We are so grateful that we chose Carolina Crafts on Tap for our rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks. Amber and Kory exceeded our wildest expectations! They were extremely organized and responsive leading up to the event. They were responsive, prompt, and communicative the day of. When they arrived at our venue, we realized they didn't have access to certain parts of the bar and my husband and I had shorted them a few items on the shopping list. They instantly went into action mode, problem solving the challenges and identifying needs. They navigated set up in a new venue, lots of thirsty guests, and helping us identify gaps all with so much grace and patience. All of our guests felt so comfortable throughout the evening and we TRULY couldn't have pulled off the evening without Amber and Kory's expertise. 10/10 recommend!

We used CCoT for everything for our wedding and could not be happier. They did our engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor and bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. When you find something great you stick with it!! They curated something unique for each event and really became part of the family. We cannot wait to use them again in the future and to refer them to everyone we can.

Amber and Kory are by far our favorite vendors. They made this anxious bride so at ease with everything. They took care of all our needs from the start and our guests absolutely loved them. Having a vendor that actually communicates was to die for which we found was hard to do even just getting quotes from others. They knew our questions before we asked them and then knocked the day of out of the park. I cannot recommend them enough and truly am thankful for all that they did!

To say we made the best decision in regards to hiring CCoT for our bar is an understatement. The bar was one of our top priorities with our budget and they made sure we had delicious cocktails and craft beer options. Their recommendations were fantastic and our guests raved. We booked their Ellis bar for our outside location and let me tell you everyone absolutely fell in love with it! It is the cutest bar out there from any service. We also opted to use the bar onsite for inside to help speed up the lines and they were also able to accommodate everything we needed for that bar as well. Their smoked cocktails and bubble blasted cocktails were so dang fun and unique which our guests could not possible have loved more. Their quantity estimate on the alcohol was pretty spot on with our drinkers plus they made that process easier and saved us a ton of money on our alcohol with the discounts they were able to get from the retailers they work with. The fact that we also did not have to spend any of our time picking up any items for the bar was a major highlight as I did not want that stress for my wedding day. When we were looking at vendors nearly every other bar service was giving us a shopping list and the last thing we wanted to do or make our friends/family do was go pick things up for us instead of being in the precious moments leading up to this day and the day itself. They are worth every penny and by far the most value you will get from a bar vendor. Do not hesitate and book them now!

