Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek

We absolutely loved Casa Blanca!!!! Our day of coordinator Kristen was fantastic and helped us feel super prepared. She made sure that everything went super smoothly on the day of. We had two meetings before that helped out my husband and I at ease. The day of, she made sure that everything was taken care of and ran on schedule. Any small bump was handled swiftly. We had the best night of our life! The grounds were extremely well kept and we got a lot of compliments on the beauty of the place. I was obsessed with how nice the bar/cocktail area looked! The bridal suite was the perfect getting ready space with lots of light and mirrors! I was so happy to see that they added a couch in there and really opened up the space. We felt like we were really taken care of through out the whole event.

This was the venue of my dreams!! I cannot get over how beautiful it is with the creek running in the background. And the flow inside for the reception was perfect! There was enough room for everyone to dance, a photo booth, standing and sitting room! My day-of coordinator, Kristin, helped me with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I needed! I had a completely stress free day as a bride and I that is largely due to Casa Blanca. Would recommend it 1000 times over!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek. This venue is beyond gorgeous, and the staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a great event. All of my guests told me how beautiful it was!!! Michelle was my day of coordinator, and she was the MVP. My day would not have been anywhere close to as smooth if she was not there!!! This venue also has open houses the first 3 Wednesday’s of every month which is so great and convenient! I cannot recommend this beautiful venue enough.

Beautiful venue and I’m so glad I ended up going with Casa Blanca. My guests all had a wonderful time and there’s tons of photo ops on the property. Only downfall was the large fountain wasn’t working even though I was promised it would be turned on, and there was an event scheduled the night before so we had to decorate the day of. Still overall a wonderful place!

Michelle was such a huge help throughout the whole wedding planning process! From the initial tour to the big day, I was supported with any and all questions I had and received great advice. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous- everyone who attended was in awe of the design and surrounding nature. Purchasing the Casa Blanca Package made the whole process that much more streamlined. I would highly recommend this venue and its staff to friends and family who would like to host a spectacular event in a gorgeous setting!

Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek was amazing! Our wedding here was so perfect and we received tons of compliments from friends and family about the wedding and venue. We were so fortunate to have Michelle as our coordinator and she made sure everything ran flawlessly for the big day. She was super easy to get in touch with beforehand and was extremely thorough in regards to plans, timeline, and answering my many questions. The venue itself is a hidden gem full of lush greenery, a creek, and beautiful decor. They also offer either an all inclusive style or a-la-carte style contract for events and it is a BYOB venue which was super convenient! I am so glad we decided to have our wedding here and would absolutely recommend it! Thank you Michelle and Casa Blanca for orchestrating the wedding of my dreams!

This venue was beautiful for the ceremony & reception. One flaw was that the chairs and tables were not cleaned from the previous event the night before. The team also only helped set up tables and chairs inside, they didn’t help set up the ceremony chairs outside.

Once we saw Casa Blanca we knew it had to be our venue. It’s absolutely beautiful, all of our guests commented on how awesome it was. Our coordinator Kristin was AMAZING!! She made sure everything came together and completely knocked it out of the park. It was a perfect day at a perfect place!

Hello, We fell in love with this place after going to several weddings here! So spacious indoor and outdoor, and has amazing lighting! The entire process from booking to day of was amazingly easy! We loved that we could bring in our own vendors and wasn’t pushed to use in house only. The venue has so many beautiful trees and landscaping perfect for pictures! Being able to used inside and outside was awesome for our guests!! The flow of the venue is awesome the entire team is so helpful at Casa Blanca! It was a night to remember!!! If you are considering a place to have your event this is where it’s at!

This was the venue of our dreams!! If you’re looking for a venue that does most of the work for you and provides guests with a beautiful experience, this is the one for you. They provide really great packages, lots of flexibility in helping you get what you want, and they offer a day-of event coordinator. We had Kristin and we had nothing but positive things to say about her. This really is such a hidden gem in Round Rock and we are so happy we chose this for our day.

