I simply cannot IMAGINE how I would have executed my wedding without Tiffany. I’m a type A person and was on the fence about hiring a coordinator/planner in the beginning. Our venue ended up requiring a day-of coordinator at minimum, and I am so glad they did! Tiffany answered all my silly, sometimes hyper-specific wedding questions with the wisdom that only an industry professional could have. Without her guidance, we would have never known that we could rent a donut wall (instead of making one ourselves!), why it’s important to rent linens instead of buying, and what pieces belong in your wedding ceremony.
It was such a relief to have Tiffany and her team as our point people on the big day! I found out about lots of things that Tiffany quietly took care of behind the scenes days after my wedding. On my actual wedding day, my stress level was almost zero because I knew Tiffany would have an answer for anything and everything. Plus, if someone needed something, I told them to ask Tiffany. I can’t tell you how nice it is to not be answering phone calls, vendor questions, and so on while you’re trying to get excited and ready for your own wedding!
Our wedding day had some unexpected events and honestly, without Tiffany, I really don’t know if we could have still executed the wedding on that day. She was able to get to the venue while we faced a family emergency, told all our vendors what was happening, and made everything work while we decided what to do. I cannot thank her enough for her help during this time.
Overall, my wedding was exactly the way I pictured it, and I think Tiffany is the biggest reason why. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I can tell you that you absolutely won’t regret having Tiffany on your vendor team!
Tiffany was great to work and a huge help throughout the whole process. We hired her as a day of coordinator but she went above and beyond for us, including giving us recommendations for vendors and helpful planning tips! Weddings are an extremely stressful environment and there are of course times she and I were both a little frazzled, but our wedding was gorgeous and the night went smoothly!
I'm SO thankful that we hired Tiffany, she's amazing! She took so much stress off my shoulders. I knew from the very first phone call I could count on her and she absolutely delivered. Honestly, hiring her was the best money we ever spent for the wedding. Because of her and her team taking care of everything, I got to just relax and enjoy my wedding day stress-free, and that is such a gift. I did not know the first thing about planning a wedding and hiring a wedding coordinator was not something I originally was planning on. THANK GOODNESS I did! We wanted someone that would be open to our quirky suggestions and style. Tiffany was the perfect fit! She made us feel so excited about the whole process. She was quick to answer my questions no matter how late I reached out to her. The rehearsal and wedding itself was literally carefree thanks to her and her team. The decorations were beyond beautiful. They captured my vision even more perfect than I had imagined. She kept things moving along for us. At the end of the night they packed everything up for us and made it an easy morning for us the next day. I’m so thankful to Tiffany and Carefree Weddings. I will recommend them to everyone that I know is getting married! It was so perfect that I want to relive my wedding every day!
The best decision in planning our wedding was hiring Tiffany. Her expertise and well-detailed notes were much appreciated throughout the process. She captured every small detail that ranged from vendors to the processional vision to the person(s) taking home the leftover food/alcohol. Whenever there was a change in plans, we were able to update her notes via Google Sheets so that everyone was on the same page. Also, Tiffany made herself available to discuss any details and was always willing to help make the wedding day as we envisioned. She even provided her prior experiences so that we had all the information to make the best decision. The wedding day was a breeze with Tiffany and her assistants on-hand, and it truly wouldn’t have been as perfect without her. Thank you so much Tiffany!
Hiring Tiffany was the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. From the first phone call to the send off at the venue, Tiffany had everything under control. She completely understood my vision to have very laidback small wedding and ran with it. Having her around during the planning process was honestly like bouncing ideas off of a good friend who just knows WAY more than you do! :) She was such a huge help from beginning to end and I know it wouldn't have turned out as nice as it did without her! She is extremely knowledgeable and organized without being pretentious. She fixed several snafus the day-of before even letting me know there was an issue- thats how you know she's good at her job! Our friends and family loved her and she fit right in! We couldn't have done it without her! Thanks again Tiffany :)
Tiffany and her team are rockstars. We debated whether or not to spend money on a coordinator but we went with the peace of mind package and I am soooooo glad we did, completely worth it! I have no idea how we would have pulled it off without them. peace of mind and carefree are perfect ways to describe her quality of service. I know there were a few things that went awry before the big day and day of, some that i was aware of and some that i wasn't (thank you!) but i felt completely confident that everything would be taken care of and at the end of the day everything came out beautifully. Throughout the planning process she was easy to get a hold of, helped recommend vendors that we hadn't figured out, communicated with all of our vendors, helped us think of and plan for smaller but important details that otherwise would have gone unnoticed. Day of, tiffany and her team were calm, cool, in control, angelic, secret agents. cannot say thanks enough!!!!
