The absolute best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was hiring Carolina Hatton to help coordinate for our wedding day. I cannot imagine a more organized, thoughtful, and professional planner than Carolina!
Carolina and her team went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke through even after our wedding day was over. Not only did she think of every small detail to help our day go smoothly, but her vendor recommendations and connections actually helped us save some money.
Carolina worked with all of our vendors to create a foolproof timeline that allowed us to be able to relax, focus on each other, and enjoy our day with friends and family. Wedding planning can be overwhelming sometimes, but Carolina helped us make sure we were asking all the right questions at the right time. I learned later that there actually was an issue with a different vendor the day-of, however, Carolina immediately discussed with my mom and took care of business to solve the problem while ensuring I wasn’t worried about anything on my wedding day.
Her team is able to execute difficult tasks at the drop of a hat. I ended up needing a quick bio break right before walking down the aisle, and her team was able to quickly and seamlessly block off a route for me to shuffle to the church bathroom in my huge gown without being seen before the ceremony.
On top of all of this - Carolina is such a kind person! Her warm presence and professional demeanor made working with her even more delightful. I highly recommend working with Carolina - you will be in the most knowledgeable and capable hands!!

After the person I chose to marry, hiring Carolina and her team was the best decision I made in planning our wedding. Immediately from our first phone call, I could feel her genuine warmth and kindness, and she added so many thoughtful details to our day, including a beautiful way to include a sick family member.
I am a project manager, so I didn't need a ton of help with the organizational side. So I thought. But Carolina thought of things that I wouldn't have, or articulated them better than I could, and made sure that every little detail was in place. Her epic eight-page day-of schedule ensured the MANY moving pieces worked perfectly together, and when I tell you we hit every single thing on time, that is without exaggeration.
I know this is turning into an entire novel, so just two last things. She was able to secure vendor deals with us that were sooooo much better than what we were coming up with on our own. Her network allowed for us to provide shuttles for our guests and hire a company to deliver and install all of our rentals.
By the end of the day, it truly felt like Carolina was a member of our family. We can't thank her and her team enough for giving us the peace of mind to just focus on our wedding, our guests, and our love. ❤️❤️❤️

We told Carolina that we wanted to get married within 3 months, she responded that she loved a good challenge, and she delivered the wedding of our dreams.
She helped us secure a wonderful venue and fantastic vendors. Many of our guests were incredulous as to how this all came together in under 3 months.
Throughout the process, Carolina was responsive and supportive.

Carolina was the absolute best. Her response times were extremely quick, and when we had questions she had answers and if she didn’t know the answer she found it fast! Having her made all the difference, she helped us every step of the way and from the first call we had with her we knew we were in good hands. Especially on the big day, our wedding was planned perfectly and her timeline allowed us to enjoy the day worry free while she handled all the details. My husband and I could not have been happier with her service and we highly reccomend her to anyone planning their big day! She also is incredibly good at working with all the other vendors and helped us navigate communications with them as well which helped massively not having to answer 1000 emails and keep track of all the moving parts. We knew she had us covered in that regard which helped relieve the stress massively. So if you’re looking for a diligent, competent, kind and wonderful wedding planner, look no further.

Carolina was incredible to work with, and a vendor I highly recommend adding to your wedding. As a newly engaged couple, it can be daunting to plan a wedding- simply because most often neither of you have done it before. I chose Carolina’s 3 month out package which included her services the day of the wedding. She was so responsive and got back to all my emails in less than 24 hours (most of the time it was within just a couple hours!) She was reassuring, organized, and a great advocate in conversations with other vendors. She is experienced in her craft, and made helpful recommendations. One specific example of how responsive and helpful Carolina is, is the night before my wedding she was up texting me until almost midnight. I had questions and concerns and she eased all of them! I just adore Carolina, and cannot recommend her enough! My day was everything I could have ever dreamed of, and it was in large part to Carolina.
As a wedding vendor, and a former Carolina bride, I can speak to both sides of the coin - she is the BEST OF THE BEST. I had the absolute honor of having Carolina be my day of coordinator for my backyard wedding on our family farm, but she is so much more than a "day of coordinator." I can't even begin to tell you how she went above and beyond her responsibilities, and ensured that our vision was brought to life. One of my favorite memories of wedding day (other than saying "I do!" of course) was pulling up to the tent and seeing how our backyard was absolutely TRANSFORMED into the most magical, backyard boho wedding of our dreams. It truly was incredible! And I have seen this same reaction from brides for years to come TIME AND TIME AGAIN. Carolina, and her incredible team and line up of trusted vendors work their absolute magic to make your wedding day dreams come true! Carolina is an amazing wedding coordinator. We could not have had our wedding day without her help. Although we had a small wedding of only about 40 people, I had no idea how many details, logistics, and preparation go into a wedding day. Carolina went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding and make sure everything went smoothly the day of. She is extremely organized, responsive, kind, and knowledgable. Carolina was incredibly helpful from the moment we signed up to work with her. I had a lot of questions along the way and she always made time to talk with me, even a year out. If there was a problem that arose, Carolina always had a solution and got back to me quickly with answers. She communicated with all our vendors, attended meetings with me at the venue, assisted with communicating with our transportation company, helped me created a detailed timeline for the day of our wedding, and attended phone calls with our photographer and videographer. Carolina and her team set up all our decor and table settings exactly how we envisioned it the day of the wedding. They did a beautiful job! Carolina also did a rehearsal with our wedding party prior to the ceremony and made sure all of our guests knew where to sit when they arrived to our ceremony. Because of Carolina, I was able to be present, calm, and enjoyed every moment of our wedding day. She was there every step of the way to assist with any problems and to answer any questions. Carolina's son was also a huge help and assisted with our music, decor, and logistics on our wedding day. He was very professional and great to work with. We are forever grateful for Carolina and her team and cannot recommend hiring her enough!

