Callier's Catering

After several tastings and getting over serious sticker shock at the general price of catering services, we felt in good hands with Callier's. Above all else, we wanted the food the be tasty and classy, without going over the top. We had some rocky moments with correspondence as the company seemed to be going through some management changes. But as we got closer to the day, Kelly Callier connected with us personally on several occasions to ensure our catering went off without a hitch - and it really did. Everything tasted fantastic and looked beautiful.

I cannot recommend Callier’s enough. They were extremely flexible and kind throughout our whole wedding process, they even set up our Dessert Bar Table for our wedding in the most perfect way and helped decorate our reception tables. My Husband and I are so grateful we had such a wonderful caterer that not only had incredible food that we still keep getting compliments on, but everyone we worked with through this business were all so kind and so helpful and definitely played a HUGE role in making our wedding day perfect. 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Our venue has a list of preferred vendors and Callier's was one of them. They were a little more than we were hoping to spend but the food was AMAZING and Catherine was so easy to work with! The linens and tables were set beautifully and I would recommend Callier's to anyone that was looking.

We used Callier's for our wedding in September, and the food was absolutely delicious! We wanted to stray away from traditional wedding food, so we opted to go with food stations instead of a buffet. We had a South of the Border station, Mashed-tini, and Mac-tini stations, and they were all a huge hit! We thought we would have leftovers with how much we had ordered, but our guests loved it so much that we went through it all. Our only regret is not getting to have more of it ourselves since we were so busy rushing around the day of! We had an outdoor reception, and it ended up raining right before the food was served. Callier's reacted quickly and came up with a game plan to make sure the food was saved and our guests were all well fed. We worked with Darcie leading up to the day, and she helped set up everything the day of as well. She was very professional, responsive, and helpful the entire way through! Thank you again to the Callier's team for your professionalism and amazing service on our wedding day!

Callier’s Catering was so great! The food was so delicious, and the staff was very efficient and helpful! They even helped us pack up some of our decor that was on the guest tables when the day was over. They also packed up the left over food for us to take home with us, which I didn’t know we were going to be able to do! Would definitely recommend this vendor!

We booked with Silver Oaks Chateau and they have a handful of vendors they work with. We chose Callier’s catering and I am so glad we did. We did our tasting over a year in advance from our wedding. I forgot how delicious the food was until our wedding day. Everyone raved about the food choices. From the cocktail hour appetizers, to the buffet all the way to our late night snack which was the walking tacos. Everyone said it was such a unique idea. The staff were on top of everything and they checked in with me all night and even before they left to make sure everything was going good. I appreciated that more than ever. 12/10 recommend Callier’s catering.

The food was all very tasty for appetizers and dinner. Everything tasted as we remembered it from the tasting. It was presented well and served by friendly servers. The staff did a great job of serving the vegan meals and kids meals also. Abby, Cory, and Lauren were easy to work with on those requests and didn’t charge extra for those! My mom was very complimentary of the staff who helped her pack up table decorations at the end of the night. Everyone was so helpful during the night and did a great job of checking in and making sure things were going smoothly. In general, everyone we worked with was friendly, organized, and easy to work with through the whole wedding process! It relieved some stress knowing that our catering was well managed, and our guests would have a delicious meal. We definitely recommend them for catering!

We had some leftovers they let us take home and they did not disappoint the next day delicious and the service was outstanding. A big thanks to Collier's Catering for providing a no fuss, stress-free wedding reception! Honestly, I had not a care about the food or the service throughout the whole process. You delivered exactly what we wanted! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the variety allowed for everyone to eat what they loved (we had 3 food stations). Many guests told me that they enjoyed the meal. The table service folks and servers were efficient and kind, and I loved their smiles!

She made the necessary adjustments to our contract to help make navigating planning a wedding much easier. The food at our wedding was amazing and it came out HOT! Callier's is outstanding! Due to Covid, my daughters wedding was changed 3 times -and we ended up having 50 guests for the reception in our backyard. Catherine and Abby were so kind and patient, helping us navigate through the details for each wedding change. When we decided to have the reception in our backyard, Catherine and Abby came to our house to look at our house setup to determine what they needed and talked me through all of the details. The reception dinner and backyard setup was beyond perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, and the table setup was beautiful. Catherine and Abby figured out all that we needed, ordered it for us, and set up the most beautiful dinner tables. They also setup a gorgeous champagne arrangement that awed the guests as they arrived. Everyone received appetizers, drink refills, salad and meals in a timely manner and the plating was gorgeous!! The staff was very attentive to our guests. Some of our guests told us they felt they were in a Hallmark movie! We cannot thank the Callier's staff, Catherine and Abby enough for everything they did to make our daughter's outdoor wedding a dream! Callier's provided outstanding personalized service, a friendly and attentive staff, truly delicious food and the dream team of Catherine and Abby to work with. I highly recommend Callier's and we cannot wait for them to cater our full out wedding reception that was postponed until next year!

