If I could give The Carlisle a 100 star rating I would because they certainly deserve it! We held my daughter and son-in-laws wedding reception at The Carlisle this past weekend and to say that it was incredible is an understatement. This venue is a hidden gem in the western suburbs of Lombard and hands down beats some of the swanky hotels in the Loop. The room was beautiful and immaculate. We chose the Elite package and upgraded to the seafood/hors d’oeuvers table instead of passed hors d’oeuvers. There were 3 long tables loaded with raw oysters, baked clams, raw and breaded shrimp, caviar, eggrolls, meatballs and vegetable tarts just to name a few of the huge selections offered. We had 300 guests who were able to choose from a filet, sea bass or chicken as their entre’ and every meal was served piping hot. Lastly, the sweet table was spectacular and plentiful. Our guests have all been raving about the food and Martini luge.
Last but certainly not least, Laura Papa, the event manager, is nothing short of AMAZING! She was such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and was on site the entire evening. She wasn’t just on site she was in the room throughout the evening making sure everything was perfect. She is truly an asset to this venue. I would not hesitate to book future events at the Carlise.

Words cannot express how wonderful your staff and the food and service was the night of Carmela and Riley’s wedding. You did an amazing job with all the guess who had allergies or additional dietary restrictions. And opening up the room for the bride and groom, they were absolutely surprised.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Carlisle in November of 2023. As most people, we looked at multiple venues to select the best one for our special day. After visiting several locations, we went to The Carlisle and from the moment we entered we knew this was the one. The Carlisle is very elegant with a lot of mirrors and crystal chandeliers and after meeting with the event planner we were sold. Laura Papa was welcoming, professional and explained everything clearly. She answered all our questions with great detail and made suggestions, but never tried to upsell us. We had found the perfect place for our wedding! Every time we met with Laura, we became more sure that the Carlisle was superior to all other venues. My husband to be, wanted the evening to be magical for me and magical it was! Laura and the staff at the Carlisle were phenomenal. They listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. We highly recommend The Carlisle to anyone looking for an elegant, well-run establishment to host any event. There are many venues to choose from in the Chicagoland area ,but if you are looking for a perfect experience, The Carlisle is the best choice hands down.

If you are looking for a wedding venue that is going to give you the Wedding of your DREAMS then Carlisle Banquets is your place. I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful and truly amazing it was to work with Laura from the Carlisle. She is truly passionate about making your day come true and takes your vision to the next level. Not only does she work her butt off but she is the most caring and genuine person you will meet! She put myself and my mom at such ease. We consider her part of our family today! Anytime we had questions or new ideas she was always available and always gave us the best advice on how to make the room look perfect. The day of the wedding I was not worried one bit about our room looking perfect for us and all the guests. I cried the moment I stepped into the room and saw all of our visions come to life and the truly PERFECT wedding venue I have always dreamed of! Now to the best part!!!! All my guests have not and can not stop talking about how DELICIOUS AND AMAZING the food was. We had 300 guests and everyone has complimented on how their chicken, steak, pasta, potatoes, and vegetables were all cooked to perfection. Not only have I been getting all these compliments about the food but I also got compliments on how truly beautiful the room looked with our colors. That is all LAURA. I can not say enough about the Carlisle and how truly HAPPY I am that I picked the PERFECT VENUE for our wedding!!!!! I truly do not think you will find a Laura at another venue! You will not be disappointed if you choose the Carlisle for your wedding!

Our wedding reception at the Carlisle on October 9, 2021 was EVERYTHING and more! My now husband and I first met with Laura in January of 2020, and our other venue visits did not even compare to the hospitality we received at the Carlisle. Over the next 21 months, Laura was prompt to answer any questions I had and worked with my husband and I to ensure we would have the wedding of our dreams (which wasn't always easy during a pandemic). Throughout the process, Laura became a friend. Every visit to the Carlisle was something I looked forward to. Our big day was better than I could have imagined, and Laura ensured everything ran smoothly. I cannot recommend this venue enough, and I hope to host our future life events at the Carlisle, too!

Our wedding was September 4,2021 and the Carlisle was the perfect place to have the reception. All our family and friends raved about how amazing our wedding was. They loved the Carlisle. They loved their food, the atmosphere and how beautiful the venue was.
I would highly recommend it for anyone’s wedding. Laura was very helpful as well. She answered all of our questions and reassured us that everything will be just as I wanted. I couldn’t agree more it was simply beautiful.

