Cardinal Transportation did a great job as our post-reception shuttle for our July 2023 wedding in downtown Columbus! We had them take ourselves and our guests between the venue, hotel, and the bar where we held our after party. They also took guests from the after party back to the hotel. Our shuttle driver, Michael, was kind, friendly, and flexible!!! Cardinal was very responsive when we were inquiring about booking, and were up front about their pricing. We found they were by far the most affordable, well-reviewed transportation company in the Columbus area. We did have to specifically request a copy of our booking confirmation (booking/payment was done over the phone, and we didn't realize until a few weeks later that we didn't receive confirmation), and had to request information for our assigned driver in the week prior to our wedding. We didn't feel that these tiny inconveniences warranted a lower review, just more of an FYI for those booking with them to add those things to your to-do list! We had no trouble getting this info when we asked- just a quick email and we got the info promptly!!

Zeros stars!! Extremely disappointing experience especially after hearing such great things from other people. We tried to book Cardinal for our wedding transportation. I had been emailing through the knot directly for months. Had to reach out 4 times within less than a 30 day window once I stopped receiving responses. The last message I had requested a direct quote after we had finalized the details of the day and simply never heard back, even left several voicemails for someone to call back and still did not receive a reply. Once I finally managed to speak with someone they had no record of our inquiry AT ALL. They requested I submitted an online request via the website ( which is had previously done). After submitting the request on 3/30 I finally received an email on 4/5 stating the date requested was booked. Additionally, I tried to log into the knot to review my messages that had been previously ignored and they have disappeared entirely. I’m not sure how that is even possible.

We booked the 1960 Rolls Royce for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect ending to the evening as a "Get Away " car for the newlyweds. The car is beautiful, very elegant and clean both inside and out. Cardinal Transportation was outstanding to work with, professional, on time and the driver was very friendly.

As mother of the bride, I booked a Cardinal bus to transfer wedding guests from 2 hotels to the wedding venue. I spoke to Cardinal transportation several times in the months/weeks before the wedding and each time I spoke with them it was a pleasant experience. The person answering my call was very professional and helped answer my questions. Although I did not meet the driver the day of the wedding, the guests that rode the bus were very happy with the whole experience and said Tom the driver was very friendly, fun and professional. Thank you Tom and Cardinal Transportation for helping to make the day very special and stress free.

Cardinal Transportation was an excellent choice for the perfect celebration. I truly thank the drivers who were very polite and responsive. Cardinal provided two very large buses to pick up the wedding party girls and guys from AirBNBs and then transfer them to the Darby House. Then the buses picked up wedding guests at the Fairfield Inn and transferred them to the venue. Afterwards, we had 3 pickup times and the buses brought people safely back to the hotel. We also had the buses continue downtown to the Short North for an after party and more dancing. At the end of the night the buses brought people back to the hotel at 2am. I am so grateful everyone was transported safely and no one was in a position to get a DUI. Every wedding should provide buses to allow people to celebrate safely and have more fun.

We greatly enjoyed Cardinal Transportation! We rented a shuttle for our bridal party to transport from the church to the reception. We had an absolute blast, it was extremely affordable and accommodating! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, did not have a great experience using Cardinal. We hired them to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the venue in 2 different shifts. After dropping the first group of guests off the shuttle driver did not return to the hotel for our second scheduled shuttle. Cardinal had confirmed the planned itinerary the day prior, but unfortunately the second trip did not happen causing a group of guests to completely miss our ceremony.

Cardinal Transport did our shuttle transportation for our wedding day and were a great company to work with! They were flexible when it came to the various shuttle services and were timely with the shuttles throughout the evening.

Cardinal had the best prices and options for vehicles. I was given 3 different quotes for options that would best fit our needs on our wedding day. The day before the wedding, I received confirmation for the day of timeline. Everything went smoothly up until the end of the night. It was communicated we would have the shuttle depart at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. The driver who arrived was convinced otherwise so I had to pull out my email to prove the previously set departure times. Everything was fine after that but this was an inconvenience that could have been prevented. All in all, I would recommend Cardinal Transportation but suggest drivers review the itinerary ahead of time.

We researched many transportation companies for our wedding day and Cardinal by far had the best pricing options and the greatest number of options for vehicle sizes. They were on time, professional, and accommodating throughout our event- especially at the end of the night when things got hectic with trying to round everyone up to transport them back from the venue. 10/10 recommend!

