This review is long overdue. Callista is AMAZING - do not hesitate to hire her for your event. She planned our July 2023 wedding in Los Angeles and did an incredible job. My husband and I are both busy professionals and did not have the time or ability to plan a wedding. We hired her in February 2022 after interviewing several other wedding planners and immediately knew she was the right person for the job. She has such a calming presence and is so organized and well connected. She walked us through the process and gave us clear instructions on what we would need to do, at the appropriate times. Her recommendations on vendors were spot on and everything came together seamlessly. She kept us within our budget and gave us guidance on where we could splurge and where we should save. I do not have any critiques. Everyone told us to expect something to go 'wrong' on wedding day, but I cannot think of one thing that was out of place or did not go the way it was intended. She made things as easy as they possibly could be and was a great communicator. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Callista it was a dream!!

Callista and her team deliver an excellent event and are just lovely people to work with . From pre-wedding planning to day-of logistics, everything went perfectly (at least our eyes as the couple). The day of my wedding I didn't worry about one thing, thanks to her team, and it was all so perfect. All of the vendors we used with said she was the most organized planner they've ever worked with. Couldn't recommend Callista & Co more!

Callista & Company created the most spectacular wedding day we could have ever imagined. They handled every single detail that day and made sure to oversee each vendor so that we were able to totally enjoy ourselves. I cannot imagine a more capable team for a dream wedding! Callista will expertly plan your wedding and bring it to life with grace, precision, and (most importantly) a much-needed sense of calm. We were first drawn to Callista for her gorgeous portfolio and her clearly impeccable taste and design sensibility. We ultimately hired her because we admired her thoughtfulness, candor, and professionalism when we spoke. And wow, did we need all these traits once COVID hit and turned the world upside down. Callista patiently advised us as we all rode the roller coaster of the early days of the pandemic together, supported us when we decided to put the big wedding on hold, and then stuck with us as we cycled through a million new plans for a small ceremony so we could wed this year. We ultimately settled on a small ceremony and outdoor dinner with just our immediate family...and Callista delivered the wedding of our dreams, going above and beyond to create an event even more beautiful than our original large wedding. We were very nervous about COVID, and Callista helped us to creatively devise a super safe, distanced event that still felt warm, intimate, and beautiful. Although it was in actuality our 100000th backup plan, at the event, one of our family members said, "This would be anyone's dream wedding—COVID or no COVID," and that's exactly how we felt. It was more beautiful and special than we ever could have dreamed of, and none of it would have been possible without Callista and her team. Last minute changes, difficult vendors, ever-evolving local regulations...Callista can handle it all, unperturbed. Planning a wedding today is a crazier experience than ever, and you want Callista in your corner handling it all!