Laura and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They were super accommodating when we postponed our wedding due to COVID and made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of. The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the drinks were wonderful. We had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding at the Carlisle and highly recommend this venue.

If I could give The Carlisle Banquets 100 stars I would. My husband and I worked with Laura Papa and let me just say that no one can come better than her. Laura stayed loyal to us even after postponing our wedding several times due to Covid-19. Laura became like family to us and I am sad to say our wedding is over because I am going to miss working with her so much. Laura did everything she could to make our wedding day perfect, and I mean PERFECT. The Carlisle provided our wedding with the BEST service. The day of the wedding everything was spectacular. The food was amazing! Everyone's food came out at the same time, was hot, portions were perfect, and it tasted amazing. I would send any bride looking for a venue here and have them work with Laura. You will not be disappointed.

Drove 45 minutes to see this Venue just to find out that there was an unreasonable minimum for a wedding on a Saturday night for 50 people. Please provide more information before you waste anyone else's time. Every other venue that has a minimum has been upfront about it as soon as I email them for information about a Saturday wedding for 50 people.
Laura also tried convincing us that we would not find anywhere that doesn't have a minimum for a Saturday night even though we had JUST seen a venue right before in Streamwood that DID NOT have a minimum for Saturdays.
On top of that, Laura wasn't even kind about the way she told us about the minimum. It was very rude and uncomfortable.

We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely wonderful! Our guests had an amazing time and everything went according to plan. Our coordinators were Maureen, Laura, and Nikki for the most part- we did speak with a few other staff on occasion. There were a few hiccups during wedding planning up until the day of the wedding such as delayed email response (we were planning a long distance wedding), HDMI for projector, specific cultural traditions being cut off from the program, etc. However, our overall experience was phenomenal. The hall looked gorgeous and our guests loved the food! Maureen was very thoughtful and accommodating to our needs :) We would definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a great reception!

Me and my fiancée went to check this venue initially with Patti. She was extremely professional, and we were well-informed about the process. She gave us a good feeling along with the positive feedback and the reviews online.
We called to come and see the place for another look, and we met "Laura " since Patti left!
Our meeting with Laura was extremely uncomfortable. She had a big event and we kept being interrupted. We felt great deal of tension between the management and the event people. Pile of wine glasses shattered on the floor to pieces. We sensed chaos!
There was no professionalism in addressing our concerns and very little flexibility. They were resistant to give us the section we wanted for no reason. We did not feel welcomed and there was no warmth.
We liked the place, but not with current management! It is an important day and couples need to feel 100% comfortable

I’m very late on this review but it is much deserved. My husband and I were married at The Carlisle in August and it was absolutely perfect. From the amazing food to the ease of working with Nikki, it was a dream. Nikki recommended great vendors to work with and really understood our vision for the perfect day. She made the wedding planning process so stress-free which every bride needs! And the food. Omg! We still have guests telling us how delicious our food was. You cannot go wrong with having your reception here. And do yourself and your guests a favor and add on the martini bar. It’s a hit!

Overall we had a great experience with the Carlisle for our September 2018 wedding. Nikki was a great coordinator to work with. She was extremely prompt in communicating with us and always answered our emails or phone calls quickly. During the planning process she always contacted us when we had to make decisions or update her on things and gave us more than enough time to make decisions and give her information. We could tell that what we wanted was her first priority. Even when I made the decision to change our chairs a month before, she was happy to do it for us and gave us no grief about it. I was often fickle with some of my decisions, and she was always there to help me. The one thing I wish we had been made aware of more was the different options we could have had for the room, such as curtains or other drapery throughout the room. I brought these up after seeing pictures on the website or other weddings I've seen there, but they were never brought to our attention originally. Because of the extra cost of these we didn't end up using them, but it still would have been nice to be given all options as to how the room could be decorated. Even so, Nikki and the rest of the staff helped to make the room look absolutely beautiful the day of our wedding.
The week before our wedding, we brought in all of our items for the room and wedding for the staff to organize and set up in the room. This was extremely beneficial for us and it was a huge time saver. We had our table numbers, place cards, guest book, card box, etc. all packed up and ready for them, along with directions of where everything needed to go. The fact that we did not have to come in the day before to set this all up was awesome. Some banquet halls will require you to set this all up on your own ahead of time. We loved this aspect of the Carlisle.
The food was delicious and we got endless comments from our guests about how delicious every course of the meal was, especially the steak. The course of dinner was very prompt and worked well with our speeches. The staff were very respectful and nice throughout the dinner process.
We highly recommend the Carlisle. Because they don't charge a service charge (at least as of the time of our wedding), it was very well-priced and it was not over-the-top expensive like other venues. For the most part they were flexible in pricing and letting us add on what we wanted to. Overall we had a very good experience with the Carlisle.

