Debi and her team at Calliope Wedding and Events truly went above and beyond with planning and coordinating our wedding, and we were SO thankful to have them as part of our vendor ...
team. We were impressed by her attention to detail and care through every step of the process. As many of us know, there are little details in wedding planning that can fall through the cracks, but Debi made sure that every one of these little details were accounted for from start to finish.
We also appreciated Debi and her team's calm, professional demeanor throughout the process -- she was so quick to respond to any questions that came up as well. On our wedding day, my husband and I both said that it felt like we were guests at someone else's wedding because of how stress free and coordinated the entire day was! We truly feel that this was because of Calliope's thorough, careful attention to detail. We also got wonderful feedback from family and friends on how smoothly the event was executed. Because of this, we highly recommend Callipe Wedding and Events for your wedding planning needs!

ing up to the big day to making sure every little detail was taken care of, they were incredible.
They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, and on our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. We were able to truly relax, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with our family and friends because we knew everything was in such capable hands. Their attention to detail, professionalism, organization, and genuine care made such a difference.
We are so grateful to Calliope Weddings & Events for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed of. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a team that will go above and beyond to make their wedding absolutely perfect!

enjoy our day. Everyone warned us to prepare for something to go wrong on our wedding day, but thanks to Debi EVERYTHING went perfectly. Our families and friends also had great things to say about her! If you're looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and detail-oriented, we definitely recommend Calliope Events. She made our wedding day the most unforgettable day ever!
BEST choice we made was to hire Calliope Weddings and Events. If you're planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire Debi and her assistant, Nicole. I truly cannot imagine goi...
ng through the wedding planning process without them.
From the very beginning, Debi guided us every step of the way. She made sure we never missed a deadline, overlooked an important detail, or felt overwhelmed by all the decisions that come with planning a wedding. She schedules timely meetings along the way helping to break up the decisions and tasks that need to be done. She helped us think through every choice, offered wonderful ideas, answered countless questions, reviewed contracts, explained wedding etiquette, and created a seamless timeline that kept everything running smoothly.
As the wedding approached, Debi attended our final venue walkthrough, led the rehearsal with confidence and professionalism, and made sure everyone knew exactly what to do. On our wedding day, she and Nicole were there before anyone else arrived and stayed until the very last moment, ensuring every detail was handled flawlessly. Because of them, our families, wedding party, and most importantly, the bride and groom, were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics.
One of the sweetest touches came at the end of the evening. Debi packed a bag with slices of our wedding cake, food, waters, and included a beautiful handwritten note for the bride and groom to enjoy after the celebration. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly reflects the level of care and love she pours into her work.
Debi doesn't just plan weddings—she creates peace of mind. Her experience, organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched. She treats your wedding as if it were her own, and that makes all the difference.
I can say without hesitation that I would never plan another wedding without Debi and Nicole. They were worth every penny and then some. If you want your wedding day to be joyful, organized, and absolutely unforgettable, hire them. It will be one of the best decisions you make. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our rehearsal and wedding day flowed effortlessly because of her expertise. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment knowing Debi had everything under control behind the scenes.
We are deeply grateful for her dedication, creativity, and heart. If you want a planner who truly goes above and beyond, Debi SAS with Calliope Events is the one!

ay itself. From the very beginning, Debi was organized, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She even started helping us earlier than she was required to, which meant so much to us and immediately made us feel supported.
Throughout the planning process, Debi answered countless questions, offered great advice, and gave us so many helpful tips that made everything feel much less overwhelming. Her preparation was extremely thorough, and it was clear that she cared about every detail.
On the wedding day, Debi and Emily were calm, professional, and completely on top of everything. They made me feel so relaxed and allowed us to truly enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. I later found out that a few minor emergencies had happened behind the scenes, but I had absolutely no idea at the time because they handled everything so smoothly and discreetly. That is exactly what you hope for in a wedding coordinator.
Beyond being great at what they do, Debi and Emily are also just truly kind, warm, and wonderful people. They were easy to talk to, reassuring, and made us feel like we were in the best hands. They helped make our wedding day feel seamless, beautiful, and stress-free. We are so grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend Calliope Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, graceful, dependable, kind, and truly excellent at what they do!