Limo arrived on time. Driver was courteous and professional. Even followed my wife and I around during photos so we didn't have to walk and took us through a drive through.

While our experience did not go as planned and we hit a few snags, Dennis was very concerned with ensuring he reached out to us. Based on his efforts to contact us, I think the head staff at this company really care about their customers and we just had an off night. We appreciate the effort given by Dennis to make things right.

We used Cardinal Transportation for bus shuttles from the hotel to wedding ceremony and then to the reception. Very easy to work with! Showed up on time, clean busses, and very professional drivers. We are so glad we offered transportation to our guests for the wedding and Cardinal was great! We would 100% use again.

We booked a shuttle bus for our wedding to transport the bridal party from the AirBnB to the venue and then myself and the groom to our scenic photography area. Our driver was both on time in arriving and timely in dropping us off in both instances. The driver was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. The bus was clean and air conditioned perfectly. I would recommend Cardinal to anyone for their wedding in the Central Ohio area.

I booked Cardinal about four months before my big day. Everything went smoothly to arrange the shuttle that took guests from the hotel to the church to the reception, and then another shuttle going between the reception and hotel at night. However, four days before my wedding - FOUR DAYS! - I received a call that the shuttle I booked wasn't going to work out. They were afraid that the shuttle wouldn't be able to turn around in the church parking lot, so they wanted to give me a shuttle that would transport about 20 passengers instead of the 60 I booked. I understand the safety issues - if a shuttle can't turn around, then it can't turn around. But I booked the shuttle four months prior under the assumption that 120 guests could be transported, which is what I needed. Offering to transport 40 people instead of 120 was not an acceptable solution. It took over an hour on the phone to convince Cardinal that they needed to provide two shuttles for 20 passengers in order for me to be able to transport everyone - after all, if guests get stranded it looks like the bride and groom failed to plan, not the shuttle company (which wasn't true in this case!) I was pleased with the outcome, but upset that it took so much convincing and time on the phone to get to that resolution, when it should have been handled far sooner than four days before my wedding. Then, at the reception, we booked the shuttle to run through 10:30. However, after dropping us off at the hotel at around 10:10 (with a completely full shuttle, and guests that were still waiting outside), instead of making another loop to pick up guests, the shuttle driver apparently decided just to stop driving and go home. We had 30 guests stranded at our reception venue - including my husband's parents. I'm not sure I would recommend Cardinal to future couples given the headache it was to deal with them.

We hired a limo, a party bus, and a shuttle bus to help us get to all the locations on time as well as help our guests get to and from the hotels and reception areas. Cardinal was accommodating, easy to work with, and professional. The limo and party bus were clean, and the drivers were professional. I would highly recommend utilizing Cardinal as your wedding day transportation company.

We used a charter bus for transportation for our bridal party the day of our wedding. Everything went smoothly, and our driver was super personable and helpful.

Guest transportation was one of the areas of the wedding I was dreading due to the coordination and potential chaos that could ensue. Cardinal was affordable and amazing to work with. All of our guests were wowed at the quality of the two 56-passenger buses we had to shuttle them to the church and reception and we felt like a million bucks in the decked out 13-passenger sprinter bus. We had an issue after the wedding where a group of family members missed the bus due to family photos and Cardinal quickly had one of the buses loop back after dropping off current guests. I couldn't believe how easy to work with they were and how easy they made my experience. I wasn't sure what to expect but I think for the service we received Cardinal was well worth the price.

We used cardinal to transport our guests to and from our rehearsal dinner, and to and from our wedding. We also booked a private car for my husband and I after the reception. Cardinal was good to work with, and worked well with out wedding block hotel (Courtyard by Marriott in Dublin OH). The drivers were on time and professional. My only complaint was the booking/contracts were a bit unorganized. Every time I called we had to talk through every single detail again because there were so many contracts for the different trips. Everyone was always friendly and got it worked out, but it was a bit stressful.

We used Cardinal for our wedding transportation on July 21, 2018. They were great! The communication from building the reservation, confirming the contracts, and executing payment were all very easy and stress-free. We did a shuttle service to the venue from the hotels and then they came back later that evening to shuttle guests back to their hotels. Everyone was picked up on time, dropped off on time, and no one was left at the venue after the reception (which was 25 minutes from the hotels and ended at 12:45am). Great communication, great experience, and punctual. Those are the 3 keys to a successful transportation company. Highly recommend Cardinal Transportation.

