My husband and I decided to choose Sue as our day of coordinator after visiting a wedding show and meeting her there. We weren’t sure if we’d actually need one or if the money was worth it, but when we met her she stuck out to us because it see...med like she actually enjoyed being there and meeting everyone. We were wary because we didn’t see a lot of reviews online or big social media presence, so we asked her for reviews from past couples, and all of them were glowing recommendations.
Choosing Sue ended up being the absolute best decision we made in the wedding planning process! She truly was a team mate to us and she went way above and beyond what we imagined. She was so responsive, willing to meet as much as we wanted, and truly invested herself in making our vision come to life. She touched base with us frequently, made multiple venue visits, gave us decor and ceremony ideas, and even let us borrow decor items. Every question we had she answered, and she was such a great support to have.
The week of our wedding was a whirlwind due to the forecast being almost 20° colder than anticipated, and Sue was there every step of the way contacting our venue to figure out a backup plan, she even went out there on her own to take photos of another space option for us, and met with us again the next day to see the space in person together. We trusted her to come up with a floor plan and make things work out since this was a huge curveball, and both our ceremony and reception space ended up being so beautiful.
She handled all communications with our vendors and kept us in the loop without overwhelming us, and I truly don’t think we could’ve survived with our heads on if not for her. We are so thankful we crossed paths with Sue and genuinely enjoyed working with her, after every meeting with her we felt like bricks were lifted off our shoulders. We cannot recommend her enough if you’re planning a wedding (or any other event!).
