nd helped guide us through the process with ease. The food, venue, and entire resort were better than we could have asked for. Although we had rain that changed our plans from a ceremony on the hill, camelback provided an amazing backup and set up and inside location on top of the mountain in addition to setting up the original location. They did all of this without asking for anything additional and when we changed the venue an hour before ceremony everything went off without a problem. All of our family and guests have said nothing but amazing things about the wedding weekend and everyone has said the resort was like nothing they have every seen. The waterpark, arcade, outdoor activities, and all of the other options at the resort kept everyone busy the entire weekend and we all wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy it. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond for every request we made. The helped set up the entire rehearsal with minimal help from us, and even though we did not have a wedding coordinator we did not need one since Jennifer and her team took care of everything we needed.

Thorough, clear communicator, super kind, funny.... just straight up amazing. Our weekend would not have been anything without her & we are so grateful! -Rehearsal Dinner: Berrelli's (1000/10) Beyond wonderful! Love the vibe, delicious food & cocktails! The servers and bartenders were all fabulous :) -Ceremony & Catering Staff: Summit House (10/10) The Summit House and ceremony location were breathtakingly beautiful!! The interior was fantastic for our intimate wedding. Due to awesome timing of events going on down the mountain at Camelback, we had fireworks to end the evening- making it perfection! I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful catering staff!!! Every single person was lovely, efficient, and just so warm and welcoming. Shoutout to Eider & Rob (bartender)- both of whom were out of this world incredible in all ways! The cocktail food was UNREAL *chef's kiss*, the dinner meal was cold for a number of guests =/ but that may be from a delay in timing. It's okay- the service outshined it all! -Camelback Lodge: (8/10) Truly fabulous accommodations, especially for the kids! So much to do and they all very much enjoyed it :) Camelback generously provided a free shuttle bringing guests from the lodge to the ceremony/reception site and back. Our hiccups from the weekend all stemmed from the front desk reception & reservations (4/10). 1. Guests booking our hotel block reported to me multiple issues with reservations such as they were extremely rude, could not find the block, never receiving confirmation numbers etc etc. 2. They placed guests in MY bridal suite. Kindly "upgraded" me but it was not an upgrade- the room was not suitable for day-of preparations. So day of I had to ask/move the guests that were in my bridal suite to the other room. More headache and stress than I wanted day-of. 3. We lost out on $300 worth of after-party food because of a significant mis-hap with the front desk. 4. Someone, assuming front desk employees but unsure, took stuff from my hotel welcome bags. I made the bags myself & picked up the remaining 4 on Sunday and found multiple things missing from each bag. VERY very unnerving! -After Party: Trail's End Pub (8/10) The bartenders were very very kind and the drinks were great!! Honestly, Everyone had a good time. I gave an '8' because we COMPLETELY forgot we booked and paid for fire pits & the guests weren't informed that they were ours to use. We also had a "guest" crasher who was putting alcohol on my father in laws tab. Guests noticed that this was guy entirely unfamiliar (confirmed by myself), and they approached the crasher telling him to leave. The bartender was also was informed & he didn't do anything about it nor took his alcohol off our tab. Thank you Camelback for giving us an absolutely unforgettable and incredible weekend!!!

much more. Working with Jenn was amazing. We had a few hiccups and she was nothing but accommodating. We had our rehearsal dinner at Trail's End and the food and service was amazing. It rained 10 minutes before we were supposed to get married so we rushed into the holding area to wait it out. Once it stopped, Camelback bussed up workers from the resort to wipe down the chairs and the weather was beautiful the rest of the day. It was perfect. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and it was in no small part due to the amazing staff. The next morning we bought breakfast for our guests and the servers and staff at the buffet were incredible. From the cashier at the gift shop going up to the fifth floor to see if they had a shirt in my husband's size, to the valets, to the staff moving all of the stuff from the reception hall to a meeting room so we could enjoy our after party. The bartender that we requested for our reception even saw my husband before the ceremony and helped him finish his vows. I'd get married here again in a heartbeat and I've already recommended it to a few of my friends!

