We are so grateful that we chose Carolina Crafts on Tap for our rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks. Amber and Kory exceeded our wildest expectations! They were extremely organized and responsive leading up to the event. They were responsive, prompt, and communicative the day of. When they arrived at our venue, we realized they didn't have access to certain parts of the bar and my husband and I had shorted them a few items on the shopping list. They instantly went into action mode, problem solving the challenges and identifying needs. They navigated set up in a new venue, lots of thirsty guests, and helping us identify gaps all with so much grace and patience. All of our guests felt so comfortable throughout the evening and we TRULY couldn't have pulled off the evening without Amber and Kory's expertise. 10/10 recommend!

Carolina Crafts was a blessing for our event! The bartenders were knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful. They assisted with picking up trash from the wedding party and even helped extra when asked. Not only were our drinks made to perfection, but the bartenders also kept the lines short and provided friendly, professional service to our guests. When a guest accidentally spilled a drink, they quickly cleaned it up and replaced the cocktail without missing a beat. The bar setup looked beautiful and seamlessly fit the theme of our wedding. Carolina Crafts on Tap was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made other than my actual wedding! Amber was super thorough throughout the planning process and our bartenders were awesome! The bartenders were super easy to talk to and the drinks had just enough of a kick to em! Do yourself a favor and book them for your next event!

Carolina Crafts on Tap was an excellent choice for us! They had so many options for bars and trailers. They were apart of my best man’s wedding so I had a decent idea of their services before reaching out, but they went well above and beyond what I was hoping for. Amber and Kory are a huge help in the planning stages knowing capabilities of different setups, what extras you may or may not need, and pretty spot on for amount of alcohol if you know your crowd and how they party. Their staff the day of the wedding were friendly, professional, and worked with our day of coordinator to the plan we had in place with no hiccups. If you’re looking for a stand out team for your bar needs in NC for your wedding or any other event definitely give them a call!

We had a great experience with Carolina Crafts on Tap for our May wedding! They were excellent to work with and all messages and inquiries were responded to promptly.
We had our beers picked out beforehand and left the wine selection to Amber and Kory (balance quality versus price point). We received many compliments on the selection.
Our bartender, Darian, was an absolute star! Everyone complimented his service and we were so lucky to have him.

We work with Amber often to create cocktail classes for our clients. She does a fantastic job of creating cocktails and classes that are fun and enjoyable for everyone. The education she gives is a huge benefit to the tipsy side of things. We have used them for bachelor parties, birthdays, and corporate team building all have which have been phenomenal. CCOT was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. They were communicative, thorough, and made the process hassle-free. Their bar and trailer were the best addition to our wedding. It adds such a fun, unique experience to get your drinks on tap and the screens displayed all the drink options and specialities. Our guests loved it and so did we. Amber and Kory blew us away! Amber covered all of our questions immediately on the first call. She knows exactly what everyone wants and needs which she relays and instantly puts you at ease knowing you have the right bar service. The discounts they have in place with retailers helped us save money on our alcohol which no one else offered to us. Kory knew exactly how much alcohol to order from the sheet we submitted 30 days out. Both of them are super professional, easy to get in touch with, very nice, and extremely educated at what they do. Our guests loved the bartenders and we had compliments all night about the cute tap bar. We highly recommend them and if you want to know that the bar is taken care of then book them. When we first saw CCoT on The Knot we already knew they would be the perfect fit for our big day. From the first phone call they already knew everything we needed and covered our questions before we could even ask them. They really know their stuff! When we had to pivot our plans they rolled with it and were so accommodating to our needs. They make everything so simple from the contract, payment plans, and 30 day questionnaire to gather all our information. They were easy to reach and we could always schedule a call with them through their scheduling link(which is amazing). They provided everything we needed for our wedding and the stress of not having to worry about a thing was well worth every penny. They are affordable and have the most unique bars to select from. The day of the wedding they showed up on time, the bartenders were professional, and they left everything clean and tidy. We cannot say enough great things about Amber and Kory. Carolina Crafts On Tap (CCOT) was the perfect fit for my daughter's wedding in Sherrills Ford on 9/16/23. I found CCOT on The Knot and was immediately impressed with Amber's responsiveness to my initial inquiry about their services. Amber met with my daughter and I on the phone and walked us through the entire process which made us feel very comfortable. We booked CCOT well over a year in advance of the wedding, but Amber was always just an email away when we had questions. As the wedding got closer, Amber provided us with a few "signature cocktail" options which we made at home to test the flavor. We went with Amber's suggestion of the Pear Ginger Spritz for our vodka drink and we found our own bourbon drink, the Bourbon Gold Rush. About a month before the wedding, we began dealing with Kory (owner and ultimately our bartender) who was very helpful in determining the amount of liquor, wine and beer we'd need for our guest headcount. Like Amber, Kory was super professional and knowledgeable and we felt no stress about the bar. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Kory arrived right on time and had our bar set up and running - the cold beer was flowing, the wine was chilled and the signature cocktails were in high demand. Kory was a fun bartender and I received several compliments about the entire set up as well as Kory's service. CCOT's prices were fair, their bars are super festive and they operate a solid and professional business. I can't say enough good things about CCOT and would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding or event.