You are so organized and had a clear vision for your day, when the day came, from the hours spend at the hotel getting ready to the time in a different location for photos to the time in Osteria, every minute of that day was special, intentional and perfect!! I hired Carolina to be a wedding coordinator for my backyard wedding. I work full-time in a demanding job and live across the country from where we were having the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, I found that Carolina mainly recommended vendors and assigned me tasks. Even though the tasks were listed on her contract for her to complete, I ended up doing a lot of them, and I should have been more assertive with her to get her to do some of them. The vendors she recommended were really awesome and well-priced, and the best part of her service! The week of the wedding she had a small but hardworking team, but, even so, my family ended up doing a lot of manual labor (putting out hundreds of chairs, tables, decor…). If I had known this, I would’ve hired more help. While she did visit our house a few times that week, her mind did not seem completely present because she had another wedding going on simultaneously on that Saturday. I didn’t find this out until the week of the wedding, which made me stressed. I think planners need to be transparent about if they have another event at the same time when you are hiring them. We had a lot of details, so I really needed a sharp helper that would stay up to date. The morning of the wedding I was so stressed and crying and ended up cutting orange peels myself with my bridesmaids for the cocktails and putting out center pieces in the rain myself. During the wedding, one of her assistants cursed at our guests while she was helping with parking and called them vulgar names, which was disturbing. Finally towards the end of the night, Carolina had an issue with my mother and ended up leaving the wedding early without letting me know. I would expect her to be professional and be used to complex family dynamics. It made me feel really sad. I think overall there was a lack of communication and connection, and my expectations were not correct. It may seem like there are a lot of 5-star reviews, but only a small fraction of weddings actually leave a review (true of most wedding vendors), so I am trying to help future brides see a real-world experience. Our wedding was still a dream for me with amazing vendors, hence I am still giving 3 stars.

