Carly was a coordinator for my wedding this past June. I cannot say enough as to how much she helped me make my big day effortless and amazing. From helping us run through the ceremony at the rehearsal dinner multiple times to ease my nerves, t...o helping pack up every last bit of decor and forgotten purse at the end of the night-she made my day an absolute dream. I was not anticipating needing a DOC until approximately 1.5 months before my wedding. BOY WAS I WRONG. She was so easy to work with and made all of my fears and concerns feel valid. Carly helped us with creating a timeline for the day of, offered ideas to make the ceremony and reception run smoothly (our favorite kid bit from her was to release our guests from their tables during dinner so that we could greet them all), organized the wedding party at the rehearsal dinner, grabbed coffee and lunch for the wedding party and family members, handled all of the vendors including greeting/paying/tipping, helped finish decorating the venue while I was getting ready, prepared everyone to walk down the aisle, and picked up EVERYTHING at the end of the night and loaded into our trailer (with the help of family and friends of course). I am sure there are so many more things that she accomplished that day that I have no clue about.
I can honestly say that my wedding, despite raining all day, was the best day ever. I felt like a queen and I had no worries (other than saying my vows in front of 200 people) because of Carly and her attention for detail and her ability to organize a large group of people. I am forever grateful. 🖤