Tiffany was a huge help with everything! She's a day of coordinator, but she helped me find almost all of my vendors! She is absolutely amazing and it's insane how many services you get for the money. I'm only giving four stars because she seemed to miss things a lot in the planning process (I was the one who realized I didn't have anyone to cut my cake, not her) and she is definitely frazzled the day of the wedding (she was more of a stressful element rather than a calming one at times). I would absolutely recommend her though, her services are an amazing value for the amount you pay! Thank you for all you do!
Tiffany is the absolute BEST, hands down. Choosing Tiffany as our wedding coordinator was BY FAR the wisest choice we made in our wedding planning season. Tiffany is absolutely meticulous when it comes to detail, which made her perfect for the job. Tiffany creates an extensive details document for you to fill out essentially every wedding detail possible, so that on the day of, she is knowledgeable of every little thing you want to happen. She helped me immensely in creating a day of timeline, doing the majority of the communication with our vendors, creating floor layouts, thinking of small details I never would've thought of on my own, and maintaining frequent communication! She is also very responsive to emails, so she was always in the know of day-by-day changes that come with wedding planning. Tiffany met with me at my venue to get an exact idea of what all I wanted, and we also had several phone calls where we could easily sort through day-of questions/concerns. Because of Tiffany and her amazing team, I was able to let go on my wedding day and completely relax and actually ENJOY the evening, rather than worry about if everything was going to get done. And let me tell you, everything definitely got done! The wedding surpassed all of my wildest expectations because of her coordination! Our wedding party and guests were always in the know as to where to go/what was next, all vendors knew where they were supposed to set up/what time they were supposed to arrive, family photos were a breeze, and everyone had a great time! My favorite thing about working with Tiffany was her ability to mediate multiple people's ideas and opinions. She was able to accommodate my family's requests for our wedding, while always keeping my opinions/ideas as first priority. I definitely couldn't have gone through this crazy engagement season with her! THANK YOU TIFFANY!
Tiffany + Team were amazing. They definitely went above & beyond. Tiffany thought of all the details I would have overlooked without her guidance. She has great software to help you visualize set ups / layouts, she recommend great vendors & is just generally super personable & upbeat. Her excitement is infectious -- I really enjoyed working with her. Tiffany at Carefree Weddings was a joy to work with. I was a little worried at first because my husband and I got married at a venue she had never worked at before, but she seemed organized and up to the challenge so we decided to go with her. I'm so glad we did!! Our wedding was beautiful and it was exactly what we wanted. She created a timeline and executed it perfectly on our wedding day. There were no surprises, and the wedding felt very organized and well planned. She made herself available anytime anything come up during the planning process and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Tiffany and Carefree Weddings!
Tiffany was one of my favorite vendors to work with during our wedding. Over 18 months of planning Tiffany helped keep me sane! She is SO responsive to emails, texts, calls, and any other form of communication. I felt like I was losing a friend after the wedding because I she was always a text/phone call/email away for a year and a half. Her and two assistants helped my wedding timeline go without any problems. They even brought us our favorite drinks from the bar during photos/cocktail hour. My husband and I felt so spoiled by them. My family and wedding party did not have to work at all during the wedding day which was very important to me from the start. I will forever appreciate Tiffany for all of her hard work and for making our big day so special!

Tiffany did a great job as my day of wedding coordinator! She did more than "day of" stuff. She helped me weeks ahead of time with bringing last minute things together and giving me tips on things and communicating with my vendors. She was excellent with communicating. I always got a response within minutes, whether it was by email or phone. We did a walk through at the venue a few weeks before the wedding, and she had everything in order. The day of the wedding I was definitely nervous to "let go" and let her handle all the decorating, as I had a specific vision in mind and wanted it to be done perfectly. However, she and her assistants executed my vision PERFECTLY!! I was so impressed and happy. Literally everything was taken care of, and she didn't have to come to me at all for any questions whatsoever.