Terrible customer service. Also, don’t bother calling the same day of the wedding, and if you do, make sure it shows your name on the caller ID otherwise they won’t answer you (Literally). And lastly, you won’t be able to get in touch with any bartender because they don’t even give you a contact information for you to talk to them directly. This is the only vendor I had issues with. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Carolina Crafts on Tap for our wedding. We were planning on doing a DIY bar, but we realized it was going to be too difficult for us to pull off.
So when we requested a quote with our wedding only a little over a month away, I expected them to be book since it was so last minute.
But, they were available and ready to service us. Prices were reasonable and they were super easy to work with. Amber made it so easy to put a plan together and her husband Kory was great with making the best recommendations and the amount of alcohol we need for the number of guests.
The bartender that worked our event was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately cannot recall her name at the moment but she did so much to make the day extra special for the guests.
Overall, it was wonderful and affordable and I would recommend CCOT to anyone out there who is looking for a drink vendor for an event!!

My brother used Carolina Crafts on Tap at his wedding. The mobile tap bar was an impressive set-up. They also had a separate bar made out of barrels that was really cute and added to the ambiance. Amber & Kory were wonderful! They were very attentive & made sure the guests were well taken care of, even the non-drinkers! Will definitely be seeing them again!!

I used Carolina Crafts on Tap for my wedding rehearsal and reception and they were fantastic on both days. They really helped guide us on what alcohol to buy and how much alcohol we needed. Since this is an area we were clueless in their guidance was everything. We were even able to go into a Total Wine for a sampling to select our wines which was great considering we have very different tastes than our parents. From start to finish this was the best vendor experience we have had. I cannot wait to use them again for many more events to come and look forward to referring them to others.

I was so disappointed that working with this company was a complete mess. If you are a person that experiences anxiety...I would not recommend this company for your wedding day. It is a husband and wife team, but it seemed that they didn't communicate with each other or were not on the same page about services they provide. I tried going through them for designing and ordering my wedding favors, which because of miscommunication ended in me canceling the order and doing it all on my own in a very short amount of time. I then was sent on a wild goose chase when it came to picking out beers. They made me talk to Total Wine...but Total Wine wouldn't allow me to put in the order, so it was so much back and forth. I was told one thing by Total Wine and a different thing by Carolina Crafts On Tap and it was incredibly frustrating and stressful. I understand there was a lots of issues going on with COVID-19 shortages, but having me talk to Total Wine was not what I hired them for. It took them over two weeks to send me a list of what Total Wine actually had in stock. I'm not sure why I didn't get this in the first place- it would of saved a lot of hassle.
Everything during the wedding day was fine- they arrived on time with everything they said they would bring but everything leading up to the wedding day was very frustrating. They were the only vendor that I had issues with that made my wedding planning experience stressful.

zies in the very specific colors you requested. However, upon emailing you these quotes we then never heard from you again for 3 1/2 months which was a month prior to your wedding which we warned you would be too close to order favors. At that point all items were in short demand due to supply issues or for the sheer fact that it had been quite awhile since they were quoted. We do not see in any way how that could be a miscommunication issue as we were very diligent on our end. It seems as it was more of an after thought on your end with such a long delay in sending quotes to you and your lengthy months long response time creating a pinch to get those.
As far as the beer, in no way were you sent on a wild goose chase. After we sent you 18 beers to select from since the ones you requested were not available due to supply and distribution issues that everyone in the beer industry is facing, the most convenient and fast tracking move was to put you straight with the people that handle it every day. Many of our clients, most who have left raving reviews on here, have even gone to the retailer themselves for assistance as we state clearly to all our clients we are not the retailers and are at the mercy of the retailers. We can only relay what they tell us. We apologize if, in trying to further assist you in what we felt was the best way possible after so many beer options were turned down by you that you felt that is was more of a hassle instead of seeing it as we did, being as helpful as we possibly could since we are not the retailer.
We are thrilled you were happy with the services the day of the wedding. It was a shame though that after all that trouble with finding you the right beers you were looking for that most of it was not drank as everyone drank liquor instead that night.
Please note that many of our practices have changed in the 3 1/2 months since your wedding occurred and this review was posted.