view my services. I will respond to some of your claims:
You are correct, you hired me as a wedding coordinator, not a wedding planner, which means, you take care of planning your wedding and all the details in it, you inform me of those details and I coordinate “the day” of the wedding with vendors and everyone involved, to make sure all goes according to your plans. You picked the 6 months out package. Our communications started in July, 2022, your wedding was September 23rd. 2023, so 14 months before your wedding.I recommended the photographer, caterer, tent, bathroom trailer, DJ, rental company for seating chart, etc. Every email was answered in a timely manner. Yes, we had conversations every so often when we would go over the Checklist and I would tell you what to work on next, because, again, you were your own wedding planner. There were 2 things I was supposed to help and did not, finding the hotel (you had already found it when we started working) and the rehearsal dinner (your mom was in charge of it and you would let me know if she needed help), every other item in my contract was fulfilled and then some.
You were having a backyard wedding! This must be said, because it makes a big difference between a regular wedding at a venue and a backyard wedding.
I was there on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, of course. I was there to meet every vendor that delivered prior to the wedding day. On Friday, I paid 2 helpers to come help me install smilax to the tent, job that I was not part of my duties, but I offered as a courtesy to you. I ordered it, paid for it (you refunded the cost) paid for the help to installed it out of my own pocket. I was there when the tables were delivered and I was the one who moved them around till they were in the right spot.
A company you hired, delivered rental chairs, they delivered them to the catering tent. On the day of the wedding “I” moved “hundreds” of chairs and the tables for the catering team. At one point, as I was moving the chairs, your father in law came into the tent and offered to help me, he moved “38 chairs”, I personally moved the rest. And moving chairs were NOT my responsibility, it was the rental company’s responsibility.
Your mom wanted to put the centerpieces together, she had bought the flowers and wanted to add them to the lanterns, I was there while she did it, I was moving chairs, while she worked on the flowers. There were many decorating ideas that your mom had in her mind and I was never told, I was there, with my team of 3 assistants, helping them and doing what else needed to be done.
By the time I left to the ceremony, at 3:30 pm, everything was in place for a cocktail hour at 5:30 and completely set for a reception at 7:00 pm. And I left 2 assistants behind as I took one assistant to the church.
I did have another wedding on the same day as your wedding, I had a lead coordinator there with 2 assistants with her. I had nothing to do with it and was not distracted because of it, my company has had, many times, double weddings on one day. The other client knew, and accepted, that it would not be me but another team at their wedding. You did not need to know because I was with you, not one but 4 days, with my team, giving you my whole attention.
I am sorry you cried in the morning, when I got there at 10:30 you were fine, so I didn’t know. I knew what needed to be done and it was done in excellent timing, mainly because I had done most of the work on the days before. I am not responsible for cutting orange peels, that was supposed to be the bartenders or caterers responsibilities, they are the ones licensed and paid to handle food.
I was offended and insulted by your mom, still, I did not leave until one hour before the end of the night, everything had been done and had happened as planned. You were having the time of your life at the dance floor, so of course, I did not bother you. I did talk to your dad and made sure he knew I was leaving.
In backyard weddings, since you are at your own house, many things are not “put in a car” as it would happen at a venue, mainly because you can choose to end the party whenever you want. So I compensate by working days before the wedding, instead of at the end of the wedding.
You had a wonderful day! Even the “100% rain” offering did not happen. The place looked amazing, your guests had the best time, food was delicious and we were always on schedule if not ahead of schedule.
I did not have an idea of you being unhappy about my services until you came back from your honeymoon and found out that I left one hour before the end. That was the first time I heard you being unsatisfied about my services. I am terribly sorry about that, had I known, at the time, that you were unhappy, I would have done whatever necessary to correct it!
Carolina and her team were the best! From our very first conversation, Carolina helped put me at ease and was ready to answer all of my questions. She was great at responding to emails and was always ready to help when needed. She also took the time to get to know us and every detail of our day, which helped her create an incredibly detailed and helpful wedding day timeline. The timeline helped us stay on schedule and made our wedding day stress-free, which was no easy feat when the ceremony and reception were in different locations! Carolina was also great at handling problems as they arose. Our flowers were late on our wedding day, which had the makings of a very stressful situation! Luckily I had Carolina, who handled the issue immediately. When she came to tell me about the flowers being late, she had such a calming presence that I wasn't too stressed--which is remarkable, since I get stressed easily! I so appreciated Carolina dealing with the florist, which gave me the chance to relax and spend quality time with my bridesmaids before the ceremony.
Thanks to Carolina and her team, we didn't have to worry about anything and were able to completely enjoy our day. I would absolutely recommend Carolina to any couple who want to have a relaxed, stress-free wedding day.

