My wedding day best friend! Thank you so much to Maria and her team! She made the planning process so smooth leading up to the day of and was there for me with every question I had. I couldn’t have done it without her, THANK YOU isn’t enough!!!

Maria was so great to work with! She was so helpful with the planning process, did so much of the communication with the bride and groom, put together a great planning document and executed the wedding perfectly. She was so friendly with all of our staff! I hope to work again with Maria and her team.

As a groom that was responsible for planning the wedding I knew I couldn’t do it alone. During the planning process my wife was working 2 jobs and going to school she had no time to plan a wedding let alone a destination wedding. I came across Maria from a family recommendation and I am so glad I had her help. She is truly awesome! My wife and I meet with her to share our vision and budget and she made it come to life! Since we had no help paying for the wedding I am so happy that Maria kept us within our budget. She is a true professional. When we first started planning we thought we could do it on our own but it quickly got out of control with the budget even trying to all the DIY stuff. So we dropped everything and let Maria do her thing. Our wedding was very tasteful and not tacky therefore I can’t thank Maria Enough! To all the grooms out there look no further and go with Maria! Maria is awesome! She truly thinks of everything and is highly organized! Planning my wedding with her was truly a breeze. I love that I never found myself stressing out because Maria sent us calendar reminders on every deadline. I can’t thank her enough! My wedding day was a dream come true. Not only did Maria keep everything flowing but she always knew what to say to keep me at ease.

Maria was amazing! She is really organized, talented, and so friendly. I felt really great after the first initial conversation with her, and she even asked me questions I didn't think of. She always responded back to my emails or texts very quickly, too. I have a Type A personality, so it was hard to let go and have someone else take complete control, but Maria did an amazing job. She also helped set up some decorations I made and everything looked awesome! We hit a snag with our playlist during the night, and Maria sat outside in the cold to download it all so that our dance party could happen. Thank you so much, Maria!

From the moment we hung up after our first phone call I knew I made the right decision in hiring Maria. She was consistent, calm and organized and always made everyone included in my planning process feel so at ease. There were so many curve balls thrown at us/her during the planing process and on the day of and she never showed even a sign of concern. If you need someone to keep you grounded, keep it together and someone who knows her stuff you need to hire this girl. THANK YOU!!

My fiance and I were planning a destination wedding in Napa and were a bit nervous about being so far away (Washington D.C.) and weren't quite sure about the logistics of everything, but from the moment we spoke with Maria on the phone, we felt so much better. She was so reassuring and calming and was so organized throughout our entire communications with her. We knew we made the right choice, and she did not disappointing on our wedding day! Everything was just the way it should be (whether it came together that way or she had to fight some fires) it was everything we had hoped for. I could not have imagined my day without all of her help. She event went above and beyond and threw in some special surprises that meant the world to us. Thank you so much to Maria and her wonderful team for the best day ever!

Maria was so amazing as my brothers wedding planner! She took care of everything you could think of (and everything that you wouldn’t think of) with such ease and grace. She made sure everyone attending felt the love between my brother and my new sister and not any of the stress that planning a wedding can entail. When it’s my turn I will be giving her a call! Maria and her team were so amazing! She was always so calm and and made all of us feel comforted throughout the entire planing process for my sisters wedding. My family can be a bit much sometimes and with all of the family chaos she never broke a sweat and was always so kind. Maria was the best wedding planner! When I spoke to her over the phone for the first time, I knew I wanted her as my wedding planner. She has the best personality and is very organized. I honestly cannot say enough about Maria! She was available 24-7, literally took care of everything because we were a destination wedding so she met with all of the vendors and I never once had to make a trip out before the wedding because she had everything taken care of which saved us time and money! I feel like I have known her forever and we only worked with her for 5 months. That’s just her personality. She’s so sweet and kind and knows her stuff I would recommend her a million times if I could!

Maria was a great wedding coordinator. We were at a venue that didn’t have staff to set up and breakdown and she made sure it all happened and on time! There were so many moving pieces to our wedding, if any of them went wrong we had no idea because Maria and her team were on it. Our went smoothly because of her.

As one of By Your Side Event’s “repeat guests” I can tell you, you will not go wrong with Maria and her team. We have worked on many events together and I am always so pleased and impressed every time. Thank you again and again for your vision and your support.

Maria was amazing right from the start. My schedule is extremely busy and she made good use of my time when we were together. Whether discussing menu options, decorations, floor plans she was efficient and was a quick read as to what I was looking for. Maria brought my vision to life. Thank you can't begin to describe how I feel towards By Your Side events! I realized at some point in my wedding planning that I needed help...pretty badly... and I turned to Maria. She stepped in and immediately she eased my stress and fears and got me back on track. She then executed my wedding day beautifully. She was organized, punctual and so freaking sweet!
