I recently had my wedding here in May 2023 and I had an amazing experience. Two weeks before my wedding, I had to change my ceremony venue and Capriotti's was very accommodating. We ended up using their Capella and they made everything run smoothly. During the planning, Bri, Alex, and Tom were very responsive and helpful. Food was incredible and the service was amazing. I highly recommend Capriotti's.

This venue is absolutely everything!!! As a bride who works two jobs and a groom who works late hours, we wanted something that would be beautiful but not a lot of work on our end. Capriotti’s did everything and made our day absolutely perfect. The service was fantastic and the venue is stunning. They say 3 things make or break a wedding: the food, music, and photographer. Everyone raved about the food! You will not be disappointed with Capriotti’s!!

We had our wedding at Capriotti's this April and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out! Tommy and his team make you feel like their top priority from the very beginning. Bri worked with me for over a year, took what I envisioned for the day, and made it happen! She 100% took all of the stress away from me that day. We were able to have our ceremony in the Capella, and our reception in their main building. Everything was seamless. The food is amazing and it's also a plus that they offer the open bar with each of their packages. I absolutely recommend Capriotti's for any event you are planning! My mom also had my bridal shower here, it was beautiful, and again the food was delicious!

You will absolutely not be disappointed by this caterer. Capriotti's catered my off-site wedding and I cannot say enough good things!! From the planning, to the service, to the actual food- we could not have been more satisfied! I cannot tell you how many guests came up to my husband and/or I during our wedding to tell us how delicious their meal was!! (We served strawberry salad, beef tips, spinach stuffed chicken breast, tortellini alfredo, green beans, and mashed potatoes). Bri was wonderful to work with in the months leading up to our wedding, and her staff the day of were phenomenal as well! We did not have any issue with quantity or quality with this caterer!! (They even boxed up leftovers for my husband and I at the end of the night). We found their prices to be very reasonable, especially when you account for the (included) cost of linen rentals, plates and silverware, drink ware, mixers, bartenders, wait staff, and of course the actual food. Cannot recommend enough!!

Bri was such an amazing person to work with! We were invited to a tasting in the beginning of the year and the food was delicious. We picked everything that day! Bri kept in contact with us the whole year and scheduled meetings to go over final details for the wedding. A couple of weeks before the wedding we finalized all of the food and details and it came to life on 9/10. All of our guests talked about how great and delicious the food was and how it was the best food they’ve ever ate at a wedding! I highly recommend!

Capriotti’s was wonderful. We were lucky to work with them thanks to our venue, The Barn at Graver’s Tree Farm. Their staff was professional and so friendly and fun, and Bri, our wedding coordinator…well, I’ll just say everyone needs a Bri for their wedding!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and the food was delicious- our guests mentioned it many times to us (and we only got married 2 days ago)!! Thank you so much for everything!

We were so pleased with the planning and execution of our wedding reception at Capriotti's. The owner and staff were lovely to work with throughout the planning process. The venue is first class, and the staff are down to earth and welcoming. We loved the feel of the grand ballroom, and even though we only had 150 guests, it didn't feel empty. We appreciated the large dance floor, the ready room for the bridal party, and that everything in the venue is on one floor. The large foyer is nicely decorated, but we were also allowed to enhance/replace the decor with our own. We were similarly pleased with the communication around brainstorming and developing the floor plan in the ballroom. There is not an extensive outdoor area, but they have done a lot with two patios and they were lovely for both photos and mingling. The food was excellent and there are many options. One of the biggest pleasant surprises was the cake: it was included in the package but we were able to customize and the final product was absolutely exactly what we wanted. Capriotti's checks the boxes for a large, modern, affordable, indoor venue in NEPA.

Capriotti's was hands down the absolute best location for our Wedding Reception. They truly knocked it out of the park on every level! From the first meeting with Tommy I knew that we had to book this venue. The entire staff was very prompt with responses & meetings, they were so in tune to each & every detail/request. The food was phenomenal! The drinks were exceptional. It was so helpful to know that as the Bride/Groom, we did not need to do any set-up/tear down. The staff informed us that we could drop off our items/decor the week prior and they would take care of everything. I was SO pleased when I arrived and saw how beautifully the Capriotti's staff decorated. I could never imagine having our big day anywhere else. When we arrived from our ceremony, Tommy (the owner), greeted us at the door and helped grab our belongings. The staff were so attentive to us while in our bridal suite grabbing us drinks/apps, and anything else. The staff went above and beyond even with fixing a few of our centerpieces that my florist did not do correctly. Our whole experience the day of and every day leading up to our big day was absolutely perfect because of the five star exceptional service we received from Capriotti's. Capriotti's is already so beautifully decorated, so as a future bride who might read this - you don't need to add the extra stress wondering how you'll decorate. Capriotti's has it all figured out. I would recommend this venue to every bride for their ceremony and reception.

