Facilities and Capacity
Camelback Lodge offers a variety of spaces for you to utilize during your special event. The venue specializes in hosting outdoor wedding ceremonies with the picturesque Pocono Mountains serving as your backdrop. At Camelback Lodge’s Summit House, your ceremony will sit atop the mountain showcasing magnificent views that you and your guests will not soon forget. As the seasons change from Autumn foliage to Spring blossoms, this outdoor ceremony space remains equally as beautiful and enchanting. You may choose to keep your entire wedding atop the mountain, in which case the inside of the Summit House will be transformed into a dazzling reception area. The Summit House includes an indoor space that can hold up to 100 people with a full bar and a large balcony overlooking the entire property.
Camelback Lodge itself has over 7,800 square feet of ballroom space which is adjacent to an additional 4,000 square feet of pre-function space. These two areas can be completely transformed to reflect your wedding theme. When you book a wedding at the Camelback Lodge, you will also have access to the bridal suite where you and the wedding party can prepare for the day’s events. Being a luxury resort, Camelback Lodge has the capability to accommodate overnight guests. This spacious hotel is home to 453 guest rooms in 20 different room configurations for you to choose from, so there is plenty of space for you and your guests.

We had booked with camelback resort roughly a year in advance and the planning went smoothly. We chose to have the ceremony and reception in the ballroom. Also, we booked a hotel suite at camelback for Saturday night so that we can get ready four our wedding on Sunday.
Jennifer is very detail oriented and responsive to any questions we had during our venue tour. She provided all the information needed to help make our decision. The process to book the venue and the payments leading up to the day of the wedding went smoothly. Jennifer was able accommodate our requests during the planning process such as changing an entrée in our buffet package, add more rooms to our hotel room black, allowed us to visit the ballroom a few times to measure for décor, and allowed us to have a quick ceremony rehearsal. Jennifer worked well with our wedding coordinator and was able to ensure that the wedding stayed with the timeline that was previously discussed.
The staff at camelback resort were friendly and professional. The valet staff at the front assisted us with bringing and storing our wedding décor in our hotel room. The hotel staff was able to provide all the information needed during check in and gaining access to the indoor waterpark. The chef and wait staff were able to assist us in ensuring we had a plate of food from our buffet package. They were kind enough to even pack our leftover food from our plates.
The ballroom within the resort was stunning with high ceiling, a fireplace and tall widows that showed the mountain foliage. The restroom near the ballroom were also very well maintained and clean. Our guests had an enjoyable experience taking photos of the view from balcony in the cocktail hour space. Also, our guests that booked a hotel room in our room block made it a weekend stay where they enjoyed the indoor waterpark, restaurants, and the arcade within the resort.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with Camelback Resort and would recommend them as a wedding venue.
From our initial meeting with Jen in December 2022 until we checked out of our room 2 days after our 10/8/23 wedding, our experience with Camelback could not have been better. Jen and the rest of the staff we had occassion to interact with went went above and beyond. They were able to accommodate every request, and even a last minute change to our rehearsal dinner. We booked Camelback for our wedding in large part due to the outdoor mountaintop ceremony site - which we booked sight unseen due to the road being closed for the winter!!! The same with Summit House for our reception. But both locations were absolutely perfect, and not the typical ballroom setting. It was the perfect size for our 50-60 count guest list. The views are amazing! Having excellent food was a must have for us and Camelback delivered. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. The kids, and many adults, had a great time taking advantage of the waterpark and the mountain coaster over the weekend.
Camelback and their entire team made our wedding absolutely wonderful and the best day we could have asked for. Throughout the entire process they provided amazing service to us and helped guide us through the process with ease.
The food, venue, and entire resort were better than we could have asked for. Although we had rain that changed our plans from a ceremony on the hill, camelback provided an amazing backup and set up and inside location on top of the mountain in addition to setting up the original location. They did all of this without asking for anything additional and when we changed the venue an hour before ceremony everything went off without a problem.
All of our family and guests have said nothing but amazing things about the wedding weekend and everyone has said the resort was like nothing they have every seen. The waterpark, arcade, outdoor activities, and all of the other options at the resort kept everyone busy the entire weekend and we all wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy it.
Jennifer and her team went above and beyond for every request we made. The helped set up the entire rehearsal with minimal help from us, and even though we did not have a wedding coordinator we did not need one since Jennifer and her team took care of everything we needed.

My husband and I got married here in Oct 2023. The ceremony site is absolutely beautiful and so if the reception ballroom. The staff was so attentive and so nice. The food was also amazing! We have 0 complaints whatsoever. We had the perfect day.
My husband and I had a beautiful wedding weekend together in the Poconos!!! Start to finish, it was truly magical with minimal hiccups. Camelback was incredibly accommodating and just made everything so easy.
-Wedding Manager: Jennifer Wlodarski (100000/10)* I would choose Jenn over and over. She was beyond wonderful from start to finish. Thorough, clear communicator, super kind, funny.... just straight up amazing. Our weekend would not have been anything without her & we are so grateful!
-Rehearsal Dinner: Berrelli's (1000/10) Beyond wonderful! Love the vibe, delicious food & cocktails! The servers and bartenders were all fabulous :)
-Ceremony & Catering Staff: Summit House (10/10) The Summit House and ceremony location were breathtakingly beautiful!! The interior was fantastic for our intimate wedding. Due to awesome timing of events going on down the mountain at Camelback, we had fireworks to end the evening- making it perfection!