Callier's Catering is so great! We worked with Abby throughout our wedding planning process and on our wedding day and she was so awesome to work with! We live out of town so all of our meetings were done via phone call and email and Abby was so responsive anytime we had questions, needed opinions, etc. The team that worked our wedding did such a good job - everyone was so polite and the food was just amazing! We did a BBQ buffet (which was modified to be covid-friendly) and every item we chose was so wonderful - especially the brisket! Our guests were raving. The bar service was also quick and efficient as well. Thank you Abby and team for helping make our wedding a success!

Callier’s Catering is AMAZING!!! We used them to cater our wedding Every single individual we worked with was kind, personal, supportive, and helpful. The food was some of the best we have ever tasted, service was perfect, our wedding guests could not have praised everything higher. We worked with Abby through Callier’s Catering for our June wedding. Even amidst the pandemic of COVID-19, Abby and her team were simply amazing. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the food we had was! I know that my husband and I are biased, but it was the best food we had ever had at a wedding reception. The chicken marsala and beef brisket were delicious! The Brussels Sprouts, mushroom risotto, and potatoes were wonderful. The home made croutons on the salad were astonishing, as well. Abby and her team were nothing short of fantastic! Abby ensured both My husband and I were taken care of and when we visited the staff in the kitchen, they were so kind and considerate. We truly could not have chosen a better catering company for our wedding.

Callier's catering was by far our favorite caterers we tried. Besides the amazing food and selection of food, the customer service was TOP NOTCH! They made the meal and planning as stress free as you could ever be! I will never stop singing their praises!

Hiring Callier’s to cater for our November 2019 wedding at Quail Ridge Lodge in Wentzville, Missouri was one of the best decisions we made! Everyone I came into contact with at Callier’s was professional, kind and helpful! Abby was our main contact and she was so fantastic (thank you for accommodating so many updates/changes as we got closer to the wedding!). They arrived very early to the venue on the day to set up, and helped with so many of the finishing details. On top of it all, the food was great and everything went very smoothly! The bartender was friendly and fast (not always the experience at some weddings). The wait staff were all so sweet, accommodating, helpful, and kind throughout the day. They even snapped some sweet pictures before the ceremony that I am so grateful to have (thank you for texting them to me)! I would highly recommend Callier’s and will use them again when I have an event I need assistance with!

We worked with Abby from Calliers to put together a elegant and unique menu for our wedding in November. We had a dual entree, plated dinner for about 200 people and the service was flawless and efficient! In addition to putting together the menu, Abby organized all of our rentals from the items needed for each place setting to a champagne fountain and everything in between. Abby was responsive and easy to work with—as we got closer to the wedding date I often reached out to her with questions or notify her rentals we needed and she always graciously and quickly took care of it. Her and the rest of the Calliers staff were able to coordinate with our venue for set up and make sure that all pieces were in place for the other vendors too. Their service at the cocktail hour and reception was impeccable, the staff was so friendly and their presentation is unmatched. We had a full dessert bar which they kept replenished all night for our guests and they were able to transition the room as the night moved from cocktail hour, cake-cutting, etc. seamlessly. Calliers is reasonably priced and the portions are plentiful. Our friends and family could truly not stop raving about how amazing all of the food tasted! My husband and I definitely recommend Calliers!

Callier’s Catering is a top notch professional service that made my daughter‘a wedding day spectacular in every way. The food and presentation was superb. Working with Callier's was one of the best parts of wedding planning! AMAZING food, INCOMPARABLE service, and affordable! The food isn't just the best wedding food, but some of the best food we've had. We did two complimentary tastings with them because they updated their menu (so many good choices). They were so genuinely caring and we even got to meet the chef. Our dinner buffet for 200 included italian salad (husband's italian mom loved it), gorgonzala whipped potatoes (so unique), Peppercorn Encrusted Pork Loin (so tender!). Our guests were especially raving about the truffled gnocchi and fried chicken and kept going back for more. Post wedding, I still think about the gnocchi! Abby was so helpful when it came to planning. She found the blue water goblets that I just HAD to have and even added my various rentals to her contract with An Affair to Remember. I sent her a photo of linen napkins tied in a knots and Abby clarified that it wouldn't look exactly like the photo because I was doing a buffet and didn't have plates on the table. Such a small detail, but it shows that they care about your vision. Thank you Callier's!

Callier's Catering was the best! Abby, Catherine, Kelly, and Ann did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone raved about the food. Appetizers were to die for and the buffet was plentiful. Cake cutting was perfect ! Bartending was excellent. At the end of the wedding reception everything was cleaned up and put away. I highly recommend Callier's Catering for any event you may have coming up.

