Caramanda’s did our wedding cake, and we could not be happier. My grandmother owned a cake shop, so my standards in baking and decorating are particularly high. Caramanda’s more than met them. Our cake was delicious, including the frosting, and the decorating was masterful. I asked them to incorporate details from my wedding dress, and they did so beautifully. They delivered the cake to our venue in Louisville, and it arrived on time and in perfect shape. I was more nervous and selective about our cake than perhaps any other element of the wedding, and with Caramanda’s, I had no need to be. They did an amazing job, and I would hire them again in a second.

Caramandas cakes are absolutely flawless. You will be hard pressed picking a flavor considering EVERY flavor is divine. Not to mention they are meticulously organized and will cater to you every step of the way. The tasting kit they offered was a life savor for our busy schedules. We were able to pick our cake flavors on our own time this way and not feel rushed. From the consultation down to the piping on the cupcakes, caramandas exceeded our expectations. The best bakery in Lexington!!!

We were able to get a cutting cake and sheet cakes in multiple flavors at a very reasonable price, with free delivery! Best deal in Lexington, particularly for the variety of options you get. The cake tasted great at the vendor delivered everything in a timely manner without any snags. I also really enjoyed my cake tasting and found Caramanda's staff to be helpful in decision making.

The cake was wonderful. I never got to taste test and it was delicious. They paid attention to how I wanted the cake in taste and color. They helped me see what I could get from my budget. The decorations on the cake were even better in person than I imagined.

In person customer service is great. But once you leave the shop, don't expect too much. I was so frustrated with them at their lack of response to emails or phone calls, I would have dropped them for a different vendor, IF...they didn't have the best cake in town. Our guests loved the end result...and so did I! Price is as reasonable as can be expected for a wedding.

We had a two tier cake, and several dozen cupcakes done by Caramanda's. They did a fabulous job with the cake, and the cupcakes were delicious! Our cake was gone, and we got so many compliments on both the cake and the cupcakes. I'm so glad that we were even able to get some gluten-free cupcakes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caramanda's for any occasion requiring a cake.

My husband and I aren't big cake people so Caramanda's helped me design a small cake to cut for the wedding and then did sheet cake for guests. They helped me to decide what would keep it dressier for a weddding yet keep my style.

Caramanda's was an EXCELLENT choice for our wedding cake. They were professional, organized, easy to work with and the cake was to die for. The butter cream icing and raspberry cake was a huge hit at our wedding. The cake was also beautiful and turned out exactly as I had envisioned. I would definitely recommend using them for your wedding needs. They also have amazing cupcakes just for everyday eating if you are in the area!

Caramandas makes not only the best cupcakes but the best cakes as well! The ladies were so helpful in helping me pick out my cake and pointed out a very helpful sale that day and helped us seal the deal! They also did a great job on my groom's cake!

The cake was beautiful. I gave them paint swatches and they matched the colors perfectly. Not only was the cake great looking, it was delicious. Not a piece of cake was left and everyone said it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding.

Caramandas was great to work with! We were able to sample all cobminations of cakes fillings and frostings before selecting what we wanted, and let me tell you, they were ALL delicious! They worked with me on exactly what i wanted it to look like and they are very reasonably priced! My guests all raved about how delicious the cake was too! They best part is that instead of having to freeze out cake topper, they make you an exact replica and give it to you on your one year anniversary!