During my wedding, there was a major mishap with the transportation we had set up. A new transportation option had to be set up during my reception. Tiffany spoke with my parents and they were able to set up new transportation during the wedding without my knowledge. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because Tiffany approached me as well as all my bridesmaids multiple times toward the end of my wedding, telling us that we needed to go change into our after party dresses the second the wedding was over or even before so the transportation didn't have to wait. While I do understand that the transportation mishap was extremely stressful, it upset me that I felt pressured and rushed before my wedding was even over to leave my guests and go change. Especially since we paid for the transportation; therefore, they should wait however long we needed to change. This- or the transportation should have been set up to arrive not at the exact minute my wedding was over and with enough time for us to change first. This overwhelmed me to the point that I could not even enjoy the last 30-45 minutes of my wedding.
With that said, everything else went smoothly, and I still think Tiffany deserves praise for a job well done. The transportation mishap was not her fault, and she did her best to resolve the situation. She also helped us after the wedding to get our money back from the original transportation company.
Tiffany at carefree weddings took care of everything for us. From helping us pick out our vendors to making sure our wedding day ran very smoothly. She helped us out every step of the way. What we really enjoyed about working with Tiffany was how accessible she was. You did not have to worry about dealing with multiple people at carefree weddings. Tiffany knew our details better than we did and that’s exactly what we were looking for from her and her staff. We were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding day with her staff always asking us if we needed food, drinks or dessert throughout the entire night. Most importantly when we returned to our venue the next morning, they had everything packed up into boxes ready for us to take….HUGE RELIEF! I highly recommend Tiffany and carefree weddings to any couple that is looking to make their wedding a night for everyone to remember!
We cannot say enough good things about Tiffany of Carefree Weddings. My husband and I had to be very budget conscious throughout the planning process, and so a coordinator was something we originally planned to go without. However, once we got down to all the details of the day, it seemed impossible to manage. That is when I found Carefree weddings. Unlike other coordinators, Tiffany is extremely transparent about pricing and services. I loved that I could see on her website exactly what was covered with each package. We ended up choosing the most expensive package, which turned out to be an incredible value. Leading up to the wedding Tiffany did two walkthroughs of the venue with us, and came up with excellent ideas for utilizing the space as best as possible. She thought of dozens of details that we would have missed. She was honest with her opinions, and always respectful of the details that we felt strongly about. Tiffany provided many organizational documents for us to fill out, and even gave us a little at a time, so we were never overwhelmed. On the day of the wedding, Tiffany made sure we were, in fact, carefree. One of my favorite moments of the day was arriving to the venue after spending the day with my bridesmaids to see everything put together as we had envisioned it. Not one detail was left out. Everything was perfect. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding, knowing that we were in good hands with Carefree Weddings. Tiffany managed the timeline with grace, made sure we always had our drink of choice or a water (hydration is important!), and made sure everything got to where it needed to go after the event. It was the best day of our lives, and Tiffany played a huge role in that.
Carefree Weddings was our coordinator at The Union on 8th. Carefree Weddings is everything you look for in a wedding planner. We were able to focus on our friends, family and each other because Tiffany took care of everything else. There were things we didn’t even think of that Tiffany suggested which made the day flow perfectly. She listens to your ideas, makes suggestions and then executes your day flawlessly! Thanks again we wouldn’t choose anyone else. The best day!