We hired Carolina Crafts on Tap for our New Year's Eve event. It had a Great Gatsby/Roaring 20's theme. The Champagne Wall was a wonderful touch to this! Their service was outstanding from scheduling to the guidance of what to order, to the WONDERFUL communication all the way up to our event date. They helped make our event so enjoyable and everything was so smooth. Amber is very easy to work with and was on top of everything. I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Crafts On Tap.
Friendly, helpful bartenders. They immediately got to work to set up the bar. Cleanup was just as smooth.
I didn't have to worry about a single thing!

We were so very lucky to have Amber and the team at Carolina Crafts On Tap for our wedding party. We were married in Vegas but decided to throw a big party to celebrate after the fact. It was during a stressful time, as a hurricane forced us inside. We had originally wanted to have the party in our backyard, but oh well....
Amber and her people stayed in contact with us the entire time and helped talk us down off the ledge. They were super attentive and answered every question and concern we had. The day of the party they were on time, set up, provided us with signature cocktails, were super friendly and attentive. All of our guests loved them.
We will happily use them again for any party we throw. You would be lucky to have them at your party! If in doubt.....hire them!

This company was fantastic!! They made the whole process of offering bar services for our wedding so easy. They provided EVERYTHING! Our venue was up the mountain and they were very accommodating. The bartender was very prompt, responsive and very professional— all while still being fun and friendly.

Carolina Crafts on Tap was so easy to work with from beginning to end. The specialty cocktails they helped us come up with were a HUGE hit at our wedding! Anderson was our bartender, and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about how awesome he was. He went above and beyond to give the best service and was so fun to have at our wedding. Update: This client rescheduled their event twice before canceling completely unable to allow us to provide them with real time experience on site to update their review. We were always available and in contact with them throughout this process.
Love this company, love this staff, love their bars!!! You will not regret going with CCot!! They were amazing to work with and when I had no clue what to serve they offered suggestions on what was the most popular items they have seen over the years. I also searched for a mobile bar for awhile and was depleted when I saw how much they cost. At one point I thought I was going to have to pay $1,000 just for the bar to come out and nothing included with that but I am glad I kept looking and for these guys. They did everything and more for less then the other companies I looked into. All I can say is BOOK THEM!

Could not have asked for a better bar service. Amber and Kory were always there to answer my questions and on top of everything. The day of my rehearsal the weather we like the sahara outside and they pushed through that without missing a beat. I am not sure what the reviewer below me is talking about as my experience was incredible and the most inclusive of all the bar services I checked out prior to booking. Their prices also cannot be beat for everything you receive. I have a couple future events I am also working on with Amber and I cannot wait to have their adorable bars at them to treat all my guests.

Carolina Crafts was great! We hired two bartenders for beer and wine. They were pleasant and professional, easy to work with and, as I was the groom, they made sure I was always supplied with my favorite drink even though it was hard to make it to the bar itself.

Hired Carolina Crafts on Tap for my rehearsal dinner / welcome drinks party. They were scheduled to be there the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, which I know is a busy weekend. Hired them to have two bar tenders for the night as my guest count for dinner was around 50 and welcome drinks was 120. They unfortunately had one bartender with “tire issues” which made them late to set up. I am a pretty understanding person but no text or call to let me know was extremely frustrating. Then after they finally arrive, they could not get the beer taps to work in their bar. My husband’s uncle had to spend half his time trying to help get it to work. I also had to have my caterers assist to get the drinks flowing.
I know when you are in a stressful situation your attitude and demeanor changes, but I do not appreciate the amount of negative feedback from my guests telling me how rude she was. I would have appreciated an email apologizing for being late and for the bar not working but I did not receive either. The bar was also supposed to go in my backyard as we were having a backyard wedding. Since she did not get there early enough she couldn’t drive through the yard to get the bar back there. So, she had to dolly the bar back, which I appreciated, but then never removed her orange truck and trailer from sitting in my front yard, which I asked to be moved multiple times. I felt like they were unprofessional, unprepared, and communication was not the best.

For weeks I was looking for bartending services for a corporate event and other companies I tried either wouldn't get back to me at all, or they were unwilling to accommodate our needs (namely a ticketing system for drinks to comply with our company rules). Within a few hours of reaching out to Carolina Crafts on Tap I'd heard back. Every interaction I had with Amber was fantastic - she is extremely professional, responsive, and showed genuine enthusiasm for our event.

