Our day of coordinator was Nicole for our wedding last weekend, and I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about her! She was sweet, kind, organized, and on top of everything. I had zero concerns about everything being prepared on our big day, and it was such a relief not having to worry if things were being done correctly. Nicole not only handled all of her duties concisely and to perfection, but she also handled the "crises" of our day calmly and quickly. Both my husband and I ended up getting super nauseous during dinner, and her assistant actually uber'd to our hotel to bring us some medicine. Then my train on my dress wouldn't stay bustled, and Nicole worked to fix it multiple times throughout the evening, even though I'm sure she was dealing with a million other things. The bustle wasn't working at all so she even safety pinned the dress up at one point - so well you couldn't even see the pins! They were both absolute life savers on our day, and so sweet and easy to work with!

Camille was amazing! We chose her day of coordination package. She took care of absolutely everything, even things we didn’t even know had to be done. She provided us with to-do lists and timelines during our planning process. She incredibly helpful during the final walk through at our venue - she knew exactly what questions needed to be asked. Anything I asked her she would have an answer. She helped the (normally) chaotic family portrait sessions go efficiently, and she ran our rehearsal smoothly. She truly made us feel like guests at our own wedding. Definitely hire Camille to make sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch!

We were in a unique situation of putting together our wedding in roughly three months due to family health reasons, and Camille played an enormous role in making our wedding a success. Camille was on top of every detail and was involved every step of the way. She was always there to give us advice when we had questions or weren't sure what to do. She provided a thorough timeline and kept all the trains moving on time. She also connected with our vendors to coordinate deliveries and timing. Camille was extremely professional, consistently courteous and oh-so-helpful on our special day. Honestly, we couldn't have done it without her. Aside from taking up the slack on every conceivable task on our wedding day, she helped prepare us for the occasion by providing detailed monthly lists that led us through the planning process. For such an important event, which is surely unfamiliar territory for most couples, you couldn't hire a better guide than Camille. She was worth every penny.

My daughter renewed her wedding vows and held a reception 2 years later than intended due to COVID. Camille was so fantastic with the planning and prep which was helpful because we had moved out of town prior to the wedding planning. She was organized and efficient for both the rehearsal dinnner and reception as well. This made my time much more enjoyable. We had originally used Camille’s services for another daughter in 2014 and did not hesitate to contact her again for a second experience. Without a doubt she was the best!

We hired Camille through her Partial Planning package and it was SO worth it. Camille helped us from day one with budget, vendor options and providing checklists of what to do each month to stay on top of planning. She was so organized and also helped us navigate postponing our wedding a year due to COVID-19. She was so calm and helpful throughout the whole process. When it got closer to the wedding date she called all the vendors to make sure everyone had the same timeline, went to our final walkthrough and provided final reminders for us! To add, the coordinator at our wedding reception venue quit a week before our wedding and it was SUCH a relief to have Camille. The hospitality industry has a lot of turnover in the events department and having Camille be a consistent go to person was essential and eliminated SO much stress!! On wedding weekend Camille and her assistant did a fabulous job. They made sure the wedding rehearsal went through seamlessly and guided us throughout wedding day. If there were any issues on the day of our wedding I have no idea because Camille and her assistant handled everything so perfectly - which is exactly what you want. My bustle broke mid wedding reception and Camille had her emergency wedding day kit and was able to fix it! Camille was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly highly highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you Camille for helping put together the wedding of our dreams!

We did the day of coordination package with Natalie, and Natalie was so excellent that I wish we had done the full wedding planning package with her instead. We got married at Cafe Brauer in September 2021, just as the number of Delta cases in the US was reaching its peak. Obviously that presented a number of challenges and last-minute changes, and Natalie handled them all perfectly, as well as all of the typical wedding-planning tasks. She took so many things off my plate (including things I don’t even know about, I’m sure) and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Her assistant, Marilee, was excellent as well. In the words of my husband, “I don’t know how Natalie could possibly be any better at her job.” In the words of our guests, “I’ve never been to a better-executed wedding”. And in the words of my parents, “Natalie is amazing, we’re so glad you found her.” Hiring Natalie for your wedding day is the #1 best wedding planning decision you can make.

