I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter at Carriage Lane Inn, the food and staff were wonderful!! The owner, Mr. Patrick went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and it was! I would definitely use them again.
I cannot recommend this venue enough! It is perfect for a small to midsize wedding. We had 51 guests and it felt perfect. There is a gorgeous outside area where we performed the ceremony, and the inside was everything we wanted for the reception. They are so affordable and offer packages that include a DJ, Photo Booth, bartender and catering.
The food was so good, and the best part was the coordinator Molly. She was so helpful and patient and proactive and made quick adaptations as needed. She was really responsive to any emails we sent with helpful answers to any questions, and she decorated the entire venue perfectly, and had so many great suggestions on how to make everything look and feel amazing.
I was able to stay completely calm during my wedding because she literally took care of everything and I can’t say enough nice things about her.
There are also two houses on the property that you can rent for out of town guests, and we did this for our families for the weekend and they were beautiful! Really so happy and I don’t feel like anything could have gone better.
The venue was beautiful, our food was amazing, and the staff was wonderful! I highly recommend this wedding venue
I HIGHLY recommend Carriage Lane Inn to anybody! I can't say enough wonderful things about it. Right when we walked in the building and saw the beautiful garden, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding! The wedding coordinator Molly is an absolute gem. She's professional, creative, thoughtful of every single detail. What I love about her most is her honesty; her feedback and suggestions were always so helpful to me, and it gave me an idea of how I can realistically plan my wedding with minimal stress. She, Maira, and the entire crew were incredible on that weekend! Everything about the place was so charming, from the venue itself to the cottages and houses that they own. Carriage Lane has such a stellar wedding package pricing. The bartender and DJ were add-ons, and they were both so cool and super fun! I had mostly people my age at the wedding, so they knew the kind of crowd they were serving. At one point, the DJ played "Shiny Teeth" from Fairy Oddparents and "Baby Shark" (after making a joke about how he could play Baby Shark, and the guests would love it), and it was one of the more memorable parts of the night! The best part was the food - it was delicious! Everyone kept raving about how delicious everything was! The chef himself was very sweet.
Overall, Carriage Lane Inn checked all of our boxes, and our day was everything we wanted it to be and more!
The venue: the venue itself is beautiful and has a lot of Southern Charm with hardwood floors, a brick wall, beautiful porch with greenery, and antique furniture but has just enough that’s been updated to make it look great while keeping all the important character! Also had a beautiful carriage in the front that we were able to use to take pictures in!!
The decor/day of coordinator: Molly (the day of coordinator) made our wedding reception seamless. She was professional and communicative at all the right times to smooth out the details ahead of time to make sure our wedding was perfect and everything we wanted was taken care of. She did a great job on the decor and at a great price! The food was amazing! Afterwards, the guests kept talking about the food not being “gross wedding food” it was amazing food! I couldn’t recommend them more for a wedding or reception venue!
Carriage Lane Inn was genuinely a dream come true. We had a destination wedding in which we weren't able to visit the venue before booking, but the moment we got there on the wedding weekend, we knew nothing could be more perfect. Victoria was so responsive and friendly throughout the whole process, and was a god-send as the wedding coordinator. Everything from the gorgeous Cottage we stayed at, to the beautiful shaded outdoor ceremony, to the delicious on-site catering surpassed our expectations. We were on a pretty tight budget, but our wedding felt more luxurious than I ever imagined. I could not recommend them enough.
Carriage Lane Inn hosted our wedding reception in May 202, and they did a PHENOMENAL job!! Molly was an incredible wedding planner, and worked with us on every detail to make our wedding as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. She thought of everything we didn't know we needed, and we couldn't think of her service any higher. Thanks to Carriage Lane Inn, our reception went smoothly and everyone had a blast. The food provided by their caterer was also AMAZING. My family and I also stayed on the property's hotel, and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and lovely. I can't recommend them enough!!
This venue was top notch! We had the best wedding day and experience thanks to Molly! I highly recommend this venue for a perfect wedding day!!!!
Victoria, whom is the owner and main contact, was absolutely amazing. Over the course of about 1.5 years, from time of booking to days following our wedding, she was always highly responsive and kind. Always answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns. On the day of our wedding, she took care of all the details and made it a day that was as stress-free for us as possible. I could rave about her and the beautiful venue forever. the site was beautiful and a lot of work was put in to make it everything we could have asked. I highly recommend Carriage Lane Inn as a wedding venue for ceremony, reception, and to stay in.
If you are looking for a venue with a lot to offer near Murfreesboro this is it! There were so many wedding and catering packages to choose from here. Every other place I toured left me feeling so overwhelmed, and it was so obvious to us after our tour that this was the place we would get married! Victoria is such a responsive and warm person, as well as Darrell (who is a fantastic cook!) They had a lot to offer in the way of decoration and table linens which saved me time and money! Them offering catering, bartending, and house DJ was also a blessing, especially the closer I got to wedding. It was nice have that one point of contact and not having to keep up with so many vendors. Victoria never made me wait long for a response to any question I had, even some of the more silly ones, and day of she was the BEST! Any little decor issues or timing issues, her and her team were right there to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the delicious food and the beautiful space. Everything was so smooth!
We had a perfect wedding at the Carriage Lane Inn. Victoria was extremely accommodating and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her husband did an amazing job with our custom food menu as well. Everything was beautifully decorated as we requested and we received so many compliments. I highly recommend this event space.