I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful catering staff!!! Every single person was lovely, efficient, and just so warm and welcoming. Shoutout to Eider & Rob (bartender)- both of whom were out of this world incredible in all ways! The cocktail food was UNREAL *chef's kiss*, the dinner meal was cold for a number of guests =/ but that may be from a delay in timing. It's okay- the service outshined it all!
-Camelback Lodge: (8/10) Truly fabulous accommodations, especially for the kids! So much to do and they all very much enjoyed it :) Camelback generously provided a free shuttle bringing guests from the lodge to the ceremony/reception site and back.
Our hiccups from the weekend all stemmed from the front desk reception & reservations (4/10).
1. Guests booking our hotel block reported to me multiple issues with reservations such as they were extremely rude, could not find the block, never receiving confirmation numbers etc etc.
2. They placed guests in MY bridal suite. Kindly "upgraded" me but it was not an upgrade- the room was not suitable for day-of preparations. So day of I had to ask/move the guests that were in my bridal suite to the other room. More headache and stress than I wanted day-of.
3. We lost out on $300 worth of after-party food because of a significant mis-hap with the front desk.
4. Someone, assuming front desk employees but unsure, took stuff from my hotel welcome bags. I made the bags myself & picked up the remaining 4 on Sunday and found multiple things missing from each bag. VERY very unnerving!
-After Party: Trail's End Pub (8/10) The bartenders were very very kind and the drinks were great!! Honestly, Everyone had a good time. I gave an '8' because we COMPLETELY forgot we booked and paid for fire pits & the guests weren't informed that they were ours to use. We also had a "guest" crasher who was putting alcohol on my father in laws tab. Guests noticed that this was guy entirely unfamiliar (confirmed by myself), and they approached the crasher telling him to leave. The bartender was also was informed & he didn't do anything about it nor took his alcohol off our tab.
Thank you Camelback for giving us an absolutely unforgettable and incredible weekend!!!
July 2023 bride: From the minute I saw the view from the mountain top ceremony site I knew that this was where I wanted to get married. Seeing it in person only solidified it that much more. Working with Jenn was amazing. We had a few hiccups and she was nothing but accommodating. We had our rehearsal dinner at Trail's End and the food and service was amazing. It rained 10 minutes before we were supposed to get married so we rushed into the holding area to wait it out. Once it stopped, Camelback bussed up workers from the resort to wipe down the chairs and the weather was beautiful the rest of the day. It was perfect. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and it was in no small part due to the amazing staff. The next morning we bought breakfast for our guests and the servers and staff at the buffet were incredible. From the cashier at the gift shop going up to the fifth floor to see if they had a shirt in my husband's size, to the valets, to the staff moving all of the stuff from the reception hall to a meeting room so we could enjoy our after party. The bartender that we requested for our reception even saw my husband before the ceremony and helped him finish his vows. I'd get married here again in a heartbeat and I've already recommended it to a few of my friends!

Camelback Resorts team was professional. When it came to the details they were very attentive and responsive. Jenn, their director was wonderful. She was involved and made the process easy from beginning to end.
From the moment we walked onto the campus of Camelback Resort we knew it had the fun, upbeat vibe we were looking for! Jennifer was the coordinator to initiate it all! She was prompt, attentive and NEVER missed a beat. Not many couples could say they sat back on their wedding day to enjoy it, but we DID!
This venue is beautiful! Even though we ended having to make the call to have our ceremony inside because of rain, the mountain top is perfect. Jennifer and Stephanie were able to make the best of the situation though and I appreciate all they did to scramble to set up inside just as beautifully. The staff was great. Leading up to the wedding Jennifer was always there to help, and the servers we friendly and super helpful.
We absolutely loved Camelback. Our wedding specialists were truly the best and on top of everything. My brain is all over the place but they sure did do their best with me and keep me on track. The food... oh my god the food! I was nervous as anyone is. I've had some pretty rotten food at weddings before and the bride and groom always said at the taste testing it all tasted so good I don't know what happened. Well through and through Camelback was amazing! The food at the taste testing and the food served on our actual wedding night still makes me mouth water just thinking about it. My husband and I have talked about making it out there for our anniversary every year. Believe me you won't be disappointed by anything. We love that place!
We had a covid-19 wedding and they were wonderful, accommodating, and really made our day special. Not to mention the ceremony location is breathtaking- the venue really is wonderful with very minimal needs for decorating.
Our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Jennifer, Quetcy, and the rest of the Camelback team. The mountaintop ceremony site was gorgeous. The food and bartenders at the reception were awesome. Renting the waterpark for a post-reception gathering was truly unique and memorable. 5/5 would get married again!
We couldn't be any happier with our Camelback wedding! From the moment we chose this venue to the day of our wedding, Jennifer and Quetcy made sure every question was answered promptly. They helped make our day go incredibly smoothly and stress free for us and I couldn't say enough about how amazing they are to work with! From the beautiful venue and the amazing staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend Camelback Resort to anyone getting married, you will have the most beautiful and memorable wedding! We live in MO and planned our wedding 2,000 miles away in Camelback. I was really nervous about everything coming together, but Jen and Tiana were amazing! We had only been to the venue twice - once to view it and the second for the tasting. We had photos of the ceremony site and reception room, but it's not quite the same as being able to stop in all the time. We had bought tons of decorations and had no clue what to do with them (we basically said "here do whatever you want"), but Jen and Tiana made everything work. It was beyond beautiful and all of our special requests were met and everything was coordinated perfectly! I enjoyed having a "price minimum" instead of a "people minimum" too (which is rare to find) because if you don't meet your people guarantee, you're still fine! I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone! All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!
