I had a great expeirence with Carriage Limo! I booked like 3 weeks before my wedding, and got so lucky they had 1 party bus available. Angela was super helpful and responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly day of. The party bus was in great shape, driver was super friendly, and I have no complaints at all.
I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. This is by far the least professional company I’ve ever seen.
The party bus lost power & we sat on the side of the road for 45 mins while the bus leaked rain water all over us. The driver attempted calling the company for a new bus, yet they wouldn't answer any of his numerous calls. We were told to have people come get us & while we were all scrambling for rides, the driver decided to try to see if we’d make it to the venue. We ultimately did, but the entire bridal party was dodging disgusting rain water - the bride and multiple bridesmaids got water all over them!
The driver showed no sympathy the day of & the bride has been trying to get in touch with the company who won’t return her calls. The only woman she spoke to was beyond rude.
It seems like the only good reviews this company has are from years ago.

I got married in July and used this company for my party bus service. The bus picked us up in time for the church, but then on the way to the banquet hall (which was less than 4 miles away) we broke down. I understand unexpected things can happen; however, when the driver tried to call for a backup bus no one was answering. The bridal party began calling for rides after we were stuck on the side of the road for 45 minutes. Thinking things couldn’t get worse, the bus started leaking all out of the emergency exits and out of the air conditioning vents. The groomsmen had to use the champange cups to prevent the water from leaking all over us. When I called and spoke to, Angela, the worlds rudest customer service manager, she told me “the company won’t charge me the extra 45 minutes because the bus broke down and had to recharge, she also stated “it’s not a big deal, it was only 45 minutes and a little water, plus things can’t be fixed when we didn’t know they were broken.” She also promised to have the owner of the company call and it’s been a week and I have yet to hear back from them. So unless you want dirty water to leak all over your wedding gown, miss out on your pictures & arrive late to your own wedding with a company who only cares about taking your money- DO NOT BOOK CARRIAGE!
Great experience! They worked with me in advance to plan all the details, including locations and times (and even worked with me when I changed those details). Day of they did an excellent job driving me and guests, highly recommend!
Loved using carriage limo for our wedding! We used a 25 passenger party bus for our bridal party and parents. Booking is super old school, but they showed up right on time, brought us safely to our 4 stops, and the bus was well stocked and clean. The driver was very nice. Would definitely recommend!
We used Carriage Limo for a wedding in June. The drivers were awesome and Angela in the office is phenomenal. You can imagine as mother of the bride, I had a lot of questions that kept creeping up so I was constantly on the phone with the office. Angela was very professional and patient. Everything was perfect!
I could not have asked for a better limo service for the day of our wedding. We used a 20 person party bus which was awesome!! The driver was so fun & he even fluffed my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle - literally went above and beyond!
Carriage Limo was excellent for our wedding. We booked them pretty close to the wedding and everything went perfectly. They were on time and everything looked great. The limo was extremely clean and well stocked. We were so happy with the service. Our driver was very nice and helpful. He helped with fixing my train at the church since i was the last to walk in. And then when we drove to the reception, he was totally ok with the blasting music. We were so happy we chose them, great customer service!
Great service. Only company I could find that had a vehicle to hold more than 8 people, especially with the size of my bridal party. Smooth ride. Got us there on time and safely.
We loved that Carriage Limo Service had a variety of vehicles to choose from for our wedding day transportation! We opted for a 1936 Buick for us and a party bus for our bridal party. The vintage Buick was awesome and made for some stunning photographs. The one major downside to Carriage is that they are not at all “with the times”. In a world where email and online payments are no longer seen as a privilege but a standard, Carriage does not thrive. Their website is not very easy to navigate. As many modern brides will agree, fast communication is essential in minimizing the stress of wedding planning. Having to set aside time in the working day to call their office with a question or visit them in person to pay with a check was definitely an inconvenience. That aside, the drivers on our wedding day were absolutely amazing. Not only were they on time to each destination but they also helped me get in and out of the car; covered us with umbrellas, held my train and bouquet, and even helped make adjustments to my train & veil before I walked down the aisle. They truly went above and beyond!
Easy to work with, and open on the weekends to chat when questions come up. They encourage you to come and look at the limos you've booked too which I liked. Everything in the limo was new and our guests really enjoyed our time. Prompt service, I highly recommend them!
Our driver was very friendly and even circled around to pick us up from the street so I didn't have to hike anymore in my dress which was awesome. My only complaint was that they made me pay for a minimum of 3 hours but when they showed up, the driver said we only had him for 2.5 hours and then he had to leave for another event. I did not appreciate that they made me pay for three hours and then double booked him during my time. We ended up being done within the 2.5 hours, but this caused some undue stress and really wasn't fair. If we paid for 3 hours, we should have had the limo that entire time.
Carriage limo exceeded my expectations. Not only were they perfectly on time but, Paul, our driver was perfect. He helped me with my dress (a detail I never thought about...once the MOH is down the aisle who will help?) and when we got out he was prepared with champagne and glasses for the wedding party to celebrate. I'm so glad we went with carriage limo and would recommend them to anyone else.

