Roxanne is the best. When I presented the idea everyone in the room gave me a "he's got to be kidding" look. However, Roxanne ran with it and delivered beautifully. I got married before I was introduced to this company...but had I known this company, I would have had a perfectly beautiful and delicious cake to wow my guest. I have never been a fan of cupcakes or red velvet cakes. Although I was very reluctant to try another red velvet cupcake, I was so happy that I tasted one from Cake in a Cup NY. The cupcake was super moist and delicious....and there was an "OMG, this is so good" surprise in the middle. That evening, I became a fan of red velvet cupcakes and have ordered cakes and cupcakes (in several flavors) for several event I've hosted! I love the detail that goes into each cake and cupcake. But most of all I love how great it taste. I am thrilled that whatever I order not only looks amazing, but it also taste great.
