WE LOVED OUR WEDDING CAKE! Seriously--I don't even think I am biased in saying it was the best wedding cake we had ever tasted. Working with Jen was a great experience too. She was easy to get in touch with and very generous with her tastings--she even let us come back a second time and try new things to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She allowed my parents, sister, and brother in law to tag along to both tastings with us too. Jen was creative and had tons of great ideas. And honestly, her cakes and deserts are so good. When we had left over cake the next day, one of my parents' friends actually gasped at the idea of getting rid of it--so we all sat around eating extra cake the next day! I can't wake to have another piece on our anniversary each year.

Jen was a gem to work with! She’s so sweet, professional, and easy going. From the very start of our cake planning, she was there to answer all of our concerns and questions. She has such a passion for what she does and does incredible work. Our cake was perfect and she did exactly what we were hoping for. I highly recommend booking with Jen for your wedding day. Jen did an amazing job on my May 28, 2022 wedding cake! Not only did the cake look beautiful (it was nothing less than perfect), all four layers tasted delicious! She perfectly captured my vision for the design and still has my guests talking about the outstanding flavors.

Jen was amazing! So accommodating, sweet and easy to work with. Her cupcakes and cakes were the best I have ever had. We are still getting compliments from our cake. She is able to create such beautiful cake and tasty cakes. Her flavor combinations blew me away. Even our venue was thrilled when they found out we hired her. She is the best in the area.

Jen was so sweet throughout the process! I love that she lets you try the different combinations of icing and cake. She set everything up perfectly and the cake was divineeee. My new favorite cake is Tipsy Fairy with peanut butter icing- to die for (pumpkin spice with cream cheese icing is a close second). Carolina Sugar Fairy provided us with the most amazing cake display for our wedding! We didn't want a traditional cake and instead opted for cupcakes, mini cupcakes, and cake pops. They were so accommodating and let us choose many flavors for our guests. Everything was DELICIOUS and our guests ate every last dessert. It was also beautiful! Would highly recommend!

My 2017 wedding was a hit due to this cake. We live out of state but married in Rehoboth beach. So we were communicating by email and phone, sent pictures and talked through our ideas. Every thing was beautiful for our beach theme colors and display! My husband and I still talk about how great it tasted. We both love vanilla and we were blown away by the texture and taste combination of both the cake and frosting. We would love to get a mini cake from that day to enjoy once again, it was that amazing. I believe this bakery’s Work is a mix of true talented art and baking meshed in one.

Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with. I got married on 10.04.19 and worked with Carolina Sugar Fairy for our desserts. We chose a small two tier cake and several dozen mini desserts. The cake was delicious and beautiful. The mini desserts were so adorable and a huge hit with my guests. Thank you, Jen.

From the time we met Jen, we knew we had picked the right person to make our wedding cake...and her tasting samples solidified our decision. She made us a beautiful 3 tier white cake with a butter cream frosting that looked and tasted incredible! The bottom layer was covered with soft pink roses made from the same buttercream, while textured lines circled the top 2 layers. We also had a portion of key lime cake, for variety. All beautifully accented with a few flowers from our floral director at Baywood Greens Clubhouse. Exactly what we wanted! We are happy to say that we ate the whole thing! Jen was awesome to work with. Everything was DELICIOUS! She even made one cupcake flavor with Tang per my husband’s request and a separate cake for my sister’s birthday. Beautiful sugar flowers on my cake. There was not one extra cupcake left at end of night, the guests loved them. I highly recommend!

The cake was the most delicious wedding cake I have ever tasted and I heard the same from a lot of my guests. She was so easy to work with and the cake looked great too!

Jen is amazing. She made the perfect groom's cake for my husband and the wedding cake/cupcakes were phenomenal. Everyone loved them! Jen was very good about getting everything done the way we wanted it.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jen. She was so nice and down to earth. I HIGHLY recommend using Carolina Sugar Fairy. She met with us, and gave us samples, that I LOVED. I am not a big cake person, but these were just awesome! Every time I contacted her she made me feel at ease that I would get exactly what I wanted. Jen is an artist and a cake baking genius!! We asked her to make our cake to look like our R-Pod 180 camper and she pulled off a perfect replica!! Which also happened to be the best cake we ever ate! We had the cake on the top of a cupcake tower with a choice of different flavored cupcakes (highly recommend anything with the orange or peanut butter flavors and the malted milk ball with dulce de leche). She will not let you down!!

The best wedding cake or just cake in general I've ever tasted! We didn't serve any dessert just to make sure people would eat the wedding cake. I'm not a big frosting person- usually it's too sweet for me, but her frostings are delicious and I ate every bite! The cake also looked beautiful and fit our theme perfectly!

The best of the best. We had 4 different kinds of cupcakes and an adorable sea glass 6" round cake to cut into. Jen was always responsive to my emails and her pricing is fair. But the best part? Her cupcakes are DELICIOUS, beyond anything I've ever had. She even made us a few gluten free ones for some of our guests. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Jen to create the wedding cake of our dreams. At our first consultation we realized that Jen is an artist and that she is more than capable of pulling off something other than the "traditional" wedding cake. Our cake for sure was not typical but she knocked it out of the park! The attention to detail was out of this world and we received so many compliments as to how the cake fit our personalities. Besides the look of the cake, it tasted FANTASTIC. We are craving more of her red velvet cake now! Jen was incredibly accommodating, personable, and an excellent vendor to work with. We absolutely recommended booking her!!