I've had some pretty rotten food at weddings before and the bride and groom always said at the taste testing it all tasted so good I don't know what happened. Well through and through Camelback was amazing! The food at the taste testing and the food served on our actual wedding night still makes me mouth water just thinking about it. My husband and I have talked about making it out there for our anniversary every year. Believe me you won't be disappointed by anything. We love that place!

venue twice - once to view it and the second for the tasting. We had photos of the ceremony site and reception room, but it's not quite the same as being able to stop in all the time. We had bought tons of decorations and had no clue what to do with them (we basically said "here do whatever you want"), but Jen and Tiana made everything work. It was beyond beautiful and all of our special requests were met and everything was coordinated perfectly! I enjoyed having a "price minimum" instead of a "people minimum" too (which is rare to find) because if you don't meet your people guarantee, you're still fine! I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone! All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

The change was made so effortlessly and the fact that we even had a rain option after deciding to stick with the top of the mountain the day before was amazing. We had a fantastic time and were blown away by the hard work of all the Camelback staff. From the servers who went out of their way to find us with hors d'oeuvres we wanted to our bartender who not only knew our drink of choice after ordering it once but she even hand delivered a drink to my husband at last call. All our guests loved spending time at the water park along with the zipline and mountain coaster. We had a wedding weekend we will never forget and are already planning to return for our one year anniversary.

All of our guests who stayed over had a great time using the water park, bars, and all the other activities that camelback has to offer! If I had to do this all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing! o wanted to make sure we gave our guests a venue they could enjoy (water park, restaurants, zip lining!) And they did. Because of the fusion of our cultures we wanted to make sure we chose a location that could accommodate our cultural and religious traditions as we had a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony, and the Camelback crew was happy to oblige and worked to make sure we could also incorporate Indian food as well! Now Jennifer and Quetcy were the true all stars in that they never complained even when I sent 20 emails at midnight! They also really worked with me and my vendors to make sure we were all prepped for the day of and worked to keep me on time! Jennifer was new to her position but you would have never known because she seamlessly took over. Both Jennifer and Quetcy took in the culture and were so awesome I can’t thank them enough! Thank you both so much! We honestly had the best day and would choose Camelback all over again!

Well to say they did not disappoint would be an understatement, I have never seen a more beautiful venue or met a more attentive staff! to offer, we knew without a doubt it was perfect for our wedding. Plus, Camelback is absolutely stunning!! Before we had even officially booked with Camelback or put a deposit down, Tiana answered every single question we had with ease and without pressure of booking with them. We don't live in the area... we live about 3.5 hours from Camelback so communicating through email was a must. After we had booked the venue and started the process of planning the timeline, food, etc., Tiana & Quetcy replied to what seemed like hundreds of emails quickly, with detailed responses and with great attitudes. You have to place a lot of trust in people when you're essentially planning a destination wedding and we're so thankful we had them guiding us throughout the entire wedding process. We arrived at Camelback two days prior to the wedding to get all settled in and prepared for the next couple of days. We were able to store ALL of our wedding decor in their office so it wouldn't have to take up a bunch of space in our room. Since we were only able to physically go to Camelback twice during the entire process, Tiana & Quetcy met with us on the Thursday prior to our wedding to confirm all the details and also test out our signature drinks. Our wedding was Harry Potter themed and we wanted drinks to match that, however my husband and I don't really drink so we didn't know of any good flavor combinations. The chef, Judi, who was in charge of the food at our wedding, came to our signature drink testing with ideas of her own that we could use. They were amazing!! We ended up going with all four she suggested. Tiana & Quetcy also provided my husband, maid of honor, best man and myself with their contact information so we could all easily stay in contact during the weekend. Come the day of the wedding, everything went as smoothly as the entire planning process had been. All the staff at Camelback went above and beyond with assisting our guests and making sure the day went perfectly. Our ceremony was outside and WOW. The ceremony site was beautiful and the weather couldn't have been more perfect! Our reception took place in their gorgeous ballroom with views of the mountain! The food was absolutely incredible! Our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We were able to have our "after-party" at Neptune's near the resort lobby and although most of our guests were too exhausted to attend, the ones that did had a great time! We even had a farewell breakfast the following morning at Hemisphere's for all our wedding guests! Our family and friends commented that the resort felt so welcoming and as if everyone who worked there knew about our wedding and how happy they were for us. The entire staff made us and all our guests feel very special. A huge thank you to Tiana, Quetcy, Judi and the entire Camelback staff for making our wedding the most perfect day 💕

