We worked with Stephanie and could not have been happier with that decision. I could not believe how well she remembered every single detail I would tell her over the course of almost two years, making us feel like her only client on what I know is a much longer list of clients. She was professional and polished, yet warm and easy to open up to and connect with. We loved how well she really knew the Cape Cod wedding landscape, and could count on her to have a vendor's direct cell number already. When we decided to do some "untraditional" things, she supported us wholeheartedly and made sure we could weave those things into the day seamlessly. On the day of, she was somehow simultaneously giving us complete space AND being right behind us if we needed her. When my dad was giving his Father of the Bride speech and realized he didn't have a drink for the toast, she even came running in with a beer to place in his hand - LOL! We can not say enough great things about working with Stephanie and highly recommend her to everyone else! Thank you so much!

Over two years ago, my mother discovered Cape Cod Celebrations and made an appointment to chat with Jamie the very week I got engaged. We knew from the start, from the way Jamie conducted the meetings, that she made me feel so valued and heard and that she continued to be responsive. She was going to help make my dreams come true, and she really, really did. Jamie allowed my wedding planning process to be as seamless, stress-free, and joyful as I ever hoped for. We had the most amazing experience with Cape Cod Celebrations for our wedding planning process!! Heather was our senior planner and for the entire year she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted for our day. She was so kind, thoughtful and responsive through the entire process! Not only was picking vendors so easy even from states away, she recommended trusted vendors that fit our vision and with experience at our venue. At one point I sent her an escort wall from Pinterest and she found a way to make it happen but even better! Throughout the night of the wedding I had friends come up to me saying they need a Heather for their wedding!! I can’t imagine planning a wedding without Cape Cod Celebrations and would recommend them to everyone!

We worked with Heather for both our Hindu and western weddings and it was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Heather was responsive, always keeping us on track and connecting us with incredible vendors, and easy to get in contact with. Leading up to our wedding, she joined every call and made suggestions that made our day even more special. I truly do not know what we would have done without her! Her kind and calm energy got us through the three day event. She was wonderful with our parents, wedding party, and guests. She is a pro!!!! We also loved working with our day of attendant. She was so helpful and I suggest adding that service! We could not recommend Cape Cod Celebrations more!

In the beginning of the planning process, my Mom and I were pretty adamant that we didn't think we needed a planner. After choosing Wychmere and booking most of our vendors we quickly became overwhelmed by the logistics of a wedding weekend on Cape Cod especially with the lodging, transportation and coordination of a church ceremony offsite. We booked a Partial Planning package and aded on a Bridal Attendant. The Partial Planning package was perfect for our needs to help execute the weekend and far exceeded my expectations and was worth so much more than the cost!! We feel so lucky to have been paired with Stephanie. She is made for this job and made wedding planning really fun! Our calls felt like 70% wedding planning, 30% therapy because she eased so many concerns and made us feel so much more calm. We were blown away by her responsiveness and attention to detail. She thought about so many logistical items for the weekend that did not cross my mind. My parents were very involved in the wedding planning process as well and they just loved her. I really appreciated that whenever my Mom had a question she could just reach out directly to Stephanie. Stephanie is so great that at the end of the night I joked that we had to be "real friends" now since she lives in the same town as my family on the Cape. I think this best describes Stephanie - she feels like a friend that you don't want to let go of!

We were so happy we picked CCC to work with and Sara as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding! My husband and I planned our entire wedding but a little over a month before our date we just felt like we wanted to let go from all the logistics of the day to be sure we could really be present and enjoy it all without being worried things would go wrong. This is exactly what CCC did for us! Starting one month before our date, Sara took over all our vendor coordination logistics and communication with our venue regarding our timeline. Sara was so supportive and answered every email and text leading up to the wedding and offered some good ideas of stuff we had not thought about. We could tell we were in good hands and everything was executed just how we had hoped it would be. We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and could tell she is someone who really enjoys making brides and grooms happy! It is totally worth the money for a day of coordinator if you are on the fence, do it.