I will start off by saying that the bartenders were very nice and were a pleasure to work with. We did have one slight hiccup where the white wine was warm at the beginning of our cocktail hour. This wasn’t a huge deal, just a little frustrating.
With that being said, communication with Amber wasn’t ideal. In the beginning, she was very nice and was able to help us. I wish the same thing could be said the weeks leading up to the wedding. I was concerned with the alcohol being ordered and an invoice being sent. Anytime I would ask about it, I was met with an email where her annoyance was apparent. It should be understandable that I would want to make sure costs were covered before 2 day out. She did mention how COVID was a struggle and she was planning her own wedding. While I understand the stresses of both of these things, customer service could have been handled with professionalism, and I felt that was missing. She often left me feeling like I shouldn’t question anything that was happening. With that being said, Amber did deliver everything she said she would.

We also highlight boldly on your signed contract that we will invoice you for your alcohol the week of your event once it is picked up and we know the final total for reimbursement.
Due to COVID, as explained, there are supply and distribution issues which make it difficult to know pricing until your order is picked up, which is why we provide the estimates in the email attached to your contract. Since we are not selling the alcohol ourselves we are at the mercy of the retailers and with supply and pricing currently changing daily, that estimate is all we have to work off of until we pick orders up and get that final total.
As you can imagine, it’s difficult to get this information from one retailer, as 99% of our clients use, so even harder when you are working with 5 retailers as you had. We kindly spent 5 hours going to all 5 retailers to pick up and return all your alcohol, driving up to an hour away, at no additional charge to you.
Our clients are more than welcome to acquire their own alcohol as this is a service we offer out of convenience to assist with taking a load off our clients shoulders that no other mobile bar service offers. Perhaps, we need to go back to the drawing board to see if we should continue with this or if it would be easier for our future clients to handle so they can then try to navigate their alcohol costs.
We appreciate the feedback as it helps us learn, grow, and reassess what works best for our clients.

Bartender that was sent in was great. Had no issues with pricing and amount purchased was spot on. The only thing I would say is be warned that Communication could be better and they bill the day of the wedding which really isn’t ideal when you have other things on your mind during that time. We asked several times leading up to the wedding when we would be invoiced and all we got back was “when alcohol is picked up” no real indication of when that would be.

Communication was great at first and then slowly declined. I had a simple question of “what alcohol /mixers are you bringing to my wedding” and they did not answer me until the day before the wedding. I had to email and call multiple times before any response.
They sent an invoice to me the day of my wedding which I paid in the morning and then when they got to our venue they told the groom that they were not going to serve the alcohol until everything was paid for. They were unprepared and should double check before double paying someone.
The guests told me that the bartenders were not friendly and seemed annoyed when they ordered a drink.
We had a “couple drink” and they were supposed to bring a sign which they did not.
I had no stress at all until working with this company.

Amber Rowe, owner of Caroline Crafts on Tap, has a lot of spunk. She has such a great personality. Amber has a way to make the wallflower guest become the chattiest at any event. Amber can mix up the craziness cocktail and make it taste like heaven. Amber takes that extra step to decorate her trailer to match your event. She tries very hard to match her cocktails with a personal touch to your event. Amber is very professional and provides awesome service. If you’re looking for something different than just bar services, you can’t go wrong hiring Carolina Crafts on Tap.
My favorite vendor to deal with for the wedding. They took care of everything for us which was a huge weight off our shoulders. I am not sure how Amber does it but she is able to juggle every event with ease and get back to her clients promptly. I will never use another company for bartending ever again after being spoiled by this one. Plus, Amber is able to do Day of Coordination which made our lives easier on top of the fantastic vendors she recommended. Obviously, we cannot say enough good things about her and this genius bar service.

The help provided by Carolina Crafts and Amber has been amazing. We found Carolina Crafts On Tap after a vendor we already signed a contract with increased their price, deciding that October 31st was an employee holiday. Luckily, Amber still had the day available.
We were to provide the wine and Amber was going to pick up the kegs from a local brewery we chose. Four days before the wedding we find out that the brewery never held the kegs we wanted and was out of stock. Amber was able to find us a supply at short notice.
A few days before the wedding we find out that we need servers for our buffet. The caterer has none available. I didn't know what to do and contacted Amber. She was able to find us some servers! At the wedding Amber and Kory were wonderful. They took care of the bar and even help organize and cleanup the food service area. Covering and organizing the extra food.
We had about 90 guest and had nothing but favorable feed back about them. My daughters wedding was in South Carolina and I was making most arrangements by phone from Pennsylvania. They truly went above and beyond in making this a memorable event despite the health concerns. Thanks for all your help!

CCOT did an amazing job all the way around, we got a ton of compliments from the guest. Not to mention they were very professional, organized, and made the whole process very easy especially during the current situation going on in the world.