We recently had our wedding at The Barn at Graver’s Tree Farm with Capriotti’s Catering. We cannot say enough great things about Capriotti’s! Bri was amazing to work with and helped us throughout the entire planning process. She answered all of our many questions along the way. We ended up having to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 and Bri was such a lifesaver – she worked along side Audrey at the Barn to help reschedule everything and it was seamless. Throughout the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Bri and her team took care of everything and I was able to completely enjoy the day without worry! There are no words to accurately describe how phenomenal Capriottis is. We did not originally have our wedding booked with Capriottis due to the fact that we wanted to be closer to home. But then, COVID-19 continually derailed our plans and we needed somewhere bigger. And along cane Capriottis. From the second we stepped foot onsite, Tommy greeted us with a warm welcome, open arms, and found anyway to make our situation better. Cortney is an absolute superstar and just knows what she is doing! I never got a no or a “we can’t do that here.” Then, our wedding has to be moved outside because of COVID, and to be honest, I wasn’t even worried because I knew that Capriottis would make it perfect, and I wasn’t wrong. We had the most perfect wedding. People have told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to and honestly I cannot take all the credit. Capriottis is phenomenal and I wish I could relive my day over and over and over again! The food is excellent. The staff is excellent. The venue is gorgeous! Ugh I could go on and on!

We had Capriotti's provide the food for our wedding through their partnership with The Barn at Graver's Tree Farm. Everything they provided was fantastic. We heard so many wonderful compliments about the food. Not only did they provide the food for the wedding the also helped set, serve, and pack up with their wonderful staff. We had our wedding reception at Capriottis in October 2018 and it was the best decision we ever made. From the customer service, to the food, to the atmosphere, to the overall experience for guests, you couldn’t find anywhere better. Tommy, Cortney, and Bri were accommodating, helpful, patient, and fun throughout the whole planning process! The three of them and their staff showed true professionalism in everything they did. All of our food was hot and tasted amazing, our guests are still raving about how good everything was, along with all of the choices they had to choose from for appetizers and dinner! I am so glad that we chose Capriotti's for our wedding. They took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. We are still getting compliments! If you're looking to have your wedding in NEPA or the Hazleton area, seriously, save yourself the hassle and go there first to visit & book your date (I wish I did!) No other venue in the area is as beautiful and includes so much in their prices. They checked on us the entire night, and the bathrooms were spotless even after the reception ended! We cannot thank you enough for a perfect day!

We recently got married at Capriottis and from start to finish it was perfect. We felt so calm and confident meeting with Tommy and Cortney. They assured us from the beginning that the day was going to be perfect, and I‎t surely was . The staff at Capriottis was so attentive and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a top notch wedding venue, Capriotti's Palazzo is it!!! My husband Paul & I have nothing but amazing things to say about Capriotti's!!! Thank you to all the staff, especially Tommy & Cortney for making our wedding day absolutely perfect - from start to finish! From the friendliest and most organized employees & customer service, beautiful atmosphere, delicious appetizers, entree's & beverages... it's simply the best!!! We had over 200 guests & reception room is a great size with a huge dance floor , very important to us .... many venues don't offer such a large & welcoming dance floor. The entryway is so beautiful & welcoming too, with a large fireplace too. Tommy & Cortney went above & beyond to make this the best day of our lives. Our capriotti's wedding not only blew us away but our family & friends raved about how wonderful everything was too! Every detail was absolutely fantastic!

It's been almost a month since our reception at Capriotti's and guests still come to me to rave about how amazing it was. Capriotti's was the first place I visited as a potential venue. After meeting with them, we booked immediately and I cancelled the other appointments. From the first time we walked though the doors up until even after the reception, they have been excellent. I did not stress once though the whole planning process. They were so accommodating. The food was out of this world. The whole reception was flawless. It was like we were family. I would recommend Capriotti's to anyone. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to making my wedding reception absolutely perfect. They truly went above and beyond!

