At first I was indifferent in choosing a wedding planner for our event, but after talking to Laura and hearing how personalized and unique she made our day feel, we knew that she was the right one to choose! When she couldn’t be there for our special day, she not only discussed everything with us prior, but she also offered us the help of two wonderful coordinators she works with, Scoot and Kathleen. They both made our day just as special and I can’t thank all of them enough for their services and caring nature towards the whole process. Laura, Scott, and Kathleen catered to all of our needs even though we only had them for partial planning and they all made us feel appreciated every time we got to talk and work with them. I think Scott was such a GEM!!! Also, thank you so so much Laura for every little detail you put into the day for us that really made it special like the audio guestbook and the easels and even the cake stand! Those things made the day so great and we couldn’t have done this without all of your team! Thank you thank you so so much!! We’ll definitely keep in touch!

Laura and her team did a great job. She worked very well with me including last minute additions and take aways. Notably, when I had a moment of frustration she took the time to listen and provided feedback. I am very appreciative she was able to work within our budget and bring our vision to life. Our guests complemented our wedding day and we still receive compliments. Having a wedding planner is NECESSARY. I thought I could do everything, but as a working mom its not possible. Plus the knowledge and skill she brought to the conversations when I was usure. Words can not express the gratitude I have for Cardi Elegant being apart of our day and I would highly recommend their services.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cardi Elegant as our day-of wedding coordinator, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We especially loved the details she added to our wedding cake which included a beautiful arrangement of wild flowers. An added bonus, she even created a social media post highlighting our wedding. She also came with an assistant so everything day-of was executed in a timely manner. Having seen all her great reviews, we had high expectations, and Laura lived up to every one of them. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine passion for her work made our wedding day truly unforgettable. We can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding coordinator. We hired Laura as our month of coordinator and are so happy that we did! She was amazing and a huge help during our wedding day. From the moment we first talked to Laura we knew she was the coordinator we wanted to work with. She was always very enthusiastic and genuinely sounded happy to help us have our wedding dreams come true. The biggest thing I was looking for was someone that would allow me to be stress free as the wedding came closer. Which is exactly what Laura offered us. The whole month prior to the wedding she took charge of the vendors and all communication went to her so we did not have to deal with them going forward. She created a timeline for our wedding day and sent it to our all our vendors so that way everyone was on the same page. She even created a visual layout for the wedding that way everyone understood where rentals, activities, and ceremony were going to take place. Her team was there during our wedding rehearsal and ensured that the entire wedding party knew their roles during the wedding day, where everyone was going to stand during the ceremony, and in what order everyone was going to walk down the aisle. It may sound like a simple task but running it thru really allowed my wedding ceremony to go smoothly. It was surprising how many small details Laura and her team caught that allowed my ceremony to go smoother and look more visually appealing with how things were set up. On the wedding day Laura really kept things moving and helped trouble shoot several problems throughout the day. This allowed me to focus on myself and actually have the time to get ready for the wedding without feeling like I had to ensure everyone was doing their jobs and vendors were arriving on time. Laura and her team really made a huge difference for our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone that is currently looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. If Laura and her team were able to handle our group of friends and 9 dogs that were all part of our wedding and ceremony, then I think she can handle anything!

Laura was THE reason our wedding went so smoothly!! She was "only a day of coordinator" for us but she went above and beyond. It was easy to communicate with her, she had great flexibility when it came to our virtual meetings and planning. Then, when the big day was here, she was MARVELOUS! (Almost like she had done this before or something.) The ceremony went without hitch all thanks to how well Laura helped and prepared us! But that was just the ceremony! Laura rushed over to our reception location, had the band, the cake, the people, everything, all organized and ready to go so we could focus on us. Hands down, this day will be one of our fondest memories, and again, I really can't thank Laura enough for making that happen.

Laura and Kenia were awesome. They handled several small “fires” the day of our wedding. Had fixes or solutions to wardrobe, decor and vendor issues. They made our day fabulous and worry free.

Laura was amazing! I have been telling people that my only regret is not hiring her earlier in the planning process. I stressed out so much looking for vendors and trying to plan everything, once I hired Laura everything started going so smooth, she is patient, helpful and willing to help. On my wedding day I was so busy getting ready I barely had time to talk to her, but she made sure to handle everything (if something went wrong I never found out!). I recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator.

I hired Laura two weeks before the wedding because the process began to really take a toll on me. Trying to keep up with all the vendors, make changes and following up with everyone began to become overwhelming. From the first day that Laura took over I knew we were in GREAT hands. You can always tell the difference from someone who likes what they do compared to someone who has a passion for what they do, and Laura has a passion to make sure your special day is perfect. Laura, made sure vendors were set up, made sure i was aware of any issues, suggested solutions to resolve it, helped with decorating the venue and most importantly she made sure our wedding started on time. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. We were truly blessed to find Laura. If you are looking for someone who cares, punctual, professional, has the eye to make the small details come together and LOVES what they do, then you have found the right person in Laura at Cardi Elegant!

My wife and I hired Laura about a month before our wedding for partial planning services and day of coordination. I can tell you she had a lot to do in very little time and everything was great. And my wife had the wedding of her dreams, which is what mattered most. Definitely recommend Laura and her team.

Laura did an AMAZING job coordinating our wedding and she truly saved the day! We booked a caterer that showed up 30 minutes AFTER dinner was supposed to start. We were freaking out, but Laura assured us everything was going to be okay. She reworked our agenda a bit and it went so smoothly!!! No one even seemed to notice we weren't on schedule. We are thoroughly impressed with her calmness through the whole thing. NO IDEA what we would have done without her!

We really enjoyed getting to know Laura and having all her help for our wedding. She was very attentive and even helped me finish planning up to 2 weeks before our wedding. She had recommendations on vendors for items that we were missing and everything she did was done professionally. She did an amazing job at planning the day of coordination for the ceremony, dinner, and reception. She adhered to everything we wanted and did exactly as our hearts desired. Even though we had to make last-minute changes just hours before our wedding began, Laura went over and above to make sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free for me and my husband. She took care of everything so we didn't have to and we enjoyed our wedding just as we wanted, without lifting a finger. We highly recommend her services to any future brides!!