Well organized team and great venue. The views of the creek and the property is amazing. We had a wonderful time with our Indian wedding in dec 2022. Michelle was very helpful, accommodative and thorough with the planning. All our guests had many good things to say about the venue. Would definitely recommend !

She was very patient and accommodating for us during the planning process and answered any questions we had quickly. The big day went off without a hitch because of her! Casa Blanca and the staff were amazing, professional, helpful and organized in helping us have a beautiful and very memorable day to celebrate our new beginning! Michelle, our coordinator, was wonderful and took care of everything the day of our wedding so that my husband and I had absolutely no worries or stress during our entire evening. The venue was beautiful and allowed for a very intimate gathering of our friends and family! I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I got married this January and we really lucked out with a beautiful 75 degree day! I loved that they provided an open house on Wednesday nights so that anyone could come and check out the space! It was very helpful as most places required an appointment during our work day. On our big day, our coordinator, Michelle was a total pro! A lot of things went wrong that we and the venue had absolutely no control over (our pastor got into an accident, our hired table waiters no showed, place cards misplaced, etc.) but our coordinator always found a solution or worked the problem before even giving us the bad news!! The venue itself is a beautiful and intimate space with wonderful trees, amazing natural & string lighting, and a very friendly staff! I loved that it wasn’t overly “country” as most venues in Texas are. The landscaping decor was very elegant rather than rustic! The bride and groom suites were very roomy. My only wish was that we were reminded that we needed to bring towels for the showers and that the hot water was turned on. That was one detail I missed when packing for the day and it made for a very cold shower. Over all I would happily recommend this space for your event! We had a guest list of about 80 with rectangle tables and everyone fit perfectly! Thank you Casa Blanca for a lovely day!

This is the best venue, hands down! It’s not only absolutely beautiful, the coordinators walk you through the entire process from the moment you have a viewing to the moment you drive off as a new married couple. I feel so blessed to have had the luxury of having such an awesome team behind me making this a smooth process. Anyone would be lucky to marry here!

Beautiful venue on the banks of Brushy Creek that has so many beautiful natural spaces for amazing pictures. Beautiful indoor, and outdoor spaces. Kristian was amazing to work with and helped us design the perfect reception.

Honestly the best and easiest experience ever! We went through the venue for table cloths, chargers, sparklers, bartenders and event coordinator and the day went by flawlessly and was so stress free. All tables with table cloths and chargers were set up when we got there so just had to add the centerpieces. They just put in turf on the outside ceremony area so in October it still looked so green and beautiful. The best part was our wedding coordinator Kristin!! I can’t say enough how amazing she was leading up to the event and day of the event. She contacted all the vendors before hand and made sure they had everything correct and made sure I had nothing to worry about day off. The day of the event she ensured everything ran sooo smoothly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING KRISTIN AS YOUR EVENT COORDINATOR! Also big plus is you have the venue the whole day. It was so nice to be able to get ready at the venue and not worry about feeling rushed or on a time crunch.

This venue is hands down the most beautiful scenery in all the venues we toured. The creek runs behind and everything is green and lush. The reception area is just as beautiful as the outdoor ceremony area. They have a wonderful indoor ceremony area as well with a beautiful chandelier. The staff is equally amazing! Kristin was our day of coordinator and she made the day run absolutely smoothly, if anything went wrong I have no idea because she took care of EVERYTHING. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

I was fearful of the wedding planning process. If it was not for Kristin (our wedding planner) and the party bundle thing - our wedding would have been exponentially more difficult to plan. Kristin was able to help my husband and I on figuring out our wedding plan. I highly recommend Casa Blanca to any and every couple!

