As an only child, I went to work with my mom and got to experience the incredible rush of weddings, now it’s in my veins and it is my passion! You want an experienced wedding planner? You’ve got it. I’m your one-stop wedding pro As a wedding planner and floral designer I have an eye for design and attention to detail -- it's just in my Type A veins. I’m a wife, daughter, friend, and I’m a mama to 3 incredible boys. I’m a firm believer in loving big, making memories and savoring moments. And with that comes personalized wedding planning services just for you. I’m here for the sentimental AND I get stuff done Let's get real, I cry at every wedding - it's true. My favorite moments are when the bride sees her parents for the first time and when she sees her groom, whew – I’m getting teary eyed just thinking about it. And now that I'm a mom, the mother-son dance gets me.

We used C & A Event Planning just for their florist services, and working with Ashley on our wedding florals was an absolutely joy! We told Ashley our budget and she helped us come up with so many different options and arrangements for us to get the look we wanted without going over budget. She graciously answered my million questions and proposals throughout the wedding planning process, and worked together with my wedding coordinator to make it all happen. All of the flowers turned out absolutely stunning! From the ceremony arch to the bouquets to the table arrangements - everything was so gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for! I used C&A Event Planning for floral and decor help and I am SO glad that I did! Ashley was simply amazing to work with. She took a lot of time to create a vision board that matched all of my requests and executed it perfectly. My florals exceeded my expectations and were one of my favorite things about the day! Ashley also did a great job decorating my venue. I knew I did not want to stress about this the day of, and with minimal instruction, Ashley made the venue look perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for floral and planning help!

We are so glad that we went with C & A Event Planning for our wedding flowers. Ashley was incredibly organized and thoughtful about our wedding flowers, including providing questionnaires that helped to make the planning process seamless. She also provided helpful ideas based on the inspiration photos that I shared and really put the finishing touches on our wedding. She was even able to provide flowers for my hair, which was a ton of fun and made the big day feel even more special. Ashley is outstanding and worked so seamlessly with our other all-star vendors. Very grateful to her for making our day special.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful to work with. We booked them quite early for our floral arrangements, and she reached out and checked in with us throughout the waiting period. She was also so wonderful to collaborate with on ideas for table layouts and creative ideas. Everything was absolutely beautiful and delivered on time!

Ashley was fantastic. We worked with her for the middle tier wedding planning option and for florals. She was super helpful throughout our planning experience and we loved that had unlimited emails back and forth! She always got back to us quickly and had great recommendations. She was incredibly helpful as the wedding got closer and we were putting all the finishing touches on everything. She also did a fantastic job with our florals. We had a barn wedding and she nailed the vibe. Highly recommend working with Ashley!

I highly recommend using C&A Event Planning for your wedding day florals! Ashley was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were on a tight budget, but she took the number we were comfortable with and put our vision to life! She was quick to reply to emails, easily adjusted our proposal when we decided to change routes and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! Ashley did such an amazing job on our Wedding Day! She took my ideas/vision for florals and just exceeded my expectations. Throughout the planning process, I often changed my mind or saw something I wanted added to our wedding day. Ashley was always so responsive and receptive of my ideas, and encouraged me to reach out whenever I had questions or thoughts about my florals. I was absolutely blown away walking into my venue on my wedding day, and it was because of her amazing work in making all my visions and dreams come to life. I can't recommend her enough!!

I cannot recommend Ashley enough! She is SO helpful and works with your budget to create beautiful floral arrangements. I used her for my wedding a couple weeks ago and I was in love with everything she put together. My bouquet was beautiful and so were my bridesmaids!! The boutonnières were perfect and so were the corsages. If you’re looking for a beautiful and affordable option for your wedding look no further!

Ashley put together the most beautiful florals for our wedding. I sent her a reference photo of a bouquet I liked and she ran with that to design a gorgeous arrangement for our chuppah, my bouquet, and our reception space. My suggestion to brides -- don't micromanage your florist. We loved not knowing exactly what we were going to get and honestly would not have been able to plan it better than what Ashley provided. We wanted flowers that were joyful, fun, and vibrant and she DELIVERED. Could not have been happier with them on the day of and they are stunning in all the photos. Very grateful, thank you, Ashley!

Ashley is highly consultative, organized, communicative, supportive, and an overall fantastic and affordable florist! She made my vision come to life. Everyone, and I mean everyone at our wedding, commented on how beautiful the flowers were! Ashley always responded in a timely manner. Her digital floral forms helped me shape my ideas fully throughout the process (which honestly... planning a wedding can be quite daunting without some kind of clear guidance as to what you need and where to start). She was also open to working with me on pricing and changing things around as needed throughout the entire process. I can be hard to please, and wanted to hire vendors that I could implicitly trust. And let me tell you - Ashely did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thanks again!

I used Ashley’s Floral and Planning services for my wedding and I was beyond happy with her work. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for flowers and Ashley took that and created a beautiful vision board and plan. She really thought about how to incorporate flowers throughout the venue space and how we could reuse flowers the next day for a brunch. She also constructed an amazing hanging greenery installation above our head table! I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough!