Carefree Weddings was one of the recommendations given to me and my daughter by the venue for a day-of-coordinator. Carefree offers several plans; we chose the Peace of Mind package, which included among many other services, decorating the tables and cleanup of the venue after the reception. Our family was impressed with Tiffany and her crew of the day, Alyson and Kristen. As mother of the bride, I can't imagine having to deal with all the details that Tiffany and her staff took care of prior to, during and after the wedding. Contacting vendors, creating a timeline, suggestions for table arrangements at the venue, overseeing the rehearsal with good suggestions, decorating tables, packing up "stuff" after and cleaning the venue, etc. etc. Tiffany called me prior to the wedding to remind me about outstanding vendor payments and tips for vendors. The wedding was late afternoon and so not much daylight for outside photos after. Tiffany made a list of each requested photo and the names of each person in each photo. For the photographer, she called out the names of the individuals who were to be in a photo and then after the photo, she'd read off the names of those who could then be "released" to enjoy the cocktail hour. This was a HUGE help to our photographer, who greatly appreciated Tiffany! The ceremony and reception went very smoothly with no issues or problems. With that said, Tiffany's clients must do their part to help Tiffany and her staff to do their job well. Tiffany will send a very detailed questionnaire regarding your wedding for you to complete. By filling out this questionnaire with all required information plus any and everything you can think of, plus having decor and table items boxed and labeled, will ensure all goes well and smoothly the day of your wedding. A huge thank you to Tiffany, Alyson and Kristen!
Tiffany was an absolute life saver!! I was trying to do a lot on my own, between planning a wedding in a different state and also working so much. I found Tiffany and she immediately made me feel so much better! She is extremely organized and has no problem with keeping you up to date on your to do list (which I needed so badly) . The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to Tiffany!
First let me just say I am a huge procrastinator. My husband and I got engaged on Christmas 2016 and had our wedding on June 8, 2017. I was in school full-time, worked part-time and was planning a destination wedding. Shout out to my girl Tiffany for making everything possible! I thought I could've done better planning for the ceremony and reception but she pulled it off. I wasn't the type of girl who has been planning for my future big day, so I really had no idea which direction to take. She kept me organized and at the top, being patient with me as always when I forgot to do something. I highly recommend her services, as from the start to the end of our big day, everything went smoothly. She took our vision and made it beautiful. We got to enjoy our wedding day stress-free!

I wasn't sure, at first, that I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator, but I am so glad we did! Tiffany from Carefree Weddings was great about providing advice for the ceremony and reception, as well as helping us figure out how to make our own ideas work. Additionally, she and her assistant did an excellent job helping us understand how the ceremony would go during the rehearsal, and having someone to handle the setup and cleanup on the wedding day took a huge weight off our minds!
We had a great experience with Tiffany at Carefree Weddings! Our venue required that we hire a day-of planner, and I am so glad that we did. From the very beginning, Tiffany provided us with helpful tools to plan and get organized. She listened to our ideas, made recommendations and answered questions. Her communication was clear and professional. On the week of the wedding, Carefree Weddings checked in with all of our vendors to make sure everything was on track. On our wedding day, we trusted Tiffany and Sam to receive vendors, confirm orders and set up decor. This really allowed us to enjoy time with our wedding party, family and friends. When we came downstairs- everything was in place!! This stress-free trend continued throughout the night, as Tiffany calmly helped us stay on schedule. Because of Tiffany’s dedication and genuine care, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. I highly recommend her for your big day- she definitely made ours awesome!
The only reason why I needed a wedding coordinator was because the coordinator at our wedding venue did not offer bustling of the wedding dress. I planned my wedding with my fiance and and only needed help with
bustling. We didn't want to put the pressure on of our family/friends so we decided to hire a coordinator. After several searches on the knot and other wedding sites, we decided to have a meeting with carefree weddings. Note that most of the positive reviews on all the sites are for Susan (founder of the carefree weddings). Susan is also a wedding officiant and we liked her style and we figured we could bundle the officiant and coordinator at reasonable price. We later found that Susan had handed over the wedding planning/coordination of the wedding to Tiffany Averill.
During our first meeting, Tifanny literally had a panic attack and was very disorganized. As someone who occasionally suffers from anxiety, I empathized with her especially since first impressions on client can be daunting. I wish I had taken that as a sign to NOT hire Tiffany. Her entire wedding planning and scheduling was a disaster. On my wedding day, she was very difficult to find. She gave no ques for when the bridal or groom parties should walk in. Additionally, she did not orchestrate the rest of the reception as scheduled. Our DJ who was from Toast entertainment basically stepped in to keep as on schedule as Tiffany was no where to be found. When it was time for the first dance, I needed to have my dress bustled (which was the main reason why I needed Tiffany to begin with), she told one of her assistants to tell me that she doesn't like to bustle dressed. WTF? Luckily the wife of the bestman was a wedding planner so she stepped in to help us bustle the dress. I tried to keep a calm composure as this was suppose to be one of the best days of my life. However, what really upset me was the fact that Tiffany threw away all the traditional Ghanaian food that my aunt prepared as a takeout midnight snack for our guests. I as livid that she never apologized or even reached out to us to begin with. Tifanny was the wedding planner from hell and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Susan on the other hand delivered the wedding ceremony and helped us to write our vows. The only good thing that came from hiring Tifanny was having Susan as our officiant.