I used Callier's Catering for my rehearsal dinner and truly couldn't have been happier with the results!! Their food is incredible (Pasta con Broccoli being my personal favorite), service was top notch, and the prices very fair :) They were also quick in their responses and enjoyable to work with... After one email correspondence with her, I knew we would be booking Calliers. We were very budget conscious, but of course had champagne taste and they came up with perfect dinner menu & bar for our reception. They responded quickly, let us do two tastings when I felt unsure about an entree choice and went above and beyond to help set up our reception for us after we were unexpectedly not able to get into the venue the night before. The food was delicious! The staff was very friendly and professional during our reception and our guests absolutely loved the dinner. I cannot Say enough good things about Calliers & hope any couple who’s debating whether to book with them reads this review and ultimately books with Calliers. You will not regret it!

Above and beyond all expectations! Catherine and Kelly were absolutely fabulous to work with; the food was tremendous; and they went out of their way to make sure Mat and Gina's wedding reception (225 guests) was flawless. We had appetizers, dinner, and full bar. Everything was perfect. And, when you see the owner of the company pitching in with everything from overseeing set-up details to personally clearing tables - you know service excellence is a true priority. Callier's Catering was such a joy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. From the very start they allowed us to do a tasting and see the different types of foods that were available to serve at our wedding, they also allowed us to customize the dishes if we preferred one item over another. This group is super amazing and down to earth! We had a list of caterers we had to choose from through our venue. Everyone else was either over priced or not really friendly to work with to get a quote. Calliers made our day super easy and were very accommodating. I wanted the layout completely changed at the last minute, and we spent a good 30 minutes on the phone changing table placements! The food was also super delicious! You’ll love this team!

Callier's did a great job on the "Morning After" brunch for our out-of-town friends and family. Everything was as-advertised, reasonably priced, and the food was delicious. Callier's made it easy to host a party the day after the wedding.

Callier's is great! We recently used them at our wedding and a month later guests are still commenting on the chicken Abby recommended. I cannot say enough about how amazing Abby, the food and service were before, during and after our wedding.. The team was so friendly the night of our wedding and Abby not only helped me with all of the logistics, she kept me sane. Rain? NO PROBLEM! Table cloth not delivered? NO PROBLEM! Making sure no one ate the bride and groom's giant cupcake or the father-of-the-groom's gluten free cupcake? NO PROBLEM! I could NOT imagine us using anyone besides Callier's. They made the day awesome and too stress-free. If I could do it all over again, I would absolutely select Callier's.

We had an excellent experience with the Callier’s team helping to make our daughters wedding such a success. I heard many compliments from our friends about the food and the staff were always on the spot, never intrusive. But I want to especially call out the support provided by Catherine Brady throughout the process along with Ann as we set things up. We weren’t sure what to expect when we first met with Catherine at the Family Life Center back in November (or maybe it was October!) Catherine is so pleasant to work with and left Susan and I with the impression that we were working with a professional, confidently answering our questions and quickly and easing our fears that the loose ends would be tied up. We left that meeting completely relieved that we were working with a great partner. When we next got together on Friday before the wedding, she and Ann helped us figure out some of the last minute details with the centerpieces, assured us that the candles would be lit and that the room would be perfect. Their attention to detail were what my wife Susan noticed. On the wedding day, when we arrived to the cocktail hour, it was great to see all of the guests enjoying themselves while enjoying the appetizers and drinks. Catherine ensured the wedding party had appetizers in the back room before I could even ask her to do that. Radar O’Reilly has nothing on Catherine! And when we entered the Reception Hall, wow!!!! Everything was perfect! We are so happy we chose Callier’s!

The date was January 14th and happened to be the weekend of the ice storm that hit the STL area. As other vendors where calling to cancel deliveries and pick up times, Callier's was already planning ahead to set up and prepare for the event. I never had a doubt that they would not pull through for us. Because of the weather we had several changes to table arrangements and they happily made all the necessary adjustments. They took care of everything we needed to order for place settings and linens. The menu choices where abundant and all very delicious. Service was excellent, no worries about running out of food, and never a line at the bar. Several of my guest commented on how much they enjoyed their dinner. They made the overall experience very personalized and worry free. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

Callier's was the obvious choice for our wedding after they had done such a great job with my sister's in April 2015 -- everything was delicious. At our tasting, we were pleased with all of the options and had a hard time narrowing down our selections. And the price was right for our budget. (Because we booked early, we had free appetizers for our reception, too). Everything the day of the wedding was wonderful -- ready on time, plentiful, delicious. We so appreciated Callier's professional service and high quality catering -- and we enjoyed taking the leftovers home, too!

Wonderful wonderful service! They would constantly refill our drinks to make sure we were never low and during dinner they kept making sure the bride and groom were doing well. So many guests commented on how great and personal their service was. And the food was delicious. We did the simple BBQ style wedding, and oh my gosh, that apple salad was fantastic! I was so stressed about having to decorate the venue the day of the wedding, but the Callier's staff was so helpful in setting up the table and decorating their service table. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the STL area.