I cannot recommend Cape Cod Celebrations enough. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married on the Cape, but felt so overwhelmed by options. We started with a Jump Start package to help us narrow our venue down and worked with Stephanie. We knew right away that we wanted to continue to work with her- she was so knowledgeable! We then booked our Partial Planning Package and from there added on a Bridal Attendant. We felt so supported the entire process and every person in our bridal party kept saying they want Stephanie when they get married! Our wedding day was the vision I had in mind but often felt like I couldn't put into words. Stephanie understood my vision and helped bring it to life by recommending the perfect vendors. She even travelled on her birthday to come to a showroom with us because we were from out of town. Truly the best decision we made was to hire Cape Cod Celebrations as our planner.

My fiance and I had a long engagement and were fairly hands on throughout the planning process and did not engage with Cape Cod Celebrations until after all of our vendors were booked. Originally, we selected the "month of" package to support us through the stress of logistics in the weeks leading up to our big day. Several months in advance, we wanted to have someone we could consult with logistics/vendor preferences for the Cape and decided to upgrade our package to Month of Plus. We worked with Laurel Hartmann who is an absolute wealth of information and an absolute pleasure to work with. She reviewed all of our vendor contracts, handled logistics in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was a source of comfort and knowledge when it came to making several decisions leading up to the wedding (as an example she drove to several beaches in Dennis to find the best one for us to do bridal party pictures because we were out of state). She accompanied us to in-person vendor/venue meetings, ran our rehearsal, and ensured everything was executed flawlessly on our big day which made us truly able to enjoy the months of hard work and planning.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with the planning process and never-ending list of things to do, don’t think twice about hiring the team at Cape Cod Celebrations. We worked with Heather for our August 2023 wedding on the Cape and it was easily one of the best investments we made for the big day. Heather was truly there for us for ANYTHING we needed throughout the entire process – whether it was offering advice and a listening ear when dealing with challenging vendors to answering any questions we had or taking charge of all last-minute details during a scary family emergency the week of the wedding. We’re beyond grateful for Heather and can’t imagine navigating all the wedding preparations without her. She ensured that our wedding day was seamless and worry-free, managing every detail so we could fully relax and enjoy our wedding day!

Cape Cod Celebrations and, in particular, our wedding planner Jillian Comis were incredible. Jillian's professionalism, organization, and creativity, not to mention her fun and easygoing personality, were invaluable in helping to bring our wedding to life. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but Jillian + team's expertise and experience made the whole planning process so much better and fun. By the day of the wedding, we could enjoy the day knowing Jillian had it all under control. Trust is key and Jillian felt like family. I could not recommend Cape Code Celebrations and Jillian any stronger.

They were the absolute best planners leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We worked with Stephanie and she was AMAZING.

The entire team at Cape Cod Celebrations is nothing but amazing. We had our wedding in September on Cape Cod, specifically in Chatham, and our planner, Jamie Bohlin, absolutely made our entire planning process seamless and stress-free. There were countless occasions that my wife and I looked at each other and said, "thank goodness we have Jamie." Cape Cod Celebrations was easily the best decision we made after getting engaged. One of the best things about Cape Cod Celebrations is that they truly get to know you as friends first, and they create meaningful relationships with their clients. Cape Cod Celebrations ("CCC") will hands down be the best decision you make throughout your wedding planning process! I worked with Stephanie as a full time planner for our wedding down the Cape and she exceeded ALL expectations! By nature I am a very organized and type A person. I originally thought, "how hard could wedding planning really be?" Little did I realize the amount of details Stephanie helped me navigate and the value she brought with her years of experience and vendor relationships. I interviewed 6-7 wedding planners before finding CCC and could tell from our first call they brought another level of customer service and experience to the table. Stephanie made the entire planning process and our wedding day stress free and completely enjoyable from start to finish. I trusted Stephanie from the very beginning to execute our wedding as we'd planned and she went above and beyond in every aspect. It was important to me to find vendors who were not only good at what they do, but were good, kind and thoughtful people. Stephanie is a wonderful person to her core and understood what was important to us as a couple and our family to make the day as special as possible. Our guests were raving about her complimenting how smoothly and seamlessly the day went because of her efforts. Cape Cod Celebrations was the first vendor we hired for our wedding and the most important. The cape was a destination for us and the team made sure to help us find the best location for us. Jamie and Jillian were incredible throughout every step. They were honest about vendors while still being professional so we could pick what worked for us. They were responsive and on top of all the details throughout the entire process. Everyone at CCC was kind and fun to work with. Id recommend them to anyone looking for an event on the cape!

