time we toured the venue until the last moments of our reception they provided some of the best service we've ever experienced. The hundreds of five-star reviews are 100% deserved. If I wrote about everything I loved about the CCB this review would quickly turn into a novel, so I'll try to keep it brief(ish) with a list of some highlights: 1. This venue is gorgeous (and also affordable). They will work with your budget and have different packages to choose from. So many of our guests assumed we spent a fortune on the wedding, but honestly, as far as weddings go, the CCB is pretty reasonable. 2. The vendors are included in the price of the venue (you choose from a list of their preferred vendors, which was honestly so great. All the vendors we worked with were amazing.). 3. The food was excellent! CCB recently brought in a new chef, and he did not disappoint. All out guests were raving about the braised short ribs and the encrusted parmesan chicken. We had a couple of professional chefs as wedding guests, and they were both impressed; they understand how challenging preparing wedding meals can be. 4. CCB understood the vision I had for the wedding-- from the centerpieces, to the welcome table, to the lighting, everything was exactly the way I'd pictured it. I thought I'd have to be the one to put out the decor if I wanted it to look the way I wanted it, but I put my trust in the staff and they delivered. It was beautiful. 5. The entire staff works like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows exactly what they're supposed to be doing. They keep to a schedule so there was never any lag time or any question about what was happening. The whole event was well-managed, and we never had to worry about anything. 6. If I could go back in time (just like a month or two), I would tell past-Tara that there is no need to stress, because everything was going to be more beautiful than she even imagined and it would be the best day of her life. 7. The lobby always smells fantastic. I don't know what candles they're burning in the foyer, but man, it always smells amazing. tl:dr - Book your wedding at the Canoe Club ballroom. You will not be disappointed. Big, big thanks to Stacy, Drew, Matt, and Ericka and the rest of the CCB staff for making our day so special. I'll be riding that high for the rest of my life, probably. the service have continued to be just as great! All the vendors we worked with through their packages were also amazing. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable and we felt so cared for and taken care of by the staff and the coordinators. If I could do my wedding over again I’d do everything exactly as we did because it was actually perfect ! (My husband is an avid 2 star giver and he said he couldn’t think of a single thing he would change ! ) we loved the Canoe Club and would do it all again if given the chance !

We are so grateful to the entire team for helping bring our vision to life — it truly was a day to remember!

way up to the wedding day. The all-inclusive package my fiance and I had included vendors (photography, entertainment, cake, and floral) who reached out to us and made it easy to get everything done. We heard from multiple guests that this was the best wedding they have been to, and they were raving about the venue and the food!

Not only were they amazing during the wedding planning process and during all of our final appointments, but wedding day itself went FLAWLESSLY and we could not be more thankful. CCB has to be one of the most organized teams we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Even during all of the stressful times and weeks leading up to our wedding when things tend become chaotic, I knew that everything was in the best hands and really felt stress free and were able to enjoy it all!! They even bustled my dress for me!! (Shoutout to Matt, he was assigned to our wedding party, was so outgoing and beyond helpful!)

We had planned for and outside wedding but with bad weather we chose to have it inside instead and the staff had the place looking beautiful for us. Our guests told us the staff was fast and efficient when moving from the ceremony to the reception while we were doing our pictures in the beautiful bridal room. We had such a great time at the Canoe Club and we would recommend it to anyone.

y and Drew were wonderful to work with and were always pleasant. The bridal attendant went above and beyond for us. One of my bridesmaids hair was not holding and she pulled out a curling iron and hair supplies. One of our vendors did not give us all the flowers we had ordered, and she went and found a fix so I could give my grandmother flowers. Stacy frequently checked in with us throughout the night and really kept our wedding stress free. We loved having our wedding at The Canoe Club Ballroom. I highly recommend having a wedding here!

so I didn't have to worry and they did just that. Their everything but the dress package included all the necessary vendors as part of the package. I didn't have to spend precious time shopping around for vendors, they all reached out to me and I had options for each category so I could pick the one I liked best. The Canoe Club staff treated us like family from the beginning. They welcomed us by name every time we saw them. They answered every question quickly whether in person, by text or email. Everything we asked for was documented and well executed. Even my guests commented on how well organized and coordinated the Canoe Club was. I enjoyed my special day because I was in good hands. I would recommend the Canoe Club for your wedding or any other event.

They work with top of the line vendors, they are thorough and make you feel at ease trusting them with such an important day! Drew is a rockstar bridal attendant who is a literal angel from above. My wedding was the most perfect dream come to life and I would redo that day 100x over at CCB!!

e final minutes of our wedding! I cannot say enough good things about the team there and how seamless they made the entire process. The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious (I've been to a million weddings and haven't had food as good as theirs) and just overall we couldn't have asked for a better day. Major shout out to Stacy who is so attentive, responsive, patient and kind and the rest of the CCB team. If I could do it all over again I would pick CCB each time! Highly recommend!

I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a venue to book with CCB you will not be let down! The coordinators were amazing, food was amazing, the grounds for the ceremony were breath taking and the inside was just as gorgeous. Plenty of room for friends and family! We cannot thank them enough for making our special day PERFECT!

Everything But The Dress package for exactly that reason. Stacy and her team took care of all the details, so this busy mama wouldn't have to worry about a thing! On our wedding day (4/5/24) our ceremony went off without a hitch! Even though the temperatures and mud forced us to have an indoor ceremony, it was beautifully arranged. We received many compliments from our guests. During cocktail hour/formal photos, our infant son had a total meltdown from being overstimulated and tired. We had to adapt on the fly to allow me to address my upset son. Matt was our wedding party attendant, and he could not have been more FANTASTIC! He smoothly adjusted our entrance plans and allowed our guests to enjoy their first course while I was nursing our baby. This way, our guests didn't have to sit idly (and hungrily) waiting for us. The amount of care and compassion allowed this frazzled-at-the-moment mama feel super supported. My bridal party ladies and my mom all kept saying how great Matt (and the whole team) was to accommodate our changing needs. Matt received many grateful hugs that night! Once we entered our reception, the rest of the wedding was smooth and so much fun! Our guests loved the food and the entertainment. We received so many compliments that night, and continue to do so as we reminisce with our friends and family. We could not recommend CCB more! Kudos to Stacy, Matt and the entire CCB Team!

cy and her whole team made it such a seamless process. We went with the "say everything but the dress" option, and boy do they mean it. Their preferred vendors are top notch and CCB made it so easy to get in contact with them. They literally have weddings down to a science, they even had a timeline of our day made up for me before our last planning meeting. You do not need a wedding planner because they keep your right on track with frequent email reminders for tasks. Myself and my husband had our own attendants for the day AND two additional attendants for the guests. I have not heard one bad word about the wedding from a single one of our guests. Literally best night ever, perfect weather and EXCELLENT service!!
