In the days leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day, Kelly was once again, organized and had calming, confident energy which was exactly what we needed! There were a couple things that did not go as planned the at the wedding and we didn’t even know until days later! Again, highly recommend!

We hired a day-off coordinator through Calico weddings (Briana) who was absolutely incredible. Briana was far more than just a day-of coordinator and exceeded our expectations. For the 12-months leading up to the wedding she provided a step-by-step checklist in the planning process and consistently checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She had recommendations for vendors, was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We didn't have to think about anything the actual day of the wedding, we just showed up and Briana took care of everything else! She made the wedding a flawless and wonderful experience. Ashley is an A+ communicator - very responsive, replies to e-mails quickly, and addresses concerns timely. She offered knowledgeable opinions based on her experience. We were "particular" clients and Ashley never made us feel like were were being overbearing. She was firm, but accommodating - a great combo! We had a great experience with Ashley and would highly recommend. She was a large contributor to our 10/10 day!

Ashley and the whole team are nothing short of phenomenal. Ashley helped field my questions/concerns for a solid 14 months prior to the wedding date. We hired her as “Day Of” coordinator but she was so much more than that. Do yourself (and everyone!) a favor and hire Calico Weddings for your special day. We were very pleased with her willingness to change details or times or anything else that we decided we wanted different. She was very helpful in offering her opinion and help when we were unsure of what to do. The day of timeline was a huge bonus that Kelly provided to us and was a key part of their services. We would not have been able to create that timeline ourselves and were very happy to have that created for our wedding day. Kelly was also very helpful in making sure that all vendors and staff members were all on the same page to make sure the day went smoothly. Great experience with Ashley and Kelly! Very professional, great communication and their value was priceless. I was in Virginia, my daughter in Illinois and wedding was in Boulder. Ashley provided a vendor list for the area. We used these vendors and all were A+. She and Kelly coordinated deliveries, changes and timelines with the vendors. They kept in touch through conference calls and e-mails. They organized and participated in venue walkthrough. As the mother of the bride, I had the utmost confidence that things would run smoothly. We arrived three days before the wedding and everything was ready. The wedding went well even with unexpected snow! I am 100% pleased with everything they did.

From our first phone call chat, we knew she was a great fit. She was a calm amidst the chaos that is wedding planning for us from day one. Though we were only looking for day of coordination, Ashley took that definition above and beyond our expectations. She consistently and quickly responded to emails, provided opportunities for phone calls, and was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Ashley & Briana are a wonderful team. We didn't require a full wedding planner because we wanted to keep it relatively simple and had big picture ideas set. Although they were hired as day of coordinators, they were available to contact immediately, several months in advance of our wedding date to start working together. As much as we wanted to get married, we didn't really know what we were doing when it came to smaller, behind-the-scene details, but they assisted us with all that. They drew up a timeline that worked wonderfully. Whenever we were on calls with our other vendors, they asked great questions that we wouldn't have considered. On the day of the wedding, they were super helpful with set up in a short time frame, helping me with my veil that wasn't cooperating, and bustling my dress (especially when I didn't remember how my seamstress told me how to do it haha). I cannot recommend them enough. They are not only super professional, but really kind individuals. I could tell they were genuinely happy for us and wanted to give us our dream day, which they certainly achieved.

I cannot thank Briana and Ashley enough for all they did for our wedding. They were quick to respond, helped take all the stress off of coordinating, and ensured that my vision came to life. I was most impressed by their ability to get all vendors on the same page, never having to ask me for anything. Because of them, I was able to fully enjoy my day. I can't even begin to scratch the surface of how amazing these two are. Briana was our main POC, and she knocked it out of the park! We used Calico for day of support, but they were there for us whenever we needed them beforehand. Multiple times, I would email them with a question, and they had already thought of it and reached out to my vendor before I even asked. They were so kind, thoughtful, helpful and professional with all things our wedding. I can't recommend them enough! They made it so I could actually enjoy my wedding and not stress the details, which was honestly priceless.

To be honest, the only reason we hired a coordinator was because our venue required it, but in hindsight I’m SO glad! Hire Ashley- just do it now. We unfortunately had quite the saga of wedding drama between family complications and COVID and Ashley was a stabilizing force throughout the process. Thoughtful and empathetic while also making sure we stayed focused on the important items to have the best day possible. I cannot sing the praises of Ashley enough. We hired her as our day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She was always a quick email away and continually reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. On wedding day we had a medical emergency that stalled our wedding ceremony by ~40 minutes. She handled it like a CHAMP and talked to all of our vendors for us to coordinate a new game plan for the remainder of the evening. I am normally not one to be able to let go and relax, but Ashley made me feel so calm despite everything that had happened. If you are even slightly on the fence of hiring a planner / day-of-coordinator I am telling you to do it, do it, do it! Like most, when we started planning our wedding we had no idea exactly where to start. Our venue required us to hire a day-of-coordinator and I could not be more grateful that they did because we ended up working with Ashley at Calico. She is SO much more than “day of” coordinating. Throughout the entire year and a half planning process she had wonderful tools and outlines that I easily accessed from my phone for us to follow which helped us (and her) know where we were in the planning process and made sure we didn’t forget or leave anything out. She offered great recommendations for vendors and for basically anything I asked! As the wedding grew closer it seemed we we’re almost always in communication and Ashley was always so quick to respond! Because of COVID Ashley was quick to check in on us and make sure we were doing okay and to offer any help that she could. She is made the rehearsal go smoothly and timely and made our wedding day felt like a breeze. From setting up decorations to COVID restrictions to managing (literally) everyone and to clean up, our wedding day went off without a hitch! She was always there to check in on us and bring us snacks or a drink. We couldn’t be more grateful for Ashley and Calico and would recommend her to everyone and anyone.

