On the big day it was better than we could have imagined, the ceremony space and the room looked amazing, the staff was efficient and quick and helpful to all our guests, they seriously work like a well oiled machine and the food was AMAZING people are still raving about it weeks later. We had no complaints throughout the entire process from looking, planning to the wedding day. The Canoe Club was one of our most affordable quotes we received and they delivered a premium experience for us and a day we'll never forget.

the spacious dance floor, large bar, and seating tables, we knew we wanted CCB to host the greatest event of our lives! The day we toured, we were provided with a thorough packet of options, flexible and fair payment plans, and a detailed timeline of events, making the organizational component of this experience flawless. We booked our wedding fairly far out, but CCB continued to reach out and connect with us over the course of two years. As our wedding day got closer, they provided efficient in-person meetings where we never felt rushed and always felt welcomed to create our perfect day. Throughout the planning process, we worked closely with Stacy, Drew, and Tim, who all displayed such professionalism while also having charismatic personalities that were contagious! In those meetings, we didn’t just plan; we got to know the CCB family more and shared a lot of laughs. The CCB tasting event was an evening my husband, myself, and our parents will cherish forever! It was an incredible night that allowed us to really dive deeper into our wants and needs for the wedding, leaving us feeling confident in all of our choices. With that being said, the food offered through CCB was absolutely delicious! Throughout the entire planning process, the Canoe Club would respond to emails very quickly and with great detail. They even had documents that made collecting meals for our guests easy. We never felt lost in the process and never felt unheard in our requests. It was no surprise that the professional vendors associated with the CCB were all exceptional as well. I cannot even begin to explain the amount of time and energy we saved by having incredible options from trusted professionals built into the Everything But The Dress program! For the vendors we used who were not associated with the venue, CCB was very accommodating. They completed all the organizing between space and equipment needs, as well as coordinated timelines. Everyone was so friendly and talented in their profession. We believe it speaks volumes about the excellence of the Canoe Club that everyone was able to work so seamlessly together! My husband and I still talk about how truly impressive it was that the Canoe Club was on top of everything on the day of our wedding! We were provided a day-of wedding coordinator who kept our bridal parties on track and allowed us to follow the timeline of events we envisioned for our day. We were also so pleased with how well they set everything up and made all of our hard work come to life! We never had to stress about anything on our wedding day, and we were even handed our signature cocktails right after saying our “I dos!” Our guests still comment on how kind all of the people working with CCB were to them. It felt so wonderful to have a venue that wanted the absolute best for us and our guests! We would recommend the Canoe Club Ballroom to anyone and everyone without hesitation. We firmly believe that if you book your wedding with them, you will have the same beautiful, fun, and special day without the very common wedding planning stressors! The food was absolutely incredible and it’s all my guests talked about all evening. I wish I could relive this day over and over again because of the wonderful experience I had. Stacy even helped sew my wedding dress bustle back up after my husband stepped on my dress. Truly a wonderful experience and I highly suggest using their venue .

ince I had never planned a wedding before, it was feeling overwhelming, but the CCB has preferred vendors they partner with so instead of scouring the internet for DJs in our area, I got to choose from their preferred vendor list and interviewed a few before choosing the perfect one. They also have a florist, bakery, limo, tuxedo shop, and vendor for our seating board. We got a complimentary stay at a hotel the night of our wedding. The staff was kind, personable, professional and always willing to answer any question quickly. They had a tasting for the food, and scheduled a few meetings as the date got closer to make sure we knew how it would all happen the day of. They walked us through all the things we would be bringing ourselves, when to bring them, and how/when it would all be packed up. They had plenty of staff the day of, and I had my own bridal attendant (Drew) who was absolutely wonderful. My husband also had Stacy, who attended to him (and me when it was needed. My dress ripped twice). She was also absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the CCB. I certainly recommend having your wedding/reception there.

Stacy, Drew and Matt were so patient, respectful. On our package we had wonderful Vendors to make our day more special. We choose our appetizers and course menus . The food and drinks were so good. It did rain on 9/26/2024, the ceremony was perfect inside. We took so rain pictures and they look so dope .Our guest had fun. Please pick up your phone and call Canoe Club Ballroom, you won’t be disappointed. The wedding is stress free and don’t forget to ask questions. I find myself calling more than 5 time at week and I love every single moment I spend planning our special day with them. Words cannot express the love and happiness I had on this venue.