My Husband and I just got married here this past june and everything was better than I had imagined. Kristin was so wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. She even let me dab my face on her own clothes when i didn't have a tissue. That is just one of the many examples of how above and beyond she works for her couples and guests. We had some last minute changes, due to other circumstances (nothing to do with casa blanca), and she rolled with the changes and made sure, that despite those changes, everything ran soo smoothly. The venue is gorgeous and perfect if you want to have multiple, functional, spaces for guests to be in. we were able to have lawn games outside, people on the patios conversing and then people in the ballroom dancing and having a great time. Best venue, Best Coordinator (Kristin Yarborough), Best night of my life and definitely the Best way to start forever with my New Husband. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had our wedding at Casa Blanca this past April, and it was beautiful! Michelle, our coordinator, was so professional and on top of everything that needed to be done. It seemed as though she truly was everywhere at once. The day was well organized, and I didn't have to worry about anything except the weather. Rain was supposed to appear around 5:30 that day (just as our ceremony was scheduled to begin), so Michelle suggested we push up the ceremony by a few minutes. We did at it was perfect. No rain! The space itself is beautiful. My guests enjoyed the patio and the beautiful lighting as well as the creek next to the property. There is plenty of woodland scenery for guests to observe as they explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I could not have asked for a better wedding day.

Let me begin by saying if I were rating the venue for appearance alone, it would receive a 5/5! My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and the venue is beautiful. Unfortunately the reason for my rating is because of how everything else was managed. I booked the all inclusive wedding package for September 2020 in November 2018. I was so excited to have my wedding at Casa Blanca because of its beauty I unfortunately overlooked a lot of warning signs from the beginning. The communication just to even schedule a tour was extremely lacking. When my coordinator was finally assigned to me, it was the same person I had been communicating with for the last year and a half. Again, scheduling our first meeting was a headache- I had to follow up multiple times before I got an answer. After our meeting, Covid hit and we had to postpone until March. I gave them an extra star because I do appreciate their willingness to move the date for me, but again, after a couple of months of mismanaged communication. Just weeks before the wedding I was told we would be assigned a new coordinator. Most people would be upset by this, but I was excited because I was hoping I would receive someone who was more helpful and organized. At my first meeting with the new coordinator, both the new and old coordinator showed up over an hour late to our zoom meeting. The new coordinator took the call from her car and wrote nothing down, and the old coordinator’s phone died and she never joined again. It basically defeated the purpose of this hour long meeting because I had to type out the details and send them to the new coordinator myself (and details were still missed on the wedding day). I had to wait over a month to receive the final day of timeline after this meeting, which ultimately affected the other vendors that were involved. On the actual wedding day the doors were supposed to be open at 8am. Not only were the doors not open at 8, I couldn’t even get ahold of the coordinator until 9:30. This pushed back hair and makeup, cake delivery, and ultimately photos. We did not see a representative from Casa Blanca until after 10, and it was the facility manager, someone I had not met until then. When the coordinator finally arrived to the venue, she did not check in with me, meaning the first time I saw her was after the ceremony. My mom had to practically chase her down to fix errors (such as incorrect glassware, linens, and table set up) and ask questions. I am disappointed overall with the management of my event, because I feel like I asked for the bare minimum- I truly only needed day of coordination including creating (and executing) a day of timeline and venue management. If you have your heart set on this venue (and trust me, I understand why you might!) I would 100% recommend not using their all inclusive package and booking your own coordinator. I can’t speak to their customer service if they are not coordinating the wedding, but I imagine they would be pretty hands-off and let you do your own thing! For $10,000 I did not get the service I deserved.

Where do I even start ? This was the first venue we looked at and I knew it was going to be the one that very same day! All our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the grounds were. Michelle was our wedding coordinator and we are so thankful for her, she was so on top of everything and made sure that everything was perfect on our wedding day! Thank you so much Casa Blanca! I cannot wait to see all the pictures!

As soon as we visited Casa Blanca, we knew that this would be our wedding venue as the grounds were absolutely beautiful and they offered an "a la carte" menu allowing us to customize amenities according to our needs. The day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and was an absolute fairytale, we could not have dreamed of a more perfect day. The day of coordinator, Cynthia, took over communications with all vendors approximately 1 week prior to the wedding and organized the schedule, taking a lot of pressure off of ourselves. However, leading up to the wedding, responses were not always prompt as we would often have to send a follow-up e-mail for a response. Additionally, responses were at times unclear leaving room for miscommunication resulting in short responses from the venue making us feel as if we were an inconvenience despite us paying thousands of dollars for their services. Ultimately, we would highly recommend Casa Blanca as our wedding day went perfectly and that is what matters!

