Carolina Limo & Coach was an amazing transportation service used for our wedding on May 19, 2021 at Debordieu Beach Club in Georgetown, SC. We had a trolley for our guests, taking them from the hotel to the venue and then returning our guests and ourselves back to the hotel after the wedding was over. Our trolley was absolutely beautiful - so much so that we ended up getting a few pictures on the trolley itself thanks to our photographer! Our driver was very professional, and we were so happy to have the trolley to keep everyone safe and worry-free after a night of fun. Thank you to Carolina Limousine!

We hired Carolina Limousine for transportation for the bridal party on our wedding day and would highly recommend it! The trolley is beautiful, clean, and efficient and was the perfect most of transportation for our Downtown Charleston wedding. Great service- highly recommend!

Excellent to work with! We used transportation from the hotel to our wedding venue at Wachesaw Plantation for our guests. The bus picked up guests from 2 different locations before bringing them to the ceremony. We also used a bus for the wedding party to take us to and from the rehearsal dinner venue. The driver was extremely kind and patient- we finished rehearsing early and had time to kill. He allowed all of us to sit on the bus and he played music (while we had a few beverages). We also used the trolley for the wedding ceremony. It was the most beautiful backdrop and looks so good in our pictures! Not to mention the drivers could not have been more accommodating and nice! Highly recommend!

We were very excited to go with this company because they had a white trolly that was adorable! However the trolly was late to pick up our guest which caused many of them to just walk and/or drive. The owner said he told us the bus can not drive under the canopy of the hotel and guest must meet at the parking garage where the trolly was waiting. This information was never shared with us.In addition the driver should had communicated that with the front desk as well. The trolly waited at this location calling the groom saying no one was there Instead of going to the other hotel to pick the other guest up. Our bridal party went looking for the trolly to figure our what was going on. I planned on using the trolly for some of our pictures but due to the lateness we missed that opportunity. Lastly, the bus was returned to the lot 28 minutes past our contract time and we were charged 75 dollars for a late fee. When we called to discuss the early mix up the owner argued with us and would not refund the late fee. The driver was very nice, however she never told us the time we had left and instead offered to take pictures of us on the bus because we missed it from the begin. I thought this was very nice and great service , until I realized this pushed our time over and we would be charged. The last trip was to take the bridal party back to their hotel from the venue. I was highly disappointed in the outcome of this situation.

Being from out of state, my wife and I needed a Limousine service we could rely on to bring our guests back and forth to our wedding reception. Carolina Limousine came heavily recommend to us and we glad they did! First we dealt with Joe and he made all our arrangements easy for us! Jeff was our driver. My wife and I wanted to thank Jeff for making our wedding day travels run so smooth!! Jeff was amazing! Everyone loved him and he went far and beyond what we expected from him!! Jeff made sure all our guests made to our wedding on time and get home safely at the end of the night! My wedding was a destination wedding, so we knew from the start that we would need to provide transportation not only for our wedding, but for our rehearsal dinner as well. Booking with Carolina Limo made everything SO EASY. The owner, Joe, was on site when I first toured the fleet of vehicles (i was at a wedding expo) and he was so friendly and kind. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, and the overall price is extremely reasonable. We were able to book their brand new white trolley for our wedding reception, and a smaller mini-bus for our rehearsal dinner. Their booking agent, Jasmine, made all the correspondence so easy. Since we were from out of town, I asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of details. She was never annoyed with me, and always answered everything I asked of her. They ended up upgrading us to the white trolley for our rehearsal dinner at no additional cost - it makes such an impact with guests as it rolls up to the curb to pick them up. SO AMAZING. We had the same driver for both events, and he was such a hit with our wedding guests. They all loved him, and couldn't stop talking about how funny he was. One guest even lost their wallet on the bus, and he went back, after hours, to go and search from top to bottom for it. Such great customer service Seriously...book them. It was the easiest and best decision I could have made!!!

They were awesome to work with! They were ahead of schedule and very patient with all of us trying to figure out where to go and when!

We rented the trolley for our September 2017 wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and our driver (Jim) was very courteous and professional! It picked up the bridal party and then made rounds at the hotels to pick up guests. It made for fun photos and a safe way to move our guests to and from the ceremony/reception! Definitely recommend!

If you need a getaway car you must book their vintage car! It was so great and everyone at our reception loved it. Well worth splurging for!

We rented the trolley and decided that that would be the one thing we "splurged" on. We are SO GLAD we did. It ended up being super windy on our wedding day and we were unable to do our first look outside like we had planned. We ended up doing it on the trolley and I CANNOT wait to see the pictures from it! Mr. Andy was so accommodating! Would definitely recommend the trolley to anyone in Myrtle!!

Excellent service. Great cars. Great fleet. Great drivers. Great price. Cars are spotless and well maintained. They even have a red carpet for the bride to walk on getting in :) Joe the owner is easy to work with and was very flexible to our time needs. His drivers are very friendly and professional. We had the "party bus" to move around the wedding party. Our driver, Joe was so wonderful, he carried me so my dress would not get snagged or dirty.