My best decision was to hire Ashley and C&A Event Planning to plan my daughter’s wedding and do the flowers. Ashley was so easy to work with and took the time to understand my daughter’s aesthetic and vision for her wedding. And her florals! What can I say? I knew they would be beautiful because we had seen her work, and she had prepared a floral board for us with photos of each flower in our arrangements, bouquets, and corsages. But the arrangements were beyond gorgeous. The entire room was stunning: from the florals to the abundant candles, the café lights and hanging lanterns, and the soft seating arrangements. I cannot recommend Ashley and C&A Event Planning highly enough.

If you’re looking for STUNNING florals from a professional team, C&A event planning is the place!! I had a very specific vision in mind and Ashley and team made it come to life. I also hired Ashley to do a custom seating chart with photos of all of our friends and she pulled it off perfectly!! I picked Ashley because I knew she was more than a florist, but someone who understands the wedding industry and how events run / all the details needed to run smoothly. Ashely’s team also helped with church set up and transporting florals to the venue following to be able to be reused. This helped me save on costs tremendously! You’ll be in amazing hands with Ashley!

The flowers were very beautiful. Ashley worked with us every step of the way. The altar flowers, pew flowers, boutiques, boutonnieres, corsages, table arrangements, everything was very beautiful. My wife especially liked the sweetheart table arrangement. I am grateful that our ideas were heard about the colors and all the details.

Such beautiful flowers! All of the bouquets for myself and the bridesmaids were exactly what I wanted! The table arrangements were smaller than what we thought they were going to be, but still pretty and added the pop of color to our tables that we were looking for.

Ashley and Cathy were an absolute pleasure to work with over the past few years. Like many other couples, we ended up postponing our 2020 wedding and shifted from an August event to a November event. Ashley was warm, understanding, and extremely helpful in adjusting our proposal to reflect the change in season. The end result was stunning. My bouquet was gorgeous - several people asked about the pink mink protea. The ceremony arbor was like a fairy tale and Cathy worked with our venue planner to create a dreamy reception space with moody blooms and greenery. They brought our vision to life and I would absolutely work with them again. If you are thinking of booking them, just do it.

I couldn’t be happier with the way all of the florals looked at my wedding! Ashley and her mom did such a beautiful job decorating the venue; it looked perfect and exactly the way I envisioned it. Ashley was super easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning and re-planning process and answered all of my questions. She made sure to have me take one final look at everything before she packed up and left to ensure I was happy with it. I received so many compliments from both people that attended the wedding and those that have only seen pictures. I would 100% recommend C&A Event Planning!

My husband and I got married October 2, 2020 and I am so glad I was able to have C&A do the florals. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but didn’t really know specially. Ashley was able to give me an amazing floral proposal that helped me figure out my vision and the end result far exceeded my expectations of what my florals would look like. Their floral designs perfectly fit my style and tied my wedding together perfectly! Everyone was gushy over the florals and I was right there with them. Ashley was such a great choice to design my wedding day florals! She was responsive, prompt, flexible and reasonably priced. She made the process extremely smooth and made my vision come to life. She worked with me on color schemes and let me know which flowers were in season in August. She also recommended some things I could do to save some money in certain areas. If you are getting married in CNY, I highly recommend her!

Working with Ashley and her mother was a dream! My fiancé and I weren't looking for much in the way of floral design, but she did not disappoint! She had me create a Pinterest board to showcase my ideas and we utilized those and some back and forth over email to settle everything and have things ready to go! It was also incredibly easy to update our invoice once we had a better idea of how much we would actually need for the reception. When the flowers and greenery arrived the morning of the wedding, they were even more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed, and fit perfectly with our fall, barn wedding. I would recommend C&A Event Planning for all your floral needs. (For reference, we ordered three bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bride bouquet, 1 flower crown, and eucalyptus for all of our tables. I cannot speak to any of their other services, but can only imagine the experience would be just as positive as ours was).

When selecting a florist I wanted someone who could make an elegant, yet rustic bridal bouquet. Seeing the art of C & A Event Planning, they were the obvious choice. From beginning to end, C & A Event Planning did a fabulous job. Ashley took her time to speak with me and hear my wedding day vision. The flowers she helped me choose tied together my whole theme! I would highly recommend C&A Event Planning. I used them for my floral arrangements for my wedding this past July. The process was easy, and they were so personable in helping arranging beautiful centerpieces for my tables. Prices were reasonable and delivery was on time! Just perfect!!!!! Everything C&A Event Planning did was just perfect!!!! there where a few last minute things and they accommodated us with our batting an eye. Could not have asked for more picture perfect flowers for our wedding!!! Ashley was just so kind and patient with us, we only sort of knew what we wanted and knew for sure what we didn't want. She talked us through what would work together, what wouldn't and really could not have been more helpful!!! Thank you!!

We were referred to C & A by our vendor. My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism and kindness from both Ashley and Cathy! Our whole experience with them was wonderful. Ashley was extremely quick to respond to all my emails and questions. Her invoices were incredibly easy! We used them primarily for florals. They were beautiful and lasted for about a week after our big day! I even still have my bouquet drying beautifully! Even though we were from Albany and didn't get to meet Ashley or Cathy before our big day, it didn't make a difference. We were so happy to work with an amazing duo!