We had our wedding at the Carlisle this spring and it was incredible! From the beginning you could tell that the staff genuinely cared in making your experience a memorable one. The details were beautiful, great selection and the food was delicious. They were very good at working with your budget or suggesting comparable alternatives if need be. Nikki R was our event coordinator and she absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, professional and was willing to help in any way she could! We were beyond satisfied.

My fiancé and I had an appointment and came in for a wedding tour and information on pricing a few months ago and it was the worst experience we have had in a banquet hall. We were excited to check this place out but our moods changed completely after talking to a lady named Maureen. The moment we walked in, we did not feel welcome. During the quick five minute tour and during our brief meeting, I had the feeling as if we were bothering her... Her attitude really killed our day and hopes of liking this place. She was not enthusiastic or interested in our views; she never asked what we liked. She acted as if it was a problem that we were there and that we weren’t “good enough” for them. The funny thing is that she didn’t even give us a dollar estimate on how much a wedding would be… That didn’t seem to make sense at all to me. When we sat in her office, she simply put the meal options packet in front of us and didn’t say a word, it felt awkward. She also seemed to not give me straight answers on the questions I asked. We really wanted to like this place, but Maureen killed it for us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to be treated with respect or want to feel important. Lacking customer service.

Our wedding reception was a dream! People haven’t stopped talking about how the food was beyond delicious. Our family from New York City said it was the best filet mignon they've ever had and the seafood buffet and pasta and lamb carving stations were amazing. The dessert tables looked gorgeous! The entire place was magical. Most importantly, the wedding coordinator and everyone else at the Carlisle involved in making our night perfect, were the BEST and nicest people to work with!!

Nikki was great! She was personable, accomodating and honest. The venue was great and it was a close second choice to the venue we selected. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the former owner. The former owner was present (I believe his nephew now owns the place?) and he was not welcoming one bit. He didn't acknowledge my family and I. He saw us, as we were there for at least an hour, and he never said hello, didn't smile, not even a nod. He interrupted our meeting with Nikki and didn't say "excuse me" or anything. I was very turned off by his demeanor; I would't expect such behavior if a business owner is interested in obtaining new business.

The Carlisle is amazing! They were super helpful during the entire planning process of our wedding. We had 200 guests during a winter snow storm! They provide an on-site coordinator during the night of the reception. The food is wonderful, we chose family style and no one went hungry! The service staff moved efficiently and flawlessly with no one waiting to get food or empty plates left on the table. The bridal suite worked well for me to change and the entire evening was wonderful! I would definitely recommend having your reception here!

My new husband and I just had our wedding at the Carlisle on Friday, and we could not be happier with our experience. Truly, the Carlisle was an absolutely wonderful place to have our wedding reception, and I'd recommend it to anybody. From the beginning of our search process, the staff at the Carlisle (primarily Stephanie and Maureen) were kind, helpful, and timely in getting back to me. From the time we booked them, I must have sent Stephanie close to 50 emails with all sorts of questions, and she was always kind and incredibly thorough with her responses. Another great thing about the Carlisle is that they were extremely flexible and generous with the contract. There were some aspects of different packages that we loved, some that we didn't love, but Stephanie and Maureen worked with us to be sure that the package we decided on (from the appetizers to the food to the liquor to the chair covers) was exactly perfect for our vision. As the wedding date got closer, I knew Stephanie and Maureen had everything under control, and with SO many other things to worry about the day of, I knew that the reception hall was in good hands. We had a very large wedding (250+ people), so we had two of the three rooms, and it looked absolutely stunning. Even though I wasn't there to actually set everything up, the Carlisle staff took care of everything, and when we walked in the doors, EVERYTHING was executed exactly as we wanted it to be (things like our place cards, card table, grandparents' photo table, table numbers, favors, etc- all perfect). As the night went on, the whole staff was attentive to our needs, even with tiny details like the temperature of the room! The bartenders (we had two bars set up because of the size of the wedding) were fabulous, and many of our friends told us how generous they were with the drinks they were making. The biggest and most common compliment we got throughout the night was how delicious the food was. It was SO GOOD. We had the minestrone soup, Carlisle salad, chicken, steak, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with red peppers, and hot fudge sundaes, and all of the guests were raving about everything. We even had several guests with severe dietary restrictions, and the chefs made sure that everyone had a meal that met their needs. (A huge perk was getting to take some of the food home, too!) Oh, and the cake was exceptional. They were all so happy to learn that the staff wrapped up the cake and was handing it out as people left the reception! Even when the night ended, the whole staff worked quickly to help us gather all of our personal items. I truly did not have to worry about a thing the entire night. My husband and I are so, so happy with our experience. I don't think it could have been any more perfect! Thanks, Carlisle :)