Carolina and her team are the BEST! We seriously could not have asked for a better planner/coordinator. Carolina will help you with every little detail on the day of, and make sure that your day goes so smoothly. Carolina is the best of the best! We COULD NOT have gotten through our 2 (yes, 2) daughters’ weddings without her - she was always a quick email or phone call away! From managing a very large bridal party, to ensuring that every minute of our special day flowed on time, to meeting and coordinating with all vendors, both before and during the week of the wedding, to closing the buttons on the bride’s dress on the morning of, no job is too big or too small for Carolina (even with an injured knee!) Carolina literally thinks of every detail. She is my hero, my friend, my confidant. Her assistant Delphine is outstanding as well; so helpful, so kind, always thinking of our every need. And Carolina’s son and partner were also on point in transportating some of our decor! I feel blessed to have found Carolina when I first searched out a wedding coordinator well over a year ago. Its been a long journey, but with Carolina’s help, guidance and expertise, as well as her innate flair for design, we successfully made it through 2 very different types of weddings, only 5 months apart! We hired Carolina as our day of coordinator and couldn't have been happier with our decision! We booked Carolina about a year and half out from our wedding and although we only hired her as a day of coordinator, she was there for us every single step of the way! She answered every single question I had (from helping book other vendors to questions with the marriage license) and frequently checked in to make sure we were on track with wedding to do’s. She also visited the venue with us multiple times over the course of the wedding planning process and had phone calls with us every few months. Leading up to the wedding Carolina reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and came up with the most detailed wedding day timeline! She also had an absolutely AMAZING team with her day of my wedding (Alexa, David, and Sage). They all absolutely knocked it out of the park! All 4 of them brought my vision to life, kept us on track with time, and frequently checked in with my husband and I throughout the day to make sure we were doing ok. Carolina started as our wedding planner and quickly became family. From our first phone conversation, we gained so much peace of mind and knew our wedding was in the RIGHT hands. After many venue tours, I gave Carolina my vision (which changed more than a few times) and she created something beyond my wildest dreams. Carolina's ability to deflect any stress and obstacles from me and my husband during the process and day of is something that is priceless. She was with us for every tour and asked questions that never crossed our minds. Not only did she give us great vendor recommendations, she was willing to be a part of any phone call, interview or visit we had with them. She looked over contracts, helped us with our budget and gave us honest opinion based off her experience. Carolina's phone was never off, she got back to us immediately and she took her time to ensure that we felt comfortable and understood each part of the planning process. She truly cares and looks out for you and you know you're in the best hands during these vendor choices and conversations.
As the months went on, Carolina's ability to blend my vision with hers created a night that words cannot describe. We are still receiving compliments on all the small details, the touches, the design and decor, the seamless flow of the night and everything in between. This could have never been accomplished without Carolina and her team. We had the pleasure of working with Carolina's assistant, Delphine, who was absolutely incredible as well. The best part was Carolina shared the same excitement for our day as we had. Anytime we felt stressed or overwhelmed, Carolina came in with such a positive, confident and a reassuring attitude that her excitement took away our stress and reignited our own.
Our wedding day truly was beyond what we expected. Carolina and her team worked tirelessly and we are still blown away by their talent and dedication. Words are not adequate to describe what an amazing experience it was working with Carolina.
If you are looking for someone who truly cares and knows the business book Carolina NOW! All our other vendors felt like vendors, but Carolina consistently felt like our rock. We are forever grateful for her and are blessed to have her be a huge part in the most important day of our lives. We hired Carolina for Day of Coordinator services for our May 2023 wedding. For someone who is very Type A, but has not been to many weddings to know exactly what to/not to worry about - Carolina made the very usually hectic and stressful time close to and on the day of our wedding such a breeze! Carolina Hatton has a gift that every bride and mother of the bride should experience. Her attention to detail was superior, her communication with everyone (including the bride, groom, bridal party, venue, and all the vendors) was flawless, and her ideas for repurposing the flowers and other items were uncanny and made the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception even more beautiful than they already were. As the motherof the bride I knew when the wedding day finally arrived we were all in great hands and had nothing to worry about. Nothing. Carolina had it all done and it continued that way throughout the day. The day was spectacular. The wedding was magical. “Words cannot express …” may be a trite expression, but with Carolina Hatton the saying is all so true. I originally sought out a wedding planner only because my daughter and her fiancé’s venue was a little “out of the ordinary”, and I knew that we would need some help in realizing their vision. As soon as I spoke to Carolina on the phone, I knew that she was the right choice for us. Her personality is warm and caring, and Carolina brings with her a sense of calm and assurance. From day one, Carolina was there for us, answering questions, giving guidance and suggestions, but still always listening to what was important to the bride and groom. Every email we sent (I’ve lost count), Carolina responded within minutes, day or night, weekday or weekend, even when she was out of town on vacation! She makes you feel like you are the only bride she is working with, she makes you feel like you are special! Carolina always made time for phone calls with us, and never made us feel rushed. We had so many questions, and Carolina answered every one of them; in fact, Carolina answered questions that we didn’t even know we had - she was always one step ahead in the game plan. When hiring someone to work with you on your wedding, you have to go with your gut. The minute I spoke to Carolina on the phone I could tell she was filled with a ton of experience, wisdom, and amazing advice. She took time to get to know me and I felt I could trust her. She didn’t push me to pick any specific plan and left it to me to pick what I felt was best for my needs overall. I chose her as a 3 month planner and day of coordinator which was perfect for me since I already had an idea of vendors I wanted to use. On our first call, before I has even hired her, she suggested to use Creamery Hill for my décor which was hands down the best advice I was given. Carolina is hyper organized, and she is extremely active on social media which I think is so important in this industry today. For a person who is very type A and on top of her game, I knew I wanted someone equally dedicated to the little details, as well as creative and able to see all those details come together to make our wedding vision come to life. I could not have found a more perfect day-of-coordinator than Carolina. She ran the tightest ship I’ve ever seen and kept my whole family and bridal party on task. We were even 40 minutes ahead of schedule, which made for an even more relaxing day. I can not recommend her and her team enough. For someone who is often planning things, it was something I didn't want to do on my wedding day. Enter Carolina.
She planned the day from start to finish with detailed timelines that helped tremendously. It was great to be at our wedding reception and not have to worry about when to cut the cake, first dance, mom/dad dances. Carolina and her staff would just come over and told us where we had to be.
The day ran smoothly and was organized. I couldn't ask for anything more. If you are thinking of hiring a planner, go with Carolina!