ts to juggle, a packed itinerary, a large wedding party, and plenty of moving parts (and personalities!) to manage. Somehow, Debi handled it all with calm, professionalism, and an incredible attention to detail.
What truly set her apart was her ability to stay organized and composed no matter what came up. Every moment flowed seamlessly into the next, and even the moments that could have been stressful were handled so smoothly that we barely noticed them. She and her team anticipated needs before they even arose and made everyone feel taken care of - us, our families, and our guests.
Beyond her logistical skills, Debi brought a warmth and reassurance that made the entire process enjoyable. She listened closely to our vision and turned it into something even more beautiful than we imagined. It genuinely felt like she was just as invested in making our day perfect as we were.
Thanks to Debi and her team, what could have been an overwhelming experience became one of the most magical and memorable times of our lives. She was a huge part in bringing our dream wedding to life. We are endlessly grateful.

hile I had my moments, it was never because of our planner, Debi Sas. Honestly, she was the one easing so much of that stress. From start to finish, Debi went above and beyond for both my husband and me and made the whole process feel so much more manageable and actually enjoyable. She handled communication so well, kept everyone on track and on time, and paid attention to every single detail. Anything that came up, she took care of it without hesitation. She truly carried the stress of the day so I could just enjoy being a bride, and you could tell she was happy to do it. She was made for this. Since I was a little girl I always dreamed of having the perfect wedding, and Debi and her team truly made that dream come to life for us. Every question was answered, every problem was handled, and every detail was taken care of with so much care and intention. I am so grateful for the heart and dedication she pours into what she does. If you’re trying to decide who to trust with your wedding or event, this is it. These are your people!!!

We also had to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and they helped us take care of everything and were supportive throughout that process. Debi was a rockstar during the last few months of planning and kept stress levels low :) She was incredible during the wedding day and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything and stayed on schedule. ly say without a doubt that hiring Calliope Events was hands down the best decision we made. Debbie kept us on task (tasks I didn’t even know we had), dealt with each and every Vendor and their individual contracts, deadlines and scheduling. She provided reliable and cost effective contacts for everything from draping to sparklers. When we asked Debbie a question, if she didn’t know the answer she found it. Debbie does it all! On the day of the wedding Debbie instructed all Vendors to go directly to HER with all questions, concerns and issues. What a true gift it was to be able to relax, enjoy and to live in the moment on the most important day of our daughters life. Treat yourself! Hire Calliope Wedding and Events. I can promise you that you will not regret it!!!!

all. We ended up having a very small wedding in May 2020 and then a larger celebration in October 2020. Debi and Christine sent us flowers and treats for our small wedding which made us feel so special! Because of the reschedule there was a large time period from the time I hired Calliope to when our wedding actually happened and they never felt distant at all! I truly felt their support every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, Calliope was so incredible. Always very calm and happy and so so helpful! I cannot recommend Debi and Christine more!

They are incredible and you will not regret working with them!! Absolutely recommend. We are so thankful for the love and care they had for our special day!!

hone meetings to discuss details, and a lot of suggestions on multiple details. For a bride who pretty much planned everything herself (especially during a pandemic and moving only a few months before the wedding), I really needed them. They were a huge help and also so sweet. I honestly didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding and felt really relaxed.
Major kudos too! My photographer and videographer (same company) both tested positive for covid the DAY. OF. my wedding. Talk about nerve wrecking! Debi and Christine had a strict timeline so they knew something wasn’t right when they were there right on time and hadn’t received a call back, so jumped right in and started making some calls and found a photographer they knew personally to drop everything and come by the venue to start with the pre wedding photos. Thankfully my original company found replacements and they arrived about 30 mins before the ceremony, but I was so thankful for Debi and Christine to jump right in and make it all happen for me, so that I didn’t have to stress.
100% recommend them to anyone!
Oh and people. Do yourself a major favor and budget for a Fay of coordinator. I had no idea this was a thing until my venue required it, and I’m so happy I did it.

ine and Debi were like an extension of my own mind, they knew and understood my vision and truly made it come to life. I will never forget walking into the ballroom for the first time and seeing the results of all of our planning, it was truly breathtaking. Each decision we had to make along the way, I felt supported as they walked me through pros/cons, the “normal way”, the “etiquette way” and even supported me when I wanted to stray from the wedding norms a bit. Then, having to reschedule due to COVID, they were my families biggest support, helping scramble through the re-booking, changes, and ultimately just being our wedding therapists! From the details to the execution, everything was flawless. My day felt effortless, they took care of everything so that I could spend my special day with my loved ones not worrying about any issues. If problems arose, I wasn’t aware of them - they are problem solvers, confidants, the good cop, the bad cop and everything in between.. they are truly the reason our wedding day was perfect.