Our shuttle driver was very understanding and was on time for EVERYTHING, which is hard to find. This company was very easy to work with, and the shuttle driver herself called the day of to confirm all the places she would need to be and when! Highly recommend!

My client hired them for his wedding the week before the event ( they wanted to wait to see if they needed a shuttle for their room block). We hired them for a 4-hour minimum and they started the 'clock' as they were leaving their lot - an hour away from the venue! Who does that?! My client shouldn't have to pay for the time it takes them to get to the venue and back! I've worked over 200 weddings as a coordinator and have never heard of a transportation shuttle doing this. The shuttle driver said he finished at 11 PM, a half an hour before our end time. With all these limitations we only had ONE shuttle ride to the hotel (luckily there was barely enough room for the guests staying at the hotel). He didn't seem very friendly but he was polite. I felt like my client was scammed out of their shuttle time. They couldn't pay me to use their shuttle for another client. Very disappointing.

They were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Arrived on time at the church. The bus was in good condition and clean. Highly recommend for your transportation needs.

We used Cardinal Transportation to transport guests to/from the hotel and wedding venue before the ceremony and at the end of the reception. They were recommended to us by a friend who said they were affordable and I definitely agree. They were easy to work with, flexible, professional and the buses were great quality. They take away the stress of worrying about guests getting home after partying with you all night on the dance floor. Highly recommend!

Securing transportation for our guests is something we have done in 2 previous weddings in 2 different cities. Cardinal Transportation is a leader in its field! They were very helpful in determining the most cost efficient way to get our bridal party and guests to and from our event at #Irongate Equestrian Center. We had a 14 seater make the morning runs, one for the bride and bridesmaids and then for the groom and groomsmen. On time. Friendly drivers. Safe. We then had two 56 seaters and a 22 seater make 2 stops in the city to pick up guests. All buses were on time with clean cut, welcoming drivers who were in constant communication with each other to be certain that everyone got safely to the wedding. The buses were very clean inside and out and again, wonderful drivers. We had buses standby for an early return run if needed, which they did. Post reception return trips went with ease despite hitting a wall of rain and wind on the way back. I found Cardinal extremely easy to work with and could highly recommend them!

We used Cardinal Transportation for our wedding guests shuttles, from the guest hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and then again from the reception back to the guest hotel. I have to say we were very disappointed with their service, especially given the high costs (4 shuttles before, 3 shuttles after, all at the required 3 hour minimum, topped out over $2000). I very rarely write bad reviews - I am pretty easy to please. But Cardinal blew it on both ends of the evening. They arrived at the hotel 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which wasn't an issue except that they then departed for the venue with our guests 30 minutes ahead of schedule. They brought our guests to the venue 30 minutes early, despite being specifically instructed to depart at a prearranged time!! They did not follow directions and it was total chaos for us and our wedding coordinator. Not the stress we needed right before the ceremony. To make matters worse, after the reception, they were supposed to stagger the three shuttles so that guests would not be waiting around at the venue. Instead, they ran all three shuttles together, so that there were extremely long wait times for our guests to get back to the hotel. Again, not ideal, not what we wanted, and definitely not what they were instructed to do. In addition, when I said something to the driver about this at the end of the night, he was rude to me and my wife. Seriously, who is rude to the bride and groom on their wedding night?!? I definitely would avoid Cardinal Transpiration at all costs. Highly disappointed.

Cardinal Transportation was a great choice for our wedding day Transportation! We booked a large shuttle bus for getting the wedding party between the ceremony and reception, and then a car later in the night to transport the groom and I to the hotel after the reception. The drivers of both vehicles were extremely friendly, the vehicles were very clean, and they were exactly where we needed them to be at the right time. I also had a great experience booking the vehicles up to the event. I had to call a few times to make slight adjustments to the reservations, and Cardinal was easy to work with every time. Highly recommend!

Communication was easy and we knew exactly what we were getting. The shuttle we had at first the air was not properly working. During our ceremony they had switched it out for a new one!!

I worked with Cardinal Transportation to arrange the getaway transportation for a couple's wedding on May 27th, 2017. They were easy to work with, competitively priced, and their service was high-end. The driver arrived promptly and helped us load the couple's things into the car. The vintage Rolls Royce was in wonderful condition and looked stunning for photographs. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation in Columbus.

