splay! My husband and I still talk about how great it tasted. We both love vanilla and we were blown away by the texture and taste combination of both the cake and frosting. We would love to get a mini cake from that day to enjoy once again, it was that amazing. I believe this bakery’s Work is a mix of true talented art and baking meshed in one.

e! The bottom layer was covered with soft pink roses made from the same buttercream, while textured lines circled the top 2 layers. We also had a portion of key lime cake, for variety. All beautifully accented with a few flowers from our floral director at Baywood Greens Clubhouse. Exactly what we wanted! We are happy to say that we ate the whole thing! Highly, highly recommend Carolina Sugar Fairy for wedding cakes. We enjoyed everything from the easy communication to the tasting to the actual cake on our big day which, months later, we are still getting compliments on!

Our cake for sure was not typical but she knocked it out of the park! The attention to detail was out of this world and we received so many compliments as to how the cake fit our personalities. Besides the look of the cake, it tasted FANTASTIC. We are craving more of her red velvet cake now! Jen was incredibly accommodating, personable, and an excellent vendor to work with. We absolutely recommended booking her!!
