She was absolutely incredible throughout our wedding planning, but she truly went above and beyond when we had to make the last-minute decision to move our wedding from Saturday to Sunday. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful situation became manageable because of her calm, professionalism, and determination.
Alexa worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate with our vendors, adjust the timeline, and make sure every detail came together seamlessly. We know some of the trendiest vendors on the Cape and surrounding areas to meet all of your needs and is always following the latest trends. We will go that extra mile to truly create YOUR dream day! We take the time to customize all vendor referrals and details to your unique vision.
We help plan weddings and events, such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, engagement parties, proposals, showers, corporate events, bach parties, brunches, family reunions, holiday parties, private dinners, picnics, birthdays, and more.
We can do big and small events and serve all of Cape Cod and the surrounding areas. We will fly anywhere for day-of coordination services!
Services:
-Full planning - We help you find your venue, your vendors, put together all the details & logistics, and we fulfill day-of coordination services. We help you plan your entire wedding. You'd still have decision-making rights and options to choose from.
- Partial planning - If you already have a venue, we step in to help you find all of your vendors and we put together all the details & logistics. It includes day of coordination services as well.
- Project Management & Advice - You do all the planning yourselves offline. We only help with the details and logistics. We meet periodically to review status of planning. We assign you tasks in priority order to focus on, keeping you on track. We discuss the details in our calls. But you do everything offline. This is good for couples who want full control over planning but just need a subject matter expert to keep them on track and provide advice along the way.
- Day-Of/Month-Of Event Coordination - This starts 30-60 days before your wedding. You do all the planning. We review your orders and contracts to ensure there's nothing missing and we create the timeline, procession details, and set up plan at the end and then show up on your big day to help with setup, event management, vendor coordination, usher guests, etc. Usually 2 coordinators are included.
