Canyon Gate Country Club

nyon Gate because of the gorgeous views of the mountains for the ceremony, the beautiful golf course grounds, as well as the factor of having no other weddings at the venue at the same time so our guests would have a full immersive experience. Those reasons, paired with all of the amazing vetted vendors included in the price such as the cake, linens, and DJ really sealed the deal for us! Sierra was so responsive and attentive during the entire planning process answering SO MANY emails between my mother and I. She took great care to make sure every detail we wanted was added right away, and she kept us informed of all of our options throughout. We were blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness. We knew we weren’t her only wedding she was working with but boy did she help us feel heard and taken care of! When my parents had questions about the bar packages, the beverage manager met with them personally and helped them come up with the perfect plan for our wedding. Come wedding day, we were blown out of the park with the amazing service team. The bartenders and all the wait staff that brought my husband and I our meals were all incredibly kind and attentive. Every single guest raved about the amazing buffet! We opted for the prime rib carving station and it was sensational. The coconut shrimp appetizers were absolutely delicious, as were the late night bite tacos and pretzel bites! I think the food was even better the night of the wedding than during our included tasting. The view itself was undeniably gorgeous. We had so many out of town guests that raved about how wonderful Canyon Gate was and everyone wanted a picture with that gorgeous backdrop of the grounds and the mountains. My husband and I were so pleased with our entire experience. It truly was a magical day thanks to Canyon Gate!

ut the whole wedding process. All of the guests at our wedding told us how much they loved their food, too! The canyon views are some of the best views in Las Vegas. I am so grateful we chose Canyon Gate as our wedding venue!

sure our ceremony and reception went smoothly. She understood what we were trying to achieve and went over and above to ensure we had everything we wanted. The food was fantastic and the venue is beautiful - I would highly recommend and for an added fun touch we brought our own minister - Roland August - The Mobile Minister (look him up) to conduct our ceremony. Tons of fun and a great memory. Thank you Sierra and team at CG xx

free thanks to Sierra. From the beginning, communication was top notch which was super important for us since this was a destination wedding. Every email we sent was responded to quickly (sometimes even within a few minutes). Canyon Gate also made the planning process super easy. Everything was so organized, the food was delicious, and they coordinated with our other vendors very well. We brought a bunch of personal decor and DIYs and it was set up beautifully. They were super patient, kind, and thoughtful. I would 100% recommend Canyon Gate to anyone, and I’m so glad we had our wedding here.

ul and elegant venues, and this is mostly due to their amazing team led by Sierra and Tracy! Tracy and Sierra are very professional and knowledgable, and made my Husband and me feel comfortable and in control of our wedding day. Something I wasn't expecting was how supported we felt throughout our entire wedding weekend by the Canyon Gate Team. They each took the time to explain their process to us, and were flexible with the unique touches we wanted to add. Sierra led our rehearsal day and wedding day perfectly, while being so kind and respectful to everyone in our family and wedding party. The amount of services and items included in the contract are unmatched by any other venue that I toured in Las Vegas and Southern California. We were blown away by how beautiful, elegant, and classy our wedding was, while still being very cost effective. Many of my guests said it was one of the most beautiful and well-run receptions they have attended. I really cannot say enough positive things about Canyon Gate Country Club! I highly recommend this Team and venue to any couple who wants assistance coordinating most of your vendors and decor needs. Thank you so much Sierra, Tracy, and your Team for giving us our dream wedding experience! PS- These beautiful photos were taken by Sierra so we could have a sneak peak of our gorgeous ceremony :) She's the best!

ded on my wedding day. Sierra was one of the best vendors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I would recommend Canyon Gate to anyone looking for an incredible venue, a beautiful view and awesome staff!

ought our visions to life. We highly recommend this venue to all future wedding couples.

azing!! Truly the best decision we made when picking our venue!