ed for bumps in the road on your wedding day, but we hit no bumps whatsoever!! From the moment we met with Tiana and Quetcy and went on a tour, I knew this was our place. They went above and beyond to ensure that our day was everything we ever dreamed of. We planned with them for over a year and they were ALWAYS readily available and willing to help with any request. We had our rehearsal dinner at Berrelli’s and it was so reasonably priced and the food was out of this world, all of our guests raved about it. We had our ceremony and reception in the main ballroom at Camelback and they decorated it exactly how I imagined it would be and more. All of our guests loved the food and had a wonderful time. They could not say enough about our wedding and the resort in general. Everyone is already talking about taking a trip back. Tiana, Quetcy, and Jen were so amazing and I am forever grateful for their help, patience, hard work, and dedication. They do amazing work and helped make our wedding weekend everything we could have imagined and more. I am sad it is all over, but we will always remember our unforgettable weekend and we will definitely be back to visit in the near future!

he entertainment did not disappoint - everyone had a blast! The event coordinators - Tiana and Quetcy - were absolutely incredible. They responded to messages quickly and were super helpful in making our wedding day go smoothly. We had some struggles with the reservation process and getting our guests the correct rate, but everything was fixed accordingly (that was the reservation folks issue - not the coordinators). We were able to reserve several larger suites so that families could stay together. The food is a little pricey (in my opinion) but delicious. Things were well-organized and they made having our wedding there very easy! We had to move our outdoor ceremony indoors because of the weather and everything went perfectly. Many of our guests are excited to return on their own!

The event exceeded all of our expectations and will be a night that us (and our guests) will fondly remember for years. The hotel rooms and ballroom were topnotch with beautiful views . Tiana, Quetcy, and their crew were incredible to work with from start to finish. They were in constant contact with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day, leaving us with little or nothing to worry about. When we had a brief unexpected shower before the ceremony, they quickly moved our guests to the adjacent indoor lodge for shelter (and refreshments) while they worked with their crew to dry the site off and keep the bridal party calm! Tiana and Quetcy went above and beyond to help us with the planning and execution of the wedding, including getting our centerpieces assembled and set up beautifully in the ballroom and getting all of our decorations set up at the cocktail hour and ceremony sites. Their communication was excellent from the time we signed the contract until the day after the wedding when we were packing up our decorations. Our guests are still complimenting us on how beautiful and fun the wedding was, and how much they enjoyed the afterparty at the pool bar! I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful ceremony and reception in the mountains orchestrated by a top-notch coordination team.

The Ceremony site is absolutely beautiful, nothing else like it. The ballroom is just as beautiful with beautiful scenic windows that overlook the mountains. My family and friends loved it. But, not only was the venue great, but Tiana and Quetcy were over the top coordinators. They truly go above and beyond for you and make sure that every single part of your day is perfect. They answered every single email with every single question and concern. On the day of, they both worked together so well and made sure everything was to my liking. My family thought they both did an amazing job. If you’re looking for a venue, book with them! You can I’ll not be disappointed!!

Never once did we hear a “no” from them, if something was not possible we were given a better solution. We planned our wedding from 6 hours away yet we never felt like we missed a detail. As someone who plans events my fear of something being overlooked or not 100% to my standards was never a burden because they took care of everything. The way they took my (slightly haphazard) design instructions and brought them to life was beyond words. If my husband or I ever looked confused during our big day or it was time for something important, one of them was by our side. I can ramble on for quite a while about how wonderful Tiana and Quetcy are but to give a quick summary.. The staff treated us like royalty, the ceremony space was breathtaking, the reception location was refined and gorgeous, and our friends and family were BLOWN away. Thank you Camelback Lodge, Tiana, Quetcy, Carlos and all the staff. You made our special day even more memorable.