Let me just start out by saying this: get yourself a wedding planner or coordinator. And then: make sure it's Carolina.
I can honestly say that I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day without the help and support of Carolina. I was determined to figure out everything myself to keep it affordable but that just led to tons of stress, overwhelm, arguments, and uneasy expectations. I had no idea what I was doing! But the moment after I met up with Carolina, I felt the weight totally taken off and actually started to get excited about the process!
Not only is Carolina a freaking genius when it comes to planning checklists, style & decor, and all the logistics that no one really talks about, but her expertise and experience in the industry were invaluable. Instead of sorting through vendor lists and days of researching, I had someone who's taste I trusted and who I knew wasn't trying to sell me on anything. She wanted to offer me the best advice she had to make sure my day was exactly what I pictured it to be.
Carolina and her team and incredibly hardworking and will go above and beyond to execute the day and everything leading up to it. Carolina was seriously a life-saver. After we planned our whole wedding at terrain in Devon, we realized we had to move out of state before the wedding...which means we were all of a sudden planning a wedding long-distance. Carolina took care of so many things for us - from recommending vendors (who were all amazing), to letting us ship our flowers and various day-of items to her house, to finding and installing christmas trees for our January wedding, to putting all our items in our car at the end of the night, to coordinating the day-of timeline with all our vendors. We had a few day-of hiccups, but Carolina was able to help us figure everything out and took all our worry and stress away!

It has taken me a few months to write this review because it’s so hard to put into words how unbelievably talented, dedicated and passionate Carolina is. I had my wedding in Sept 2022 and Carolina, aka my mom (!) did my full wedding planning, decor, wedding day coordination (along with her team), design, and everything!! I know it seems I’m probably biased because Carolina is my mom, but as you can see from all the other reviews, it’s all TRUE!!
The best thing about planning my wedding with my mom was I got to see her in her full wedding planner glory. Not only for my wedding, but for all the weddings she planned and coordinated this year. And what I got to see is that every bride somehow got her full attention, I don’t know how she does it. She treats every wedding she does like it’s her daughter’s wedding, because this day means so much to each bride and their family and she gives every one of her weddings 110%.
You will feel so taken care of and Carolina will also bring your visions to life! Even ones you don’t know how to describe.
Some of the best elements of my wedding she thought of based on something I said but didn’t know I even wanted or from her pulling from past experiences and adjusting to match our personalities. She’s incapable of doing any less than her very best. Her experience shines when dealing with logistics and problem solving. She’s a solutions master! You will get detailed schedules and checklists to make you feel less stressed and overwhelmed throughout the whole planning process. And on the day, you’ll have zero worries because Carolina and her team have everything totally under control and you get to just have the most amazing time with your loved ones.
Our guests could not stop raving about the decor and the table settings (she made elaborate cheese boards as the center pieces as an upgraded bread and butter for the table and it was a massive hit!). And the wedding went so smoothly and the flow was perfect with everything happening just as we planned.
If you’re debating hiring a planner or day of coordinator, I can’t stress enough how worth it is. This is going to be one of the best days of your lives, and removing the stress and overwhelming aspects from it will be the best decision you make for your wedding. Enjoy it to the max and let Carolina work her magic to make the day you’ve always dreamed of a reality!!

Carolina Hatton was actually one of our last vendors we booked. I was in a panic that I needed a planner to help with the timeline and make sure everything would come together perfectly so last minute I was looking for anyone to help us out! At this time, we were about 6 months out from the wedding and limited in finding planners who were available for our day. Then I came across Carolina on Instagram and saw her amazing reviews including ones at our venue The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. As soon as I reached out, she scheduled a call with me to go over the wedding and made herself available to us that day! One thing that made me feel confident in Carolina was when she told me she is an interior designer too, which is something we share in common. Event planning and interiors go hand in hand. I knew she would pay attention to not only the big picture, but the small details too. Making sure everything looked beautiful and the day went smoothly for us and our guests. I was so happy and relieved to have a day of coordinator. Carolina was not only our day coordinator, but she was only a phone call and email away 3 months prior to the wedding. She responded immediately to us anytime we had a question and was able to help with finding our last-minute details. The timeline was the thing I struggled most with and one of the main reasons for booking Carolina. This timeline was so detailed down to 10-15 minute integrals it was great! The day of the wedding my Husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. Carolina and her team were always right there to take care of everything, let us know what was next and make sure us as a couple we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Even the day of the wedding last minute she helped pull together the seating signage décor. The candles she ordered did not arrive in time and I told her not to worry but she went to Michaels and grabbed the supplies last minute! I couldn’t believe she would go out of her way to do that! All the décor I had brought for the day looked amazing. She laid it out perfectly. Carolina’s eye for design is something that makes her excel in what she does. She is detailed oriented and it really shows. She was professional the whole time and a pleasure to work with. I am so happy we were able to have Carolina as our planner and would recommend her to any couple or someone planning an event. The only regret I have is I would have hired her sooner to help with contracts and other small details. I think it would have been a bit less stressful along the way.

