About this vendor
Details. Texture. Craft. Visually stunning! Cadillac Service Garage is a spacious, historical, fully renovated 1921 wedding and event venue in downtown Greensboro, NC. Through a 5-year renovation process, we paid special attention to all the details - from the way a wedding flows through the day, to the way our vendors access and use the space, to celebrating the amazing textures and architecture so that wedding photos are one of a kind. "You thought of everything" is a phrase we hear often! There are two built-in bars, one upstairs on an overlooking mezzanine and one downstairs in the Cadillac Showroom. We designed and built custom, hand-crafted details throughout the venue - lighting, furniture, architectural details. These unique details only exist in Cadillac and are what make our venue stand out from the ordinary!
We only book one wedding a day at Cadillac, so your day is all yours! A Cadillac rental includes the use of the entire venue and you & your wedding party may begin your day as early as 8:00am in the private suites. Your rental includes a dedicated Event Manager and our specialized Operations Team. Your Event Manager will be your venue contact from booking through your wedding day. Our Operations Team will handle the furniture setup & breakdown, room flips, and venue cleaning.
Our private Terrace Courtyard is perfect for an outdoor ceremony right in the middle of downtown. And our multiple ceremony locations give couples options, with the ability to plan your ceremony one way, and then easily adjust no matter the weather. We just added our newest feature - our private Wandering Garden - the perfect floral & green space to compliment our industrial vibe! Our getting ready suites are extremely comfy and large enough for even the largest wedding parties. The large indoor ceremony & reception space doesn't have a single post or column, so there is never a bad seat. Reclaimed hardwood-clad, 30 foot ceilings give this garage an almost-cathedral like feeling. Original industrial windows and factory skylights fill the venue with warm, real daylight that is impossible to fake in a photo. Then, at night, dozens of hand-crafted lighting fixtures give the original brick walls a fiery beautiful glow. We even went the extra mile, installing multiple sound management features, to make sure your band or DJ sounds perfect, and your guests have a pleasant experience. Watch out for venues that don't have sound attenuation. We could go on and on, but you should visit in person to truly understand what we offer!

We could not say more positive things about the team at Cadillac Service Garage. When my husband and I first toured the venue in 2024 we had a gut feeling that this would be the pl...
ace we got married. Flash forward 1.5 years later and our dreams came true with the best day of our lives thanks largely in part to the Cadillac Service Garage. The team was so accommodating to allow us to enter the venue early in the morning to relax, set up for hair and makeup, create our chalkboard seating chart and hang out before the chaos of the day ensued. The bridal suites allowed for a relaxed morning of coffee and makeup for the girls; to toasts with bourbon while watching movies for the boys. The layout we had during the reception allowed for a beautiful space for first dances and plenty of room for late night dancing with friends/family! The added bonus was being able to rent use of the venue’s Cadillac for pictures and a getaway to our after party. Any couples looking for the perfect venue to host a party or wedding, look no further!
The Cadillac Service Garage venue was the perfect venue for our wedding! The venue is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. The vendors they have were also AMAZING! Events by Sum...
mer Joy helped make everything we could ever ask for come to life (Hannah is the best ever!) and the food by 1618 was delicious. We would recommend this venue and vendors to everyone!

ound, an old Cadillac Service Garage, you may think, "It’s a garage …. Yikes! A garage?" But wow was my daughter right!! Of all the places we researched, and they looked at, since we don't live in the area, nothing even came close. It was everything they were looking for … and more. I only wish we lived in the area, so we had the opportunity to host other events there!!
If you're looking for a wedding venue that breaks away from the traditional ballroom mold, the Cadillac Service Garage is a hidden gem that delivers unforgettable charm and character. Housed in a beautifully restored vintage garage, this space blends industrial grit with timeless elegance in the most magical way.
What truly set this place apart was how effortlessly it balanced its rugged roots with refined touches. Andrea Jung and her staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us transform the space into something that felt uniquely ours and were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process which began 19 months prior to our event in September 2025. I also strongly recommend using the wedding planner they recommend, Summer Joy, as she helped us immensely create the most magical day. Being provided access to the venue beginning at 8am on the big day in the glorious bridal suite which included 2 hair / make up stations set the tone for a perfect day! The location of the venue in downtown Greensboro also made it very easy for our out-of-town guests, which was the entire guest list, as the venue is very close to many wonderful hotels.
Look no further than CSG to turn your special event into an unforgettable evening!!
Our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party was held at the Cadillac Service here in Greensboro, NC. The building dates back to the 1920’s and has been beauti...
fully renovated by Andrea Jung and her husband. Andrea and her team provided the utmost care in helping us create a magical evening! Our expectations were exceeded in every way so we highly recommend CSG. If one is looking for a celebratory venue this is the place! Thank you, Andrea, and team!