Carolina Crafts on Tap was an excellent choice for us! They had so many options for bars and trailers. They were apart of my best man’s wedding so I had a decent idea of their services before reaching out, but they went well above and beyond what I was hoping for. Amber and Kory are a huge help in the planning stages knowing capabilities of different setups, what extras you may or may not need, and pretty spot on for amount of alcohol if you know your crowd and how they party. Their staff the day of the wedding were friendly, professional, and worked with our day of coordinator to the plan we had in place with no hiccups. We had a great experience with Carolina Crafts on Tap for our May wedding! They were excellent to work with and all messages and inquiries were responded to promptly. We had our beers picked out beforehand and left the wine selection to Amber and Kory (balance quality versus price point). We received many compliments on the selection. We work with Amber often to create cocktail classes for our clients. She does a fantastic job of creating cocktails and classes that are fun and enjoyable for everyone. The education she gives is a huge benefit to the tipsy side of things. We have used them for bachelor parties, birthdays, and corporate team building all have which have been phenomenal. Amber and Kory blew us away! Amber covered all of our questions immediately on the first call. She knows exactly what everyone wants and needs which she relays and instantly puts you at ease knowing you have the right bar service. The discounts they have in place with retailers helped us save money on our alcohol which no one else offered to us. Kory knew exactly how much alcohol to order from the sheet we submitted 30 days out. Both of them are super professional, easy to get in touch with, very nice, and extremely educated at what they do. Our guests loved the bartenders and we had compliments all night about the cute tap bar. We highly recommend them and if you want to know that the bar is taken care of then book them. When we first saw CCoT on The Knot we already knew they would be the perfect fit for our big day. From the first phone call they already knew everything we needed and covered our questions before we could even ask them. They really know their stuff! When we had to pivot our plans they rolled with it and were so accommodating to our needs. They make everything so simple from the contract, payment plans, and 30 day questionnaire to gather all our information. They were easy to reach and we could always schedule a call with them through their scheduling link(which is amazing). They provided everything we needed for our wedding and the stress of not having to worry about a thing was well worth every penny. They are affordable and have the most unique bars to select from. The day of the wedding they showed up on time, the bartenders were professional, and they left everything clean and tidy. We cannot say enough great things about Amber and Kory. Carolina Crafts On Tap (CCOT) was the perfect fit for my daughter's wedding in Sherrills Ford on 9/16/23. I found CCOT on The Knot and was immediately impressed with Amber's responsiveness to my initial inquiry about their services. Amber met with my daughter and I on the phone and walked us through the entire process which made us feel very comfortable. We booked CCOT well over a year in advance of the wedding, but Amber was always just an email away when we had questions. As the wedding got closer, Amber provided us with a few "signature cocktail" options which we made at home to test the flavor. We went with Amber's suggestion of the Pear Ginger Spritz for our vodka drink and we found our own bourbon drink, the Bourbon Gold Rush. About a month before the wedding, we began dealing with Kory (owner and ultimately our bartender) who was very helpful in determining the amount of liquor, wine and beer we'd need for our guest headcount. Like Amber, Kory was super professional and knowledgeable and we felt no stress about the bar. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Kory arrived right on time and had our bar set up and running - the cold beer was flowing, the wine was chilled and the signature cocktails were in high demand. Kory was a fun bartender and I received several compliments about the entire set up as well as Kory's service. CCOT's prices were fair, their bars are super festive and they operate a solid and professional business. I can't say enough good things about CCOT and would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding or event.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Carolina Crafts on Tap for our wedding. We were planning on doing a DIY bar, but we realized it was going to be too difficult for us to pull off. So when we requested a quote with our wedding only a little over a month away, I expected them to be book since it was so last minute. But, they were available and ready to service us. Prices were reasonable and they were super easy to work with. Amber made it so easy to put a plan together and her husband Kory was great with making the best recommendations and the amount of alcohol we need for the number of guests. The bartender that worked our event was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately cannot recall her name at the moment but she did so much to make the day extra special for the guests. Overall, it was wonderful and affordable and I would recommend CCOT to anyone out there who is looking for a drink vendor for an event!!

My brother used Carolina Crafts on Tap at his wedding. The mobile tap bar was an impressive set-up. They also had a separate bar made out of barrels that was really cute and added to the ambiance. Amber & Kory were wonderful! They were very attentive & made sure the guests were well taken care of, even the non-drinkers! Will definitely be seeing them again!!

I used Carolina Crafts on Tap for my wedding rehearsal and reception and they were fantastic on both days. They really helped guide us on what alcohol to buy and how much alcohol we needed. Since this is an area we were clueless in their guidance was everything. We were even able to go into a Total Wine for a sampling to select our wines which was great considering we have very different tastes than our parents. From start to finish this was the best vendor experience we have had. I cannot wait to use them again for many more events to come and look forward to referring them to others.

We hired Carolina Crafts on Tap for our New Year's Eve event. It had a Great Gatsby/Roaring 20's theme. The Champagne Wall was a wonderful touch to this! Their service was outstanding from scheduling to the guidance of what to order, to the WONDERFUL communication all the way up to our event date. They helped make our event so enjoyable and everything was so smooth. Amber is very easy to work with and was on top of everything. I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Crafts On Tap.

We were so very lucky to have Amber and the team at Carolina Crafts On Tap for our wedding party. We were married in Vegas but decided to throw a big party to celebrate after the fact. It was during a stressful time, as a hurricane forced us inside. We had originally wanted to have the party in our backyard, but oh well.... Amber and her people stayed in contact with us the entire time and helped talk us down off the ledge. They were super attentive and answered every question and concern we had. The day of the party they were on time, set up, provided us with signature cocktails, were super friendly and attentive. All of our guests loved them. We will happily use them again for any party we throw. You would be lucky to have them at your party! If in doubt.....hire them!

This company was fantastic!! They made the whole process of offering bar services for our wedding so easy. They provided EVERYTHING! Our venue was up the mountain and they were very accommodating. Carolina Crafts on Tap was so easy to work with from beginning to end. The specialty cocktails they helped us come up with were a HUGE hit at our wedding! Love this company, love this staff, love their bars!!! You will not regret going with CCot!! They were amazing to work with and when I had no clue what to serve they offered suggestions on what was the most popular items they have seen over the years. I also searched for a mobile bar for awhile and was depleted when I saw how much they cost. At one point I thought I was going to have to pay $1,000 just for the bar to come out and nothing included with that but I am glad I kept looking and for these guys. They did everything and more for less then the other companies I looked into. All I can say is BOOK THEM!