Carlisle was more than accomodating throughout the planning process for my reception and throughout the reception. The food was amazing and the wedding coordinators were superb! I highly recommend The Carlisle. I had around 185 people at my reception in the Butterfield room and it was plenty of space for dining and dancing.

I always thought I knew what I wanted in a Reception hall, until I went to the Carlisle. The place was absolutely perfect! We needed a room that could accommodate a small-ish wedding (under 125) yet have a room that was on an end side, and not squished in between two other banquet halls, and Carlisle was the place for us. From day one we were helped all along the way with planning our event. From the decorations to food tasting to cake planning and the like, it was all laid out for us! That was something I give credit to the Carlisle for, they really have it all organized well. The only thing I will say was that it was a little rough trying to build a relationship with a coordinator since the ones we worked with tended to leave the company during our planning, but the Carlisle always worked well with keeping up the continuity of our reception planning. The price was absolutely reasonable for everything that you got. I cannot tell you how many raving reviews I got about how stunning the place was or how amazing the food was as well!! If you want a great place for a wedding, you will not be disappointed if you choose the Carlisle!! Thanks for making our wedding amazing!!

The Carlisle was phenomenal! Not only did we use this venue for our reception but wedding ceremony as well. One month before the wedding, my on-site coordinator at the Carlisle no longer worked at the venue and I was nervous about who ever they would place us with so close to the wedding, but I could not have been any more satisfied! ALL of the staff were AMAZING! The quality was great! The facility is up to date with a modern feel and I have heard nothing but great things about the food! They were beyond accommodating, making sure they met our every needs. The value was beyond comparison of any other local banquet hall with the same quality! The Carlisle has made my wedding experience one to remember. I am forever grateful for the amazing staff for taking care of us and ensuring that I had the wedding that I ALWAYS dreamed of. Thank you very much!

I just had my wedding at the Carlisle and it was AMAZING!
First of all I was working with Megan and she is wonderful! She is the easiest, nicest, most helpful person on the planet to work with. I am so happy she was my coordinator at the Carlisle. (I also spoke to Maureen a few times and she was just as amazing as Megan).
Leading up to the wedding I was unsure on what to do with some things and always had random questions and Megan was so full of so many ideas and was not tired of my endless emails with random questions. She was always so helpful and quick on the responses. :)
As for the reception everything was so beautiful and perfect! The hall to begin with is beautiful during the day but when it is all lit up and set up for your wedding it is unbelievable!!! Everything looked gorgeous!!! All of my guests were commenting on how great everything looked and how delicious the food was! They do have amazing food! We had the Carlisle salad, sorbet, egg lemon soup, filet or chicken, and brownie dessert, along with an amazing dessert table and late night snack. Everything was just perfect!
Also, I know someone said this place used to be pink, it is no longer pink. :) it is a champagne color with crystals and chandeliers, just gorgeous, not at all tacky or too much.
My fiancé and I were so happy and glad we went with the Carlisle, because they really made our dream wedding come true! I had just an amazing experience with them!

My now husband and I looked around at different halls and this one was the best that we found. All of the other places that we looked at required a fee to rent the place, this one did not!
Maureen, the manager, was the greatest! She helped us out on so many things! When we needed to change things last minute, she accommodated us and gave us extras! I wanted a particular kind of wine for the head and parent's tables and she went out and bought a case of it for us for no extra charge!! We wanted to do our own candy bar and we were able to bring the candy and the candy jars in a few days before the reception. We were previously told by another girl that does not work there anymore that we would either have to set it up ourselves or pay them to set it up. I talked to Maureen later and she said, "No way! You can bring anything you want as early as you want and we will set it up for you!" She was great! She took care of us all night on the day of as well!
The food was excellent, the service was amazing, and the place is beautiful!