There are not enough stars to rate this vendor! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams, and it is all thanks to the Cadillac service garage and the amazing team that comes ...
with the venue! every detail was perfect, every T was crossed and every I was dotted! They were organized, kind, professional and quickly become part of the family. I will forever tell everyone to get married here! It’s not only absolutely gorgeous, with multiple different rooms and floors - indoor and outdoor options BUT it also comes with the best people to work with.
We couldn’t have picked a better venue! Our ceremony was on the terrace courtyard, cocktail hour was in the showroom, and our reception was in the garage. Each of these spaces are ...
absolutely breathtaking and I am so glad we utilized each one. It has always been my dream to get married outside but I was worried about guests being comfortable. This was no problem at Cadillac and guests were welcome to grab a drink in the AC of the showroom before the ceremony. After the ceremony, guests headed back to the showroom for a cool and comfortable cocktail hour. Not many venues have this many spaces available to keep guests comfortable and I am grateful that Cadillac could give me the best of both worlds. Andrea was a dream to work with! She worked hard to create the perfect layout for our reception. She was always available to answer our questions and it is obvious that she is passionate about giving you the wedding of your dreams. One of my favorite parts of Cadillac is the bridal suite and grooms lounge. The bridal suite was HUGE and so beautiful. It was the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to comfortably get ready! Both getting ready spaces also made for great pictures. Our wedding was rounded out perfectly when we left in the venue’s 1961 Cadillac de Ville. Their listed vendors were also impeccable. Cadillac knows who is good! 1618 blew us and our guests away with perfectly curated food and drink menus. Events by Summer Joy are the BEST planners in the business and planned our day down to the minute so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We cannot say enough great things about this venue, Andrea and the staff, and the listed vendors.

ttlest details! The space is beautiful, from the main room to the bridal suite to the outdoor walking garden, and all of our other vendors love working with Cadillac. If we ever need another venue for a big event, they will be our first call!

ing process. The venue itself is truly the most beautiful space we've ever seen, and it was the perfect backdrop for our special day. They really helped make our vision happen, and even let us use some of the decor elements we had seen on their Instagram, like the beautiful lights for our backdrop, and installed everything perfectly. Everyone at Cadillac was so beyond helpful and a joy to work with. They truly made our dream wedding happen and we couldn't be more thankful!

estions and concerns. The venue itself is large, upscale, and clean, with an ideal location that made it easy for our guests to attend. On the day of our wedding, the staff was incredibly organized and willing to assist us with any requests, helping to ensure we were not stressed. Unfortunately, one of our guests had a minor fall during the event, but the venue staff responded quickly, providing their insurance information and working to help get the guest the medical care they needed. Overall, the Cadillac Service Garage exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to making our special day a complete success.

tantly this was the place. The venue was absolutely stunning. The bridal and grooms suites were very spacious and gorgeous! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The upstairs is a wonderful addition. The checkered floors in the front room were stunning for pictures. We are over the moon with our experience at CSG!

date but we always felt the team did a great job of checking in throughout the planning period, working with our planner, and helping us execute the vision. We appreciated their responsiveness with our emails and everyone on the team was lovely. The venue itself is gorgeous and we had plenty of space in the groom and bride suites to get ready and for all aspects of the Wedding (courtyard, cocktail area, and reception space).
Cadillac was the PERFECT choice for our wedding. Their team was absolutely amazing and made sure the day went off without a hitch.
Our wedding at Cadillac Service Garage was perfect! We loved the venue and the team! Both the bride and groom suites had a lot of space for our wedding parties to get ready. Since ...
we got married in August, we did not want to take all of our photos outside in the heat and there were multiple area options for pictures indoor. Andrea and her team were amazing throughout the entire process, especially on the weekend of the wedding, going out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly and stress free. They also offer multiple occasions for their couples to see the space decorated and meet some of their favorite vendors, which was super helpful while planning. We would definitely recommend this venue for your day! Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed working with them and their vendors!!
Cadillac Service Garage was such an amazing venue for my event - Rehearsal Dinner. We loved it so much and so did our guests!
Working with Andrea and their preferred vendors was seamless and non-stressful! From the time we were able to connect with Andrea, communications were open and clear. We had dealt ...
with the loss of my Grandfather during the time of our wedding planning, but Andrea and her staff effortlessly accommodated us and we were able to keep our originally planned for wedding date. I would highly recommend Cadillac Service garage for any wedding or event. I feel like we gained new family!

