicultural wedding traditions (Assyrian & Jewish), and was genuinely excited to do so. Meeting with Blair was always a joy. She was flexible in her scheduling and always showed up to our sessions prepared and with a smile. Blair did an impeccable job in assisting us with vendor selection. She did not bat an eye when we wanted more options, and I’m overjoyed to say that every single vendor we worked with under her recommendation was superb, above and beyond our wildest dreams. Our one vendor who fell short, our tuxedo rental company for the groomsmen, was a recommendation from a friend, not Blair, and when they fell short, Blair pulled out all the stops to get them back on track for us. In the months leading up to the wedding, Blair assured me every step of the way. Through every panicked email from me and crazy planning call with my maid of honor and family, Blair was professional and understanding, never making me feel like I was inconveniencing her or that my worries were silly. No question was too small or too repetitive for Blair, nor was she phased by any of the pre-wedding snafus that inevitably come up when planning a large-scale event. On the day of, Blair was a vision of calm competence, as was her incredible team of planners. She was focused and did not take her eye from the ball for a second. She coordinated myriad vendors while making sure I remained unaware of any snafus, which she fixed immediately with no one noticing. She made sure the bridal party was in check and kept us on schedule without making us feel like we were rushing any important parts of the day. She assisted me and my maid of honor in bustling my dress and even had a member of her team go back to the hotel for some items we’d accidentally left behind. After two years of planning, I was able to fully be present in and enjoy my wedding day because of Blair. I will sing Blair’s praises to anyone who will listen, including one of my best friends and my now-husband’s cousin who have both hired her for their weddings. She went above and beyond in every way and was an absolute delight the whole time. After the wedding, multiple guests told me they want to be friends with my wedding planner, and honestly, same. THANK YOU, Blair, for everything. - Nika (& Josh)

ent. She is simply an awesome human who is awesome at her job, and she made our day so special and enjoyable. Zero stress whatsoever! We are so grateful for Blair and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

e timeline and the program they give to you to use is SO helpful and just makes my type A bride heart burst. I tell everyone that a day of coordinator is 100% worth it because you have to worry about so much other stuff on your big day, these women give you the opportunity to be in the moment without worrying about the little details. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I feel like I’ve gained 2 friends along the way.

nd guests were a handful (ex. My husbands button broke off his jacket which blair sewed back on minutes before our ceremony and when we broke a huge flower arrangement in a vase she quickly ushered us away and got everything cleared out in the blink of an eye) she handled everything with grace and made the day go on smoothly. We couldn’t have hired anyone better.