There were so many decisions in the wedding planning process, but working with Jamie and Cape Cod Celebrations was by far the easiest and the best one. She attended to every detail of the weekend, start to finish, and truly made our wedding dreams come true. She brings the best combination of a relaxed, laid back personality with a detail-oriented, no-nonsense flare when it's needed. We had the absolute best weekend of our lives, but moreover Jamie helped make wedding planning the best year and a half. Jamie and Cape Cod Celebrations were absolutely incredible to work with!! She helped us plan our September wedding and truly don't think I would have made it through the process without her. Wedding planning is stressful and time consuming (especially when doing it from states away) and having Jamie there to answer all my questions via email & in our zoom/in person meetings throughout the entire process helped so much. Her expertise and professionalism made the entire process so smooth. As a very Type A personality, Jamie's organizational skills made me feel so calm and prepared when the wedding day finally arrived. We had the absolute privilege of working with Stephanie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team for our dream wedding at the Pelham House in Cape cod this past August. Stephanie was extremely professional, organized, informative, and so much fun to work with. We just wanted to write to tell you that as we reflect on what has been one of the best weekends of our lives how it would not have been possible without Sara Peters and the team at Cape Cod Celebrations. I offered to look at a wedding planner for my fiancé as a Christmas present and we feel so incredibly blessed and fortunate that she was our planner. Sara did exactly what Cape Cod Celebrations promised by taking care of every aspect of the wedding. We are both very organized Type-A men who were engaged for a year and a half (thanks to the pandemic), and while we thought we could plan a wedding on our own in that time, we are so grateful that we found Jamie as our wedding planner. While we selected the Partial Planning package, we felt we received more than our money’s worth; we don’t know how we could have planned the wedding without her. After each of our check-ins with Jamie, we felt confident that we were in good hands. Jamie understood our vision, our personalities and recommended terrific Cape Cod vendors who helped shape our special day. Laurel was our day of coordinator for our wedding at Ocean Edge Resort. We really liked that she used to work there and knew a lot about how the venue ran and operated already. Our venue coordinator was switched on us a month before the wedding and then the new venue coordinator had a family emergency the week of! Laurel saved the wedding weekend. She didn’t even ask me, she just jumped right in and helped with the ceremony rehearsal when I previously had told her she didn’t need to. She also helped on Friday loading decorations into the venue. We had a ton of DIY and decor and Laurel set it up beautifully. We didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of. As the bride, I was never asked a question or never needed to make a decision that day. Laurel helped pack everything away so fast that none of my bridesmaids could even help. We are so grateful for Laurel!!