g process. From the very beginning, both Sierra and Tracy took the time to get to know us and to find out what was most important to us for our wedding day. They reassured us that they would always be available to answer any of our questions, offer suggestions, or address any concerns we had no matter how big or small. They were never too busy to answer our calls or respond to our messages. They always made us feel like a top priority and were so kind in every interaction. The food was amazing, and many of the guests commented on it, including how great the late- night pizza was, which was a big hit! The chef and his team were outstanding. The venue was perfect. We had been looking for a large enough space to accommodate our guests comfortably without the impersonal “big ballroom” feel. The included and preferred vendors (highly recommend photobook & cold sparks) are the best of the best. You can rest assured that you’ll be taken care of with them. Sierra and her team have an amazing knack for decorating and providing the ultimate charm and intimate atmosphere…exactly what we were looking and hoping for! The outdoor sunset ceremony made for the perfect backdrop as well. It truly was our dream wedding and we can’t thank them enough!

s of Sierra and Tracy is outstanding. I mostly worked with Sierra and I am so grateful I did. First off, I went to the venue half a dozen times prior to the wedding and was warmly welcomed. They were accommodating to all of my unique requests without judgement. As Sierra reassured me " Yes, of course. It's your day ". This alone was incredibly comforting. Secondly, the venue itself was beautiful. The staff was amazing and all of our guest raved about the food - which as we all know is unusual for a wedding. The process was so seamless and I would absolutely recommend Canyon Gate for a wedding and highly suggest asking for Sierra to assist in your planning. From my understanding the previous team was less than desirable; however, this new team was outstanding. My husband and I are both medical providers and we were proud to have this venue to host our colleagues and friends.

aff, to the coordinators who go above and beyond and make your day perfect, to the preferred vendors list who are not only comparable to other vendors in price, but next level. Every bit of my wedding was easy, beautiful, fun, and memorable because of Canyon Gate. Don't waste time book them Now!

hat had to be our venue! All of our communication after that was mainly with Marina (Private Events Assistant). I'm guessing since our wedding was a lot smaller and on a Tuesday, she took the lead on it. Marina was great to communicate with via email and always answered my questions (I'll be honest, there were a lot of them). When we visited Canyon Gate in person for the first time (about 7 months before our wedding) we were actually taken aback at how truly beautiful it is. We did a food tasting and everything was so so good. Fast forward to April and we came with 50 of our closest people for the big day! I had quite a few questions and both Dominique and Marina were there to walk me through them on the rehearsal day. This was super helpful, and Dominique reassured me that she would make sure everything went perfectly. On the day, we each had our own space to get ready and though the rooms were open to the public and we had the odd golfer in our space, they were relatively private. All in all, the wedding was a dream come true. The wind was a little crazy, so Canyon Gate was good to make necessary arrangements when needed. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and to this day, we still hear about how good the food was. The bartenders and servers were stellar as well. We even had a specific gentleman who specifically took care of me and my husband all night; we felt so special! You won’t go wrong with Canyon Gate Country Club. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been and I still can’t believe we got married there. The value for what you get is incredible and everyone we dealt with was amazing. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding absolutely perfect.

cuments, her attitude went completely opposite towards me. When my fiancé and I met her to pick out our food and all the other fun things that needed to be done. It wasn’t a memorable experience. I had more fun choosing what carpet I wanted for my house than I did with her. There were miscommunication and through the the conversation it was put that it was my fault. I thought having a wedding planner was suppose to make you feel like you had support and will be there for you. My experience was completely opposite from that. It was always felt like walking on egg shells. When asked to put certain things for our centerpieces I would get a smarky remark. Like I was being a hassle to ask about my centerpieces. I offered for me to do it but due to there policy they won’t allow it. The day of our wedding I couldn’t find Dominique after the ceremony for our photos, when they gave our stuff back certain things were all tangled and missing. I called the next day and Dominique had an attitude stating everything was needed to pick be picked up that night. How about showing some compassion we just got married, give the couple a day to pick everything up. Which I did! After looking through all the things I picked up, I’m still missing certain things. I dissent bother calling about it because I just don’t want to deal with her attitude. I do want to say the venue was beautiful venue but once you sign the contract they don’t treat you the same from when your first meet.

