We hired Danielle for a partial planning package and Carly for design, but with Danielle’s responsiveness, organization, and overall presence since Day 1, it felt like we hired her for full time planning! If you are reading this, you should 100% just go with Carly and her team. We just got married a few days ago and we’re writing this review on our honeymoon because she honestly deserves it. From Day 1 of working together for our wedding, Carly has been responsive, supportive, flexible, and fun! She nailed the design for our wedding (seriously, every event and vibe were on point), she took things off of our plate when work was crazy and we didn’t have time to focus on the wedding, and she dealt with our crazy requests & ideas throughout the process. She executed both our welcome dinner and wedding flawlessly, and we hired her for our welcome dinner literally 1 week before the event because we needed help getting it over the finish line. We honestly couldn’t have done the wedding planning process without her and she is 100% the reason why our wedding weekend was so amazing, memorable, and stress-free. So TLDR is hire her!

We could not have had a better experience working with Carly. From beginning (selecting venue, vendors, design ideas) to end (day-of coordination, vision implementation), Carly kept us on task, on budget, and organized. When it began to rain as our outdoor dinner venue was getting set up on our wedding day, Carly kept the day dry, moving the reception inside and organizing with all vendors and the venue without us having to worry. She even kept us on time despite the hiccup! We had our wedding weekend in Napa on August 10, 11, 12. When I first spoke to Carly & Danielle I immediately got a sense of comfort & knew I wanted to move forward with them. They made the entire process so incredibly seamless & smooth. Working closely with Danielle was so fun - she was on top of everything, super organized, fantastic listener & always put our interest above anything else. She brought our vision to life to a T! It was the most perfect weekend. I cannot recommend Carly Saber Events enough.

Carly was absolutely incredible to work with. From our initial call, I immediately connected with her and could tell she was truly wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely loved all the vendors she recommended for our wedding and felt like she created the perfect vendor team. We had an Indian wedding and a Jewish wedding in one day, which was a 14 hour wedding day! We used 2 locations within the same property and had 2 meals, 2 completely different setups and colors/design visions, and more vendors than a typical wedding. Carly handled everything flawlessly and was so on top of every detail. She was willing to hop on calls whenever we had questions, and she even took the time to join a call to meet my parents and answer all of their questions! The coordination services on the day of our wedding were impeccable. Carly and her team took care of everything and made sure the day ran smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Working with Carly to plan our wedding was an absolute delight. She made everything so easy for us throughout the entire process from finding our venue, to designing the wedding of our dreams, to coordinating day of, truly as easy as possible. Her chipper can-do attitude made it seem like anything was possible. She is incredibly organised, and kindly and gently stayed on top of us so at any point all I had to do was review her checklists to know what I needed to take care. Carly Saber is THE wedding planner for Sonoma. Her suggested vendor list was spot on every time and all her people love her. She is gracious, warm, full of energy and incredibly organized. She made time to be available on Zoom for meetings and in person every time we had questions. She was delightful to work with and a consummate pro, I can't imagine anyone better.

Carly is absolutely the best! Always upbeat and helpful, her commitment to make our daughter's wedding beautiful and memorable equalled our own. The day of the event, she was helping setup at 7am in the rain (which thankfully stopped at 10am, with the wedding starting at 4pm) and remained until the after-party began at 10pm. She attended to every detail, large and small, and couldn't have done a better job. Professional in every way!

My husband and I are originally from Minnesota. We decided to have a destination wedding in California. We hired Carly because she is extremely detail oriented and organized. We knew we could trust her to get things done and get it done right; even when we weren't there. She made wedding planning from afar easy. She also is personable, kind, and easy to talk to. Which to us is equally important. We are so happy we hired Carly for our wedding.

