Carats and Confetti

o helping pack up every last bit of decor and forgotten purse at the end of the night-she made my day an absolute dream. I was not anticipating needing a DOC until approximately 1.5 months before my wedding. BOY WAS I WRONG. She was so easy to work with and made all of my fears and concerns feel valid. Carly helped us with creating a timeline for the day of, offered ideas to make the ceremony and reception run smoothly (our favorite kid bit from her was to release our guests from their tables during dinner so that we could greet them all), organized the wedding party at the rehearsal dinner, grabbed coffee and lunch for the wedding party and family members, handled all of the vendors including greeting/paying/tipping, helped finish decorating the venue while I was getting ready, prepared everyone to walk down the aisle, and picked up EVERYTHING at the end of the night and loaded into our trailer (with the help of family and friends of course). I am sure there are so many more things that she accomplished that day that I have no clue about. I can honestly say that my wedding, despite raining all day, was the best day ever. I felt like a queen and I had no worries (other than saying my vows in front of 200 people) because of Carly and her attention for detail and her ability to organize a large group of people. I am forever grateful. 🖤

She put together our timeline for the day of and made sure everybody was where they were supposed to be for the ceremony and pictures (definitely necessary with a 16 person wedding party). We had our first look walking down the aisle, so all of our pictures were taken between the ceremony and reception. It was super important for us to get the pictures we wanted, but it was also super important for us to have pictures taken quickly so we could spend as much time with our guests as possible. Carly made that happen - everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I had no idea, all thanks to Carly!! So, so grateful for Carly’s help making our day so magical ☺️💕

Having not 1 but 2 coordinators was amazing and beyond helpful. I didn’t have to worry about details the day of and knew that everything would be handled! Our DJ didn’t bring the right microphone so Carly actually talked to our venue and got theirs for speeches so that we wouldn’t have any sound issues. It’s the little things like that which made a huge difference for our big day and made it totally worth it! I definitely recommend Carats + Confetti- they were helpful from the first meeting to the big day! I had 2 wedding planning books but Carly’s input was even more helpful and she made sure that I was on time with all of my planning items and getting everything set up in the months leading up to the wedding.

first meeting with Carly, she was so prepared (more than I was 😆) and I felt so relieved that all the details of my wedding day were in great hands. They were in contact with all of my vendors the day of our wedding, making sure everything I planned/asked for was created. These ladies were not only amazing coordinators but truly are the sweetest people and this whole experience created lovely friendships!

really makes you feel like family, because they want your day to run as smoothly as possible. We sat down before my wedding and I explained my vision and they made it come to life, but only better! They took away all the stress I had when it came to our wedding day. I have recommended them to all of my friends who are getting married because I know they are in great hands! Definitely use C&C for your wedding, I promise you will not regret it!!! :)