Tiffany was amazing to work with! She reminded me of the little things I hadn't thought about and provided so many great ideas. The thought of having someone else in control of my wedding vision made me nervous but all that went out the door when I met Tiffany. She executed my vision flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!
I knew very quickly that Tiffany was the right person to help us plan our wedding! She was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and confident, and was extremely helpful when it came to making decisions about things we had no clue about, like helping us find great vendors within our budget. We chose Tiffany before setting our date, so it turned out that Tiffany would not be able to coordinate on the day-of due to her already being booked for another wedding on the same day. However, this was not stressful whatsoever because it was a smooth transition from Tiffany to Kristen! Tiffany helped us every step of the way, and both Tiffany and Kristen were excellent at communicating! Kristen did a fabulous job of organizing and making our special day run smoothly and stress-free! Overall, our wedding day was beautiful and more perfect than we has imagined thanks to both Tiffany and Kristen! Choosing Carefree Weddings was the best decision we could have made!
Hiring Carefree Weddings to do our day of coordination was the single best investment I made while planning my wedding. Not only is Tiffany absolutely committed to making this day perfect for us, but she works really hard to make sure you feel heard and that your wishes and visions of your day are fully understood. I was so impressed with how hard her and her team worked to make the day flow smoothly and reduce any unnecessary stress on us as a couple.

Tiffany was fantastic to work with! We realized pretty late that we even needed a coordinator. I mean, we were have a small wedding of 70 people. But we didn't want to delegate day-of details to our friends and family, which began the search. Tiffany and Carefree Weddings caught my eye because of their sterling reviews and frankly, affordable pricing. From a value standpoint, hiring Tiffany probably ended up being the best thing we spent money on.
We were planning an Austin wedding from Connecticut, and Tiffany got on the phone and talked through all manner of details and timelines, much of which hadn't occurred to us yet. And that's coming from a very organized couple! Still, her expertise was very comforting in those final weeks of planning. For the price paid, Tiffany's preparation in the weeks leading up to the event was above and beyond.
On the wedding day itself, Tiffany and her assistant kept us blissfully unaware of the nitty-gritty and kept everything smooth and on-time. She was great about understanding our vision and making it happen.
Again, hiring a coordinator wasn't on my radar at all a few months before the wedding. But in hindsight, it would not have been the same without Tiffany and Carefree Wedding.
Tiffany of Carefree Weddings was wonderful to work with! Being a pretty ‘carefree’ bride with a hectic work schedule leading up to our wedding, Tiffany did an amazing job of keeping me on task and going along with my laid-back & loose approach. Tiffany was a wizard at just “going with it”, as our outdoor wedding threw us some curveballs with regards to Mother Nature - a windy night = no flames and no sparklers, but Tiffany improvised seamlessly and kept the show rolling. The night just flowed magically and with such ease and I have Tiffany to thank for it all. I appreciate Tiffany’s attention to detail, her experience & insight, her suggestions & recommendations, and trusted her every step of the way. I keep hearing from our guests how they enjoyed how laid-back and loose, yet how awesome the evening was. Thank you, Tiffany, for giving me peace of mind and for making our night so magical!
If you’re anything like me, then you might be thinking to yourself, “Why do I need a wedding coordinator?” I’d already figured out most of my vendors and the invitations were ready to go. Everyone just needed to show up and viola - it’s a wedding. Besides, I didn’t have time for a wedding coordinator. I was busy, my future spouse was busy, and let’s not forget the expense. Paying for a wedding coordinator wasn’t on my list of must haves; it wasn’t even on my list of wants. So why did I need a wedding coordinator? I didn’t, or at least I thought I didn’t. That was, until I met Tiffany.