fection. The space itself is absolutely stunning and is the perfect “blank slate” to add your own personality to. The outdoor space is amazing, the bridal suites are gorgeous, the venue is spacious but still feels intimate. Truly don’t have a bad word to say! Can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. <3

perfect the CSG space was for our unforgettable celebration! The ability to use all of the spaces for different vibes was the quintessential experience! Working w/Andrea (owner) was such a delight - her kindness, expertise and innate knack for knowing just what is needed was priceless.
I HIGHLY recommend this venue for your next event - It will most certainly go down in your books (as it did in mine) as the "BEST DAY EVER"!!

, I truly mean it. The CSG team is so kind and the space made such a beautiful backdrop for my September wedding. The venue is the perfect mix of original features of the garage with touches of modern finishes and features. I was able to use minimal decor because the venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. I got to marry the love of my life in a dreamy location, and I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much CSG for the experience!

edding planner which saved us a lot of time and stress! She was wonderful and pulled everything together. The bridal suite had plenty of room with beautiful decor and great spots for selfies. Our guest rave more about the venue than the wedding decor. What a perfect day and spot. Totally recommend!

odern feel with exposed brick, black and white checkered floors in the “Show Room”, industrial style bathrooms, and a loft with one of its two bars that overlooks the dining area and dance floor. When you book at CSG, you not only get a beautiful venue, but you get “the A team.” CSG is family owned and run. The staff are professional, friendly, and so responsive. Our wedding reception was flawless. For a lack of a better analogy, CSG is a well-oiled machine! We had the best experience working with them. They turned our dreams into a reality! I highly recommend CSG to anyone looking for the most amazing venue for a wedding!

e. The venue is historic, yet thoughtfully and carefully restored in such a magical, modern way. We fell in love with the black and white checkered floors in the 'show room,' the super cool lofted bar area, the grand reception space with the handmade tables and exposed brick walls, and the beautiful (and convenient) bride and groom suites within the venue. These are only a few features - there are countless others that make this space so special. In addition to being an incredible venue, the staff really elevates the entire experience. Cadillac Service Garage is family owned, and we had the pleasure of getting to know the owners throughout the process. We always felt like we were in great hands - they were open, super communicative, and very passionate about the building - they restored it all themselves, are continuously improving it (although you may wonder, what else is there to improve? They will find something, and make it even better) and can answer any question you may have.
Our wedding day at Cadillac Service Garage was everything we dreamed it to be and more. Our guests absolutely loved spending the evening there, so rest assured, you will have a very happy and entertained crowd if you get married at Cadillac! We loved getting to hang out at the venue all day with our wedding party and family members in the suites before people arrived as well - it gave us even more valuable time to soak it all in.
I also highly recommend using their Cadillac as your getaway car - with the package we chose, they will drive you away within 5 miles of the venue. Our favorite photo from the wedding came from these final moments of the evening - it is a really cool experience that completed the classic vibe we were going for. Do it!
Thank you, Cadillac Service Garage for your amazing customer service and for contributing such a special place to our community in the triad! Fingers crossed someone we knows gets married here so we can come hang out with you again :)
Can't recommend enough. SUCH a versatile space with an amazing staff and team behind it. The possibilities to really make your day your own are endless!

20 and we were beyond blown away with the team – they kept us well informed throughout the whole process and what they were doing to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. The space speaks for itself and is obviously beautiful, but hands down, the staff is what makes this place truly remarkable. I highly recommend CSG to anyone looking for a great venue to get married, you will not be disappointed!

ly booked for Sat. May 23rd 2020 and our only concern at the time was we hoped it would not be raining. Little did we know that a global pandemic was on tap for 2020 and it would drastically change our wedding plans but Cadillac Service Garage was gracious and we worked it out to move the date to July 19th, 2020 and got all our original wedding vendors on that date. Then CSG was wonderful with all the planning meetings, with revising the seating and table setups numerous times to make everybody safe and follow all the Covid regulations. The day finally came and we enjoyed it in the spacious and beautiful bridal suite. Everyone was wonderful in making Paige and Tray’s day so special. There was no other place they would have wanted to celebrate their wedding. Paige said the day was perfect and we thank the CGS for a fabulous venue and magical day!