Cape Cod Celebrations was recommended to us through our venue. Using them was one of our best decisions in the wedding planning process. We had the Day of Plus package but ended up adding on extra as we went along because they were so helpful! We were paired with Stephanie who was absolutely amazing! She went about and beyond to make sure we were organized and staying on track. She helped answer all of my questions, helped me make decisions, as well as coordinated with our other vendors. We were fortunate to work with Heather from Cape Cod Celebrations for our wedding. Working with Heather was the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey. Heather was fantastic and she made planning our wedding easy and fun. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism quickly let us know that we made the right decision to work with Heather. From our first meeting, Heather walked us through our planning timeline and helped us select vendors ranging from band, florist, photographer, videographer, and so much more. For each vendor she recommended, she had done extensive research and geared her recommendations based on our vision. When some of our vendor contacts changed midway through the planning process, Heather was there to make sure that nothing was missed during the transition. Heather made all our wedding dreams come true, from the kickoff kickball game to getting a 360-photo booth. Every aspect was beautifully planned, exceeded our expectations, and went off without a hitch. Heather ensured we were attended to and had anything we needed. She brought her great team for the day of our wedding who were all there to support us, our families, and our guests to make sure we could all be focused on enjoying the moment. Heather’s calm, insightful demeanor and flexibility reassured us that when the unexpected occurred she was willing to step in and problem solve. She really went above and beyond to provide a positive experience for us and our families. Additionally, Heather was intuitive and knew what we needed not only through the planning but also during our wedding. One aspect we appreciated was when Heather gave us a private moment, in the ballroom, for us to take some time for ourselves and appreciate the magnitude of the day. Because she took the time during the planning process to get to know us, Heather also knew that we needed this time by ourselves without us having to communicate with her. From contract negotiation to linen selection, Heather was there every step of the way for us. We are also sure that Heather did so much more for us behind the scenes that we aren't even aware of. We can't thank her enough. She made our entire wedding weekend from the kickoff kickball game to the rehearsal / rehearsal dinner, to the beach bonfires, to the wedding and finally the farewell brunch run so smoothly. Our wedding day would not have been as spectacular if it were not for Heather. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend working with her to anyone planning a wedding.

Where do we begin...we both kept saying we missed Jamie (owner of CCC and the most wonderful planner!) after our wedding. Jamie took our vision for sharing the Cape with our friends and family and brought it to life for our wedding. We have crazy work schedules and Jamie was always so accommodating with scheduling calls as we wanted to make sure we were both involved in the process. She guided so many steps that made our wedding celebration more perfect than we could have imagined - from helping us pick our first look spot, to promising us we wouldn't regret booking our band sight unseen (they were incredible!), to guiding us towards the best vendors to bring our vision to life. If it sounds like we're gushing over CCC with this review, we are. We couldn't have done it without them!

We worked with Laurel for a day of coordinator and she was fabulous! She made the whole day go off without a hitch. A calming presence. Prepared at the church to help with a MOH dress mishap. She was also extremely organized leading up to the big day. She took ownership of coordinating all the vendors as well which was a huge help. Set up was amazing as well. After working with Cape Cod Celebrations (and specifically Heather), the #1 piece of advice I've given all of my friends who are planning a wedding is to work with a planner. I myself plan events and thought I could do it all on my own, but I quickly realized a wedding entails way more details than I was possibly capable of keeping track of. Whenever my husband and I reflect on our wedding and the planning process, the first thing we think about/discuss is how helpful Heather was. She truly simplified the planning process and alleviated so much stress for us. She was great with communication, an absolute joy to work with, and was so well-connected within the community, which helped us feel confident that we had the best vendors possible (and we DID!). If you are even remotely considering hiring a wedding planner, do it, but be sure it's Cape Cod Celebrations! We are so very thankful that we decided to work with Cape Cod Celebrations for our wedding in early June! We worked with Kate Mann and she was incredible. She was so perfect for us, pushing us to get things done when we needed to but also letting us do things at our own pace. She had an answer for every question that we asked and if she didn't know right away, she took the extra step to try to find an answer for us. As our wedding day was approaching, it was clear our dream of an outdoor wedding wasn't going to happen. Kate was there for us and helped us construct the best Plan B that we could! Sara made sure that the wedding at Wychmere was exactly what the bride and groom dreamed of and more. Sara offered great experience and insight during planning. She was very organized and thorough. On day of wedding, her expertise and calm pulled everything together seamlessly. Throughout, Sara was incredibly responsive. A storybook wedding with much thanks to Sara!!