We hired Camille Victoria Weddings LLC for day-of coordination. Camille was so helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process. There were so many uncertainties with COVID, I had a few moments of panic in the months leading up to our wedding in May. Camille was so responsive and informative. She knows the business well and was always there to provide helpful advice and suggestions via email. Our big day went so smoothly- we knew we had nothing to worry about it with Camille and her assistant in charge. Highly recommend!!

Camille was an INCREDIBLE coordinator and helped my wedding day be as perfect as it could possibly be! I could not recommend her more highly. Camille was the day of coordinator for my sisters wedding and did such an amazing job that I insisted she coordinate our wedding as well! She is so easy to work with and great at communicating with us. She provided us goals for each month leading up to the wedding and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our special day - I would definitely recommend her!

Camille was our "Day-of" wedding coordinator. After we officially hired her, she shared her wedding check list with us. When we needed a recommendation for florist, she provided it to us. We used the list, and we ended up hiring one of the recommended florists. Then she worked with us during the last two months leading up to the wedding day. During the two months, she was always professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She was always very quick to respond to my question, and I loved that about her. She was so professional, she even came to our meeting at the wedding venue when she had a minor car accident on the way to the meeting! Because I am from a foreign county, I did not have any family members who could help me in planning and executing our wedding. Camille acted as an advocate for me, and having her support was a God-sent for me. Thanks to her and her lovely assistant, my husband and I didn't have to worry a thing on our wedding day. Even my husband says, "Camille was great, and she was worth every penny!

My husband and I worked with Natalie, who was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding on Sept. 30th. I'm not even sure where to begin to say THANK YOU for all that she did to ensure our day was amazing! Truly, Natalie did an outstanding job, and I would recommend her to anyone! I know that our wedding was a busy day and night, and Natalie and her assistant Amanda worked hard…very hard to be sure everything was perfect. Natalie’s advice and help throughout the wedding planning process was so valuable, and I really cannot say enough nice things. Natalie was very detail oriented and she ensured that I could enjoy my wedding and let go of all the logistical tasks. This was really important to me given I do a lot of event planning in my professional life, so I needed someone to trust with all the details on the big day. Natalie was so fun to work with and handled everything with grace and a great sense of humor. Hands down she is one of the best!

Camille was our wedding planner for our wedding last November. She was very thorough, thought of everything, and definitely made me feel at ease on our big day! I stumbled across Camille Victorian while searching local vendors on the knot and thank god that I did! I did the one month and day of package and seriously was the best decision I ever made. I worked with Sarah and she seriously is the best!!! Wedding day 8/6/16 Month of: She contacted all my vendors and arranged their arrival times for the day, where they needed to go, any final payments that needed to be made. Sarah created a timeline that was so detailed and helpful that her expertise was so valuable here! Day of: Holy cow! I had so many things I needed set up and when I walked into my ceremony and reception room everything was flawless! Our wedding was at the Morton Arboretum in the hedge garden where basically everything needs to be coordinated, Sarah made sure we were on time and everything took place as it was supposed to! During the ceremony Sarah stood by making sure I was okay and we were staying on track for timing of speeches and dances. It was after our first dance that I realized I needed a cocktail hah, I looked to Sarah and said, “hey can you grab me a drink?” She went to the bar, said “I got you a vodka soda and one on deck!” Seriously the best! During the speeches Sarah stood by watching, I noticed some clanking coming from the kitchen area, I looked at her and motioned to the kitchen and she was half way there already! Lastly one of my main wants of a wedding planner was to have them bring anything I brought in back to our car and loaded so no one of my family or bridal party had to do this. At the end of the night Sarah came up said her goodbyes and said the car was packed and ready to go! This was NO EASY TASK as I mentioned earlier I brought in A TON of stuff. We were thrilled with the coordination services that Camille provided for our wedding. She was available months before our wedding day to assist with planning and calling vendors. She put my mind at ease throughout the entire process, and ensured that I remained calm. Camille provided a detailed day-of timeline which was extremely helpful. Camille's assistant was also available on the wedding day to keep us on schedule. Overall, everything ran smoothly because of Camille and we could not have been happier with her services!