My husband and I want to express our heartfelt thanks to Jennifer and Quetcy for all the work they put into our wedding. We had a last minute venue change due to rain only a few hours before our wedding was set to start. The change was made so effortlessly and the fact that we even had a rain option after deciding to stick with the top of the mountain the day before was amazing.
We had a fantastic time and were blown away by the hard work of all the Camelback staff. From the servers who went out of their way to find us with hors d'oeuvres we wanted to our bartender who not only knew our drink of choice after ordering it once but she even hand delivered a drink to my husband at last call.
All our guests loved spending time at the water park along with the zipline and mountain coaster. We had a wedding weekend we will never forget and are already planning to return for our one year anniversary.
Camelback Lodge made our dream wedding into reality. We just had our ceremony and reception at the end of September and we wish we could relive it over and over. The ceremony site was everything we imagined, the view is incredible and the details worked out perfectly. Everyone raved about the food at our cocktail hour and the reception. Working with Quetcy & Jennifer was easy and stress-free, they answered all of my crazy questions and put up with every request we had. We truly loved having our wedding at this venue and I would pick it again without hesitation.
My husband and I knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony with a gorgeous view. Camelback gave us that and so much more. We had a beautiful sunny day and the views were breathtaking. Leading up to that point, Jennifer and Quetcy took care of everything! They answered my endless emails and questions without hesitation. The day of ran so smoothly, despite the fact there was an accident the night before causing a major road closure. But Jennifer and Quetcy calmed my nerves and the wedding went on! The food was great, they took care of cleaning up and packaging my centerpieces and gifts. All of our guests who stayed over had a great time using the water park, bars, and all the other activities that camelback has to offer! If I had to do this all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you Jennifer, Quetcy, and Camelback staff for all of the amazing memories!
Honestly I don’t know where to start! My husband and I fell in love with all of Camelback the first day we saw it because of the beautiful views and large gathering spaces. We also wanted to make sure we gave our guests a venue they could enjoy (water park, restaurants, zip lining!) And they did.
Because of the fusion of our cultures we wanted to make sure we chose a location that could accommodate our cultural and religious traditions as we had a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony, and the Camelback crew was happy to oblige and worked to make sure we could also incorporate Indian food as well!
Now Jennifer and Quetcy were the true all stars in that they never complained even when I sent 20 emails at midnight! They also really worked with me and my vendors to make sure we were all prepped for the day of and worked to keep me on time! Jennifer was new to her position but you would have never known because she seamlessly took over. Both Jennifer and Quetcy took in the culture and were so awesome I can’t thank them enough!

Camelback was an amazing venue for our special day. The facilities were gorgeous and we even got access to the water park! Jennifer and Quetcy were on top of things throughout the whole process and were very efficient at responding to our emails when we had questions even responding late on a Sunday. The girls checked in on us as we were getting ready for the ceremony and guided us through the entire day without interfering with our mingling with family and friends. They even set up and took down our reception decor to allow for a stress free day.
My Husband and I had the pleasure of being the first wedding at the Summit House, we signed up based on a vision board and the amazing views at the top of the mountain. People thought we were crazy for agreeing to have our wedding based on the goal photos of what they wanted the end result to be. Well to say they did not disappoint would be an understatement, I have never seen a more beautiful venue or met a more attentive staff! The space was beautifully put together and like nothing I had ever seen before. Thank you Tameka, Jenifer, Quetcy and staff for literally creating the wedding of my dreams. My guests are still talking about the beautiful views, excellent food and amazing time they during there stay with camelback as a whole.
Ceremony and reception were held at camelback for my brother’s wedding, less than 24 hours ago. They truly did an amazing job. The views were great, event planners Jen and quetcy were on top of everything and checked in frequently to ensure that everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and attentive and honestly everyone had a great time. Thank you all very much :)
My husband and I got married at Camelback on 10/20/2018 and it was truly AMAZING. We got engaged in the Poconos, LOVE waterparks, and as soon as we learned all that the resort had to offer, we knew without a doubt it was perfect for our wedding. Plus, Camelback is absolutely stunning!! Before we had even officially booked with Camelback or put a deposit down, Tiana answered every single question we had with ease and without pressure of booking with them. We don't live in the area... we live about 3.5 hours from Camelback so communicating through email was a must. After we had booked the venue and started the process of planning the timeline, food, etc., Tiana & Quetcy replied to what seemed like hundreds of emails quickly, with detailed responses and with great attitudes. You have to place a lot of trust in people when you're essentially planning a destination wedding and we're so thankful we had them guiding us throughout the entire wedding process.
