Stacie and her team (Emily) made our day absolutely seamless. If anything went wrong I did not know about it. We hired Stacie as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations. I recently worked with Stacie at a mutual wedding in Estes Park, at the Stanley Hotel. While working this particular event, I notices how calm and collective Stacie was. She observed, followed up and flawlessly worked this event without being overbearing. It's very hard to find a coordinator/planner that can maintain composure like Stacie displayed and I look forward to crossing paths at future events.

Hiring Stacie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! She was so helpful and calm during coordinating calls and walkthroughs and put up with our many emails and small requests to try and make sure everything was perfect. I can't believe how she handled setting everything up when we had some challenging florals and lots of decor. We were behind the timeline during our wedding (totally our fault due to a missing box, wanting extra time during certain photos, etc.) and she totally helped us go with the flow, zero stress, and it all worked out PERFECTLY. And her pricing is so reasonable. We so appreciate Stacie and her day-of assistant!!!!

Stacie was INCREDIBLE! We hired her for full help with our wedding planning and she was the absolute BEST partner is creating the wedding of our dreams! We had friends and family traveling from all over the world, so there was a lot of additional details to think about in everything we did. Stacie was thorough and understood the required pacing much better than us, so we also got to see a lot of her supportive, positive, and reassuring nature throughout our time together. When the day of the wedding came, she was somehow everywhere, all at once, making sure that everything went smoothly and exactly as we’d hoped. To be 100% honest, we initially only contacted coordinators because it was required by our venue. I'm SO glad we did though. After working with Stacie and Katie, I can't imagine trying to do all of that work ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Stacie was great from the very beginning--super professional, organized, and very timely with communication. She offered great ideas and advice that made our planning process so much easier and less stressful. For our wedding she assigned us to her associate Katie, who we can only describe as an all-star. My wife produces events in NYC, and she was ready to offer Katie a job on the spot because of how fantastic she was. They thought of every detail and kept records of everything we needed to make the wedding function smoothly. If you can't tell, I can't recommend them highly enough. Total 10/10.

Katie was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding itself. On the day of our wedding it rained, she coordinated everything and gave us reasonable options for ceremony and dancing when it was originally supposed to be outside. She was friendly and understanding! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator! She truly went above and beyond. We can’t say enough about her!

I think the best thing I can say about Stacie is that with her around, my wife and I did not have to do anything but enjoy our wedding day. By the time the day arrived, everything that could be planned out was. On our wedding day, the weather decided to be extremely uncooperative and drop buckets of rain on what was supposed to be an outdoor dance party. Stacie and her assistant did an excellent job executing our contingency plan. I'm sure there were hitches involved in that and many other things that day, but in a testament to Stacie's professionalism, I do not know what they were. Stacie even helped us deal with an issue with rentals we had not received after the wedding. She made sure we were happy with everything, even after the ceremony was done. We would absolutely book Stacie again!

As a professional DJ, I had the pleasure to work a wedding with Stacie at the Boettcher Mansion. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 30 years and it is rare that I am able to rave about a wedding coordinator! Many times, coordinators are not able to fine-tune the IMPORTANT details of the day and get caught up in the smaller details - missing the mark on the important things. But with Stacie, she was on top of everything and also valued the partnerships with vendors to work collaboratively together. The wedding went off without a hitch and a huge part of that was due to Stacie! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is simple, clear, and on top of it - look no further!

Stacie was amazing to work with. First of all, her positive energy and kindness dispelled any worries or wedding jitters we had, and whenever we met with her, we always felt better afterwards. We never felt judged by asking embarrassing questions like 'what should we actually say on invitations' or 'what do we do at the flower market'. My wife and I were long distance and had to do many of the planning virtually, and Stacy helped us coordinate all the key meetings, walkthroughs, etc. to our schedule. She was responsive to our emails, no matter how big or small our questions were, and was easy to set up a virtual meeting with. The most admirable thing for me was how flexible and eager to help Stacie was even when we made last minute changes or wanted vendors that weren't on her original recommendations. She was never taken aback by our requests and simply helped us carry our vision forward. My wife had requested some big changes to the flowers literally one week prior to our wedding, and she made it happen! I loved being able to just talk to Stacie about what we want and having her coordinate with the vendors to make it happen; as busy working people, my wife and I truly appreciated the time it saved to just talk to one person rather than ten. And I'm speechless on how flawless the wedding day coordination was. My wife and I simply enjoyed our wedding, and whenever we walked into a room, we would find things set up perfectly to what we had discussed. We never had to ask or nudge. When there was some last minute hiccups, Stacie took care of it. She also had an emergency kit and fixed my wife's broken heels so that she could still do the ceremony in her beautiful wedding shoes. We never had to worry about clean up; it would simply just be done by the time we had noticed. Our favorite phrase throughout the day was "ask Stacie" and she took care of it.