They respond to questions lightening fast and are super easy to talk to and work with. Throughout our wedding weekend, they went above and beyond to make sure that us and our guests had a fantastic time and we definitely did! I would definitely recommend Camelback as a wedding venue to any couple -- the views are amazing, the waterpark is a blast, and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

We would like thank Tiana, and she is hands down the best wedding coordinator on this planet :), she is super friendly, and her communication from start to end was fantastic, and she answered all our questions patiently and helped us every step of the way to make our wedding go smooth. This is something every couple can wish for, and we got incredibly lucky to have found and worked with her at such a fantastic place. We also took the drinks and Italian food from the resort and our guests loved it, the drinks were great, the food was delicious and the staff ensured all of our needs are met. The ballroom manager even gave us some extra time at the end of day one to keep us happy since we were having fun. Kudos to you guys for everything! If you're deciding to get married in Poconos or even in Pennsylvania, don't even think twice, get married here. Tiana and the location can make your wedding special. a lot of things got complicated or went wrong with our vendors on the day of and our coordinators handled everything seemlessly, hardly bothering us. They were also pretty fun to hang with. 3. GREAT FOOD: a little bummed I was too busy to eat from the taco bar. Guests reported the guacamole was to die for. 4. GREAT PRICE: this was our first choice and also the best price. How often does that happen? 5. GUESTS IN ONE PLACE: we loved hanging with our guests throughout the weekend, including during an amazing welcome party at their indoor water park.

The week leading up to the big day showed a 0-10% chance of rain, so we planned to have our ceremony outside. The day of the wedding, it rained but was supposed to clear in time; 2 hours before the ceremony with no end in the rain in sight, Tiana and Quetcy moved our ceremony to the Kartrite's Summit House restaurant at the top of the mountain. They pulled off the move within a short amount of time and it was gorgeous. Our guests had no idea and it was intimate, sweet, and very special. The staff were absolutely amazing as they scrambled to move our entire wedding last minute. Tiana and Quetcy attended to our every need and payed attention to every small detail to make our day special. The food was great, the wait staff were great, and everything went off smoothly, especially given our last minute change in plans. We would totally recommend this venue to those who are looking for a personal touch with a unique view.

g to be. She and Quetcy gave us all the information we needed to make educated decisions, and answered all of our emails and requests within 5 to 12 hours. There were a lot of decisions to make and all of our requests were answered over the following months quickly and friendly. My daughters wedding was on September 9, 2018 and it was more than I could’ve ever hoped for. I would highly suggest this venue to anyone who is looking for a wedding that will fit your budget and also provide a great experience for your guests who can enjoy the waterpark and the lodge. Last of all the food was amazing, they set up our table exactly how we asked them to. They walked us through the wedding from beginning to end and kept up sane :) We chose the steak and salmon entrées which were perfect. The waitstaff and bartenders were very friendly and the chef did an excellent job.

What was so much help was leaving your decorations at the venue and having the ladies do the rest save so much time and came out just as expected. o be very picky. Every venue we looked at after Camelback didn’t seem to measure up. I mean, there’s a water park! We met with Tiana that first day, and from that point on, she and her team were accommodating to all of our needs. They were very responsive to emails and calls through the two-year process, and on the wedding day were a tremendous help. The outdoor ceremony site was absolutely stunning, and exceeded our expectations. The reception hall was perfect, and the food was delicious. The wedding day itself was a dream come true. There were no issues, and if there were, we didn’t know about them and were able to enjoy our entire day from start to finish. Coming back to the suite at the end of the night to a plate of chocolate covered strawberries wasn’t too bad either. Thank you so much Tiana and Quetcy!

Tiana and Quetcy were absolutely phenomenal to work with during the planning process - they answered countless questions and emails with pleasure (and always very quickly!), made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it, and were so helpful and accommodating with our requests. They made the planning process easy (and I tend to be a total over-the-top planner)! The wedding day (June 9, 2018) was absolutely perfect, the best day - better than we ever could have imagined. Tiana and Quetcy took care of every single detail, ensuring that my husband and I could just sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment of the day. I could go on and on about them - they are honestly so great to work with! Venue is absolutely beautiful - we had an outdoor ceremony on top of the mountain and indoor reception. Reception room is equally as beautiful. Food was delicious. Plus, we were able to have an exclusive after party at Camelback's indoor water park! No complaints whatsoever. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without question.

