quick. Carroll’s is quite a popular florist and I know he is extremely busy , so the fact he would answer me so fast made me feel important. He took my concerns as serious as I did. It’s so important to have a vendor like that. He truly brought my vision to life. He is honest , he tells you what’s worth spending the money on and what’s not. Above all , TALENTED !! My centerpieces were exactly what I wanted ! As well as , my bouquet and my bridesmaids. My guests were raving about my flowers ! Chad , you are hands down one of the best choice we made in our vendors !! I wish we could have another wedding and use you again ! The wedding wouldn’t have been the way it was without you !!! e color scheme I asked for which were wonderful come my viewing at the reception. I'd asked for certain flower types and was fortunate that these were in season and available. I'd asked for a flower arch over the sweetheart table and he presented descriptions in advance which I agreed with & was satisfied at the outcome! When asked about my budget, he would inform me where my requests for items lay in the scheme of my budget-whether under, within, or over. This scale allowed me to be aware of my spending without surprise. Highly recommended.

Carroll's work had blown us away with their quality of work and attention to detail. The center pieces that they created were absolutely stunning along with every other piece that they created. Having had this florist recommended by so many people, I called the store, was put on hold, ended up leaving a message, and didn’t hear back until a week later! Luckily, I was meeting with my photographer at the time they called. My photographer offered some sound advice; which was “if this is how they contact you without a contract or deposit in place, what’s going to happen when there is one?!” Very turned off from it and disappointed. But I was fortunate enough to find a florist who wanted to be involved also on Staten Island and (from what I understand) at a much better rate!

Many people took the centerpiece flowers home that’s how much they loved them!!! t quality flowers. We went back to our venue the following day to pick up some items and they had graciously saved some of the centerpieces which lasted far beyond our wedding and honeymoon. The best part about Chad: he is extremely accommodating and will do everything he can to meet your requests, but he really shines when you let him do his job. I gave him an vague idea of what I wanted (with no preference on flower type) and he ran with it. The results were magic. The whole team is a dream to work with; they provided floral arrangements for my bridal shower as well, and we also worked with Kristin on our wedding invitations. We recommend everyone at Carroll's and will use them for every future event - large and small!

They also offer chair covers, which really did add a sense of elegance to our reception room. On our wedding day, Jessica was there early setting everything up. She went above and beyond, adding extra flower petals to our sweetheart table and along the aisle for our ceremony. She even made an extra arrangement for the gazebo where we had our ceremony. It was truly beautiful. We can’t say enough about Carroll’s Florist and Jessica. You guys are the best!

r my wedding. I was having a beach wedding with a nautical theme and wanted drift wood to be part of my centerpieces. I showed him some pictures and he made a sample for me and it was exactly what I was looking for! Chad and his team did an amazing job with the centerpieces and setting up the Chuppa, the aisle and the sweetheart table. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. I highly recommend them for your next event and I certainly will use them again in the future.