We arrived at Camelback two days prior to the wedding to get all settled in and prepared for the next couple of days. We were able to store ALL of our wedding decor in their office so it wouldn't have to take up a bunch of space in our room. Since we were only able to physically go to Camelback twice during the entire process, Tiana & Quetcy met with us on the Thursday prior to our wedding to confirm all the details and also test out our signature drinks. Our wedding was Harry Potter themed and we wanted drinks to match that, however my husband and I don't really drink so we didn't know of any good flavor combinations. The chef, Judi, who was in charge of the food at our wedding, came to our signature drink testing with ideas of her own that we could use. They were amazing!! We ended up going with all four she suggested.
Tiana & Quetcy also provided my husband, maid of honor, best man and myself with their contact information so we could all easily stay in contact during the weekend.
Come the day of the wedding, everything went as smoothly as the entire planning process had been. All the staff at Camelback went above and beyond with assisting our guests and making sure the day went perfectly. Our ceremony was outside and WOW. The ceremony site was beautiful and the weather couldn't have been more perfect! Our reception took place in their gorgeous ballroom with views of the mountain! The food was absolutely incredible! Our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We were able to have our "after-party" at Neptune's near the resort lobby and although most of our guests were too exhausted to attend, the ones that did had a great time!
We even had a farewell breakfast the following morning at Hemisphere's for all our wedding guests! Our family and friends commented that the resort felt so welcoming and as if everyone who worked there knew about our wedding and how happy they were for us. The entire staff made us and all our guests feel very special.

Getting married at Camelback was the best decision we ever made!!! From start to finish, every single thing went absolutely perfect and so smoothly. Everyone tells you to be prepared for bumps in the road on your wedding day, but we hit no bumps whatsoever!! From the moment we met with Tiana and Quetcy and went on a tour, I knew this was our place. They went above and beyond to ensure that our day was everything we ever dreamed of. We planned with them for over a year and they were ALWAYS readily available and willing to help with any request. We had our rehearsal dinner at Berrelli’s and it was so reasonably priced and the food was out of this world, all of our guests raved about it.
We had our ceremony and reception in the main ballroom at Camelback and they decorated it exactly how I imagined it would be and more. All of our guests loved the food and had a wonderful time. They could not say enough about our wedding and the resort in general. Everyone is already talking about taking a trip back.
Tiana, Quetcy, and Jen were so amazing and I am forever grateful for their help, patience, hard work, and dedication. They do amazing work and helped make our wedding weekend everything we could have imagined and more. I am sad it is all over, but we will always remember our unforgettable weekend and we will definitely be back to visit in the near future!
We loved the idea of having a quasi-destination wedding at Camelback because of the indoor water park and other activities available at the resort for our adult and child guests. The entertainment did not disappoint - everyone had a blast! The event coordinators - Tiana and Quetcy - were absolutely incredible. They responded to messages quickly and were super helpful in making our wedding day go smoothly. We had some struggles with the reservation process and getting our guests the correct rate, but everything was fixed accordingly (that was the reservation folks issue - not the coordinators). We were able to reserve several larger suites so that families could stay together. The food is a little pricey (in my opinion) but delicious. Things were well-organized and they made having our wedding there very easy! We had to move our outdoor ceremony indoors because of the weather and everything went perfectly. Many of our guests are excited to return on their own!
We chose Camelback due to the beautiful scenery at the ballroom as well as the new, beautifully updated mountaintop ceremony site, as well as the on-site lodging which allowed our guests to fully celebrate with us safely ;-) . We've both skied this mountain since we were kids, and the setting was the perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding day.
The event exceeded all of our expectations and will be a night that us (and our guests) will fondly remember for years. The hotel rooms and ballroom were topnotch with beautiful views . Tiana, Quetcy, and their crew were incredible to work with from start to finish. They were in constant contact with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day, leaving us with little or nothing to worry about. When we had a brief unexpected shower before the ceremony, they quickly moved our guests to the adjacent indoor lodge for shelter (and refreshments) while they worked with their crew to dry the site off and keep the bridal party calm!
Tiana and Quetcy went above and beyond to help us with the planning and execution of the wedding, including getting our centerpieces assembled and set up beautifully in the ballroom and getting all of our decorations set up at the cocktail hour and ceremony sites. Their communication was excellent from the time we signed the contract until the day after the wedding when we were packing up our decorations. Our guests are still complimenting us on how beautiful and fun the wedding was, and how much they enjoyed the afterparty at the pool bar!
I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful ceremony and reception in the mountains orchestrated by a top-notch coordination team.
My husband and I chose Camelback after looking at quite a few other venues. The reason we went with them is because they had so much to offer for the price. We had rehearsal lunch, we stayed there, our guests stayed there, we utilized the water park and all of the amenities they had to offer, and we had an after party there. It was nice to just have everything in one spot. The Ceremony site is absolutely beautiful, nothing else like it. The ballroom is just as beautiful with beautiful scenic windows that overlook the mountains. My family and friends loved it. But, not only was the venue great, but Tiana and Quetcy were over the top coordinators. They truly go above and beyond for you and make sure that every single part of your day is perfect. They answered every single email with every single question and concern. On the day of, they both worked together so well and made sure everything was to my liking. My family thought they both did an amazing job. If you’re looking for a venue, book with them! You can I’ll not be disappointed!!