Capriotti’s made our day absolutely perfect. I didn’t worry about a thing all night. We also had our ceremony on site. It was beautiful! We were able to enjoy our wedding from start to finish. It went so smoothly, I have absolutely no complaints. The coordinator did a fantastic job! I was 6 1/2 months pregnant on my wedding day and she made it a point to come see if I need another water or anything all throughout the night. It couldn’t have been more perfect!! I absolutely recommend.

Capriotti’s went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect!

I cannot begin to express how much we LOVED this venue. We had booked out wedding reception venue WAY back in 2015 for our April 2017 wedding. Well January 2017 comes around to find out our ORIGINAL venue canceled on us. We frantically looked for a new place right away with no luck. We called Capriotti's and spoke to Cortney, the wedding coordinator and explained our situation. Tom, one of the owners, told us to come THAT day to see the space and talk to them. We just happened to call the DAY AFTER their April 22nd bride called and canceled THANK YOU GOD. What are the odds?? As soon as we pulled up the venue we thought...there is no way we can afford this place. We were wrong. They worked with us to match our prior venues prices and we even ended up saving money. Cortney and Tom were there for us every step of the way and they made everything SO easy. The day of, I knew we had nothing to worry about. Each guest was greeted at the door with our signature cocktails. They set up everything exactly how we wanted and then some. It was everything I have always dreamed my wedding would be and more. The food was superb and every guest told us that it was the BEST food and service they have EVER had at a wedding. Not to mention how beautiful everything was. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

My sister had her wedding reception at Capriotti's. As much as I wanted to have a different venue from hers, there is no better place for a reception than Capriotti's. You feel like family when you are there and they are extremely accommodating to all your needs. It is extremely well-maintained. Great staff, food, drinks. Capriotti's has it all and if you have your reception there, you won't be disappointed!

I don't even know where to begin. Choosing Capriotti's for our wedding reception was the best choice! The whole staff is SO friendly and they all went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Cortney, the wedding planner, is absolutely amazing! She was SO easy to work with, she always responded quickly with any questions we had, and she was always so helpful and had great ideas! As a couple planning a wedding, you don't want to have to worry about set up/clean up, and at Capriotti's they do EVERYTHING for you! We dropped everything we wanted to be at our reception a week before our wedding and then didn't have to worry about a thing- they did everything from there! Everything was beautiful, it was all we imagined plus more! I can not say enough about how wonderful our wedding reception was and it's all thanks to the great staff who work at Capriotti's! Our guests kept talking about the service and how GREAT the food was! They are still talking about it today! I would recommend Capriotti's to anyone planning a wedding!

If I could I would give capriottis infinite stars!!! Working with them was amazing from beginning to end! We booked their Friday special package and I remember one of the horderves we wanted wasn't included and they offered us to swap whatever we wanted. Contacting with our planner was easy and she responded to emails promptly. She offered vendor suggestions when needed and they were all great choices! We gave our final number but then had some cancellations and capriottis let us change our number right up until the sun before the wddding and we were not charged for thisenyou cancelled! We had some vegetarians and vegans and seperate meals were made for them! We booked the ceiling draping with lights and we were originally told $400 and then weeks before the wedding they send they found a new vedor for cheaper and the new price is $200... we were thrilled to be saving $ when we didn't even expect it! My guest raved about the bar being open the whole time, the amazing food and the endless horderves! We couldn't be happier with our choice tongues capriottis and are so thankful

I cannot say enough about Capriotti's!!!!! They were on top of every detail and were so helpful with every single question we had. Tom and Cortney were absolutely wonderful! Cortney responded so quickly and she made everything detail that we planned out a reality. Cortney stayed close to us the whole night in case we needed anything or if we needed to keep with our schedule of things we needed to do. The food was fabulous, every single one of our guests complimented the food. We chose the Francesca reception which is home style and Capriotti's did not skimp on the food in any way. At the reception there were served Hors d'oeuves, and pasta station at the cocktail hour, during dinner they kept bringing seconds and thirds if the tables needed them and an hour before the end of the reception they bring out white pizza and hoagies. I would recommend Capriotti's to anyone looking for a Reception hall or catering event! Top Notch Service!!!!

My sister, mother and bridesmaids had my shower here. It was very nice! The food was good, the sangria fountain was perfect and the service was pretty good as well. It was a buffet so they didn't have to do a lot but when we needed them they were there! They let my sister decorate as they wished and provided assistance when needed.

