Carats and Confetti is the absolute best! I could not have imagined our wedding day without them. Carly is someone you want there to make the decisions for you on your wedding day! We felt so taken care of with how thorough, diligent, kind and capable the Carats and Confetti team is! Haley and Carly were phenomenal as they took care of absolutely everything PLUS more! I was shocked at how seamless they were when it came to all of the set up. They placed all of the table decor and even helped last minute with putting greenery/extra florals on our staircase (which is not at all in their job description haha!! They’re just THAT amazing!!) They kept us on track without us feeling rushed. I cannot recommend this team enough! If you invest in something on your wedding day, you want to invest in how you and your spouse will feel — at ease, taken care of, able to be in the moment etc. Choose Carats and Confetti — you will forever be grateful!

Carly and her wedding coordination was by far the most helpful decision that my husband and I made when wedding planning. We were on the fence about using a wedding coordinator due to budget, but after drowning in details and contracts and phone calls my husband and I booked Carly. The stress of wedding planning was much relived once I had my first meeting with her. Carly asked questions and offered suggestions pertaining to our wedding plans that we had not even thought of. She got in contact with our vendors, and smoothed out logisitcs and details for our day of time line. She gave me a clear and concise "to do" list prior to the wedding, and offered helpful suggestion while also letting my husband and I's wedding day vision remain the priority. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience from the past weddings that she has worked, and she was able to help us prevent several wedding day issues. She was prompt in her response to our texts and emails throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, she had the ultimate Mary Poppins bag of supplies to help set up and take down go so smoothly. Overall, she took away the stress and hassle of wedding planning, and allowed me to enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding, and of course- the big day itself!

Carly and Haley were amazing, and so fun to work with! They both were a big help in making our wedding day run smoothly, to say the least. In the months and weeks leading up to the day, Carly was only a text away from helping my every need, even at 11 pm at night! They went above and beyond, lending day-of supplies like stationery, candle holders, seating charts, etc. I was a very type-A bride but completely trusted Carly and Haley, and their expertise. Not only did their team hit every detail, but they made sure my husband and I were having fun and enjoying every moment of our day. By the end of the night, I considered them friends! I couldn't recommend Carats and Confetti enough!

Where do I even start? Carly and Haley are THE BEST! I highly recommend Carats and Confetti! I was planning a wedding from out of state (and country at one point!) and truly Carats and Confetti was my dream planning crew. Carly is a true professional. She had insight knowledge of the best vendors, trends, and helpful suggestions to make your day even that more special. She truly took our vision and executed it flawlessly. Carly stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Countless facetimes, texts, and calls. Perfect communication. She helped me create a realistic timeline, and even put visions that I had into reality. She followed up with all the vendors to make sure everything was how we wanted it. The day of the wedding was perfect and stress-free. Carly and Haley arrived early, and started doing their thing! They helped us set up, coordinate with the vendors, wrangle the wedding party, and even handle last minute things that came up. We never got behind schedule, due to Carly and Haley being on top of everything. I am so thankful for them. At the end of the night, the car was packed with all of the decor that we brought, and all we had to do was get in the car and go. If you are looking for an exceptional planning team, you need Carly and Haley. I highly recommend Carats and Confetti for all your planning needs.

These ladies are amazing! They were helpful from day 1 and I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest extent! Carly was absolutely amazing to work with for our big day! Carly went above and beyond for us, from creating our wedding timeline, to making sure everything was on track, to providing adjustments to our centerpieces- Carly did it all. She was so responsive, friendly, and amazing to work with. She kept us AHEAD of schedule, and I was able to sit back and enjoy my wedding day without a single worry in the world. I have gotten so many compliments about how nice and smooth of a wedding we had- and we owe every bit of it to Carly and her amazing work and help with the wedding. Carly and Haley went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding at Cafe Lurcat on 10/8 this year. Carly was constantly available to us, gave us invaluable advice, provided absolutely gorgeous candles and table numbers, communicated with vendors, and truly just made this whole process so easy. She even left the event to go back to our hotel to grab something I forgot! She was a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough.

We hired Carats and Confetti for our Colorado wedding. We worked with Haley for our big day and could not recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond for us on our day and made sure we always were taken care of. If you are looking for a day coordinator who will go above and beyond - book this company! 15/10 recommend & would book again for our wedding. The team was great at communicating, set up multiple Facetime calls with me, helped me with decor and suggesting ideas, and made sure I was taken care of on my wedding day. Carly was a coordinator for my wedding this past June. I cannot say enough as to how much she helped me make my big day effortless and amazing. From helping us run through the ceremony at the rehearsal dinner multiple times to ease my nerves, to helping pack up every last bit of decor and forgotten purse at the end of the night-she made my day an absolute dream. I was not anticipating needing a DOC until approximately 1.5 months before my wedding. BOY WAS I WRONG. She was so easy to work with and made all of my fears and concerns feel valid. Carly helped us with creating a timeline for the day of, offered ideas to make the ceremony and reception run smoothly (our favorite kid bit from her was to release our guests from their tables during dinner so that we could greet them all), organized the wedding party at the rehearsal dinner, grabbed coffee and lunch for the wedding party and family members, handled all of the vendors including greeting/paying/tipping, helped finish decorating the venue while I was getting ready, prepared everyone to walk down the aisle, and picked up EVERYTHING at the end of the night and loaded into our trailer (with the help of family and friends of course). I am sure there are so many more things that she accomplished that day that I have no clue about. I can honestly say that my wedding, despite raining all day, was the best day ever. I felt like a queen and I had no worries (other than saying my vows in front of 200 people) because of Carly and her attention for detail and her ability to organize a large group of people. I am forever grateful. 🖤

Carly was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day! Her attention to detail and organization was sooo helpful. She got to our venue bright and early on our wedding day and spent the entire morning decorating the venue and setting up the most stunning centerpieces (pics in comments ✨). She put together our timeline for the day of and made sure everybody was where they were supposed to be for the ceremony and pictures (definitely necessary with a 16 person wedding party). We had our first look walking down the aisle, so all of our pictures were taken between the ceremony and reception. It was super important for us to get the pictures we wanted, but it was also super important for us to have pictures taken quickly so we could spend as much time with our guests as possible. Carly made that happen - everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I had no idea, all thanks to Carly!! So, so grateful for Carly’s help making our day so magical ☺️💕

We got married in December during a snow storm and having day of coordinators was a lifesaver! I am a control freak and don’t like to delegate but Carly and Haley were so amazing and I felt like I could trust them to make the day go perfectly. Having not 1 but 2 coordinators was amazing and beyond helpful. I didn’t have to worry about details the day of and knew that everything would be handled! Our DJ didn’t bring the right microphone so Carly actually talked to our venue and got theirs for speeches so that we wouldn’t have any sound issues. It’s the little things like that which made a huge difference for our big day and made it totally worth it! I definitely recommend Carats + Confetti- they were helpful from the first meeting to the big day! I had 2 wedding planning books but Carly’s input was even more helpful and she made sure that I was on time with all of my planning items and getting everything set up in the months leading up to the wedding.

These ladies exceeded my expectations. During my first meeting with Carly, she was so prepared (more than I was 😆) and I felt so relieved that all the details of my wedding day were in great hands. We used Carly & Haley for our wedding and it hands down the best decision we made regarding our wedding! Not only were they extremely affordable compared to any other coordinator, but they went above and beyond any expectation I had! The team really makes you feel like family, because they want your day to run as smoothly as possible. We sat down before my wedding and I explained my vision and they made it come to life, but only better! They took away all the stress I had when it came to our wedding day.