I love working with Carly! As a wedding cake vendor I know it's always going to be a fun project in a gorgeous setting. The communication is also great and as a vendor communication about the who, what, where and when is everything and a weight off of my shoulders. Should you hire a coordinator? Yes! This review is a few months delayed, but we can't thank Carly enough. Our big day would NOT have been successful if we didn't have Carly as our planner. My husband and I haven't really been to many weddings and none of our friends are married so we really didn't know where to start. Carly was so helpful with vendor recommendations in the area and when we wanted to add a few touches that she hadn't worked within the past she found vendors so quickly. Everyone she found was beyond professional and amazing on the day of. Wedding planning is inherently stressful so having her full planning services helped mitigate a lot of that. 2 months later our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful, well planned, and organized wedding they've ever been to and we have Carly to thank for that because the day of we didn't have to lift a finger. 2021 was a busy year for her (weddings back to back every weekend) and she still managed to respond promptly to even the smallest questions. She was also awesome at taking feedback, pivoting when I wanted to change things and keeping everything on track. She also made sure we stayed on budget and communicated if/when we were going over. She's a true professional and I couldn't recommend Carly enough.

Carly is the ultimate event planning professional - hiring her is the best wedding-related decision we made.  She designed, planned and executed a gorgeous, amazing event that was all set for April 2020, and then had to re-schedule twice as the pandemic just kept going. We actually got married on zoom and had a baby before we were able to have the event, which then of course had to be quite different than the original plan. In spite of it all, Carly rolled with it and had solutions for everything we threw her way. When we were finally able to have the event, it was exceptional and our guests are still raving about it months later. Working with Carly was so easy, and she took so much of the stress out of the process. A magical wedding weekend in wine country - thank you, Carly! Our experience with Carly was a long one, due to multiple COVID postponements, and we are SO thankful for her as she stuck with us for the 2.5+ year journey until our wedding dreams became a reality! Take it from a type-A bride thinking she had everything under control - we are SO thankful for Carly!!! Carly was incredibly positive, responsive, detailed and organized throughout the entire planning process - which I very much so appreciated. Additionally, Carly proactively picked up on the level of detail I wanted to be involved in, and made sure she catered to that throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Carly has established herself as one of the BEST wedding planners in the wedding industry (other vendors want to work with her) and she has established amazing relationships with vendors in every category. When our photographers cancelled on us a few weeks before our wedding, Carly reached out to all her photographer connections in the industry to secure us a new photographer in just a couple days. Don't think this is going to happen to you? Trust me, neither did I! Given how insanely organized she is, it was no surprise when we saw the detailed wedding timeline with the schedule for the entire day including arrival times for all of the vendors, what time I needed to be done with hair/makeup, ceremony lineup time, etc. On the wedding day itself, Carly flawlessly orchestrated everything - we never had to worry about a single thing and could enjoy being in the moment with family and friends. It was evident to us that Carly truly loves what she does and is so incredibly talented and dedicated. Hands down our best decision we made during the entire wedding process was to work with her.

Carly is the best!! Not only is she the nicest person you'll ever meet, she is just so good at her job and was amazing to work with! When we got engaged, we talked to several wedding planners and as soon as we had our first call with Carly, we knew she was the one! Carly was there for us every step of the way! She was so incredibly supportive and helped us work with all of our vendors to make sure all of our bases were covered. Carly was on top of everything, especially leading up to the wedding! She was one step ahead of us the entire time. She was in constant contact with all of our vendors and sent details & timelines to everyone before the wedding. Carly also set up time with us to walk through the timeline and what to expect on the day of, which was so incredibly helpful. Carly was always available and had open communication the whole time. If we ever needed anything, she was a simple text away! On the wedding day, Carly took care of everything! The entire wedding ran so smoothly without anything going wrong. Carly is the exact type of girl you want in your corner on your wedding day, hands down. I would consider myself a Type A, perfectionist, and did not have a crystal clear vision for my wedding day so I wouldn't cal myself the easiest bride to work with because I made a lot of decisions on themes, colors, details as I went along. I knew what I didn't like but not always exactly what I did like. This is where Carly's excellence begins. She is so incredibly easy to work with, so patient, but also a true expert in what she does. She has experience working with the big vendors in Napa including the venues which made a HUGE difference for us planning our Napa wedding from Chicago, IL. She has done so many weddings that I trusted her completely on vendor recommendations and they did not disappoint.. in fact there were a couple I booked before I found Carly and I wish I had stuck to her list because all of her patterns were absolute rock stars! Her recommendations obviously stretch far beyond vendors because she also had the most perfect day of timeline, great suggestions on seating, day of event flow, procession details, everything! Anything I threw at her she would give me her best options and why (Important for me to know the why!) and then let me make the best decision. I began working with Carly for my wedding in May of 2020 for our May 2021 wedding at Tre Posti, and I am SO so thankful to have found her when I did! Not only did she keep me on track in terms of monthly to-do lists, but she had the most valuable suggestions and advice for each detail and vendor of my wedding. I trusted Carly wholeheartedly, which made the process a breeze. Carly brought positivity and excitement to each step of the process, and was honest with me always on what I needed (and more importantly what I did not need) for our fairytale day without squashing any of my out-of-the-box ideas. Working with Carly was the best decision I made when wedding planning! Carly absolutely blew me away throughout the entire process. It is my understanding that the majority of planners have a limit on communication with them, but Carly had no limit and always made time to answer my questions, recommend vendors and problem solve with me. Because I have a background in events, I am super detailed and A-type and know when things go wrong/right, so choosing a planner was a big decision for me. Carly did an exceptional job "being inside the brides head" and made my vision come to life so perfectly. Many of our guests mentioned "who is your event planner?! She killed it!". Carly was a joy to have by my side on the big day and it gave my such peace of mind to know she was running the show. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her organization, intelligence, creativity, and on-the-spot problem solving. I am SO thankful we chose Carly for our wedding day!

