Camargo Events

We used Camargo at our daughters wedding this past weekend, 8.23.14 in Granville, OH. The farm tables were beautiful. The tent was amazing. The set up was flawless. Could not have been happier with the look of the reception. Exactly my daughters vision of what she wanted her reception to look like. Shawn Maghie

Do not use. They failed to honor an agreement 3 days before the event. We had 4 on-site meetings with representatives from the company, and 2 meetings at their place of business. Last meeting on-site was 8 weeks before the event to tweak the requests. 3 days before, we called to add on a table cloth and they said they did not have our order because we failed to confirm it with a credit card. At no point in time during the 5 month process was payment ever requested from us. They said they would try to work with us, however everything they were offering was more expensive then their original quote. When asked if they could give us the same price as the original, they said they could not and I was the one who had made the error. Then they told us they did not want our business. They continually stated that we made the error and at no point in time did they admit any fault or facilitate us with the request. We will never use them again for our personal or other professional events

Camargo had great rental items and that's why we chose them, but that was a regret, they are very difficult to work with and disorganized. Their leadership is very unprofessional and poor with communication. Everything did turn out okay in the end, but probably would not have if it wasn't for our planner.

I got married on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend so my items including a 50x80 clear top tent and all our tables and chairs were delivered and set up days prior to the wedding. The day before the wedding rained all day. The next morning Camargo sent one of their managers to personally help us pump all the water out of the tent and move everything so it wouldn't get wet. It helped put my mind at ease that nothing was destroyed and that my day wouldn't be ruined.

My experience with Camargo was a little hit and miss. They had the nicest quality rentals in the Cincinnati area at a comparable price to everywhere else with a nice showroom to see a lot of the items. However, there were several miscommunications/mishaps that occurred throughout our rental process, and the day of the wedding they had to switch out furniture last minute. Overall I was really happy with how the room looked and the final product.

They were excellent and very helpful working with us and helping us decide on rentals. We rented a tent, chairs, tables, bathrooms (which were unbelievable! They were exceptionally beautful and definitely a hit), decorations, and dance floor from them and everything was beautiful.

We had to add and change our rental so many times, and I live out of town and we ended up going there to pick out items on several occasions. I worked with Molly, who was always accommodating and seemed to go out of her way to make the process easy for me (even going the extra mile to communicate with my slightly hard to reach caterer to make sure we had everything they need). After the fact, when I was just receiving bills from other vendors, I received a handwritten note from Molly just saying "thank you!" I just thought that was the nicest touch, especially during such an overwhelming time, and it definitely reminded me what a pleasure it was to work with her and with Camargo. They are experts in the field and advised me perfectly in terms of what I'd need. They were punctual and delivered everything as promised. I would recommend their services to absolutely anyone who needed rentals for their wedding or any other event!

I rented linens and outside white folding chairs for the ceremony. Easy to organize, great to work with and very reasonable.
