mer of ‘22, and we hired Carissa for full service planning before even booking our venue. After our initial phone call, we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable, we loved her upbeat vibe, and knew we could trust her to make our wedding dreams come to life.
During the 2 years we were planning our wedding, she not only kept us on track with all of the technical things that come with planning, but also was such a huge support to us when we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Carissa was honest when I had unrealistic expectations, and openly worked through the nitty gritty things like budgeting. This was so appreciated, and it was super important to me that we had open communication in those areas. She worked behind the scenes with all of our vendors throughout the entire planning process. I didn’t have to lift a finger the day of our wedding, and instead was able to be present and appreciate every moment of the day.
Our wedding day was the most perfect day of our lives, but without CCE, it likely wouldn’t have been. Horrible storms started right after our first look, and it continued to rain on and off SO heavily, right up until the time of our outdoor ceremony. There was a lot of talk about moving the ceremony inside at the last minute, which was my nightmare. CCE coordinated so seamlessly with our venue staff, bringing equipment and decor in and out and drying off everything as the rain stopped and restarted, probably 3 or 4 times within the span of an hour. There was about a 30 minute break in the rain, and within that time, we were able to have our dream ceremony outside, and I will be forever grateful for the work that went into making that happen. I can’t even count how many times Chris and I said to each other during our wedding, how thankful we are that we had Carissa and her team there for us.
Carissa has amazing communication and organization skills, with such an eye for detail, and is such an incredible planner. But it’s truly her personality and enthusiasm for what she does that sets her apart, and makes her the best of the best. When we were looking for a wedding planner, we wanted to work with someone that we would genuinely want by our side on our wedding day, and Carissa exceeded every expectation we had by a million percent. All of our guests were also blown away by how well her team ran the show.
Not only is Carissa the most amazing wedding planner, but an incredible friend that we are so lucky to have made through the planning process. Working with CCE, is without a doubt the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process.
Carissa is an absolute gem in the world of wedding planning. Her ability to turn dreams into reality is unparalleled. Every step of the way, they were not just a planner but a true...
partner in crafting the most important day of our lives.
Carissa has an innate talent for details that truly matter. From the grand design of the venue to the smallest embellishments on the table settings, nothing escaped her keen eye.
Communication is key, and Carissa truly excels in this aspect. Her responsiveness made us feel heard and cared for throughout the entire process. No question was too small, no concern too trivial. It's the kind of reassurance every couple needs during the sometimes stressful journey of wedding planning.
Carissa is not just a planner; she’s an artist. The creativity she brought to the table was awe-inspiring. From unique decor to personalized touches that reflected our personalities, they transformed our vision into a breathtaking reality. Each element felt tailor-made, making our wedding truly one-of-a-kind.
Planning a wedding involves countless moving parts, and Carissa orchestrated everything seamlessly. Timelines were adhered to, vendors were coordinated flawlessly, and unexpected challenges were handled with grace.
Beyond the professional excellence, Carissa a genuinely kind soul. Her warmth and positivity added an extra layer of joy to the entire experience. It felt like we were not just working with a wedding planner, but with a friend who was genuinely invested in our happiness.
In summary, choosing Carissa was the best decision we made for our wedding. Her talent, dedication, and kindness helped create our special day into a fairytale. If you're looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond, look no further than Carissa Our hearts are forever grateful for the magic shes helped create for us.

girl. From our first call, I knew that I wanted to work with Carissa because I loved her vibe and I was so excited to finally see our months and months of work come together. She absolutely nailed our overall vibe as a couple and the design of our wedding and decor was absolutely stunning. As someone who was too busy with work to focus fully on planning, having Carissa there to guide me and keep me on track was crucial and made the entire wedding planning process stress free. She is a rockstar planner and designer and I cannot recommend her enough.