To say planning a wedding is stressful, is a more than just an understatement. There’s the budget, the details (you know -- the ones you haven’t even thought of yet), and, most importantly, a future spouse to include in the planning process. That’s why we needed Tiffany. She walked us step-by-step through the wedding timeline. There were so many “behind the scene” items to consider, things critical to a successful wedding, but ones we never would have thought of on our own. Through our conversations, my future spouse and I developed a greater understanding of what each of us wanted in the wedding. Tiffany guided us towards consensus so we both felt valued. The wedding was becoming our own.
In the month leading up to the wedding, Tiffany handled the details. She called our vendors to confirm times and expectations. She checked in to make sure we were all still on the same page and tasks were being completed according to our timeline. If something was amiss, Tiffany took care of it with grace. She handled the details so I didn’t have to, freeing my time to be with family and friends.
The day of our wedding is still a blur in my mind. I remember the people, the laughter, the dancing and my now husband serenading me with a song. We were blissfully unaware of the magic Tiffany preformed that night. From the videographer whose brand new camera failed, forcing him to run out and buy a new one hours before the ceremony, to the police arriving due to noise complaints from the neighbors, Tiffany handled each crisis effectively from behind the scenes. For me, my spouse and our guests, everything was beautiful and seamless. Tiffany went above and beyond that day to ensure everything was perfect.
So why did I need a wedding coordinator? I didn’t. I needed Tiffany.
Suzanne was an absolute rockstar at our wedding - I wasn't even part of set up on Saturday. She was great and coordinated all the set up and spoke to all the vendors anytime something would arise. I was able to focus entirely on my guests and having a great time. Several of the guests, including my mother, MOH, and best friends all remarked how amazing she was. I truly had a Carefree wedding and would recommend her to anyone. She was flexible and worked with our goofy families/DIY wedding/Chinese tea ceremony. She gave us a great questionnaire that helped us think through all aspects of the wedding, down to the little details we may not have otherwise considered. She was a great help throughout the entire process. Thank you so much again, this was amazing. Matt and I had the time of our lives.
Suzanne took the job as the coordinator of my wedding 2 WEEKS before my wedding!! That right there in itself is amazing! :) She is super organized which is my thing so I loved that! Also, she and her crew made my day easy and carefree :) Amazing personality and she totally pulled off all one million things I asked for! :) I would definitely recommend her to everyone! On top of how amazing she is already she drove down from the Austin area to my wedding in BOERNE! I'm forever grateful! :)
Taking on the responsibility of coordinating a wedding, at the eleventh hour, because another professional has failed miserably at the job is risky and demands twice the amount of work and dedication. There is inevitably additional work with organization, communication and labor. I don’t know many coordinators that would/could accept such a task. Add to this an extended venue distance, heightened expectations and emotion levels and it absolutely demands an experienced professional with a superb balance of grace and authority. Suzanne embraced our challenges efficiently, with consistent confidence and caution. She listened extremely carefully, took notes and verified her understanding, she asked all the right questions. She helped us establish our priorities, was realistic in her commitments to us, based on those priorities and time constraints and devised a step-by-step plan of action. Suzanne was professional and calm. She handled every detail, brilliantly. In a little over four hours, she met with the bride and both moms and flawlessly transformed three nearly desperate women, in the midst of a heartbreaking situation, into a confident team of unstoppable determination. I have long been a fan of wedding coordinators, to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you deserve. The job is intensely stressful, it is demanding, it is hard work. It absolutely requires someone unbiased and focused, with a flawless sense of organization, preparedness, commitment and communication. Someone with the resources physically, emotionally and mentally-who has genuine and deep compassion for the heart and vision of her brides and a TEAM of trusted cohorts (who work extremely hard) to pull it all together. Not everyone has what it takes. I don’t have what it takes, trust me….YOU don’t have what it takes! Most “coordinators” do not actually have what it takes. SUZANNE DEFINITELY HAS WHAT IT TAKES TO DELIVER YOUR CAREFREE WEDDING DAY!! I cannot possibly, more highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator and will tell everyone I know about everything she did for us so that we could forever remember this as a truly spectacular day for our family and friends. I can honestly say that if she were not in charge of the wedding, I would be buried in regret and sadness now. Instead, I cannot keep the smile off of my face at the lovely celebration we all experienced.