From the moment we began our search, the Carlisle did everything the could to help make it special. Maureen was absolutely amazing. Any time I had a question or concern, they quickly squashed it. The food was absolutely amazing, and everything I asked for I was able to get...no questions asked. They truly go above and beyond. They made my wedding day the complete fairytale I always wanted.

I would reccommend the Carlilse to Every bride they were soo helpful in every way, very passionate about meeting the brides needs. They made my planning easy free htey took care of everything!!!! My guest were treated soo wonderful and they could not stop complimenting the elegance of the hall and the delicious food . The Casrlise is a Wonderful family owned buisness to do your wedding with.

I had driven past the Carlisle for many years when I lived in Lombard and always thought what a beautiful place to have a wedding but I bet I could never afford it. Well I was wrong. They had not only one of the better food packages, the liquor package included more than every other facilites base package AND premium package together and there prices were the lowest we has seen. Their staff was very friendly and all my requests were executed. They made our reception look better than I had imagined. All of our guests RAVED about how good the food was and our martini bar was amazing! The day of was a little hectic as it seemed there was a couple too many people "in charge" and one said go while another said they were not ready. But overall this was a beautiful place for a beautiful day!

I can't say enough good things about the Carlisle. The service was outstanding; the hospitality was fantastic; the food was plentiful, delicious, and hot when my guests were served; and the staff treated my wedding like it was the most important event with which they were dealing every single time I spoke with someone. Maureen and Tami took very good care of me. There were approximately 250 people at my wedding and the only drawback was that they had difficulty adjusting the temperature of the rooms. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable at some points and the different things they tried to fix the problem didn't seem to work. They were reasonably priced for a semi family style meal with a top liquor bar, sweets table with chocolate fountain, a cake, chair covers, uplighting and they even gave me some liquor that I requested at the table and the bar at no extra charge. They worked with me to accommodate me and make sure I had everything I wanted but didn't overcharge me. They were very professional at all times and took great care of my bridal party and guests. Except for the temperature of the room, all of my guests couldn't say enough about the great service, food selection, and ambiance created by the staff at the Carlisle. Thank you Carlisle for making my wedding special and for giving me such a bang for my buck. You guys are awesome!

My husband had the overall decision on the venue, since I chose everything else for our wedding. He and his family are Italian and he and his mother preferred a reception hall rather than a country club, museum, etc. The Carlisle seemed like the perfect place due to the size of the double room to fit all 300 of our guests, the location, and the overall look of the venue. The day of our wedding the room was absolutely GORGEOUS and the food was excellent. HOWEVER, the road to get there was anything BUT fun.
One of the first things I didn't like, was my husband and I had to sign a contract and give a deposit BEFORE we even had a tasting! I personally wanted to say 'No' and keep looking, but again my husband had the final say. So we agreed. They told us we had to schedule an appointment to have our tasting there. The way she talked about the tasting, it seemed to me that we would go there and almost have a dining experience to choose our menu (like other venues do). Boy was I wrong! When we called to make the appointment, the women asked what entrees we wanted to try so I told her which ones we were contemplating. She then told us a day and time to come in. When we arrived, we received a TO-GO BAG of the food!!! I was furious!! I then asked her why we couldn't eat it there and she told us, "We don't do that." By the time, we got back home, the food was barely room temp and needed to be reheated. We had to make our entree selections on reheated food.
The next thing was every time my husband and I called to ask a question or needed any info, we were never called back. We would have to leave 4 or 5 messages over a 2 week time span before ever getting the answer to our questions.
Along with this, on the day of our wedding, at the very end of the evening our DJ was playing the final song, which he announced by saying "This is the last song of the night." The song started at 11:59pm. At 12am on the dot, our banquet captain assigned to our wedding, got in our DJ's face and started SCREAMING at him to turn off the music in front of my husband and I!! When we got in the middle, he gave us attitude saying that it was 12am and the music needed to be shut off, even though our DJ said that was the last song he was playing. After my husband yelled at the captain to give us the last 2 minutes of the song, he finally let up. Not exactly great customer service in my opinion. ESPECIALLY, since we spent almost $26,000 on the reception.
Overall, yes the room and the food was great the day of the wedding, but dealing with all the negatives wasn't worth it in the end.

