The day went so perfectly that I was never not having fun! I will always be grateful to Nicolette when I had my one freak out moment that I wouldn’t be able to do my planned dance in my dress because it was too long, without skipping a beat she calmly tied it up and put all my nerves at ease. had zero concerns about everything being prepared on our big day, and it was such a relief not having to worry if things were being done correctly. Nicole not only handled all of her duties concisely and to perfection, but she also handled the "crises" of our day calmly and quickly. Both my husband and I ended up getting super nauseous during dinner, and her assistant actually uber'd to our hotel to bring us some medicine. Then my train on my dress wouldn't stay bustled, and Nicole worked to fix it multiple times throughout the evening, even though I'm sure she was dealing with a million other things. The bustle wasn't working at all so she even safety pinned the dress up at one point - so well you couldn't even see the pins! They were both absolute life savers on our day, and so sweet and easy to work with!

Brauer in September 2021, just as the number of Delta cases in the US was reaching its peak. Obviously that presented a number of challenges and last-minute changes, and Natalie handled them all perfectly, as well as all of the typical wedding-planning tasks. She took so many things off my plate (including things I don’t even know about, I’m sure) and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Her assistant, Marilee, was excellent as well. In the words of my husband, “I don’t know how Natalie could possibly be any better at her job.” In the words of our guests, “I’ve never been to a better-executed wedding”. And in the words of my parents, “Natalie is amazing, we’re so glad you found her.” Hiring Natalie for your wedding day is the #1 best wedding planning decision you can make.

I know that our wedding was a busy day and night, and Natalie and her assistant Amanda worked hard…very hard to be sure everything was perfect. Natalie’s advice and help throughout the wedding planning process was so valuable, and I really cannot say enough nice things. Natalie was very detail oriented and she ensured that I could enjoy my wedding and let go of all the logistical tasks. This was really important to me given I do a lot of event planning in my professional life, so I needed someone to trust with all the details on the big day. Wedding day 8/6/16 Month of: She contacted all my vendors and arranged their arrival times for the day, where they needed to go, any final payments that needed to be made. Sarah created a timeline that was so detailed and helpful that her expertise was so valuable here! Day of: Holy cow! I had so many things I needed set up and when I walked into my ceremony and reception room everything was flawless! Our wedding was at the Morton Arboretum in the hedge garden where basically everything needs to be coordinated, Sarah made sure we were on time and everything took place as it was supposed to! During the ceremony Sarah stood by making sure I was okay and we were staying on track for timing of speeches and dances. It was after our first dance that I realized I needed a cocktail hah, I looked to Sarah and said, “hey can you grab me a drink?” She went to the bar, said “I got you a vodka soda and one on deck!” Seriously the best! During the speeches Sarah stood by watching, I noticed some clanking coming from the kitchen area, I looked at her and motioned to the kitchen and she was half way there already! Lastly one of my main wants of a wedding planner was to have them bring anything I brought in back to our car and loaded so no one of my family or bridal party had to do this. At the end of the night Sarah came up said her goodbyes and said the car was packed and ready to go! This was NO EASY TASK as I mentioned earlier I brought in A TON of stuff. Seriously forever grateful for hiring Camille Victorian and for them assigning Sarah to me! She is an outstanding hardworking young woman who will make your day go off PERFECTLY! She put my mind at ease throughout the entire process, and ensured that I remained calm. Camille provided a detailed day-of timeline which was extremely helpful. Camille's assistant was also available on the wedding day to keep us on schedule. Overall, everything ran smoothly because of Camille and we could not have been happier with her services!

She has a very thorough process when it comes to your day of details and she was always very responsive to any questions or concerns from both me and my other vendors. During my wedding day I literally had no issues that needed to be dealt with - Camille and her assistant Erika took care of them all. There was a slight mishap with my flowers, but Camille took care of it. The maid of honor's dress was having a slight malfunction, but Camille pinned it up with her emergency kit and it was no longer a problem. Meanwhile I, the bride, actually had time to relax on my wedding day! I didn't have to rush around making sure everything was set, it was already taken care of! I seriously think that my wedding day would not have gone as smoothly if I hadn't hired her so I am SO GLAD we got the day of coordination package, despite it not being in our original budget.