I was really stressed out about the transportation but Cardinal put all of my fears at ease. Their drivers were very cordial and their buses showed up on time and in the right location. We used Cardinal for two vehicles, a limo to transport the wedding party to our photo location after the wedding and then to the reception, and a 22-passenger shuttle between the hotel and reception. George, our limo driver, and Debbie, our shuttle driver, were wonderful, so friendly.. Things went really well overall. We only had one small issue. The office had our start time for the shuttle 15 minutes later than we had contracted for. It ended up not being a big deal at all. George quickly volunteered to start taking guests down the road to our reception. Debbie was also quick to take guests that left a little early back to the hotel. They were both complete professionals. The vehicles were in great condition and very clean. We'd definitely choose them again for any transportation needs.

Apparently the driver went to the wrong hotel to pick my guests up for our wedding ceremony. Thankfully a few days before the wedding I had given their contact information to a friend that I knew would be using the transportation service. She was able to call Cardinal when the bus did not show up and handle the situation, but it is still bothersome that they went to the completely wrong pickup location.

I don't think you can beat the pricing for the service you get. We booked a shuttle to run continuously from the hotel to the venue and it was well worth the money. We really didn't spend all that much and the peace of mind that all our guests could relax, drink, and have fun without worrying about driving to the hotel of finding a cab was so valuable. Booking was super easy. The shuttle was on time and always there when we needed it. Reliable Service and the fleet bus we rode on was very nice.

We used Cardinal Transport to shuttle our guests between the hotel and venue. They were very professional, and the bus we hired was clean and nice. The driver even texted my husband to let him know someone left their jacket on the bus once he got back to the garage and did his walk through. It was kind of a fiasco trying to get the jacket back since it was a holiday, but we were able to get it back in time to return the tux.

We had a large bridal party, there were 16 of us, so I needed a large vehicle to transport everyone to pictures. Cardinal Transportation was the cheapest in the city by far. They were easy to work with and our driver was fantastic. Will absolutely use them for other events in the future.

We used Cardinal Transportation on the rehearsal dinner day and the wedding day. On the rehearsal dinner day they sent a bus that had no AC--and it was 95 degrees outside. Everyone was extremely sweaty when we got to the rehearsal. On the wedding day, they sent the wrong vehicle for the wedding party--not the one that was in our contract that we had paid for and they agreed to. They apologized and refunded our money, but it made for a different experience and it was unfortunate. One good thing I can say is that they were always on time the whole weekend.

Cardinal picked us up in a vintage Rolls Royce, which was very special and memorable. They were right on time and the driver waited in the cold to make sure that he was available whenever we came out. We also had to reschedule times and Cardinal was very flexible. Using them was a great choice. Highly recommended!

Our driver was amazing!! Completely above and beyond!!! he would help with the photos, hold our coats help me and the girls in and out of the car with our dresses. I wish I knew his name he was AWESOME!!

We rented their '64 Rolls Royce. It was a beautiful car. However, the driver apparently couldn't get the car to start, so they showed up 20 minutes late. HE DIDN'T CALL. NO ONE NOTIFIED US THAT THE CAR WOULD NOT BE THERE. So we used my mom's car for our grand exit from the church. We could not afford to stand around and wait to see if the car would show up. It finally did. We did some fake exit pictures with it. The driver came back later in the night to make up for it and they gave us a discount. But still- my guests never got to see somethign that was meant to really set the tone for our wedding. Very dissatisfied with the communication.

I had emailed my itinerary ahead of time (good suggestion). The driver did not need to be told where to go the entire day. He was pleasant and did a great job listening to a bunch of silly girls dance and sing in the back of the limo. The limo was white and perfectly clean on the outside and the inside. The limo was stocked with water and clean glasses. I am so glad I went with Cardinal. The price was perfect as well. Very enjoyable experience with this company. Will definitely use in the future.

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for. a 14 passenger Limo bus, party bus to take my wedding party from the ceremony, to pictures, to the reception. We went for a ride around the block right after the ceremony and met our driver. Everything was great, except, that the driver LEFT THE BRIDE AND GROOM AT THE CEREMONY IN THE COLD AND WIND! We were in getting a couple last minute photos, and the wedding party got on the bus, we walked out of the church and .. NO LIMO! my mom was calling everyone trying to figure out where in the world they could have gone, she finally reached someone, and found out they had gone to Giant Eagle!! So my new husband and I stood outside in the chilly weather and waited for the darn limo to come back. Bottom line: Dont take orders from someone who's NOT paying you! I paid a lot of hard earned money to a limo driver who left me in the cold. I was NOT Happy. But the rest of the ride was fine, he did not leave us at pictures at least!