In the midst of 2020 crazy, Natalie with Calico weddings was a port in the storm. She helped us navigate tons of different versions of our wedding and helped us create the perfect day.

I cannot emphasize enough how great Ashley is! We were planning our wedding through a global pandemic and she was so great through the entire process. I had no idea what I was doing and she guided me through the entire process and made it so easy. On the day of I had no responsibility of managing decorations, vendor questions any other details. She handled EVERYTHING and always made sure our glasses were full. I highly recommend Ashley, I am certain you will not find anyone better!

Although my fiance and I canceled our wedding plans due to COVID-19 and therefore Calico Weddings did not perform the day of coordination services as hired for, we have nothing but great things to say about Ashley and Hannah at Calico! They were both on top of things and so helpful with vendor recommendations and a general timeline. I felt sure the Calico team would create a seamless wedding day for me and my fiance. I would 100% recommend Calico weddings to all engaged couples based on their professionalism, friendliness and industry knowledge. Ashley and Calico weddings were not able to actually perform any services due to the COVID-19 pandemic (my fiancé and I decided to cancel our wedding and just elope based on options other vendors gave us for dates and refunds and upcharges for rescheduling). However, every single conversation I had with Ashley was very pleasant and she was the ONLY vendor that we hired that offered any sort of refund (she refunded our entire deposit). I would recommend Calico weddings to anyone based on their incredible customer service and based on the fact that they are simply good people not looking to just make a profit off someone. It was gut wrenching and heartbreaking to have to cancel plans that you have dreamed of your whole lives and while our other vendors just wanted to kick us while we were down, Calico weddings had great integrity and was willing to work with us whether it be reschedule the wedding date for no additional charge or in our case giving us a full refund.

They were so helpful and very quick to respond to all of our emails. They were very accommodating when we had to make some changes to our wedding. Would definitely recommend!

Since our wedding day, we have received countless compliments and inquiries about the seamlessness and organization of our wedding day, and our response is always that Natalie with Calico Weddings did an outstanding job! Natalie's attention to detail and passion for what she does sets her apart from other wedding planners in the area. My husband and I enjoyed getting to know Natalie because of who she is outside of "wedding planner/coordinator"-- she truly is an absolute joy to work with. One of the most special memories I have from my day is seeing Natalie's tears well up in her eyes just before I walked down the aisle with my dad. After all the hard work, after all the anticipation, she was there to help me get my dress up the stairs; literally, helped me get down the aisle with tears in her eyes. Find a wedding planner like that and your day will be full of heart and intentionality.

Natalie at Calico Weddings was the biggest gift of our entire wedding planning process. Dan and I often talked about how Natalie was the best money we spent. Natalie was kind, helpful, prompt, and offered wonderful insight. If I asked for advice, she would ask thoughtful follow up questions to help us figure out what was right for us. We cannot say enough how thankful we are to have worked with Natalie.

We hired Calico as the Day-Of coordinator for our wedding this month and Natalie did an amazing job! I am a detail freak and basically served as my own wedding planner, but she stepped in right where I needed her and asked all of the right questions to make sure we were on track. Especially during the month leading up to our wedding I was confident we made the right choice going with Calico as I felt a huge weight lift on my shoulders. Our vision was executed so well- we have gotten tons of "out of all the weddings we've been to this one was the most fun" type compliments and we owe a lot of the success to Natalie. Ashley absolutely rocked it out at Erin and Jon’s wedding on 9/2/19! I’m a wedding photographer and I work often with planners and Calico is definitely worth hiring! A great planner requires certain attributes; they can’t just understand how to direct and plan but they also have to have a good eye for details - Ashley has both. She has it all — while remaining calm and professional. It also matters how they treat those other vendors involved and Calico understands we are all on the same team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so glad we decided to use Natalie at Calico Weddings for our day of event coordination. I have no idea how I would have done it without her, it would have been impossible. She was so easy to talk to, get a hold of, and bounce around ideas with. She worked so hard, kept everything organized, and made our day better than I could have imagined.
