The flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees made budgeting a breeze and gave us peace of mind. We held our ceremony inside the chapel, and it was stunning — full of natural light, elegant design, and perfect for our vision. Afterward, our guests moved outside to enjoy cocktail hour on the beautiful patio and great lawn, all surrounded by the gorgeous Hill Country views. The reception space was a showstopper — made even more special by the custom barn doors that kept the space hidden until the big reveal. CWR also provides all the tables and chairs you could need, which helped us get creative with our layout. We also loved having access to both an on-site bridal suite and a groom’s room, which made the entire day run smoothly. And the freedom to bring in outside vendors let us personalize our celebration without limitations. She helped us save over $2,000 on a few big-ticket items (like staging, chandeliers, and greenery), which was such a wonderful surprise and honestly speaks volumes about how much she cares about her couples. She has a way of quietly working magic behind the scenes! The rehearsal was perfectly run — organized without feeling rushed, and she made sure everyone knew exactly what to do. On the big day, Amanda kept everything running so smoothly. She worked seamlessly with our vendors to ensure everything was in place and on time — we never once had to stress or wonder what was happening. She handled distributing vendor tips and packed up all the leftovers from dinner and our late-night snacks into to-go bags, making sure the food got into our ride home — all without ever needing to bother us. She also handled the Whataburger payment without us even knowing until later. She had all of our decor packed and ready to go before the end of the night, which made loading the shuttle so easy for our family. She even worked with our photographer to stage some bonus detail photos — the kind of thoughtful touch you’d never know happened, but are so grateful for when you see the results. And the best part? She sent us photo and video snippets via text the next day, letting us relive some special moments right away. ring venues, I wanted an outdoor ceremony and after experiencing the views at the outdoor trellis we booked our wedding date immediately! The bridal suite is enormous and beautiful which made getting ready with the bridesmaids and moms a fun time! Our wedding had a large guest count of about 320 and the venue accommodate everyone well and exceeded our expectations! Ethnee and her team on the day of the wedding were incredible. We highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge and if we got to do our wedding all over again, we would get married at the same place!

he chapel is absolutely breathtaking with its large windows and natural light, the reception space is elegant yet warm and inviting, and the huge outdoor lawn and trellis area provided the most magical backdrop for our photos. And the Hill Country views... Truly unforgettable. All of our guests (especially those traveling from outside of Texas) kept mentioning how they never realized Texas could look like this. The bridal suite was a dream to get ready in—so spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. Every detail of this venue is thoughtfully curated to create the perfect experience. The grooms suit could be a bit bigger for the comfort of the groom and groomsmen, but we also had quite a large wedding party - so I want to keep that in mind! The staff was so kind, accomadating, helpful, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Their presence on our big day helped everything flow seamlessly and allowed us to be fully present and soak up every moment. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection, and we feel so grateful to have celebrated our love at such a beautiful, special place. Canyonwood Ridge will always hold a piece of our hearts!

The team there is excellent and we would book with them again in a heartbeat. In addition, we booked Amanda Blue Events for their day-of wedding coordination services and have absolutely ZERO regrets!! Our coordinator was Amanda herself (owner and senior coordinator) -- from our very first meeting with her, we could tell how organized, responsible, and professional she is and knew that we wanted to work with her. She also has experience with multicultural weddings which was important to us. We were a little naive to how much the wedding planning process entails. But when the time came, Amanda jumped in without missing a beat and executed flawlessly. Her planning sheets anticipate all the small details that we weren't even thinking about. She took SO much stress off of our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. We were blown away with how smoothly the day went and how everything ran on time (so many of our friends noticed too!). All thanks to Amanda. were beautiful. They provided a large wooden cross for our alter, and Ethnee our coordinator made sure our day ran smoothly. She kept everyone on a schedule, and made sure all decorations were put together correctly, even the games outside. She also coordinated with my family to make sure everything was perfect for me. She helped me feel stress free the whole day and even helped coach me to make sure my walk down the aisle was an entrance to be remembered.

The bridal suite and groom’s suite were also big selling points as we could get ready at the venue rather than someplace else and travel to the venue. Amanda and Casey were extremely helpful. During our tour, Amanda helped us envision our wedding at CWR. She was able to address all the questions and concerns we had before signing our contract. Casey was our venue coordinator for the day of our wedding and she was perfect. As a CWR bride herself she was able to assist us with how we could utilize the different spaces at the venue. She eased my stress going into the day which I am grateful for. Anything my husband and I needed on the day regarding the venue she was on top of it.

ids. Grooms suite was just what we need but nothing crazy. AJ and his team there really provide a great service. Their “Day of Coordinator” service was amazing as well. Alexa took care of us and kept everything on time and didn’t miss a beat. She was literally there every step to make sure my wife was taken care of and made sure we felt as stress free as we could be during our time. Overall, service is great, venue is beautiful, and price is reasonable. I would highly recommend their team and especially Alexa for your wedding day.

aining the day of and we were able to change the ceremony location a few hours before the ceremony start time. Even on a gloomy day, the venue was absolutely gorgeous and contributed to one of the best (if not the best) days of our lives!

icked off this box and so many more! First, I want to comment on how SPACIOUS the venue is. I’m not talking about just the stunning high ceilings of the ceremony site or the new expansive bridal suite - the grounds itself are BIG. I visited other venues that were pretty but felt cramped because you could see (in)visible fencing. Canyonwood has a great lawn with a wonderful view of the Hill Country for your guests to be wandering around during cocktail hour and plentiful parking. - Other favorite parts of the venue / small details - The windows in the ceremony site face to greenery so you aren’t looking at a parking lot or a sidewalk of some sort if you choose to use it - The trees on the grounds hold their leaves all year round - Access to the venue until midnight (usually meaning an 11PM send off) so you’re not kicked out just as the party is getting started - Huge bridal suite - this is relatively new and so incredibly gorgeous! The bridal suite now includes multiple chairs for HMU, even more storage space, and a private bathroom - A little nook by the mantle which is perfect for a cake table (in my opinion) I had the opportunity to work with Kelsey from Canyonwood Ridge’s wedding planning team alongside my own and I am so grateful to have had her through the process. She was always transparent, punctual, and responsive. Though it got frustrating at times during the decor process to be reminded of Canyonwood’s rules I am so glad she was there to do so to ensure that our security deposit would be returned. Furthermore, Kelsey took care of me (the bride) more than anyone else during the day of - she was discrete, moved quickly, and so supportive. Thank you Kelsey for being an absolute gem. If you book Canyonwood, you guaranteed have a gorgeous place to have your wedding. It honestly doesn’t need more decoration, the space itself is that beautiful!