were AMAZING! They were very structured and organized. Communicating with them was easy. Every question was answered and every request was fulfilled. Even a month after the wedding, people were still complimenting us on how magical our wedding was. Especially with the fireworks… Thanks to Dominique and Marina, our wedding day was definitely a 10/10 wedding. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

inique (event coordinator), her assistant Marina, and the entire staff. Dominique and her team were amazing to work with. Dominique was always incredibly responsive, professional and very personable. I always had so many questions, worries, and changed my mind often. Nonetheless, she was by my side every step of the way. From our first meeting to our wedding day, we felt like a priority and they did everything they could to make our day perfect. Our wedding was HUGE, but Dominique and her team ran the whole night to perfection. Our guests still rave about the view, food, staff and elegance. We can’t thank Canyon Gate, Dominique, Marina and the entire staff enough for everything. Our day was magical and it’s all because of them.

are responsive, detail-oriented, professional, patient, empathetic, and friendly. I felt like I was in great hands with them leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day. On our wedding day, I was pretty stressed and distracted with last-minute things, but all of the details were executed precisely and smoothly because of Dominique and Marina. The venue itself is gorgeous. Every angle from the outdoor patio and the golf course is a breathtaking photo opportunity. The staff was friendly and attentive, and all of our guests felt very well taken care of. The cake, passed appetizers, and drinks were all so delicious. Choosing Canyon Gate Country Club was one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding planning. We highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

and we loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend these ladies and Steve and I would like to thank you both for such great service. Also thank you to the chef who did a brunch for us, it was delicious!

and I to plan our wedding. We live in California so planning a wedding that was going to be in another state made me nervous but it was so easy with their help! I HIGHLY recommend canyon gate country club. Anytime we had questions they answered us pretty quickly. Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff.

manicured golf course, meeting with Dominique and discussing their affordable packages solidified our decision. Dominique’s attention to detail, accessibility, and expertise in event planning made the process seamless and stress-free, despite COVID restrictions. She quickly made us feel at home and as if we were the only event she had coming up. We felt her genuine excitement and happiness for our big day. The entire team at Canyon Gate provided the utmost professionalism. Every detail we had planned for was executed with precision and finesse. Our big day turned out way better than we imagined and it’s all thanks to Dominique and the team. We highly recommend Canyon Gate for any event!

avy lifting to make your life as easy as possible. The venue is super customizable and so great to work with. All I heard from the staff on my wedding day was "What can I get for you? Do you need anything else?" Everything was handled very professionally and with care; and their partner vendors they work with were amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend!

e were plenty of options to suit our budget and meet my daughters wedding day expectations. So many of the guests commented on how nice things looked and how good the food was. If you want a stress free wedding day this is the venue to use!

ore than my husband and I could have ever imagined. She was very professional and truly dedicated to our needs. From the very first meeting she was completely transparent with pricing and all the details. She was an excellent communicator, I knew I could always depend on her throughout. She assisted us with booking our photographer and videographer both whom produced high quality services. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. The staff was also very kind and attentive to our guest. Canyon Gate is an amazing venue. It has a beautiful view looking out west. I had a brunch ceremony, so I could only imagine how breathtaking the view is during sunset. The venue is very elegant which added beauty to our photos. Thank you so much Dominque and Canyon Gate staff! I highly recommend booking your venue at Canyon Gate Country Club with Dominque Acevedo. e venue was full of people and they weren’t wearing mask. She tried to show me outside but it was pretty loud because of the event happening. She informed me that they were over capacity and it was over 100 people crammed into the room. She tried to walk us through all of the people but since none of them were wearing masks we told her that we didn’t feel comfortable to stay in the room with that many people without masks. It was impossible to actually see what the venue looked like with all the people in it. She showed us a couple of pictures of the venue so that we could see what it looked like. After showing us the bridal suite, when I asked for an estimate, she stated it takes her awhile to do them and that i would have to wait until later. The entire meeting took about 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this meeting and it felt like our business wasn’t important. If they were having an event, I would’ve happily rescheduled. She didn’t really discuss any details with us or make it feel like our business was important to them. I’m looking to spend about 20k and I can’t imagine spending that at a place that couldn’t even take the time to show me the area. I felt like I was there as an inconvenience even though I had a scheduled appointment. It’s extremely disappointing because the pictures look beautiful but I guess this shows that this venue wasn’t for me.