We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding at Camelback! Our wedding weekend was a dream come true! 💕 Tiana made wedding planning a breeze , she was a pleasure to work with. Camelback Lodge was the location of our wedding and it is beyond words how perfect everything was. I will skip the obvious facts about how gorgeous the views are and the convenience of the resort having a hotel and get to the point. The team of Tiana and Quetcy is where the perfection begins. Never once did we hear a “no” from them, if something was not possible we were given a better solution. We planned our wedding from 6 hours away yet we never felt like we missed a detail. As someone who plans events my fear of something being overlooked or not 100% to my standards was never a burden because they took care of everything. The way they took my (slightly haphazard) design instructions and brought them to life was beyond words. If my husband or I ever looked confused during our big day or it was time for something important, one of them was by our side. I can ramble on for quite a while about how wonderful Tiana and Quetcy are but to give a quick summary.. The staff treated us like royalty, the ceremony space was breathtaking, the reception location was refined and gorgeous, and our friends and family were BLOWN away. Thank you Camelback Lodge, Tiana, Quetcy, Carlos and all the staff. You made our special day even more memorable.
We just got back from our weekend wedding at Camelback and I can honestly say it was absolutely amazing. All of our guests had a great time and raved about the food and general experience. There aren't enough kind words in the dictionary to describe Tiana and Quetcy. From the day we started planning a year ago up until our wedding day, they were nothing short of phenomenal. They respond to questions lightening fast and are super easy to talk to and work with. Throughout our wedding weekend, they went above and beyond to make sure that us and our guests had a fantastic time and we definitely did! I would definitely recommend Camelback as a wedding venue to any couple -- the views are amazing, the waterpark is a blast, and the staff are absolutely wonderful.
We're glad we chose Camelback to get married and it couldn't have gotten any better for us. Everything was perfect including the location, friendly staff, amenities and even the ball room in which we rented for two days.
We would like thank Tiana, and she is hands down the best wedding coordinator on this planet :), she is super friendly, and her communication from start to end was fantastic, and she answered all our questions patiently and helped us every step of the way to make our wedding go smooth. If every wedding venue had a coordinator like Tiana, all the weddings would go perfect ! This is something every couple can wish for, and we got incredibly lucky to have found and worked with her at such a fantastic place.
We also took the drinks and Italian food from the resort and our guests loved it, the drinks were great, the food was delicious and the staff ensured all of our needs are met. The ballroom manager even gave us some extra time at the end of day one to keep us happy since we were having fun. Kudos to you guys for everything!

1. BEAUTIFUL: the gorgeous aesthetic of the mountains visible from both the reception ballroom and mountaintop ceremony spot is why we booked this place.
2. AMAZING COORDINATORS: a lot of things got complicated or went wrong with our vendors on the day of and our coordinators handled everything seemlessly, hardly bothering us. They were also pretty fun to hang with.
3. GREAT FOOD: a little bummed I was too busy to eat from the taco bar. Guests reported the guacamole was to die for.
4. GREAT PRICE: this was our first choice and also the best price. How often does that happen?
5. GUESTS IN ONE PLACE: we loved hanging with our guests throughout the weekend, including during an amazing welcome party at their indoor water park.
Our wedding was held here in September 2018 and it was beautiful! The wedding specialist, Tiana, answered our countless emails with our endless questions always with enthusiasm and a smile. We were lucky to have our day coordinated by such a passionate and sweet person. The week leading up to the big day showed a 0-10% chance of rain, so we planned to have our ceremony outside. The day of the wedding, it rained but was supposed to clear in time; 2 hours before the ceremony with no end in the rain in sight, Tiana and Quetcy moved our ceremony to the Kartrite's Summit House restaurant at the top of the mountain. They pulled off the move within a short amount of time and it was gorgeous. Our guests had no idea and it was intimate, sweet, and very special. The staff were absolutely amazing as they scrambled to move our entire wedding last minute. Tiana and Quetcy attended to our every need and payed attention to every small detail to make our day special. The food was great, the wait staff were great, and everything went off smoothly, especially given our last minute change in plans. We would totally recommend this venue to those who are looking for a personal touch with a unique view.
My daughter and I visited this lodge the beginning of 2018. The moment We met Tiana at the lodge and saw the beautiful view, we knew that this was exactly where I wanted the wedding to be. She and Quetcy gave us all the information we needed to make educated decisions, and answered all of our emails and requests within 5 to 12 hours. There were a lot of decisions to make and all of our requests were answered over the following months quickly and friendly. My daughters wedding was on September 9, 2018 and it was more than I could’ve ever hoped for. I would highly suggest this venue to anyone who is looking for a wedding that will fit your budget and also provide a great experience for your guests who can enjoy the waterpark and the lodge. Last of all the food was amazing, they set up our table exactly how we asked them to. They walked us through the wedding from beginning to end and kept up sane :) We chose the steak and salmon entrées which were perfect. The waitstaff and bartenders were very friendly and the chef did an excellent job.
Choosing the venue wasn’t difficult because of the beautiful scenery, great accommodation, and very professional staff. The wedding coordinators Tiana and Quetcy will make your planning so much easier and help you with so much during the process. Quick responses and lots of ideas were so helpful for my wedding day to run smooth on Aug. 25th, 2018. The food was great, warm at time of serving, staff was very helpful to the guest. What was so much help was leaving your decorations at the venue and having the ladies do the rest save so much time and came out just as expected. My husband and I were very satisfied from beginning to end. Thank you ladies!
