If you’re searching for a florist who can turn your wedding floral dreams into reality, look no further than Callarose & Co. Working with Rachel and Jane was an absolute highlight ...
of our wedding planning process, and their work far exceeded our expectations.
From the start, Rachel and Jane took our initial inspirations and transformed them into a breathtaking floral display. They didn’t just execute our vision—they elevated it, bringing ideas to life that we hadn’t even considered. Their creativity shone through, including the thoughtful addition of a custom stand that saved us money and added a unique touch to our day.
The florals looked even more stunning in person than we had imagined from our communications. Out of all the vendors we worked with, Callarose & Co was the one we would choose again in a heartbeat. They truly knocked it out of the park.
When unexpected rain forced us to move our reception inside, Rachel and Jane showed their adaptability and resourcefulness. They had extra candles and supplies on hand, which helped recreate the ambiance we had originally planned for outdoors. Their ability to pivot and make our indoor setting feel just as magical was deeply appreciated.
The team at Callarose & Co is not only incredibly talented but also kind and warm. Their presence was felt in all the right ways, adding an extra layer of joy to our special day.
We can’t recommend Rachel and Jane enough. Their exceptional service and beautiful work made our wedding day unforgettable.

h and orchids, which they were happy to deliver. They gave me a very thorough quote with competitive pricing. A few months before the wedding, I decided I actually wanted more of a romantic, wisteria-based look, and Jane was happy to hop on a call and pivot our direction. I'm so glad I trusted her vision, because many guests commented that our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've been to. From the stunning arch, to the long table runners and tapered candles, to the bouquets and centerpieces -- every floral detail was meticulously crafted, and it was exactly what I had envisioned and more. The day of the wedding, they worked fast, and delivered everything punctually so that there was ample time for the photographer to take photos before the guests arrived. I can't stop looking at my photos now because of how gorgeous everything was, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jane and Rachel and team!

ng, and created a proposal that captured all our ideas and more. She was able to interpret my vague descriptions of "woodsy and ethereal" and come up with a plan that went beyond my imagination!
Then covid hit, and we downsized from a 150-guest formal wedding to a 25-guest backyard ceremony. Jane worked with me through all the changes, and was so accommodating and empathetic, and really encouraged me through the replanning process. She even helped me source candles and an easel, and really took care of all the wedding decor.
She assured me that our wedding would still be beautiful, and she really went above and beyond our expectations! My parents' backyard has a large wisteria arch that we used as the focal point; Jane was able to clip and pin it into an amazing structure, and the florals she added looked as if they had grown straight from the vines in some sort of magical fairyland :D All the bridal party bouquets were wonderful! I loved my bouquet, and my bridesmaids commented on how unique and beautiful the arrangements were, with unexpected pops of color that went together really well.
If you are looking for artful, modern florals for your wedding, you cannot go wrong with Callarose & Co.

ers or decorating. I sent Rachel and Jane an inspirational Pinterest board, and they immediately understood what I was going for. They gave me several options with different price ranges so that I could choose something within my budget. They were also very responsive in emails, which I really appreciated. Just a few months before my wedding, I decided to change something about my bouquet. They pivoted quickly and it was a non-issue.
Walking into my venue on the day of my wedding was one of the most memorable moments for me. I remember being blown away by the beauty of everything. The bouquets were stunning, I wish I could have kept them all forever. Honestly, Rachel and Jane have converted me into a flower-lover and I now purchase flowers regularly. Callarose is doing a monthly flower club starting in June, and I couldn’t say no to this. I cannot wait to get flowers delivered by them, it’ll feel a little like my wedding day every month!

oth being so pretty with roses and they even handed out roses to brides! How sweet! It really set them apart! I also really liked their Instagram and felt like their style was just what I wanted, modern, classy, so beautiful and uniquely done. With an October wedding in Seattle by the water, I was planning on having fall florals for bouquets, centerpieces, etc. Weather can be so hit or miss in Seattle, especially in October! The day BEFORE, I decided to have the wedding outside.. after the forecast previously said rain all week! It happened to be a miracle and was sunny day of!! Anyways, I was last minute telling Rachel and Jane all my plans for outdoors vs indoors. They responded SO fast, even when busy with other weddings!! Not once did they seem annoyed with all my questions! They brought my vision to life, and was able to help decor an epic fall arbor for my wedding outside!!! I loved all the fall florals and the bouquets and boutonnières. They did such a good job, I can’t wait to get my professional pics back to show them! I am beyond pleased with the work they did I cannot recommend them enough!!!