Everything went great with them. They were professional and reliable. They called to confirm the week of the wedding. I had plans to do so later in the week, but they beat me to it :) The day of our wedding, they were on time and reliable. The party bus was well kept, clean, and including champagne for us and our bridal party. Ricky was a great driver and very professional!
I could not have asked for a better limousine service for my wedding day. I first have to start by saying that Carriage Limo saved the transportation for my wedding party as the original limo company we had booked with cancelled on us the night before the wedding. Carriage Limo was more than accommodating when I called them the morning of my wedding, asking what type of limo we needed, called in an extra drive to accommodate us and even offered to ensure that we could have a white limo for the wedding in lieu of a black one. The limo driver arrived early, was very professional and followed everything that I had asked including making 3 trips to pick-up the groom/guys, family as well as myself and my girls. I cannot thank Carriage Limo enough for everything that they did to help make our wedding day special!
We used a white limo to pick up the groom & groomsmen, drop them off at the church and then to come pick up me & the girls. We then had a party bus pick all of us up from tye church to go for pictures! We had such a ball in teh party bus! wish we coudl have been on it longer! They were on time all day & were very accomodating! great job!
We used Carriage Limo first for my bachelorette, and had Tony as our driver, he was awesome! We then booked a party bus for the wedding for the wedding party transportation to the venue and then for a shuttle bus to and from the hotel for guests. First the bus that arrived was much nicer than the one we had originally booked! They said they upgraded us : ) Awesome surprise on your wedding day. The bus arrived on time (even a little early), and was immaculately clean. As a bride, the best part was actually our driver, Heather. She was an amazing person! So nice, she even stayed with me when everyone else was getting lined up to enter the church I stayed in the bus so that people did not see me. Heather then helped me off of the bus, adjusted my dress for me, and got my dress and veil set and ready for me to walk down the aisle. I don't know what I would do without her! Thank you Heather and Carriage Limo!
I rented a 29 passenger bus to bring guests to and from the hotel to the venue for our wedding and back again at the end of the night. They were on time and actually the bus I saw online was not what showed up... the one online was a standard bus but they actually picked us all up in a party bus! It was new and beautiful, the inside was stocked with water and had huge TV's and lights. It was way better than I expected. I did a LOT of research on shuttle buses and this was the most bang for our buck and I was surprised with the party bus! It was a bonus!! Great company!
Our Wedding party was Huge 20 ppl or so and we rented a Party Bus our driver was extremely professional showed up on time got us to where we needed to go...even the liquor store and let us party like there was no tomorrow in the back of the bus. We had them for about 5 hours and we even got a few extra minutes at the end to let our last song finish on the ipod hahah. Amazing company great value and will travel all over the state. Get these guys if you want one less thing to worry about on your wedding day.
Carriage limo was on time for pick up for our wedding day and very helpful with logistics. Party bus was awesome, but radio didn't work. Overall, great experience!

The bus was prompt and knew the directions.
We had the limo for a very short time and it was pouring rain out. The women was very very attentive and she carried my train when there was nobody else around, she pulled the bus right up to the door of the church. I loved them!!!!
We rented a 22 person party bus. It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for and our driver was great. She helped me out with my dress, getting on and off the bus, and anything else we might need. The only complaint is one of the women working there was SO rude to my now husband when we tried to get a car service to the airport what we ended up going with another service. Since we already paid for the bus we could not cancel, but i'm happy we did not because it was perfect!
They were on time.;The driver smoked in the car before we got in. They did not inform us of the route they would be taking so our timing was off for the reception.

They helped me in a very tough last minute desicion. We were bagged big time out of another company, 2 weekd prior to the wedding, so it was nice to have the respect & understanding from them.

Our wedding day was so rainy, I thought my dress would be ruined, but the drivers were very good with taking each girl out to the car under an umbrella, then coming back to fold my dress up so that it wouldnt get wet or wrinkled!;They have short time constraints

they were very accomodating. We needed a 6 person and an 8 person. They only had 8 person limos, so they gave us 2 8 persons and charged us for one 8 and one 6.;The only problem was that we wanted one limo for the guys then both limos to pick us up --one for my bridemaids and my mom and one for me and my Dad--well they were a little late with the guys and we had one limo for my bridemiads, Mom and Dad--still ok since the bridal party was made up of all my sisters and my best friend.

Punctual accomodating and easy to work with.
Our driver was great. He even went as far as getting us another bottle of champange at the package store. He was great with helping out with the girls and how to sit. He helped load everything and everyone in the limo.
;DONT BOOK WITH THEM! They were over a half hour late picking up the groom and over 15min. late picking up the bride. The ushers were unable to seat people properly and pass out programs our photographer did the best they could to make order of this mess. Best of all we had a limo bus for 30 people the bus had drinks for like 5. We had the wrong driver we requested no coke products all they had was diet pepsi. The champage was very warm and gross. When he picked up the bride honked horn at driveway and rushed us there and to the marriott. It was a very bad experience and I would warm all brides to avoid booking this company they are terrible and rude!

They went where ever I told them to go without a problem. Limos were clean and both drivers were very frinedly and helpful with me getting in and out of the limo. I had one extra person in the limo and they let it go without making a issue out of it.;Limo was 30 minutes late picking me up causing the ceremony to begin late! Make sure to call a few months before the wedding as well as a week before to finalize everything. They tried to switch the color of my limo without me knowing, but when I called 3 months before the wedding I told them that was not what I ordered on the contract. Make sure to keep a copy of the contract to prove what you ordered.
We had two limos for the day and we knew one of the drivers. It was nice to know our driver. I also stepped on my dress getting into the limo on the way to the church and my driver drove around to stores to get me club soda to get the dirt mark out.;The company booked a prom after our wedding so we couldn't have them stay when we were at the park taking pictures and time started to run out. When I called we booked them for extra time to start with and the woman told me we could get extra time on the day of the wedding, but we had to leave the park and take the rest of the pictures at the reception site. One of the limo's also almost broke down. The transmission was going or something, but luckily it started back up and everything wa fine.