Carolina was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Philadelphia and did a fantastic job. She was able to pull together all the different aspects of the day into a joined-up plan and ensure we got the most out of the day. She has real attention to detail and helped us see where we needed to make some additions or tweaks so that things flowed nicely. She also made some great suggestions on additional vendors and resources we could use.
What we especially valued was her creative eye and ability to imagine the wedding space - she helped us a lot on decor and ‘feel’ so that we created the right ambience for the ceremony and dinner.
On the day Carolina was invaluable - making sure everything went smoothly and always being there at the right time when we needed her. This meant we could relax and enjoy our special day.

Carolina is simply amazing. My wife and I thought we could plan our wedding by ourselves, but we soon realized we needed a professional to guide us through the planning and day-of logistics. Carolina is a consummate professional.
She took all the guesswork out of getting married. Anytime we had a question, all we had to do was email or call Carolina. Within 24 hours (usually much less) she had the perfect answer for us and our wedding.
She used her years of experience to offer us suggestions, and she coached/supported us in all the decisions we had to make. From figuring out the timeline to managing vendors on the day of the wedding, Carolina made everything seamless and worry free. She took all of the stress away and allowed us to really and truly enjoy the journey.
The day of the wedding, Carolina handle all of the potentially complicated family dynamics and my wife and I could just enjoy each other and the day.
I wish I could upload pictures and video of the tablescape the Carolina designed and executed for our wedding meal. Her creativity and style are unmatched. Our guests cannot stop raving about Carolina's tablescape.
Carolina is very affordable, and she designed our perfect wedding while staying within our price range. We are so grateful to Carolina for making our perfect day, a day full of joy and devoid of stress. She made our relatively small (~60 people due to COVID) event feel like the wedding of the century.

Carolina was great! I hired her as a 6 month wedding planner and on the day of the 6 month mark she shot me an email and was ready to help out. She provided recommendations for vendors based on her experience which lead me to booking my DJ and transportation via her recco. She was always there to answer my questions in a prompt and informative way. As someone who was a type A bride, she allowed me to take the lead and see my vision through while acting as a support system throughout the entire process. Hiring Carolina for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We hired her for her 6 month package but she definitely worked above and beyond that for us. Carolina has the most calming energy, so for two Type A people trying to plan a wedding for a second time during a pandemic, her energy was much needed to keep us calm and leave literally all the details to her. We emailed her constantly asking for advice and opinions about everything from timing and cost, to vendors, to design (and design wasn't even part of our package with her!). She always responded it felt like immediately at times. She attended calls with vendors, had a moment-by-moment timeline, worked with family dynamics and special requests, and was essentially a Jack of all trades. She definitely lives and breathes her work, and is deeply passionate about what she does. She's not only organized and detail oriented, but she's incredibly creative, so the dynamic of those two skills really shows in her work as a Wedding Coordinator/Planner. No question went unanswered, no detail was overlooked. From the morning through to the night of our wedding day I did not worry about a single thing, it was all so perfect. Carolina had it all handled; she and her team are like a truly well oiled machine. I highly recommend hiring Carolina, it will take a huge burden off your shoulders so that you can truly relax and enjoy one of the best days of your life.

, from the morning till the end, you both were surrounded by a great group of people, your bridal party and immediate family, they were funny, helpful and loving, and then I got to experience the rest of your guests and was able to see that you were truly surrounded by so much love! The warming of the rings was the first time I noticed it, as I was following the journey of the rings, I could see the care and love each guest took with the rings, yes, there were the few here and there that took them and passed them without a thought lol, but for the most part, there were thoughtful, sometimes prayerful and even tearful moments of the guest with the rings, it was a beautiful experience.
All in all, thank you, for choosing me in the first place, for allowing me to be a part of the dreamiest of weddings and for such an amazing review!