Could not have asked for a better bar service. Amber and Kory were always there to answer my questions and on top of everything. The day of my rehearsal the weather we like the sahara outside and they pushed through that without missing a beat. I am not sure what the reviewer below me is talking about as my experience was incredible and the most inclusive of all the bar services I checked out prior to booking. Their prices also cannot be beat for everything you receive. I have a couple future events I am also working on with Amber and I cannot wait to have their adorable bars at them to treat all my guests.

Hired Carolina Crafts on Tap for my rehearsal dinner / welcome drinks party. They were scheduled to be there the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, which I know is a busy weekend. Hired them to have two bar tenders for the night as my guest count for dinner was around 50 and welcome drinks was 120. They unfortunately had one bartender with “tire issues” which made them late to set up. I am a pretty understanding person but no text or call to let me know was extremely frustrating. Then after they finally arrive, they could not get the beer taps to work in their bar. My husband’s uncle had to spend half his time trying to help get it to work. I also had to have my caterers assist to get the drinks flowing. I know when you are in a stressful situation your attitude and demeanor changes, but I do not appreciate the amount of negative feedback from my guests telling me how rude she was. I would have appreciated an email apologizing for being late and for the bar not working but I did not receive either. The bar was also supposed to go in my backyard as we were having a backyard wedding. Since she did not get there early enough she couldn’t drive through the yard to get the bar back there. So, she had to dolly the bar back, which I appreciated, but then never removed her orange truck and trailer from sitting in my front yard, which I asked to be moved multiple times. I felt like they were unprofessional, unprepared, and communication was not the best.

For weeks I was looking for bartending services for a corporate event and other companies I tried either wouldn't get back to me at all, or they were unwilling to accommodate our needs (namely a ticketing system for drinks to comply with our company rules). Within a few hours of reaching out to Carolina Crafts on Tap I'd heard back. Every interaction I had with Amber was fantastic - she is extremely professional, responsive, and showed genuine enthusiasm for our event.

I will start off by saying that the bartenders were very nice and were a pleasure to work with. We did have one slight hiccup where the white wine was warm at the beginning of our cocktail hour. This wasn’t a huge deal, just a little frustrating. With that being said, communication with Amber wasn’t ideal. In the beginning, she was very nice and was able to help us. I wish the same thing could be said the weeks leading up to the wedding. I was concerned with the alcohol being ordered and an invoice being sent. Anytime I would ask about it, I was met with an email where her annoyance was apparent. It should be understandable that I would want to make sure costs were covered before 2 day out. She did mention how COVID was a struggle and she was planning her own wedding. While I understand the stresses of both of these things, customer service could have been handled with professionalism, and I felt that was missing. She often left me feeling like I shouldn’t question anything that was happening. With that being said, Amber did deliver everything she said she would.

any communication was short. We would like to point out that on your first consultation we expressed that we would reach out for your order a month out from your event to place. Also, when we sent over your contract it included a lengthy email with keg price estimates, so that our clients are aware of this and can plan their budget accordingly. We also highlight boldly on your signed contract that we will invoice you for your alcohol the week of your event once it is picked up and we know the final total for reimbursement. Due to COVID, as explained, there are supply and distribution issues which make it difficult to know pricing until your order is picked up, which is why we provide the estimates in the email attached to your contract. Since we are not selling the alcohol ourselves we are at the mercy of the retailers and with supply and pricing currently changing daily, that estimate is all we have to work off of until we pick orders up and get that final total. As you can imagine, it’s difficult to get this information from one retailer, as 99% of our clients use, so even harder when you are working with 5 retailers as you had. We kindly spent 5 hours going to all 5 retailers to pick up and return all your alcohol, driving up to an hour away, at no additional charge to you. Our clients are more than welcome to acquire their own alcohol as this is a service we offer out of convenience to assist with taking a load off our clients shoulders that no other mobile bar service offers. Perhaps, we need to go back to the drawing board to see if we should continue with this or if it would be easier for our future clients to handle so they can then try to navigate their alcohol costs. We appreciate the feedback as it helps us learn, grow, and reassess what works best for our clients. Cheers!