They were very accommodating, they worked with us to change the room around how we wanted. We paid extra for them to decorate our candy table which they did a wonderful job on and we upgraded other amenities - it was beautiful : )

I had mentally prepared myself for all the things that would go wrong on my wedding day. I was convinced that I would have at least one horror story to tell my children one day, but thanks to the Carlisle I can truly say my night was perfect. The food was EXCELLENT (I had many guests comment to me how it wasn't "wedding" food). We had the chicken in white whine sauce and the roast sirloin. In addition, everything was set up and beautiful just as planned. The staff were friendly and attentive both during the planning and on the night of the wedding. I would absolutely suggest them for your wedding.
Also... a HUGE bonus is that they do not tack on the 18% gratuity after the tax which many halls do. AND you might be thinking their prices are higher as a result but they aren't. And they gave us the champagne toast for everyone free of charge. They were truly such a good deal. I had about 225 guests and it cost me 14K for Butler served hors' devours, the meal, the cake, top shelf open bar and a chocolate fondu station. Incredible.

We had a champagne brunch reception for our wedding. The Carlisle was great - all the food was delicious, and they took care of everything (even the cake) so we didn't have to worry about anything.

Since the day we stopped in to begin organizing our reception to the days leading up to the reception and after, we were always greeted with knowledgeable and confident personnel who were willing to help at any cost and gave some important, valuable advice. The food was amazing at both the tasting and then again at the wedding. People could not stop talking about the quality of the food and the extensive amount of food. In addition, they made sure no one ever waited in a line at the bar by providing an extra bar for us and additional bartenders. Having everything pretty much included in a package from the venue made the planning process much easier and less stressful. The venue looked amazing the day of the wedding. The staff is exceptional there. We worked directly with Maureen and Spiro. I can't say enough wonderful things about Maureen. She was EXTREMELY helpful, full of advise, and prompt to respond. The best person to work with, she makes things soo easy for you. Spiro was very accomodating and definitely made sure things ran smoothly the day of. We will not hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

The Carlisle recently underwent some remodeling and the room itself was beautiful. We worked with Tami and she was very helpful. She was easy to work with and was able to answer any questions we had. The food was excellent and we are still receiving compliments to this day. Our service at the head table was prompt, but some of the bridal party were treated a bit rudely when they requested drinks. The only trouble we ran into was with serving the cake. Our photographer came up to us and said she overheard the staff saying they weren't serving the cake, but going to place it on the dessert table with the fondue. The cake was supposed to be served to all tables and it took quite a bit of conversation for this to happen. I wanted all the guests to be served cake and wasn't really sure why this was an issue. I think the error came because we were originally going to have the cake that came as a part of our package, but then changed and brought in our own. I think when this change took place it wasn't noted on the contract that we were still serving. It eventually was served, but took a bit more time than I would have liked. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Carlisle.

;Make sure that someone in your bridal party is aware of all that you have planned and expect from the venue. This way they can take charge and the mgmt do not keep interrupting you - the bride with questions.

The food was very delicious. My coordinator was always helpful & available. The day of the wedding the room was beautifully decorated & every detail that I had planned was perfectly displayed by the hall. Every waiter & waitress was very attentive & the service was excellent. Even the bartenders were great there was never a line at the bar. The food was served at the perfect temperature. The sweet table was beautiful & delicious. The whole event was very classy & elegant thanks to the staff. Even in the bridal room they had champagne chocolate covered strawberries & cheese & crackers. It was perfect!;The only thing I didn't like was that they cut the cake & placed it on the table outside the room. Most people did not get the cake. I don't know if anyone from the other wedding party took any but I would've preferred the cake stayed inside the room.

The impeccable attention to detail; the service; the way they went above and beyond our instructions for ambience and romance in the decor; their willingness and desire to listen to our dreams and make them come to fruition; the fruit and cheese plate that they brought to the bridal sweet between ceremony and reception (we were starving and didn't realize it!); the fact that we could have both our ceremony and reception in the same place (saved money, time, and anxiety); the fact that we were able to have our ceremony in the middle room (no windows) so that our ceremony was completely lit by candlelight; their willingness to work hand in hand with our private coordinators; THE FOOD!!!! everyone said they have NEVER had better food at a wedding....people raved about the food for months; the catering manager is the SWEETEST old man and gave us impeccable service at our tasting; the wedding cake bakery they use---our cake was exquisite and we didn't have to manage the delivery, the order, the tasting, etc. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT THIS VENUE!!!!!;If you feel weird about working with a coordinator, speak to a manager and switch coordinators.