set up at the venue and are very accommodating. My husband and I live in FL but got married in NC. We drove a bunch of wedding decor up for our big day and they had plenty of room for us to store what we needed before the wedding. That was a huge relief for us. I can’t thank Andrea enough for how prompt she is when answering emails too! I don’t have one complaint and would recommend Cadillac Service Garage over and over again!

he venue with different vendors to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided us with a list of preferred vendors (who were also amazing) and worked with us to get our rehearsal in around set up for another wedding. The venue space itself is phenomenal, and our guests loved it. We were a bit nervous about the room flip due to our choice of ceremony design, and number of guests, but they handled it great, and kept us on schedule. As soon as we walked in the building, we knew it was where we wanted to get married, and CSG did not disappoint.
Perfect venue for any time for the year with a fantastic set-up potential. The owners alone can make this venue with how accommodating and just friendly they are. They give you the...
feeling that you could make any request and they would at least consider it.
We can't count how many times we heard from guests and friends that they ran into one of the owners and they asked a question or for help. They would stop what they are doing every time to assist. We needed some ideas and suggestions on what to do and how to display something at our wedding and they always had great advice.
If you want to have a beautiful venue and keep things as stress free as possible, we would always recommend Cadillac Service Garage. Or if you just want a great space, we would still recommend them.

ue in NC. Go visit & you'll definitely want to book with them! They are slightly more pricey compared to the other venues nearby, but we easily made cuts elsewhere in our overall budget since the venue was important to us. They're very flexible and we were able to bring in an outside caterer/bartenders and an outside planner. They were able to coordinate & accommodate beautifully. We were able to stay late and bring in a live band (some other venues require you're out by 10 and have noise restrictions), there was ample parking, their furniture in-space is absolutely gorgeous and their team is amazing. Check them out!
I loved the Cadillac. They were super easy to work with! I got so many compliments on the venue. The Cadillac staff with my other vendors killed the flip! Super unique and beautif...

illac, our eyes lit up with excitement. It is so beautiful, spacious, unique and quintessentially "old school" Greensboro with a great blending of charm and glam. There are so many ways you can use, arrange and decorate the different spaces and our guests were raving about how gorgeous everything was and how they had never been to an event in a place like this before. I think we were one of the earlier couples to book Cadillac for a wedding reception so there were lots of updates being made during the year leading up to our big day. Despite that, Andrea and Jay were extremely organized, quick to respond to all of our questions (and I had a lot!), kind, helpful and easy to work with. They graciously let us see the space multiple times as they finished construction on different areas and even allowed us to practice our first dances there with our music playing over their Bluetooth system. I am so excited to see how the Cadillac Service Garage continues to evolve over time and we definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in an unforgettable place.

e were several hiccups during the planning process that I feel other brides/couples should be aware of, but of note - we did have an amazing wedding day and CSG was truly our dream venue. We booked our wedding at CSG while the venue was still under construction - at which point there was no "bridal suite" and "groom's room." There was simply just a bridal suite (which is now the groom's room). Several months before our wedding, we were informed that there was a new addition of a huge bridal suite that we could use - but we would have to pay an extra $750 to use it in addition to the venue cost (and if we did not use it - it would just sit empty, being unused). This was out of our budget, so we opted not to use the bridal suite. It was very difficult budgeting for a wedding, and it was very stressful having extra costs thrown at us just several months before the wedding. In addition, we had a huge issue with their barn door chalkboards. We were told by the venue that if we used chalk markers, we would have to wash it off ourselves because it is very difficult to remove (which should not be the case for a normal chalkboard). On the night of our wedding, one of my bridesmaids scrubbed the chalkboards with warm water and completely removed the chalk. 2 days later, when I was in the airport leaving for my honeymoon, the vendor emailed me and stated that the chalk had reappeared from the initial cleaning and if we did not come back to remove it, she would deposit my ENTIRE $1000 security deposit to cover the cost of the "cleaning fee" and just refund me what was left after the cleaning company charged her. I thought this was ridiculous considering what we paid to have our wedding at this venue. I hope that these hiccups were simply due to the fact that CSG was a brand new venue when we got married there, but I felt other brides should be aware. And again, our wedding was beautiful and we could not imagine a better venue for our big day.