My (now) husband and I chose Carolina because we felt a warm and genuine connection with her. We felt she was a fair person and passionate about doing the right thing, which gained our trust quickly. These things are important when you are blindly searching for someone you must depend on so wholly to help make your one special day the most magical it can possibly be. We opted for the full wedding planning which means I had access to her for an entire year! This was SO wonderful. I was constantly impressed by how quickly Carolina would respond to my questions, even when she was out of town! Even if they weren't really important. I never felt abandoned or that I was not a priority. I quickly felt Carolina not only provided me with the answers I needed while figuring out my wedding, but she gave me genuine love and care which I felt for her in return. I mention this because there is a photo of our backs, with Carolina holding my hand right before I walked down the aisle. It means SOOO much to me. It reminds me of that very moment when I was so nervous and full of so many emotions: she looked me in the eyes, talked me through it while already holding my hand, and everything was OK. That, for me, was everything. Nothing else mattered. It was a beautiful moment. Had she and I not gained the love and care that we did, it would have just been a "professional stranger" marching me forward and I wouldnt have been grounded or calmed. But this, HER, I cherished. I did an entirely a la carte DIY wedding. I made EVERYTHING. It was WAYYY more than a typical bride would have brought to the table. Probably way more than most would have dealt with. Carolina assessed what I wanted and arranged her team in a way to make sure my dream became a reality. She went above and beyond!!!! Her team worked their tails off for us! Everything ran smoothly, if there were ANY issues, we never were made aware: which is the sign of an excellent wedding planner. Our night couldn't have been any more beautiful! It was a whirlwind, but I still recall constantly seeing her staff going back and forth and Carolina was ALWAYS present. The ONLY reason we were on time and everything moved so smoothly and on point was because of Carolina coraling, gathering, staying on top of our rowdy bunch and ushering us to all the places and moments we needed to be. The DJ, photographer, and videographer all said the timeline she created for us was excellent, and that they were impressed. She even went with me to buy my dress!! It was just the two of us. I can say that I intuitively picked Carolina, and I know without a question that my gut was right. She was EXACTLY who I needed her to be, and I could not be more grateful!!!! I love her!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this amazing woman. Our first meeting with her put all of the stress and anxiety that comes with wedding to rest. We met her and signed a contract with her right before Covid hit and she navigated us through the stressful and heartbreaking task of pushing our wedding back 2 years. Our time with her was full of zoom meeting and 2 separate walk throughs of the venue. She was quick to answer any questions we had and brought up aspects of the we never even thought of. The days leading up to the wedding she was calming and thoughtful as the wedding day was looking like rain. By the time we arrived to the venue for the wedding day Carolina and her incredible assistant had already laid out all of the decorations and were a strong, but relaxing force that ensured our wedding day would run as smooth as possible. I can never thank Carolina enough for everything she did for us over the 3 years we worked with her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone planning an event. She was patient and organized every step of the way.

Hiring Carolina to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we could have made. My husband and I planned a small wedding in an extremely short time frame. Carolina was there every step of the way to make sure we kept on track with our planning timeline. Her design eye was very much appreciated, as we didn't know what we needed for our reception. Carolina connected us with an excellent decor vendor and set up the room the day of beautifully. We were so appreciative to have Carolina there on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. Carolina was the coordinator for one of our friends weddings and after seeing what she could do, we knew we had to get her to help us bring our dream wedding vision to life. We booked her a year in advance and she was always available for questions and helping us along the planning journey. She ensured our timeline was perfect and met the expectations of all of our vendors and helped bring our vision to life. The smartest decision we made for our wedding was hiring Carolina! She truly made our day infinitely better. Not only did she advocate for us with our caterer at our walkthrough, pointing out things we would have never thought of, she took care of us in every way on our wedding day. Unfortunately our florist showed up on our wedding day with wilted flowers, when Carolina noticed she brought it to his attention, and he left. She did not let that impact our day in the slightest. She handled it all so we didn’t have to, and our day and decor was beautiful. To feel stress free and feel confident that it will be taken care of is invaluable on your wedding day. We could not begin to recommend or thank Carolina enough. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, know that it is the single handed best decision you can make for yourself. My husband and I live in California and we needed to plan a wedding in Philadelphia, where my family lives. We knew we had limited time and limited knowledge about the process. We reached out to Carolina and arranged a Skype meeting to meet her. Hiring Carolina was the best thing we did! I have so many good things to say about her: 1) She knows so many vendors and venues, and she made decision making easy 2) She understood our budget and stuck to it, coming up with amazing ideas that saved us a lot of money 3) She is artistic and has beautiful visions. She brings an extra edge of planning and design to your wedding. 4) I should also mention we were planning a themed Lord of the Rings wedding, and she went above and beyond to make it so special! I loved that she eagerly embraced our theme. We had touches of Lord of the Rings decor everywhere, and it was unique but elegant :) 5) She is professional and punctual, her communication is clear and she will keep you and your wedding party organized. I am a person who is easily stressed and Carolina soothed my nerves and helped me out so much. You can feel her warmness and passion in the work she does and that’s so special. I had so many remarks from friends and family saying, “Gosh I wish I hired a planner like THAT for my wedding,” and I’m SO GLAD we did. If you are thinking of hiring Carolina, I highly recommend her!

Where do I start with Carolina?! While our wedding was over two weeks ago, we cannot stop daydreaming about how perfect it was (and probably will never stop!) The morning after our wedding, the first thing we did was call Carolina to thank her for making our dream day a reality.
After getting engaged at the end of June 2021, my husband and I got advice to hire a planner. The funny thing about getting engaged is you quickly realize how little you know about planning a wedding… haha!
Choosing Carolina was the best thing we ever did for our wedding. Having Carolina on our team enabled our entire 13 months of engagement and planning to be relaxed and joyous (versus stressed and tense). Please trust me as I explain.. this was during a year when we relocated to a new city, got two new jobs, AND a puppy! She was our sanity and saving grace.
Not only did Carolina help us to find the perfect venue but she was a never-ending source of wisdom. No question was too silly or complicated. She had all the answers and if not, was willing to find them… and QUICK! With her calm and caring nature, Carolina kept us on schedule and helped us prioritize without creating stress.
Carolina has an incredible eye for design. She helped me take my vision (including some less common ideas), and turn them in to a reality. In fact, she helped me to LEVEL UP our vision to be an absolute DREAM. COME. TRUE. Our guests can't stop topping about our event design.
With Carolina’s guidance and expertise, we we’re able to put on a thoughtful, elegant, dance-floor-packed, 215-person party of our dreams! Words will never be able to thank her enough but trust me when I say you should absolutely trust her with your wedding.