Sara and Cape Cod Celebrations far exceeded our expectations and was one of the best decisions we could have made to make our wedding day all we dreamed of! While we chose a Day of Coordination package, you get access to your planner a month before to start the conversation, as well as a portal with so much helpful information before the big day. But the real star was Sara. Sara is incredible! She’s attentive, responsive, organized and knowledgeable with years of experience in the field. Sara was proactive and communicative and sensed when I was overwhelmed and knew how to manage through to make sure we were on track to have a successful and memorable day at Wychmere Beach Club. She listens to your needs and concerns and comes across calm, cool and collected, handling everything in stride and makes a bride, groom and family feel supported with every need/request. We are so incredibly thankful for Sara and Cape Cod Celebrations!

Working with Jamie and Cape Cod Celebrations was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! From the moment we met with Jamie, we were so impressed with her organization and detail-oriented process. From someone who did most of the upfront of the wedding planning myself to having Jamie come in at the end for the day-of-coordination, it was truly such a weight off my shoulders knowing that all of our plans for the day would be executed smoothly and we could take a step back from the logistics and details of the day!

Working with Cape Cod Celebrations was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a backyard wedding at a family home on what ended up being a very rainy day. Without Heather and her intern Elizabeth I know it wouldn’t have been the success that it was. Heather was very attentive to our needs, making sure to check on us throughout the night. What a gift it was to work with Jamie at Cape Cod Celebrations as we planned my daughter's wedding. Always calmly and pleasantly answering any of our questions, giving us tips on how to handle various things that came up or guide us to some of the most amazing vendors. She had our backs through the whole thing. Wychmere also had us covered with a wonderful coordinator, but there were so many other details to navigate that fell outside of the venue --from buses, to floral logistics, welcome bags, welcome party, stationery, favors, signage and so much more. A friend whose daughter got married a year prior suggested Cape Cod Celebrations . It was hands down the best decision we made ( along with choosing Wequasset). We took the package with unlimited emails and ( 4) one hour phone calls. Jillian was our wedding planner .She answered our emails promptly, She was ALWAYS enthusiastic , positive and had the answers we needed and if she didn’t she immediately found out and got back to us. She provided us with names of printers when we needed them. She joined us on vendor zoom calls , She contacted and kept on top of vendors when we were awaiting answers . A week or 2 before the wedding She reached out to every one of our vendors , double checked all the details , provided her cell number to all of them , let them know she was the contact and to please get in touch with her for anything, she provided us our vendors with a timeline for our event . She double checked contracts and found mistakes we had overlooked. She came to our rehearsal, took care of every detail, gave and gathered back sentimental items for our wedding ceremony to our officiant / florist from grandparents that were no longer here and that could never be replaced . She let us know that they’d be safely put in our hotel room after the ceremony along with our daughters wedding dress number 1 , she completely handled the keeping of and changing into of dress number 2 … The last few weeks I never even checked my emails . Jillian had taken over with all of our vendors and with our wedding planner at Wequasset Resort. The weekend of the wedding we only felt excitement . Jillian had everything under control , it was flawless and seem-less . Jillian and the team at Cape Cod Celebrations are rock stars .