Camille was an absolute life saver during my wedding. We originally didn't budget for a day of coordinator, but when the wedding date drew closer and we had a little bit of wiggle room with our left over funds we found Camille on relatively short notice and were really impressed with how she conducted herself. She has a very thorough process when it comes to your day of details and she was always very responsive to any questions or concerns from both me and my other vendors. During my wedding day I literally had no issues that needed to be dealt with - Camille and her assistant Erika took care of them all. There was a slight mishap with my flowers, but Camille took care of it. The maid of honor's dress was having a slight malfunction, but Camille pinned it up with her emergency kit and it was no longer a problem. Meanwhile I, the bride, actually had time to relax on my wedding day! I didn't have to rush around making sure everything was set, it was already taken care of! I seriously think that my wedding day would not have gone as smoothly if I hadn't hired her so I am SO GLAD we got the day of coordination package, despite it not being in our original budget.

Camille was the perfect person to have as our day of coordinator for our July wedding at the Danada House. Camille can be described as sweet, organized and very professional. She is honestly everything we could have ever wanted in a wedding planner and my fiancé and I felt so at ease knowing she was there to help the day run smoothly. Camille did a wonderful job running the rehearsal and creating a schedule for the day of the wedding to make sure we knew where to be and when. We also had a lot of little things like picture frames and a chalkboard sign that needed to be set up around the Danada House and Camille along with her assistant made everything look perfect! I also had a friend make truffles as our wedding favor and Camille was able to grab the truffles from her at the ceremony and set them up at the reception. This was a relief for both her and I. Camille was wonderful and helped bustle my dress when my mom forgot how to do it and was able to make it look perfect based on a picture my mom took on her cellphone. That was much appreciated! All in all, I am not sure what we would have done without Camille and her lovely assistant’s help and expertise on our wedding day. Everything ran so seamlessly and I truly felt like I was able to stop and take in the day. Both my husband and I agreed that booking Camille for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!

Camille McLamb was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. From our very first phone call it was obvious that she was organized and thorough and very professional. At the same time, she was calm and laid back and kind. She thought of SO MANY things that I would never have even thought about planning for. She provided detailed checklists of things for me to be doing every step of the way and she emailed timelines and organized ALL of my vendor contacts and confirmation calls. We had multiple compliments from family and friends that our rehearsal ran more smoothly than any wedding rehearsal they had been to. Camille worked wonderfully with our wedding officiant to make this happen. The very best thing is that the day of my wedding was 100% stress free for me. Camille took care of everything: She communicated with every vendor, coordinated every step of the day and night, talked with and directed all my family members, told me what to do and where to go every step of the way. Literally all I had to do was show up and enjoy the people around me. Hiring Camille was a wonderful decision and we are so happy we chose her as our wedding coordinator!!

We originally decided to forgo using a day of planner, but due to last minute issues with other vendors we decided it would be best to source one. This was the best investment. From start to finish, Samantha was amazing. She worked with us the entire month prior to ensure everything was in line and orderly. We had to change our caterer three weeks beforehand, and she was a life line to sanity during this experience. She flawlessly maneuvered difficulties with me as they arose (which there were surprisingly several of!), and took a large portion of the work off my shoulders. Day-of, she was onsite to help pass out gratuities to the other vendors, make sure they were on time, and that the venue was ready to go for our guests. We couldn't be happier - she was literally the best investment of the entire process and I would not hesitate to use her services or recommend her again.