Choosing Carriage Lane Inn for our wedding and reception was a great choice for us! The home is beautiful! The staff - incredible! Victoria and her staff really go above and beyond to make sure that your day is perfect. I cannot say enough great things about her or our experience. She was there for us every step of the way leading to the big day as well as the day itself. The food was great also and our guests were highly complimentary of it all and kept asking me how I found the place. It's a gem for sure and they deserve all the success in the world. I'm SO happy that they shared our big day with us! They really felt like family in the end. LOVE them!
The title of my review is exactly how I feel about the staff at The Carriage Lane Inn. My daughter's wedding had many challenges including a groom's family from Maine, elderly grandparents in attendance from out of town, and the threat of rain the day of the wedding. Somehow Victoria and Sammie, along with the rest of the staff managed to overcome them all.
I spent 6 months looking for venues for the wedding. Because the groom's family was from out of town, finding a venue near lodging became of paramount importance. The beauty of The Carriage Lane Inn for us was an affordable venue that also offered affordable accommodations for the out of town guests. The financial value of the lodging simply cannot be overstressed. The groom's family went on and on about how wonderful it was for them to be able to stay in a house together with a large kitchen area for them to gather together in. It meant a lot to them to be able to spend time together in this way and several of them came early so they could also tour Nashville together. Although they all live in the Northeast, several live in different states and so don't see each other often. The Carriage Lane Inn was a great vacation venue for them as well of being affordable lodging enabling them to come and participate in the wedding as well.
The day of our wedding was overcast with the threat of rain. The staff left the final decision up to us and up to the last minute. I appreciated their deference to what we wanted so much. Because of the rain, the staff decided to purchase some different decorations in order to make the inside as beautiful as the outside venue would have been (the first 'beyond' the call of duty).
Another concern was the quality of the food. Many of my friends were telling me not to expect much from the food at a wedding reception. I can't tell you how many times I was told that no one is ever happy with the food at a wedding. I set my expectations low because of other people's warnings. Let me tell you that I was amazed at the quality and taste of the food at the reception. It was hot and delicious! Not only that, in the middle of the reception, Victoria came to me to ask how everything was. I admitted that it was all delicious, but that I didn't have any protein as I had eliminated meat from my diet for a few months. She immediately offered an alternative and then proceeded to prepare and serve it to me! This was an unexpected bonus (another part of the beyond I was talking about)!
The staff at the Inn was not only helpful but friendly. Working with them was easy and fun! They truly made us feel like we were the most important item on the agenda - despite the fact that they do this week-in and week-out, I never felt like they were distracted or stressed or in any way wanted it to be over.
If I had one complaint it was that the wedding coordinators were too relaxed. While they let things flow easily, they often failed to let the Bride and Groom know what to do next without being asked. I would recommend that with young couples who have not experienced many weddings themselves, they perhaps be a little more proactive in their directions during the ceremony and reception. But in spite of this one difficulty, everything flowed seamlessly and left us all with wonderful memories of a wonderful day.
Many thanks to Victoria and her staff for a fantastic wedding!!
Great staff, venue and food. I have never been happier. Having the option to use some of their decorations and my own was awesome. They were all so helpful. The food was amazing. Getting married outside was fabulous. I would use them for any special event in the future.
The new owners are amazing. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the previous owner but the new owners took over the business the week of my wedding and completely turned everything around! Victoria and her husband are not in it for just the money. I could truly tell they really wanted us to have a nice wedding. We were expected storms and they did everything possible so that I could wait the last minute to continue to have the wedding outside or move it in. Everything was gorgeous! The wedding coordinator, Sherry, was also wonderful. They all helped to decorate and make this the best time of my life! My wedding was perfect because of the effort and care Carriage Lane Inn helped put into it! I cannot say enough good things! All brides in the TN area must check out Carriage Lane Inn!

Sharon was awesome. She pretty much runs the whole show for you so you feel comfortable. She has done so many weddings that it is second nature to her. The location is beautiful and the houses there on the lot are VERY cute!
My husband is Japanese, and we traveled from Japan to have an American wedding and reception in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, very near my hometown. Planning a wedding from overseas was indeed stressful, but the staff at Carriage Lane Inn worked very well with my wedding coordinator as well as with myself. When I described my bridesmaids' bouquets, they ordered the same flowers from their own florist the Thursday before and used my wedding flowers, colors, and theme to coordinate their own decor with my vision. I adore my pictures, as they are so very beautiful to look back upon! Guests at the reception absolutely loved the Victorian feel of the reception hall as well as the food and decor. Having the Carriage Lane Inn staff working alongside my wedding coordinator really took the stress off of me and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my day. It was more beautiful than I'd ever dreamed. In addition to a wonderful wedding reception, my Japanese family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Carriage Lane Inn's smallest house, the Cottage. Five family members traveled from Japan to come to our wedding, and the Cottage was indeed the perfect place for us to stay. It was beyond amazing for my Japanese family members. They absolutely loved the Cottage, dropping comments about how they wanted to live in America if all houses were so beautiful. There was so much space that we were able to invite my American family members from out of town over for dinner. The kitchen area and living room were cozy and the perfect size for us. There was a grill outside that my father used to cook American food for our Japanese guests. The beauty of the decor in the house swept us all away. We didn't want to leave! If my Japanese family is able to visit Tennessee again, we definitely want to stay at Carriage Lane Inn. We can't dream of any place else.
not very helpful during reception at all no direction. very pretty though
My wedding involved many out of town, and out of country guests. Having an all inclusive package for the entire weekend was fantastic. The food was AMAZING and the service made us all feel like we were at home, just a very nice, historic home :)