My husband & Had our dream wedding ceremony n reception held at camelback this past Sunday and we have been treated with the upmost respect n luxury....from the time of booking with Tiana n her colleagues back in June of 2017 til leading up to the day of the event they was very personable , straight forward, aware , on time with response via email ... any time we was unsure of something they cleared it up ASAP...I’d loved working with the camelback team ...also the food was delicious , our competed wedding night suite was a pleasure :) if we could do it all over again I would do the same way and same place .
Camelback happened to be the first venue we looked at when beginning our search for a wedding venue. My husband has been in the wedding industry for over 10 years, and was bound to be very picky. Every venue we looked at after Camelback didn’t seem to measure up. I mean, there’s a water park! We met with Tiana that first day, and from that point on, she and her team were accommodating to all of our needs. They were very responsive to emails and calls through the two-year process, and on the wedding day were a tremendous help. The outdoor ceremony site was absolutely stunning, and exceeded our expectations. The reception hall was perfect, and the food was delicious. The wedding day itself was a dream come true. There were no issues, and if there were, we didn’t know about them and were able to enjoy our entire day from start to finish. Coming back to the suite at the end of the night to a plate of chocolate covered strawberries wasn’t too bad either.

Me and my wife went to many wedding venues before we chose camelback. We got married on 6/16/18 and to say the least they made me and my wife's dream come true. You get to have your wedding the way you want it and your in full control. the staff were Tiana , Quetcy and others and they handled everything professionally and were very flexible. when times should have been stressful the staff handled it perfectly. We got married on top of camel top and the view was breathtaking. I could not imagine it going any better than it did. thank you for changing our lives thank you for the memories.
When looking for a wedding venue, my now husband and I were looking for a place to 'wow' us and Camelback did that from day one! We fell in love with the venue the day we had our initial tour. Tiana and Quetcy were absolutely phenomenal to work with during the planning process - they answered countless questions and emails with pleasure (and always very quickly!), made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it, and were so helpful and accommodating with our requests. They made the planning process easy (and I tend to be a total over-the-top planner)! The wedding day (June 9, 2018) was absolutely perfect, the best day - better than we ever could have imagined. Tiana and Quetcy took care of every single detail, ensuring that my husband and I could just sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment of the day. I could go on and on about them - they are honestly so great to work with! Venue is absolutely beautiful - we had an outdoor ceremony on top of the mountain and indoor reception. Reception room is equally as beautiful. Food was delicious. Plus, we were able to have an exclusive after party at Camelback's indoor water park! No complaints whatsoever. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without question.
My husband and I just got married at Camelback resorts at the end of March and if you are looking for a dream wedding team and a perfect day then you want
camelback. Tiana and Quetcy were magical. They were willing to work with our budget our schedule our wedding party our photographer. We did not have one problem them entire time planning or the day of. It was like a dream! The mountains are a beautiful for every picture. And Tiana and quetcy even brought our gifts to our room so my family could just keep partying. We even had a private water park party after the wedding! I could not ask for anything more for our day. My father is a minister so we didn’t have a huge budget and Tiana and Quetcy made our dreams come true.
I can't even begin to describe how amazing Camelback Lodge is as a wedding venue, and how phenomenal of a coordinator Tiana Gering truly is. My husband and I were looking to have the winter wedding of our dreams, and this was absolutely the place to have it. Not only was the location a perfect getaway for our 300 guests, but every single one of them was taken care of upon arrival, including ourselves. And as for the wedding itself, all of our happiness can be attributed to the efforts of Tiana and her crew. They catered to our every need, and were just outstanding the entire way through. Tiana answered every single email and phone call without a single complaint, and took care of even the smallest and rather last minute requests. Coordinating an Indian wedding is no joke, and the detailed and painstaking planning process can be pretty burdensome to even the most experienced planners. However, Tiana was certainly up for the task, and made our experience unforgettable. Camelback Lodge itself is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, and I guarantee that if you get married there, you'll be accommodating your family and friends in the greatest way possible. Rooms, restaurants, bars, and Aquatopia...everything was perfect. Take my advice - get married here!
We recently had our wedding at Camelback Mountain, it was on 11/3/17, and it was AMAZING!!! I don't think I can capture every little thing that they did for us in this review, because there were so many moments where I was thinking; "WOW, I can't believe how easy this has been!" From the VERY beginning Tiana was helpful, friendly, informative. She answered EVERY e-mail so quickly and had every answer to me before I needed to follow up and ask again. We created our own menu, rented out the waterpark, and had so much fun the entire weekend! The place is amazing, between the beautiful landscape and amazing new hotel/lodge you hardly need to add any other decor! We had a pretty large wedding at around 400 people and they handled it just as smoothly as if we had 100 people. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mountain wedding destination!
Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married and had our reception at Camelback on 10/21/2017.
This venue was hands down one of the best decisions of our whole wedding process. There are so many reasons that it is hard for me to pinpoint the number one. However, here are a few:
1. Tiana and her staff are remarkably communicative and work closely with you through the entire process in a friendly and calming manner. They went above and beyond meeting my expectations and were beyond exceptional from minute one until packing up the gifts and decor at the end of the night! They met every request I had along the way in an accomodating and upbeat manner and I can't say how much that was appreciated.
2. The ballroom is breathtaking!!!!!!
3. Event preparation, execution, and clean up ALL completed without a stone un-turned!
4. The food is AMAZING!!!!!! Let me repeat...the FOOD IS AMAZING! I can't tell you how many weddings I've been to where you know tons of money was paid but the food was sub-par.... not in this case!!!
