Sarah was great to work with and followed through with emails, however the day of the event, the wait staff had to be kept on time by my inquiries, they cut off guests at an open b...
ar without consulting me and threatened to shut my reception down. They placed a wait staff in our area where are personal affects were and where gifts were located. The food was good and my guests liked it. The view is great and it come with the tables, linens chair, which is the main reason i am even giving it two stars. At the end of the day, we are married and this wont even be remember in 5 years.
This place was absolutely the WORST. It's a miracle that my reception even made it through. The staff took WEEKS to answer emails - simple questions like "How many chairs can fit a...
t this table?" or "How long is the table? took LITERALLY WEEKS and me continually calling and emailing and nagging just to get an answer! They are so helpful to reply to emails and everything but as soon as your sign the contract they are USELESS. We booked the room over a year in advance and met with the coordinator multiple times, but she was still calling me by the wrong name even at our last meeting!!! This is after months of in person meetings and emails and phone calls...Just unbelieveable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
The Private Events Director (Pamela Richards) was great to work with. She took real pride in making me feel like my wedding was the most important event of the year. The food was...
amazing and the wait staff was top notch. They include a complimentary champagne toast as well as cake cutting service. My expectations were super ceded.