I had a smaller wedding and the food was such a huge hit. Everyone commented on how delicious it all was. Some couldn't believe it! The manager was so kind and helpful. Ever little detail was perfect.

We had a polka-themed wedding reception at a community center in Lehighton, PA. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted the menu to be like. Capriotti's was very accommodating. They made the menu to our liking, the food was delicious, and there were not required extras added in. They were very responsive and the staff was very nice. We couldn't be happier.

We had our reception at Capriottis this past Friday. Full moon Friday the 13th. It all started 15 months ago when we first met with Tom about planning our fairytale reception. Coming from a family of 5 children and having 4 prior weddings, we had a lot of high expectations for our wedding day. From the first moment we stepped into Capriottis, we were greeted with a friendly and warm embrace. They treated us like family. We had a lot of questions, which were answered promptly and professionally. Cassie was our wedding planner and worked hand in hand with Brandy to go over every small detail that mattered the most to the both of us. Whether it was the way the napkins were folded, to the arrangement of our shot glasses, to making sure the lighting was perfect. No is not in the vocabulary of the Capriottis staff. Our guests complimented to us multiple times on how incredible the venue space was and how professional the staff was. I am also in the service industry and know the importance of making your clients/guests needs above your own and Tom, Cassie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond any of our expectations. So we thank them for their hospitality, delicious food, strong drinks, and making us apart of their family on the most important day of our lives. No detail was overlooked and we highly recommend Capriottis to any engaged couple on their wedding day or any other family function that you may have. Thank you for making the 5th and final Sullivan wedding the best one yet!

I had an outdoor wedding reception with over 130 people who attended. Capriotti's was not only very professional while figuring out my menu, setting everything up, etc.. they are reasonably priced and the food is delicious. I recieved many compliments on the food and I would definitely use them again in a heart beat!

In July I had my wedding reception at Capriotti's Palazzo. Tommy and Allison were welcoming and helpful in making our day special from the very first time we met with them. The inclusive packages that they offer allowed us to have an affordable reception for our 200 guests. The facility is gorgeous and very clean. The service and food at the wedding was excellent. They were easy to work with throughout our planning process. They take great pride in their work and treat every customer like family.

From the first time we walked into Capriotti’s we knew it was the venue for our special day. We met Melia on a snowy Friday night in December 2007, the hall was beautifully decorated for an upcoming Christmas dinner. We spent a full hour talking with her, looking over menus, touring the venue – including the kitchen as they were preparing for the upcoming meal. They are one of the few venues we visited that gives you package pricing for the entire reception from start to finish. They were also extremely flexible in customizing the packages to truly suit your wants and needs. We booked the Monday following our visit. Over the next few months Melia and I corresponded mostly via email and also by phone. She was always prompt in returning messages or responding in general to any question/idea I had, and trust me I had a ton! We scheduled our tasting six weeks before the wedding and every entrée in the tasting was exceptional. We were so impressed by the food selections we ended up adding an entrée to our package because it was just SO good. They also were extremely flexible in setting up for the big day, allowing our décor vendor to come in the Thursday before, and us anytime we needed to, so we weren’t pressed for time in those short days before the wedding. On the day of our wedding reception, we arrived to the bridal suite stocked with anything and everything we could drink, and our own display of the appetizers our guests were enjoying in the main hall. We also had two attendants running for drinks and refills on food for the entire bridal party. Dinner was served family style and all tables were served within minutes – we had just shy of 200 guests. They had a large staff on hand making sure every table had ample refills of any entrées they desired. The service was impeccable; our guests did not wait or want for anything and the food was out of this world! We had so many compliments from our guests during the evening, especially the quality of food and the service the staff provided.

Everything! I loved working with the staff at Capriotti's. They were all so nice cooperative friendly and supportive of my ideas. The food was excellent! The hall is beautiful! The waitstaff were really polite and professional. We got so so so many compliments on the whole thing - from start to finish. The size of the room was absolutely perfect for the number of guests we had. It was so clean and so well maintained! It was like a brand new place! I can not say anything but wonderful compliments about Capriotti's!!!!!! I would have the reception there again in a heartbeat. There is no where that was more perfect for the overall feel of our wedding than Capriotti's! I can go on and on!! :);The exterior of the building is a little on the plain side but still nice and CLEAN! Once inside everything is amazing!!!!!