4. All of our overnight guests (even though coming in for the sole purpose of a wedding) were given full access to the awesome Aquatopia waterpark. (who can say that they spent the day after their wedding at the premiere waterpark of eastern PA??)
5. Again...Tiana...she was soooooo thorough, kind, helpful, communicative, calming, and exceptional through the entire process from planning to execution. I had met with many wedding coordinators in the planning process all across the Poconos and Lehigh Valley and Tiana was the only one who gave us the time of day and went above & beyond even at the moment where we hadn't paid a penny of a deposit yet!!
6. Safety and security- I had been to many weddings where gifts were exposed to potential theft but this staff was like watch dogs for the good of us, my family, and friends!
7. Accommodations for the bride & groom - the break out rooms were well furnished and flourished with food and beverages after our long day of ceremony and pictures. Our bridal suite was out of this world gorgeous with a stunning mountainside view!!
All in all...if you are planning a wedding and want to highest level of service and the most breathtaking views...look no further than Camelback!!
My husband and I got married at Camelback on 10-15-17 and it was all that we could have dreamed of and more!! We had the time of our lives. We were amazed the first time we went to check out Camelback and they never disappointed us throughout the entire process. The lodge is beautiful and the new outdoor ceremony site is breathtaking!!!
We worked with Tiana and she was extremely helpful and detail oriented. She answered questions quickly and thoroughly. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and stayed with us the entire time. The entire staff at Camelback was extremely friendly and happy to help out.
We got married at the top of the mountain, on the foggiest day possible, and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Our pictures are gorgeous with the fog and fall colors. We had our cocktail hour outside at the Trails End Pub with the fire pits and torches lit. Our guests loved it and it made for some more great pictures! The food at the cocktail hour and reception was also amazing, our guests are still raving about the food and the venue.
We wanted to have all the kids in the family at the wedding and Camelback was the perfect place to make that happen. On top of the waterpark, arcade, and ropes course (all indoors), they also have extra morning activities for kids to partake in. Many of the families stayed the next day to use the waterpark (as did my husband and I) and they made a mini-vacation out of the wedding.
If I could give ten stars I would! We have been married for a week and I’m still soaking it all in and find myself speechless over Camelback. We got married at Cameltop with the breathtaking view, our ceremony was magical. Everything was perfect. Tiana is phenomenal to work with, from day one when we toured and decided Camelback was the one right up until the big day, she was always there. Quick to respond to emails answering my million questions, quick to get on the phone and answer questions. She was truly so wonderful to work with, I can’t say enough good things about her. She did everything with a smile on her face! The staff that helped keep the day organized, did an amazing job at doing so. Everything was in order, dinner came out on time and was served quick and the food IS AMAZING!!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. There is so much to do there, since we were busy getting married we didn’t even get to do everything so we can’t wait to go back for our anniversary!!! The waterpark is so much fun. My husband and I are children at heart so we had a blast the next day in aquatopia! I saved the best for last. We were the first bride and groom to zip line right after our ceremony AND IT WAS WORTH IT! Our guests were shocked, we had a blast doing it and it was just all around a great way to start off our marriage! If your still looking for the perfect place to have your wedding, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

We had our daughter’s wedding reception at Camelback on July 15th, 2017 and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. The resort is remarkably beautiful with its breathtaking view of the Pocono Mountains and all its wonderful amenities such as the arcade and indoor waterpark. Aside from the locale, my family and I were extremely impressed with Tiana, Adele and the entire staff. They did a tremendous job organizing our entire event and made sure everything went swimmingly. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Tiana was utterly amazing, bless her for putting up with all our crazy requests. She really knows how to do her job well and can turn even the most chaotic situation into a pleasant experience. I highly recommend having your next event or wedding at Camelback and guarantee that you will have a blast!
Our family is utterly grateful for everything Tiana, Adele and the entire staff at Camelback did for our wedding. My husband and I had our reception at Camelback on July 15th, 2017 and it was beyond our expectations. My husband's family had driven in from Canada and most of my family was either out of state or out of the country. All our guests were highly impressed and we received many compliments throughout the night and after the occasion. Tiana and her staff were just outstanding and catered to all our needs and sometimes unreasonable requests. The staff was great during our rehearsal the day before and helped time everyone’s entrances to the hall. They were very professional and did an amazing job with organizing everything despite the fact that we were running late and things were quite chaotic. Tiana was very understanding and worked skillfully with our caterer who was out of town and didn’t speak English well. She also accommodated for all our religious needs such a prayer room and separate serving and seating for men and women. As per our customs, the bride and groom are not to be seen by the guests before our grand entrances so Tiana arranged to take us through a secret back entrance for our outdoor photo shoot. She had all the answers! She even schemed with my brother to pull off a traditional prank on the groom. She did beautiful job decorating our bridal suite for the night and the staff even put out a rather cute display during cocktail hour (I didn't even know they did that till I saw the pictures later). Pete the IT guy worked overtime and was a tremendous help to my brother and our tech crew. Our wedding would not have been such a success without all the hard work and effort put in by Tiana, Adele and the Camelback staff. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have their wedding in the Poconos. Aside from the staff, the resort itself is gorgeous, overlooking the mountains and includes many amenities that your guests will enjoy such as the arcade and indoor waterpark. Our wedding day was the most amazing day of my life thanks to Tiana and her wonderful staff! The wedding venue was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone whom attended our wedding couldn't say enough about the place. Tiana was extremely helpful and answered every question I had and even offered suggestions to help with the wedding. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well and it went very smooth and the food was great. Tiana even helped with my son who is 3 1/2 who wasn't thrilled about walking down the isle. At rehearsal she asked him what his favorite candy was and told him she would have it ready for him the day of the wedding if just walked nice with me. He agreed and the day of the wedding she had it waiting for him and he was perfect angle and walked with me. I can't thank her enough for all she did from the start of planning to the day of the wedding! Thank you for making my dreams come true!!!