When my husband and I tied the knot we always knew we wanted someone who could design and hold a wedding ceremony unique to us and no one else. As parents of two late daughter’s we wanted to find a way to incorporate them into our service as being part of our family. Suzanne did more than just that, as a mother and new wife I will always be entirely grateful to the time and thought she put into designing the ceremony of our dreams. If you are looking for someone who truly makes your day about marrying your best friend, I would highly recommend Suzanne.
We also had her as our coordinator and she was nothing less than perfect and professional in every situation handled. Not a single detailed went untouched, not a single issue arose; she even remained in contact after the wedding, and thanks to her we enjoyed our entire day carefree. Planning your perfect day takes so much time and effort that putting the responsibility into the hands of another on your wedding day is a huge decision to make and after having only talked to Suzanne for five minutes I knew she was the real deal. I would not recommend anyone so highly if I did not feel she truly made the wedding of my dreams come true. I can promise choosing carefree bride was the best decision we made for a day that creates memories for a lifetime.

I was recently Maid of Honor in my best friends wedding, where she hired Suzanne as her coordinator. With all the stress a bride goes through planning their big day, Suzanne made sure to ease her mind in every way and the wedding could not have gone smoother. There was never any questions where we, the wedding party should be during the wedding. She was extremely professional and did such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area!
I met Suzanne several years ago when she worked at my best friend’s wedding and I fell in love immediately. We’ve kept in touch ever since, and when I got engaged last year she was one of my first calls. I was delighted that she was available! She shared my excitement for the upcoming wedding, and helped me define what I wanted and what my priorities were. As a direct result of her input, I was able to keep my wedding within budget and within the scope of our theme. She listened to my concerns and helped me give my fiancé a voice in what he wanted for our wedding. She took over contacting my vendors the week before the wedding and ordered me to relax. And I did!!
Now to the specifics: Suzanne corralled my wayward family members both during the rehearsal and on my wedding day. She handled all the details with skill and grace. She kept the pace of the evening moving without rushing anyone. She made sure my husband and I had drinks, time to eat, and ample time for pictures, all while making sure we were able to socialize and dance. She let the wedding party know where they were supposed to be and when. She handled the vendors. She had a smile on her face every time I saw her. I honestly, to this day, don’t know if anything went wrong on my wedding day.
Suzanne is a wonderfully skilled professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for day-of coordination. She simply loves LOVE, and she is truly devoted to making her clients’ wedding days memorable. Many of my friends and family have remarked on how impressed they were with her, and I am so proud to have had such a good friend do such an amazing job on one of the most important days of my life.
When Heather and I first started talking about getting married, we considered doing it all ourselves. Looking back, we must have been crazy. Hiring Suzanne was absolutely the best decision we could have made. She made fantastic suggestions for vendors, created a manageable timeline, and helped us consider things we never would have thought of. She was always in touch, and as the day drew near, she stayed on top of us for deliverables and synchronized the last details to a tee.
The day of the wedding, she and her team set everything up right on schedule, and managed last-minute changes with grace. The ceremony and reception were beautiful. We left straight from the wedding to go on our honeymoon and we both were confident that all of the post-wedding work was being handled.
In the end, our wedding was in a word, perfect.

Suzanne Louzau was our officiant, as well as our day-of event coordinator. We paid for her officiant services and learned of a contest she was hosting to win her day-of coordination package. We entered the contest and won! Suzanne was extremely helpful, friendly, and just a life-saver when it came to our wedding. She was calming, and took care of my husband and I with extreme attention and care. Even though her services were free for us, she gave us her everything, and it made a HUGE impact on the quality of our wedding day. Our venue gave us a day-of coordinator with the purchase of the venue, and Suzanne was a million times more helpful and involved than the venue's coordinator. SO glad to have had Suzanne with us for our wedding day!!
Our ceremony was a memorable and unique ceremony for both my husband and I, and for our guests. People are still talking about how wonderful it was!!