The mountains are a beautiful for every picture. And Tiana and quetcy even brought our gifts to our room so my family could just keep partying. We even had a private water park party after the wedding! I could not ask for anything more for our day. My father is a minister so we didn’t have a huge budget and Tiana and Quetcy made our dreams come true.

he winter wedding of our dreams, and this was absolutely the place to have it. Not only was the location a perfect getaway for our 300 guests, but every single one of them was taken care of upon arrival, including ourselves. And as for the wedding itself, all of our happiness can be attributed to the efforts of Tiana and her crew. They catered to our every need, and were just outstanding the entire way through. Tiana answered every single email and phone call without a single complaint, and took care of even the smallest and rather last minute requests. Coordinating an Indian wedding is no joke, and the detailed and painstaking planning process can be pretty burdensome to even the most experienced planners. However, Tiana was certainly up for the task, and made our experience unforgettable. Camelback Lodge itself is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, and I guarantee that if you get married there, you'll be accommodating your family and friends in the greatest way possible. Rooms, restaurants, bars, and Aquatopia...everything was perfect. Take my advice - get married here!

ause there were so many moments where I was thinking; "WOW, I can't believe how easy this has been!" From the VERY beginning Tiana was helpful, friendly, informative. She answered EVERY e-mail so quickly and had every answer to me before I needed to follow up and ask again. We created our own menu, rented out the waterpark, and had so much fun the entire weekend! The place is amazing, between the beautiful landscape and amazing new hotel/lodge you hardly need to add any other decor! We had a pretty large wedding at around 400 people and they handled it just as smoothly as if we had 100 people. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mountain wedding destination!

ess. There are so many reasons that it is hard for me to pinpoint the number one. However, here are a few: 1. Tiana and her staff are remarkably communicative and work closely with you through the entire process in a friendly and calming manner. They went above and beyond meeting my expectations and were beyond exceptional from minute one until packing up the gifts and decor at the end of the night! They met every request I had along the way in an accomodating and upbeat manner and I can't say how much that was appreciated. 2. The ballroom is breathtaking!!!!!! 3. Event preparation, execution, and clean up ALL completed without a stone un-turned! 4. The food is AMAZING!!!!!! Let me repeat...the FOOD IS AMAZING! I can't tell you how many weddings I've been to where you know tons of money was paid but the food was sub-par.... not in this case!!! 4. All of our overnight guests (even though coming in for the sole purpose of a wedding) were given full access to the awesome Aquatopia waterpark. (who can say that they spent the day after their wedding at the premiere waterpark of eastern PA??) 5. Again...Tiana...she was soooooo thorough, kind, helpful, communicative, calming, and exceptional through the entire process from planning to execution. I had met with many wedding coordinators in the planning process all across the Poconos and Lehigh Valley and Tiana was the only one who gave us the time of day and went above & beyond even at the moment where we hadn't paid a penny of a deposit yet!! 6. Safety and security- I had been to many weddings where gifts were exposed to potential theft but this staff was like watch dogs for the good of us, my family, and friends! 7. Accommodations for the bride & groom - the break out rooms were well furnished and flourished with food and beverages after our long day of ceremony and pictures. Our bridal suite was out of this world gorgeous with a stunning mountainside view!! All in all...if you are planning a wedding and want to highest level of service and the most breathtaking views...look no further than Camelback!!

On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and stayed with us the entire time. The entire staff at Camelback was extremely friendly and happy to help out. We got married at the top of the mountain, on the foggiest day possible, and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Our pictures are gorgeous with the fog and fall colors. We had our cocktail hour outside at the Trails End Pub with the fire pits and torches lit. Our guests loved it and it made for some more great pictures! The food at the cocktail hour and reception was also amazing, our guests are still raving about the food and the venue. We wanted to have all the kids in the family at the wedding and Camelback was the perfect place to make that happen. On top of the waterpark, arcade, and ropes course (all indoors), they also have extra morning activities for kids to partake in. Many of the families stayed the next day to use the waterpark (as did my husband and I) and they made a mini-vacation out of the wedding.