There are no words to describe how invaluable Carolina was to the wedding planning process. We originally thought that we could handle the wedding planning process ourselves and had only hired Carolina to be our day-of coordinator. That was in 2020. After three more tries at setting a reception date, it became abundantly clear we needed Carolina more than ever and increased her services to wedding planner. There were so many highs and lows during the process and Carolina helped us to stay the course. In the end, despite my beautiful daughter and wonderful son-in-law having been married over 750 days earlier at a dear friends’ home, their wedding celebration on June 5, 2022 was majestic!! We had lavish dreams for décor and everything came together perfectly- thanks of course to Carolina’s wonderful eye for design and planning details. She made the day of celebration everything we had dreamed for it to be and we can’t thank her enough.

Working with Carolina was easily one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. She was highly recommended by a number of the vendors we were already working with, and we were eager to find someone to help tie together the many moving pieces. Upon reaching out, Carolina informed us that she was already scheduled with a wedding the same day, but truly went above and beyond in agreeing to help us with the entirety of the planning process (all while linking us up with the fabulous Alexa Prange of By Catherine Alexandra). She supported us in decision-making and was so effective in orchestrating some of the more complicated and challenging elements of wedding planning (design, seating, timelines). Her attention to detail is second to none, and she really thinks through every piece of the day. Her day-of timeline was extremely helpful, detailing the day down to the minute. I received lots of positive feedback from other vendors, many of whom said that this was the best timeline they had ever seen. She is exceptionally responsive, providing a reply email, text, or phone call promptly (in minutes sometimes!). Additionally, her eye for design, willingness to advocate for you, and her ability to compassionately incorporate our ideas and visions into a reality are what really make her the BEST in the business. I can’t thank Carolina enough for making my daughter’s wedding truly flawless. Her artistic eye, impeccable organization and attention to every detail made all the difference. I was initially hesitant to hire a day of coordinator because I felt we could manage on our own. But as time went on, I realized, we could not enjoy the day fully if distracted in any way. My expectation was to have a technical coordinator for the day, but Carolina was so much more. I had no idea how much we needed her!
She was personable, patient and gracefully made great suggestions. Her gift for presentation and design, years of experience and network of resources were priceless. I was a bride who thought I didn't need a "day-of" coordinator, that I was saving money by not hiring one, but let me tell you that having a coordinator, specifically Carolina, was worth every penny and more! if you're on the fence - DO IT.
(I put "day-of" in quotes because Carolina helped us far ahead of, and more than just on the actual day.)
When I finally realized and accepted I would be so much happier with a coordinator, we had a great initial meeting with Carolina, she offered up some references when I asked to call some former clients, and everyone sang her praises so I booked her as fast as I could.
She was such a helpful resource through the whole process - great for a gut check or an expert eye. She was so available for advice and help before the wedding, and then when the time actually came she just made the week-of and day-of a breeze.
Ahead she got every detail from us, reminding us and prompting us to make decisions that we had overlooked or not had clarity on. We outlined the whole day ahead of time, and she make sure she knew the vibe and vision we were looking for.
When we did our wedding rehearsal walk through she really helped us think through the ceremony and find gaps where we weren't sure what our exact plan was. She encouraged and enabled us to do whatever we really wanted, and we felt comfortable changing our mind whenever it made sense for us - she totally went with the flow.
Through the entire rehearsal dinner and day-of she was always there, always available while helping the day come to life, which was a perfect behind-the-scenes but at-our-side experience.
She only came to ask us key questions when it was truly necessary to ask us, she always outlined the question and the possible answers/decisions very clearly and concisely which enabled us to answer quickly and easily with minimal stress- keeping us totally engrossed in soaking up our day.
At the end of the night we were racing around to get our stuff together to get onto the party buses and I will never forget her look while she said, "I told the buses they CANNOT leave until YOU board the bus" it was perfect and hilarious - just the type of help you need in those chaotic moments where easy mistakes could happen - like the bride and groom getting left at the venue!
Overall 10/10 would book again!
Our recent wedding went so smoothly all thanks to Carolina. We used her for day of coordination and really felt as if nothing went wrong at all and we attribute that to Carolina's experience and professionalism. She is also extremely responsive to emails which we appreciated! Thank you Carolina!!