ce was key in making numerous decisions throughout our planning. CCE kept us on task and supported through it. On every phone call with every vendor. Present and Prepared. One of the hardest parts of planning was taking all that you envisioned and bringing it to life. I was able to focus on details because CCE had me covered with an air tight day of schedule across all vendors. Which contributed to a perfect day. No hiccups. Her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and confident is amazing. Everyone always told me to get a coordinator, I firmly advocate for that and specifically for Carissa!
Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with Carissa and her team as the other couples who have reviewed them. We were really excited at the beginning of the process to ...
have someone help guide us through the last two months of wedding planning.
We hired Carissa for the two-month option before our wedding. A few challenges we faced:
1. We found out after signing our contract and paying that Carissa would be out of the country and taking vacation for a large part of our first month contracted. We would have loved to have known that before signing or otherwise had an opportunity to start working together sooner. We continued to flex our schedule to accommodate the delay.
2. According to our contract, Carissa was supposed to handle communications with vendors for the two months before the wedding. However, we often had to correct her in emails regarding details we had previously discussed together. Additionally, we were told that she doesn't handle any conversations with vendors about payments. We did not receive reminders about payments due for other vendors. When we mentioned this, Carissa did follow up with us when payments were due, even though the platform wasn't sending reminders to us.
3. On the actual day of our wedding, the band was supposed to play two songs immediately following our first dance. However, our band let us know afterwards that they were asked by Carissa to leave the stage and go to another room during our first dance. As a result, there was an unplanned silence after our dance at a time when we were hoping to have everyone dancing. We couldn't find Carissa or her teammate anywhere when we tried to figure out why it was silent.
4. Following the wedding, we have not heard anything from Carissa. The planning website that she provided was suddenly deactivated without any notification.
In the month since our wedding, we have had two vendors let us know that they had challenges working with her on the day-of, which was really disappointing.
I cannot speak more highly of Carissa! From the beginning to the end of the planning process she kept us on track to ensure that when the big day came we were not worried or stress...
ed. She listened to our vision and incorporated a design that exactly encompassed that. We honestly could not have done it without her! She is a 10/10 and hiring her is a must!

us as a couple before providing her design deck that was specific to our love story. She encouraged us to personalize so many small details of our wedding. She went above and beyond to give us the confidence to plan our own wedding with her guidance. You can’t go wrong with CCE!

elped smooth all of the bumps in the planning process as the day approached. Carissa managed all of the vendor coordination leading up to and on the wedding day, helped provide suggestions on decor and personal touches to make my wedding feel more special, created a wedding timeline, ran the wedding rehearsal, and then executed the wedding of my dreams on the actual day so that I was able to be in the moment and not worry about anything the day of. Carissa was also awesome to work with - she reached out to check in to see how I was feeling as the wedding approached, checked in to see if I needed anything on the day of and made herself available for any questions and to work through issues as they popped up. I was so nervous leading up to my wedding but my biggest piece of advice would be to hire Carissa and her team and then relax because they will truly do it all. All of my bridesmaids also commented on how awesome and helpful Carissa was on the wedding day. I cannot recommend Carissa enough!
If you want to be present on your wedding day, enjoy the planning process, and have an expert and a friend by your side to support and guide you, you have to hire Carissa!

dding photographer, I work with lots of planners, and not every planner has the same strengths and abilities when it comes to organization, attitude, personality, style, etc. Carissa is a champion for her couples, slays vendor communication and research, has every bit of coordination down for day of logistics, and is the key to a smooth and successful wedding day!
If you don't think a planner is necessary, think again: having Carissa on your team is the best decision you can make!

but everyone else at the wedding. She was on top of everything, and made sure everyone had what they needed. Before you even asked, Carissa had it done! Her professionalism, attentiveness, and communication honestly blew me away. For anyone getting married, and looking for a coordinator, Carissa is your girl! I would recommend her to anyone, and I will definitely be mentioning her to all my brides! I truly cannot wait to work with her again! She's the best!

. I was a destination bride in New England and knew I needed help. Her takeover in the last month was seamless and she took care of every detail all while keeping me in the loop. The day of our wedding I did not worry one time as I know I would walk in to a fully decorated venue. What I was unprepared for was the level of quality we received. She was also fun and kind and a genuine pleasure to be around. You do not need to stress on your wedding day, Carissa and her team are money well spent. You will not regret it! I will 100% hire her in the future for my social needs.

er! The search is over. Not only did I find one of the best wedding planners in the business but I’ve also gained a friend who stuck with us through all the highs and lows of making our day - one to remember. Carissa Corsi Events brought my Pinterest board and insta screenshots to life. From the very beginning, our vision, our style, and our personalities were always central to the design and layout of the whole event. From our first discovery call where we learned about a pricing option that was affordable to us, to our design calls where we sorted through vision boards and inspiration photos, to our monthly check-ins that ended up being half planning and half “wedding planning therapy”, CCE made us feel supported, understood, and confident that our dream wedding would come together for our big day. After each venue tour, shopping session or Zoom call, I felt more and more in control of something that often leaves brides paralyzed with anxiety. In the weeks leading up to the actual day, CCE took control of the reigns and made sure that all vendors were held accountable and in line with expectations. She worked with each vendor to make sure they felt supported during the final few days. On the day of- everything could not have gone more smoothly. As a bride, I never felt worried about any of the set up or the flow of events.
Don’t get me started on the design and execution. When we had the big reveal of our Reception space- I immediately started sobbing. All the little details, from the candles to the centerpieces to the menus and place cards, all fit together so cohesively. All of this was made possible by CCE. Thank you to Carissa and her team for making our day so personable, entertaining, beautiful and stress free. We could not have done it with out you!!

