sle coordinating across different vendors and we felt very confident in all the details that had been arranged going into the wedding. He did an excellent job keeping up with changes to timelines and tweaks to various aspects of the wedding and created excellent products to keep us and the various role players all on the same page. He gave us very thoughtful gifts and an excellent final coordination meeting just before the wedding that set everything up on a great note. During the wedding weekend itself he was incredibly professional working with the wedding party and the families and various event staff. Multiple people commented to us on how professional and organized Carlos was and what a pleasure it was to have him orchestrating things. He took excellent care of us at the reception and ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time the entire night. We enthusiastically recommend him as a wedding coordinator!