is honestly everything we could have ever wanted in a wedding planner and my fiancé and I felt so at ease knowing she was there to help the day run smoothly. Camille did a wonderful job running the rehearsal and creating a schedule for the day of the wedding to make sure we knew where to be and when. We also had a lot of little things like picture frames and a chalkboard sign that needed to be set up around the Danada House and Camille along with her assistant made everything look perfect! I also had a friend make truffles as our wedding favor and Camille was able to grab the truffles from her at the ceremony and set them up at the reception. This was a relief for both her and I. Camille was wonderful and helped bustle my dress when my mom forgot how to do it and was able to make it look perfect based on a picture my mom took on her cellphone. That was much appreciated! All in all, I am not sure what we would have done without Camille and her lovely assistant’s help and expertise on our wedding day. Everything ran so seamlessly and I truly felt like I was able to stop and take in the day. Both my husband and I agreed that booking Camille for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!

l. At the same time, she was calm and laid back and kind. She thought of SO MANY things that I would never have even thought about planning for. She provided detailed checklists of things for me to be doing every step of the way and she emailed timelines and organized ALL of my vendor contacts and confirmation calls. We had multiple compliments from family and friends that our rehearsal ran more smoothly than any wedding rehearsal they had been to. Camille worked wonderfully with our wedding officiant to make this happen. The very best thing is that the day of my wedding was 100% stress free for me. Camille took care of everything: She communicated with every vendor, coordinated every step of the day and night, talked with and directed all my family members, told me what to do and where to go every step of the way. Literally all I had to do was show up and enjoy the people around me. Hiring Camille was a wonderful decision and we are so happy we chose her as our wedding coordinator!!

m start to finish, Samantha was amazing. She worked with us the entire month prior to ensure everything was in line and orderly. We had to change our caterer three weeks beforehand, and she was a life line to sanity during this experience. She flawlessly maneuvered difficulties with me as they arose (which there were surprisingly several of!), and took a large portion of the work off my shoulders. Day-of, she was onsite to help pass out gratuities to the other vendors, make sure they were on time, and that the venue was ready to go for our guests. We couldn't be happier - she was literally the best investment of the entire process and I would not hesitate to use her services or recommend her again.

She gave us several recommendations for vendors that she and her brides have tested and approved. I was THRILLED with her recommendations and ended up saving or receiving additional incentives for her recommending me (this alone is worth hiring her). It takes the stress out of navigating through the hundreds of choices we have as brides! She has great insight and advice to offer but did not overpower any of my decisions. She would always let me think through an idea before offering her wise insight. She was also incredibly responsive via email and phone. She made the rehearsal and day of our wedding such a breeze! We literally do not know what we would have done without her.

I was able to plan the wedding on my own but really felt like I wanted someone for the day of to coordinate the day and all the vendors and take the worry off of myself, the groom or any family members. st that. Camille started us off with her wedding questionnaire, which was due back to her two months before the wedding. It had a lot of great questions on there we hadn't even considered and really made us decide how we wanted the day to flow. Her questionnaire was a great resource when we built our wedding day timeline. We met with Camille shortly after we sent her our questionnaire to do a venue walk through and do an overview of the day. Camille was a great resource as the wedding day got closer. We sent her several emails for advice, she sent us helpful checklist reminders, and she called our vendors the week before the wedding to make sure everything was in order - and to make sure they new to call her on the wedding day and not us. She also went through with us how the wedding venue should have the reception room set-up, so everything was in order and how we wanted it to be - table layout, where the DJ was, how the napkins were folded, etc. Camille came to the rehearsal and made sure the wedding party knew where to go and what to do. It was so nice to just sit back and let her explain everything. She took several special items including the seating assignment cards for us at the rehearsal that needed to be set-up the day of the wedding. On the wedding day, she made sure everything came together - working and watching - with clipboard in hand - that the day came together just how we wanted it. We really couldn't believe all the things we just shrugged off because we knew Camille was taking of it. What a good feeling! So many less worries - all we did was talk to our guests, smile, and enjoy our day. We were recommended Camille from the florist we used for the wedding, and so happy we found her. We were a little nervous at first since we hired her from only a phone conversation (we live in Seattle, so had to book some wedding vendors long distance), but we were so pleased after our initial meeting, and ABSOLUTELY thrilled by her services at the wedding!