ine ones from michaels that I had hoarded and Rachael just made magic! The decor was perfectly laid out in a way that still brings tears to my eyes. We had our own server the whole night who ensured ALL of our needs are met. My husband had the stomach flu and our server went hunting for anything to help his nausea at the end of the night. He was honestly a source of calm for us. I could rave forever about this venue- I’ll never forget how gorgeous the space was, and how special, detail oriented, and kind the staff was.

wn our choices to pick top quality vendors. Everything flowed so smoothly. Oh and the food was so delicious. There are so many spots to take wedding photographs too.

ro lights that decorated the ballroom, and the friendly staff at Canyon Gate. Dawn Ulrey and Cindy Yang are awesome event coordinators who stayed on top of the planning process, answering any questions we had pretty quickly. Patrick was our personal server for the night and he made sure we were taken care of. Another thing we can't forget to talk about is their amazing food. For our cocktail hour, we selected two hors d'oeuvres to be passed around: Beef Wellington and the Coconut Shrimp. Both were so delicious and there was enough to go around for our 190 guests. Everyone loved the Dandelion Salad and entrees: Grilled Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Angelo paired with parmesan risotto and the vegetable medley. Our only comment was that towards the end of the night we felt a bit rushed to conclude the dancing and get the guests out for the sparkler sendoff. Overall, our experience with Canyon Gate was an unforgettable one, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My husband and I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

n ever there were bumps in the plan, they were quickly resolved and my guests loved taking pictures on the balcony with the beautiful golf course view in the back ground. Highly recommended venue!

and her staff covered them all and not a single guest knew! There inclusive package and vendor list makes the wedding process so easy

finitely stood out. It is true what they say, Brittnee the coordinator IS truly the wedding whisperer…no need to hire a wedding planner, she takes amazing care of her customers. We truly wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding without her amazing service, professionalism, and guidance. Brittnee was always available for questions & advice and answered e-mails in an extremely timely & thorough manner, which seems like something that should be a common and obvious trait when planning a wedding, but that wasn’t always the case with other vendors. The minute I stepped outside and saw the beautiful views, I almost teared up. It happened to be down the street from our church, St. Joseph Husband of Mary where we had our ceremony. Coming from large Italian families, food was a very big concern to us. I trusted the reviews that the food was outstanding, and as we found out from our menu tasting, the reviews are correct. We sampled the chicken and steak, and the steak was not our favorite, so we selected the salmon as our second choice without trying it first, and it was a huge piece of delicious fish. Their risotto is to DIE FOR as we found out beforehand at Canyon Gate’s open house and our menu tasting. Cake is included and you have a choice of the Mad Batter or Las Vegas Custom Cakes. We went with Las Vegas Custom Cakes which was a fun and easy experience, and I was blown away by both the beauty and delicious taste of our cake. Every question I had from several months out until the night before our wedding, Brittnee and her staff always knew the answer and guided us in the right direction. She ensured the décor we brought looked beautifully placed, and she and her staff did everything they could to ensure our day was perfect. You will not be disappointed with the amazing experience of having Canyon Gate host one of the most important days of your life! Thank you for everything!

rittnee helped us pick out colors and decorations, coordinate vendors, and plan our own individualized menu. She was very professional, patient, and prompt--always available to answer questions and ready to help us make decisions. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful views and lovely setup by Brittnee and staff. Our guests raved about the food--delicious appetizers, salads, and main courses, the elegant room, and personable staff. Most importantly, they really enjoyed themselves! We highly recommend Canyon Gate Country club as the entire reception, including the cocktail hour was better than what we expected and imagined.

on was breathtaking, food was delicious and staff was excellent. The guest are still raving!

s amazing! Brittnee was thorough and had several helpful ideas to make everything run smoothly. She was willing to answer any questions and noted all requests. The staff at Canyon Gate Country Club was not only professional, but kind and patient. They were so pleasant to all of our guests, which meant a lot to us. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! Our guests were in awe. Everything was just as we imagined and better! We received numerous compliments on the decorations and atmosphere as well. We highly recommend any couple looking to get married at a venue that will take care of you and will take your breath away to Canyon gate Country Club.