We were on the fence about whether we needed a wedding planner and opted to do a partial plan with Heather. This was the best decision we made in the wedding process. Heather was amazing, She is organized, experienced and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to take over a floral task I told her I was stressed about. Heather kept me calm leading up to the big day and made me feel confident in handing over all the plans into her capable hands. This allowed myself and my groom to fully enjoy our day. We were not surprised by this as my brother and sister-in-law had recommended Cape Cod Celebrations to us after having a wonderful experience with them for their wedding. I do not know what I would have done without Jamie when it came to wedding planning! The BEST wedding planner on Cape Cod. Jamie made our wedding dreams come true. She knows Cape Cod inside and out- vendors, venues, everything. She was on top of the timeline, the details and the vision. She stuck right to our budget and gave multiple recommendations for every vendor with details from previous weddings she has worked with them. The day of was FLAWLESS, she made to sure to execute the timeline wishes with the help of an assistant, intern and Chatham Bars Inn team. Myself, the groom and our families did not have to worry about a thing. We used full service for our wedding at Chatham Bars Inn and I would recommend 10/10 times!! My husband and I were married on the Cape in 2022, from the moment we first met with Cape Cod Celebrations up to our wedding day, we had an absolutely incredible experience working with the team there - largely thanks to Heather Rumul. The entire team at Cape Cod Celebrations is the highest level of professional, experienced, creative, knowledgeable, resourceful and kind. Our engagement ended up being 3 years due to covid, and throughout that entire time, Heather could not have been more supportive, communicative, and enjoyable to work with. We hired Heather to work with us as a day-of plus coordinator, but in the months leading up to our wedding she truly went above and beyond that to help us with planning and prep, beyond what we thought we even needed. By the time our wedding day rolled around, our wedding party and guests couldn't stop commenting on how well every moment of the day was executed and how smoothly everything went. Heather has a special touch for troubleshooting and handling sticky situations with poise and composure. There were several unexpected last minute hiccups that happened the week leading up to our wedding, and on our wedding day - many of which fell to Heather, and she handled them like an absolute pro so we didn't have to worry about any of them! Heather - I can't thank you enough for everything you did to make our entire wedding run so smoothly. I will always be grateful that you were part of our planning and day. We had the best experience working with Jamie at Cape Cod Celebrations! When planning a wedding from a far, it is so helpful to have a local planner, not to mention one that works with your venue and essentially every vendor in the area on a regular basis. From our earliest calls, to the week of the wedding, Jamie was organized and always ready to solve any problem, ease any of our worries, and take anything off our plates. While I had my eye on several key vendors, her resources and recommendations helped lock in our entire team and we loved everyone we hired. Even though I was an incredibly OCD bride and did a lot on my own, having Jamie "on the team" was the best decision I could have made and we couldn't have done it without her. Her assistant Lauren also helped us during our welcome party and was an amazing addition. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch because Jamie was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Couldn't recommend her and the team at CCC more!

Even if your venue has an onsite coordinator, trust me, hire Cape Cod Celebrations.  Stephanie Diaz Eldredge was our planner and she is absolutely amazing. She helped us find and hire the most incredible vendors, handled complex logistics, provided valuable insights and knowledge, thought through all the details and made sure that things went as smoothly as possible on the day. Every part of the wedding & wedding weekend that Stephanie was involved with was a resounding success.  In addition to the wedding ceremony and reception, Stephanie also helped us plan and execute a wonderful welcome dinner clambake (attended by over 100 people) and a fantastic post wedding brunch. Did I mention she also helped guide us through two pandemic postponements? We were originally supposed to get married in May 2020. No matter what problems were thrown our way, Stephanie helped us find the perfect solution. Jillian was our CCC day of coordinator for our wedding in Chatham, MA in June of 2022. Our wedding was at a private family residence, and we would have been lost without her! Stephanie helped us plan our wedding on Cape Cod which was a handful given we were doing it at a non-traditional venue where we had to rent a tent, flooring, chairs/tables, toilets, generator, lights, the works! Let me start by saying if you have a DIY venue that does not include a planner or day of coordinator, YOU NEED CAPE COD CELEBRATIONS. The best money I ever spent. After selecting my venue, I knew I would need a planner. Everything was brought in- the venue was JUST the venue. I had like 13 vendors. I am Type A and knew I would want to do a lot of hands on preparations, but the weekend of that I did not want to do ANYTHING. I chose Cape Cod Celebrations because they had worked at my venue and with almost all of my vendors and got great reviews. Jamie was AMAZING. She made straight forward recommendations whenever asked. She was great about staying in touch through a year of wedding postponement. I chose the “day of coordinator” package plus rehearsal assistance and vendor check in. Jamie came on Thursday and helped with our rehearsal and went through all my organized boxes of wedding decor. Friday, she came to the venue to check in my vendor drop offs (tent, restrooms, etc.) and make sure everything was delivered and set up as agreed. Saturday she arrived and got straight to it. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The wedding went super smooth. The reception went super smooth. If there was ever an issue, I did not know about it. She said bye at the end of the night, but was more than happy to stay if I needed. If you want to have a stress- free day, book with Cape Cod Celebrations!!