We started off thinking that we could plan our wedding all by ourselves, but oh were we so wrong. If there are two recommendations that we can give any couples deciding to get married: (1) Get a planner (2) Go with Carly. Seriously, Carly is a life saver and the best planner/executive producer you can find. We have talked with other planners, but NO ONE could beat what Carly was offering. She is... (1) the nicest human being in the world! She is always bubbly and ecstatic and easy to get along with. As a couple, we can be pretty introverted, but being with Carly made us want to open up and we just loved interacting with her. (2) super well organized and excellent communication skills. She sends out checklists and reminders to make sure that we are on track with all of the busy-ness of creating a wedding. Her emails are direct and full of important information, which was helpful in understanding the communications that were happening amongst the vendors. (3) the best executive producer!! Can we just say that our wedding was exactly the dream wedding that we wanted!! Like everything went perfectly and literally every single person who attended our wedding couldn't stop complimenting how wonderful and perfect the wedding was. Carly helped with coordinating all the COVID prereq requirements, all the last minute issues that came up (COVID regulations related), was calm and keeping us calm and relaxed, coordinated the entire wedding and guests that we didn't even notice any issues and got to enjoy ourselves, and kept us on schedule to have a great wedding! We can write about all the various things that came up that Carly and her experience really helped to smooth out and resolve, but we need you to trust Carly that she will do an above and beyond job! She has so many wedding and event experience and we can't say how professional and amazing she has been! So don't give it a second thought and go with Carly Saber Events!

I met Carly in January 2019 after securing the venue for my daughter's wedding. She was on a list provided by the venue. At our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness but absolutely won over by her knowledge of the vendors in the Napa Valley. My situation was a bit unique in that I was planning this wedding for my daughter who lived across the country and would only have a few days to visit the Napa Valley to help with the planning. With her schedule as a Naval Officer, marrying another Naval Officer, there was one day all year that they could get married. Additionally, the bride would not be available by phone or email during most of the planning. Carly assured me this would not be a problem, Carly introduced us to the best vendors! Her relationships with the vendors made me feel very secure in executing the contracts. She created an amazing spreadsheet and budget showing when all payments were due. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I realized after the wedding that any worries I had were created in my mind because Carly had control of every detail! My daughter was able to come out for a few days and Carly arranged a preview of all the table designs, floral designs, signage, as well as a menu tasting, and cake tasting. We even got hair and makeup scheduled in this tight time frame. All of this made my daughter feel that she was getting the wedding she wanted and dreamed of, even though she had so little time to put into the planning. The execution on the day of the wedding was flawless! Even with the contact person at the venue changing several times in our months of planning, Carly had everything in order. The detailed timeline was a work of art-there is no other way to describe it! All of the planning created a beautiful wedding and reception! I even think that somehow Carly ordered the beautiful December day. Now, almost 18 months later, people still tell me what a beautiful wedding it was and how much fun they had. Most importantly, the bride and groom got exactly what they wanted. To me, as the mother of the bride, that was the most important aspect and Carly certainly delivered. I have another daughter and while I'm not pushing her to get engaged, I know that the first person I would contact to tell the news of the engagement would be Carly!