Camille was without a doubt the best decision we made when planning our wedding! She was there way before our wedding day helping with planning, confirming with vendors, etc. The day of the wedding, I had nothing to do but enjoy the day because I knew she would take care of anything that came up. Even my husband who was hesitant to hire a day-of coordinator said she was vital to the wedding. She kept everything moving and got all the family and bridal party where they needed to be. Camille helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams. I am a fairly organized and thorough bride so I wasn't sure if I would be able to utilize her services to the fullest.....was I ever wrong! Camille is incredibly professional and organized. She thought of things that we would have never remembered. She gave us several recommendations for vendors that she and her brides have tested and approved. I was THRILLED with her recommendations and ended up saving or receiving additional incentives for her recommending me (this alone is worth hiring her). It takes the stress out of navigating through the hundreds of choices we have as brides! She has great insight and advice to offer but did not overpower any of my decisions. She would always let me think through an idea before offering her wise insight. She was also incredibly responsive via email and phone. She made the rehearsal and day of our wedding such a breeze! We literally do not know what we would have done without her.

I picked Camille as my wedding coordinator last fall for my July 14 wedding and she did fabulous. One of the things that stuck out when I met her versus the other planners was that she told me I'd recognize her because she'd have a bright green folder. None of the other planners did that and it showed me how detail-oriented and well-planned out she is. Camille handled the whole wedding from start to finish and was there when I needed advice, ideas or just support. She always emailed back promptly and was able to meet me wherever I needed her to. She was a joy to work with, worth every penny and I would highly recommend her for any future bride! :)

We absolutely loved working with Camille at Camille Victoria Weddings! She acted as our day-of coordinator for our May 5 wedding. Camille was so incredibly organized, it was unreal. I knew if there was something I'd forgotten, she would be all over it! She went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. I did not have a care in the world during our wedding because I knew no matter what happened, she would make it right. If anything did go wrong, I had no idea! It all seemed perfect. She really paid a great deal of attention to how we wanted everything set up, and it was exactly what we imagined. I appreciated that, because we had a lot of specifics for our dinner tables, cocktail area, etc. Above all, Camille was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, well-spoken, and has a great deal of industry knowledge. We are so grateful for all of her help with our special day!

My husband and I used Camille for her day of wedding coordinating services and were thrilled with her service. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the service she offers. It was certainly money well spent. I was able to plan the wedding on my own but really felt like I wanted someone for the day of to coordinate the day and all the vendors and take the worry off of myself, the groom or any family members. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Camille took notes for exactly we needed and made great suggestions and everything from my perspective went off without a hitch! She attended the entire rehearsal and was there for the entire day of the wedding, staying right to the very end. She was also very helpful during the planning process when it came to vendors and wedding etiquette questions, following up with me very quickly! We wanted to hire a day-of wedding coordinator, so somebody else could "worry about" the little details on the wedding day and all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Camille did just that. Camille started us off with her wedding questionnaire, which was due back to her two months before the wedding. It had a lot of great questions on there we hadn't even considered and really made us decide how we wanted the day to flow. Her questionnaire was a great resource when we built our wedding day timeline. We met with Camille shortly after we sent her our questionnaire to do a venue walk through and do an overview of the day. Camille was a great resource as the wedding day got closer. We sent her several emails for advice, she sent us helpful checklist reminders, and she called our vendors the week before the wedding to make sure everything was in order - and to make sure they new to call her on the wedding day and not us. She also went through with us how the wedding venue should have the reception room set-up, so everything was in order and how we wanted it to be - table layout, where the DJ was, how the napkins were folded, etc. Camille came to the rehearsal and made sure the wedding party knew where to go and what to do. It was so nice to just sit back and let her explain everything. She took several special items including the seating assignment cards for us at the rehearsal that needed to be set-up the day of the wedding. On the wedding day, she made sure everything came together - working and watching - with clipboard in hand - that the day came together just how we wanted it. We really couldn't believe all the things we just shrugged off because we knew Camille was taking of it. What a good feeling! So many less worries - all we did was talk to our guests, smile, and enjoy our day. We were recommended Camille from the florist we used for the wedding, and so happy we found her. We were a little nervous at first since we hired her from only a phone conversation (we live in Seattle, so had to book some wedding vendors long distance), but we were so pleased after our initial meeting, and ABSOLUTELY thrilled by her services at the wedding!