Wow, I was so impressed with Carver Coordination. Stacie was the most kind, punctual, organized, and approachable weekend planner. I felt so much more at ease and relaxed to enjoy all the moments of the whole day because I knew she had all the little details under control. I might add she was also the most budget friendly and offered just as many services if not more than other competitors who were double the price. Hire her!!!

Stacie was amazing! Having to help through a pandemic, last minute reschedule and then 2021 reception, she helped us without complaint or hesitation! She is amazing at communicating and sticking to her word and on the day of our wedding was no exception. She even saved the day with her sewing kit when the zipper to my dress snapped off beyond repair 20 minutes before the event!! Stacie is fun and positive and truly knows her stuff!

Stacie was absolutely the best investment for our wedding day. On this side of things (post-wedding), I would say a great coordinator is absolutely not negotiable for your wedding and this endorsement is a result of the excellence that Stacie brings to her job. We spoke with Stacie about being as present as possible at our wedding, and how to make different stages of our event predictable and relaxed. She walked through every detail with us (about 80% of the details, we had not even thought of) and made sure that our wedding was aligned to our vision. Wedding planning exhausted my ability to make decisions and Stacie didn't skip a beat when it came time to orchestrate what felt like a thousand details on the day of our wedding. She was calm, handled questions and obstacles with grace, and truly listed to us. I felt like I could actually attend my wedding and enjoy it because when something came up (left my shoes in my room, dog needs a walk, caterer doesn't know where to put something, the list goes on), Stacie was there. Stacie is extremely professional with this work -- she communicates directly and efficiently, while also showing regard for her client's needs. You will thank yourself for hiring Stacie.

I am updating a previous review that I had written prior to my wedding day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfectly coordinated 100% due to Stacie. Our parents and wedding party told us how great Stacie was on our wedding day. There were also a lot of stories of snafus where Stacie Saved The Day and I had no idea anything was even going on. I also remember a moment in time during my wedding day where I looked over and she was sweeping the floor, that's when I knew we had chosen the absolute BEST for our wedding day-of coordinator because she will absolutely go above and beyond! I felt so stress free on my wedding day thanks to Stacie and I honestly think that is invaluable. Also, Stacie's package prices are phenomenal! I don't understand why anyone would pay more money, when you could have Stacie do a better job at a lower price. Don't make that mistake!! She also gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker on the front lines during the height of the pandemic, which goes to show how amazing she is!! If you are reading this, NO your wedding venue coordinator will not be sufficient! Hire a professional, caring, hard working coordinator (AKA Stacie/Carver Coordination) and enjoy the wedding day of your dreams! Thank you Stacie!!!!

Carver Coordination was awesome to work with! My now husband was very reluctant to have a coordinator, but after seeing how much help we had, he was eternally grateful. From working with us for TWO years (thanks, COVID!), helping me find a new hair and make-up artist when mine left 5 months before the day, to setting up our rehearsal dinner and coming to our venue earlier than planned (I was nervous things would go horribly wrong) - Stacie was a dream! I never felt like she thought we were too much or she was tired of working with us. Carver coordination did a TON for us and we are so happy with the outcome. Carver Coordination is reasonably priced, yet I feel like we got a lot more attention to detail and personal support than we would have with a larger, more expensive company. Our wedding was great, thanks to the work of Carver Coordination!

Our wedding day would truly not have been the same without Stacie/Carver Coordination. She was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process and always knew what needed to come next in the planning process. Stacie is amazing to work with! I found out about Stacie because she also coordinated my sisters wedding and did an awesome job. She is so flexible and professional in the way that she approaches her work. We had a Zoom call with her to discuss all of our wedding day needs, including all of the special details she was planning to help set up before the ceremony. With 2020 being a strange year and us having to postpone our wedding she was the best coordinator to work with!