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at Camelback Lodge and Resort and what a wonderful experience it was! Tiana, the event coordinator and the entire Camelback team made us feel welcome and comfortable, went above and beyond in making the space look amazing, and were available every step of the way while planning my reception and dinner. Going into planning a wedding it's overwhelming and a lot to do and remember but Tiana and her team were super helpful and went out of their way to make my dinner and reception special and made sure I had a great time. Plus you get a free room for the night! It's a fantastic place to have your wedding!
We got married at Camelback 3/4/17. It was spectacular. The entire staff was great. Everything went off without a hitch. They are very accommodating and every detail was done to perfection. Tiana, the wedding coordinator and her staff were utter professionals. Adele, the staff member who came to my room to take me over to the ceremony was excellent. She made me feel at ease, the minutes leading up to my walk down the aisle. This may be a newer venue but it is run like it has been around for years. All of the food was excellent and they were very accommodating in regards to food allergies. Not one of the guests had any complaints about anything! Highly suggest considering Camelback for your venue, you will not be disappointed.
Our wedding was everything we hoped for! Camelback is beautiful inside and out. We had so much fun even before our wedding began. We had our rehearsal "lunch" at trails end the day before and drinks at neptunes after lunch. Then we went to the swim up bar later that evening. Everything was so delicious drinks were tastey and staff were so friendly! Our room was beautiful and even the housekeeping staff were beyond sweet! If you're looking for a good time you will not be disappointed. Our wedding day was even more of a blast. We received so many compliments from the staff to the food, to the beautiful views. Tiana, Adele and the rest of the staff took everything we envisioned and made it happen! They were so nice and calm on such a crazy, anxiety driven day. They will truly remind you of what your wedding day is all about without even knowing they are doing so!
My husband and I got married at the Camelback on October 23 and it was beyond beautiful. We really wanted an outdoor ceremony, and Tiana suggested doing it from the top of the mountain. It was the perfect time of the year where all the trees were orange, yellow, and red; you can see them for miles on top of the mountain. Camelback offered to shuttle everyone to the top of the mountain and back for cocktail hour. It was gorgeous, they added extra details to the alter which made the scenery even more pleasing. Tiana had everyone organized and scheduled, she was extremely helpful for a very stressful day. She listened to how I pictured the wedding and she did that and more. The reception and dining was spectacular. The dinner was delicious, we received so many compliments on the food (Chicken Florentine, Norwegian Salmon, and Vegetarian Napoleon). Every one of our guests loved everything about Camelback (wedding and the amenities they offered). One of our personal favorites was the pool bar the day before the wedding, we were able to hang out with all our friends and family before a “stressful” day. All of the staff were so kind and fun. So thank you everyone at Camelback for the best day ever!
My husband and I got married at Camelback Lodge on October 1, 2016. It was the best day of our lives! We wanted a simple & beautiful wedding – but most of all, we wanted our guests to have a great time. Everything we hoped for happened – and it was better than either of us could have imagined.
The staff went above and beyond to help us bring all the details together and make it such a perfect day. Tiana, Michelle and the rest of the sales team were amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process.
We got married in the grand ballroom, in front of a beautiful stone fireplace. On both sides of the fireplace there were floor to ceiling windows that overlooked Camelback Mountain. The backdrop created a beautiful atmosphere in the room, and the wedding was perfect. After the ceremony, our guests went out to a separate space for cocktail hour. During cocktail hour, banquet staff came in to the ballroom to flip the room for the reception. When we saw the final décor and setup for the reception – we were blown away. We couldn’t believe it was the same room we got married in! The walls came down and the room opened up into a huge space and it looked amazing.
Our guests had a blast at the wedding. They are still raving about how much fun they had. Not only did they get to celebrate our wedding day with us, but those who stayed overnight got to enjoy Aquatopia the next day! A lot of our wedding guests made it into a mini-vacation. It was like a destination wedding right here in the Poconos!
We are so grateful for everything Camelback did for us to help us plan the perfect wedding. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Front desk, security, banquet staff, sales team, servers, lifeguards, housekeeping – everyone! We will always remember our wedding day as the best day of our lives and we are so thankful that we chose to get married at Camelback.
My daughter and her new husband had their wedding reception at Camelback Resort. Our families could not have been more happy with how everything turned out. The staff was warm and welcoming . Our guests were entertained and well-fed with delicious food all weekend long! It was almost like having a destination wedding in our backyard. It was so much fun planning the event and the special event staff was so accommodating. We would recommend Camelback Resort for any event that you have coming up. The food was great, the people were wonderful, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I are very grateful to Camelback Resort for giving our daughter and new son-in-law the wedding of their dreams.