e so much more than just day-of coordinators. They checked in regularly throughout the planning process and never once made me feel guilty when I reached out to them with questions in the months leading up to the wedding. They accompanied me on my venue walkthrough and went over all of my vendor contracts which was huge for me, as I was primarily planning everything on my own. On the day of the wedding things went so so so smoothly and if there were any problems or issues I certainly didn't know about them! I was able to be present and enjoy every moment of the wedding without having to worry about decor, guests, or the timeline. Another huge bonus is that they have a TON of decor items for their clients to borrow (signs, lanterns, candle votives, vases, easels, etc). It was amazing not to have to rent items for centerpieces. They left my venue spotless and helped coordinate getting the reception cleaned up and things like gifts, guest book, etc packed away with my family. Hiring Calliope Events was THE BEST decision I could have made while planning my wedding!!

use they were always available for questions and checking in on our planning process. They also had so much of their own decor that they brought to the venue and lended us (ask them about it!) which saved us SO much money on decor that we were just going to use for a few hours. Overall, with all the hours they put towards our wedding and with all of the decor we borrowed from them, they were such a steal! I hope they raise their rates because the service they provide is worth so much more.

o ask detailed questions, and unruffled by the timeline. I was particularly impressed by her professionalism in the way she presented herself and her attentive analysis of what we actually needed - unlike other coordinators in Austin we visited with, she was accommodating, kind, and patient with our specific requests regarding the contract with her. She was diligent and very responsive in her communications with us all the way up to the day of the wedding. I truly didn't have to worry about anything - the day flowed seamlessly from start to finish. She was there exactly when I needed her and how I needed her to be - a calm guide, a gentle director, and a person I knew that I could trust with one of the best days of my life. Hire Calliope!!!

nd Christine. From our first meeting, we could tell that they were detailed, thorough, super nice, and that they love weddings. In the months leading up to our wedding, we met a few times, each meeting filled with important details that we hadn't even known to think about. They were always available via email or text to answer our questions and give us their suggestions. They have been to and coordinated a lot of weddings, and they know what works logistically! Without them, our wedding day would not have gone as great as it did. We got to enjoy the day and not worry about any of the logistics because we had Debi and Christine to take care of it. They are the best!!

m were executed flawlessly in comparison to others. I was so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The owners truly seem to take a brides vision and do all they can to bring it to life. They ensure all desires and wishes for the big day are met if not exceeded! If there was ever a glitch at a wedding you wouldn’t know about it because they mitigate issues before they escalate and work to ensure it’s a stress free day for the wedding party. They truly seem to value their clients and treat the wedding day with care and concern as if it were their own! Calliope provides so much more than coordination they bring dreams to life, relieve stress, and are confidants throughout the planning process. Hire Calliope if you truly want your wedding to be the best day of your life!
The ladies at Calliope were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and diligent in the coordination of our wedding! 10/10 would recommend!

namic duo.
The first thing I thought of when beginning to describe how valuable Debi and Christine were to my girlfriends big day was double sided type. Maybe it’s because I’m still peeling some off of me or maybe it’s because they stuck together and we’re completely out of sight to the average guest, all while holding everything perfectly in place.
I truly have never been apart of a more flawless wedding weekend and I know it was because of the organization and teamwork of Calliope Events.
I would HIGHLY recommend Calliope for anyone who is getting married. Even if you don't want a full on wedding coordinator, they were such an enormous help on the day of the wedding...
! They helped us meet deadlines and reminded us of what we should be working on next depending on the timeline of how long it was until the wedding. They were fast to reply through emails, phone calls or a short text which when planning a wedding can be important. On the day of the wedding they helped us set up and made things go so smoothly throughout the day. They were even able to rally my 8 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen who don't always listen when prompted. My mother and I were relaxed and not stressed the whole day and even the months leading up to the wedding. 11 days before the wedding I had emergency surgery on my appendix so the last week and a half leading up to the wedding became a little hectic as it was kind of on standstill for a good week. They were there through it all and helped us in literally any way they could. It made a huge difference to my mom and I. Using them was defiantly our best and favorite vendor looking back at it all. You may not think you need the help, but it was AMAZING knowing they were there is you had any questions, concerns or even needed advice. They were incredible and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did!!