uring the majority of the wedding planning process…until we hired Carissa! Carissa not only helped lighten the wedding process (both literally and emotionally!) she also made our time together fun and feel like I was hanging out with my best friend!
There were so many small details that came up the weeks before and the day of our wedding that made our day the best day ever because Carissa handled them all and we didn’t know about them! For example, we wrote postcards to each guest as escort cards and gave them to Carissa alphabetized…a gust of wind knocked them over and disorganized them all!! Carissa and her team reorganized them and pivoted the presentation of them, I didn’t even know until I got the photos back from our photographer!
Another example of how amazing Carissa is, some of our buses didn’t arrive to pick up our guests! Carissa handled everything and we had no idea until the next day!
Before the wedding, Carissa’s experience and strategic plan helped me manage my time and budget so that I was less stressed and anxious and able to make it the perfect day!
Many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to (so much so that my husband’s family friend's son got married a few weeks before ours and they said that and that they hadn’t been to a wedding so well organized and with so much love !!!). THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE CASE WITHOUT CARISSA! She pulled together every detail and made it PERFECT!
Hire Carissa and I guarantee you’ll have the best day ever!
It was the first time we worked with her this weekend and I wish all of my brides in the New England had her as their planner.
I loved her communication before our brides wedding....
She made sure to send over updated timeline and answered any questions I had. I can’t stress enough how important it is for planners to be great at communication with your other vendors. Throughout the entire day, she was checking in on everyone making sure everything was good and on time. Weddings can be the happiest day of one’s life but it takes a village for that to happen. Carissa takes care of her village (other vendors) so that it is possible for that day to make SUPER special. I can stress that enough!! AND NOT TO MENTION SHE CAN TURN A SPACE INTO A MAGICAL PLACE!! ✨ the bride came into the reception area and literally bawled. Carissa took the brides vision and made it happen!!! This is why I’m hear writing a review for a fellow vendor. Along side with her work being magical, Carissa made us feel at home and safe. We were able to come to her with small problems and she would calmly give us a solution with a huge smile on her face. I hope to work with her when I’m in the area and definitely will be recommending her to our brides who live up north!
Carissa was extremely professional. Meeting with her as a thought partner in the weeks before my wedding was so helpful.
I could go on forever about how AMAZING our experience was with Carissa Corsi Events LLC! My (now) husband and I were planning on DIYing our wedding and had no idea where to start!...
From our first phone call with Carissa, we knew she was someone who would take our vision and bring it to life. She provided us with so many helpful worksheets and tips over the course of the almost year we worked together and she even gave us with a lengthy list of vendors that we actually ended up using— which if you have ever planned a wedding you know that finding quality vendors can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Her check in phone calls helped us stay on track and troubleshoot issues when necessary, and once she started her “30 day take over” so much of our stress was gone because we knew Carissa would make sure everything fall into place. And she did! One of the best parts of our wedding day was working with Carissa and her assistant (Jenn) and letting them keep the day as seamless as possible, while still having fun. Carissa has become one of our good friends now and we are SO lucky to have found her! If you are looking for a wedding planner who you can trust to take your vision and make it a reality use Carissa Corsi Events LLC!!

ppy with everything she was able to do for us. Being a covid wedding couple, we ended up rescheduling our March 2021 wedding to October 2021 (making that decision in July 2021), so we had quite a quick timeline to get everything in order for our big day. Carissa made this process so easy for us by helping to coordinate with all of our vendors, setting up our day of timeline, and being there with us throughout our entire wedding weekend to ensure that everything went off without problem or delay. Her team was fabulous during the wedding weekend in ensuring that they had a total inventory of all of our special touches and décor and that everything was set up with the venue as discussed. I truly had not one issue on my wedding day thanks to Carissa and her team and her coordination with all the vendors! It was so nice not to worry about vendor arrivals, set up and everything else that comes along with planning a wedding and just be able to focus on our big day! Thank you Carissa!
Carissa is a miracle worker. My fiancé and I both have demanding jobs which is why we decided to hire Carissa to help us find a wedding venue. We didn't want a traditional wedding ...
and didn't have the time or knowledge to do the researching. Carissa sent us a super detailed list of options after listening to exactly what we wanted. We chose the first venue we visited because Carissa was spot on. I could not recommend her enough. She is 10/10 incredible and I would wholeheartedly suggest her to every single bride to be!!

rissa’s attention to detail in making my dreams become a reality was amazing. She and her team truly care deeply about their couples and making sure your vision becomes a reality. Carissa was available to me throughout the process and scheduled organized calls with clear agendas helped me feel confident that the day would be everything I imagined and more. She made sure we had a clear timeline and vendors knew the expectations of them. On the day of my wedding, she did a great job keeping me informed and things running on schedule. I felt confident that things were well taken care of, and every detail of our event was just how we had hoped. Don’t hesitate to book her! Making room in my budget for her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!