My experience with Carolina Limo started off great and I was looking forward to having a great wedding day. Although everything else went off without a hitch, I was very disappointed in how the transportation piece played out. Although I had confirmed with the owner Joe the day before all of the details, once the drivers arrived they did not introduce themselves to me, nor did they seem to have any idea what was going on as far as travel plans. Once in the car on the way to getting married, my driver informed me that he had to be somewhere else an hour after our booking and that the quicker we could be done the better. During our photo session after our ceremony, this driver kept reminding my photographer that we had to leave, and made our entire party feel very rushed. I didn't even get a photo with my in-laws. Our photographer felt so bad he came back later in the week at no extra charge to capture the pictures we didn't receive the day of. Joe the owner called a few days later to check in on our service. I explained to him my disappointment with how the driver discussed with me his other job while on my way to walk down the aisle. When I asked if there was anything we could do to rectify the situation due to my dissatisfaction, Joe was not willing to take care of anything. He then argued with me about the fact that I had poor planning and was going to make his driver late. He admitted to me that the driver I had was borrowed from another company, and apologized for his behavior but then gave excuses as to why the driver would treat me like that as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. He also argued with me that I didn't communicate well enough with him, which I found to be disrespectful as I have never planned a wedding before, so I would expect the business owner to be able to ask the necessary questions in order to hlep me plan our day correctly. He also argued with me about our wedding planner, and wanted to know the name of her business because she agreed that we should receive some type of reimbursement based on the driver's behavior. I would not give him this information, as I felt that this was very unprofessional of him. Joe finally offered to take some money off of our final payment, which he said he would do "as a courtesy". I also found this to be disrespectful to act as if I should be so thankful that he would refund me for my unsatisfaction with his service and professionalism. After we hung up the phone, he called me back and said he had "other ideas" on how we could make things better, but I did not wish to have another conversation with him. My now husband did not with to either, as he could not believe the owner arguing with us over our feedback that he had asked for on his business. Needless to say, it has been 2 weeks and we have not seen any type of reimbursement that was offered to us. (which was only $150 off of a $1,500 service which was paid for in full before our wedding day)

Joe drove us up after our rehearsal dinner to the Inlet! He was so enjoyable! He really made it a great experience. He was welcoming and friendly. The party bus was clean and worked well. We had large groups going back and forth. It was really nice being able to responsibly go out with all our friends and family and not have to worry. The cost was so worth the peace of mind. I was staying at my house and the drop off for the rest of the guests were at the resort and he pulled around the cul-de-sac so my bridesmaid and I didn't get soaked in the rain. Joe really was top notch and I hope we get to have another fun even that he can drive for :-) Thank you Joe you rock!

Joe provided us with all our wedding day transportation needs! We used a limo-bus to transport the wedding party before the ceremony and to the reception and it was the perfect size for 18 people to fit. The driver was nothing but friendly and helpful during the day. We also got a town car for my husband and I to depart and it was great! Joe was the real-deal and went above and beyond to make sure the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Carolina Limousine for your wedding day travels.

The company was fantastic for all of my needs! I booked with them for both my Bachelorette Party and my Wedding Day and they were great on both occasions!

These guys are friendly and extremely punctual! My husband and I left for our honeymoon out of Charleston Airport so we got a car service to take us there. We had to leave our house at 330 am and the driver, Dan (really cool guy and lots of fun to chat with), was there at our house easily 15 minutes early. I knew they'd be on time but they obviously take their punctuality very seriously. The car right was excellent, very smooth and easy going. Dan was an excellent driver and we all had a great time chatting even at 330 am, ha! He helped us with our bags and even helped us into the check-in area at Charleston airport. When we returned from our honeymoon, Dan was already at the airport waiting for us and he had even picked up some waters for us. We slept most of the way home and Dan didn't mind at all. It was such a nice ride. And really nice car! They store their fleet at a secured facility and not in the parking lot of some shopping center or fast food parking lot. They really put a lot of consideration and work into the condition and maintenance of their cars. They really do care about you and making sure you get where you need to go safely and on time while also having a great time and enjoying yourself. we will always recommend Carolina Limo and will definitely use them for any limo needs we have in the future!

Joe is extremely easy to work with a very friendly. He took the time to help me figure the best way to get everyone to the ceremony on time. We had the white stretch limo and it was really nice but I guess the AC was not working because it was extremly hot in the back but it still made for a nice ride! They were on time and very friendly!!

Joe is great to work with and his staff is excellent. We loved the limo bus and so did our guest.

Carolina limo did a wonderful job bringing many of our guest back to theri hotel after the wedding. The driver was very polite, and helped us onload all of out things!

So my husband and I decided that we wanted a stretch escalade since they were running an internet special and you couldn't beat the price. The pictures online were beautiful so we figured, "why not?" When the limo arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working that well and it was July...needless to say it was a warm 45 minute ride to the ceremony! Other than that, the service was amazing...the driver was awesome and so polite. He was very accomodating when we arrived early and he was professional. I would definately recommend them.