We had our wedding here this spring/summer. My contact, Cynthia Gonzales, was not knowledgeable... at all. Most of the questions I asked she was unsure about or didn’t know. It was normal it would take her a week plus to answer an email. She calculated the budget wrong more than once, thank goodness we double checked. On the final visit where we pick the linens and other final details, she wasn’t there. No communication she wouldn’t be there, when I had emailed her earlier in the week that I’d be coming in. Just overall very unprofessional. She never knew who I was or when my wedding was, even when it was getting close to the day. With my communication I had with Cynthia I had zero faith the day of would go smoothly. Daniel on the other hand was very helpful and professional. He helped us plan/pick the final details. One hiccup on the day of but it was fixed very quickly. Checking out of the venue after the wedding was over... we were out of the venue on time and cleaned up as we should have/as we were asked to. My coordinator asked very specifically if the manager on site (casa Blanca staff member) wanted to do a walk through to make sure everything was cleaned as they wanted. Site manager said no everything looked great. Guess not because we got a small fraction of the deposit back for 1 leaving the venue late and 2 not cleaning everything how they wanted. Both of which were clearly incorrect, but since it’s at their discretion there’s nothing to be done. It could have gone much much worse, but I would have paid more for it to not be such a battle the whole time.

Casa Blanca was a wonderful venue! We used the indoor ceremony space since our wedding was in July, so having the A/C was wonderful, and then the reception was held in the main building, which was perfect for our wedding look and all guests were able to be seated inside! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I will say, at times, communication was difficult since they are only open on Wednesdays for their open house from 6-8pm, so email communication was super important. I did have to wait a bit for responses, but overall, they responded in a timely manner. I do want to say that Kristin was extremely flexible with last minute changes and definitely helped make the process as easy as possible! All of our guests LOVED the venue and how pretty the grounds were! Thank you for helping to make our day memorable!

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Casa Blanca. It was beautiful, and everything went perfectly! They have a great inclement weather building if you need or want to be married inside (which was excellent since we woke up to thunderstorms on the morning of our wedding). The grounds were beautiful though, so lush and green. We used one of their day-of coordinators, Cynthia, to help ensure that we stuck to our timeline and that all the vendors knew what to do on the day. They have ample space for both the bride and groom to get ready at the venue. It was so convenient to have everything all in one place. I am so happy we chose Casa Blanca for our special day!

This venue was everything that we could have dreamed of to have our wedding! They checked off all of the boxes of all that we wanted in a venue and then some! The staff was great to work with and offered so many options to help us in planning for the day. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! Everything I wanted! The scenery was perfect. Even in July it wasnt that hot because of the shade cover. There's an indoor option in case it's too hot or it rains. There is a dressing for both the groom and bride, that they have renovated. Ask for Kristin to be your wedding coordinator! She is amazing and does her job flawlessly. She made sure everything went smoothly and remembered every detail.

This was the only the second venue I looked at and I fell in love with the venue! I cannot express how beautiful my wedding was! Cynthia and her team were phenomenal! The day of my wedding they made everything run smoothly. The venue all set up was better than the pictures! It was a dream come true! I can not even put into words how above and beyond they went for me!

This Venue is AMAZING!! it was perfect for us. we looked for months for the perfect venue but as soon as we saw this one we knew it was the one! staff is very helpful, we worked with Daniel and he helped us every step of the way. our wedding went perfectly and everyone was complimenting the venue and how beautiful it was, our photos turned out great because of the gorgeous venue and the area surrounding it.

The venue helped our entire wedding event run smoothly. It was a beautiful venue for winter: twinkle lit, warm, and cozy. The venue comes with a wedding coordinator, which helped so much. The contract options are a la carte, so you can pick and choose which vendors of yours you wish to use (with the exception of requirement to use their bartenders and security). My one challenge was the kitchen facilities are very limited, which can make preparation challenging for catering. I would suggest visiting the venue with your catering company to help them plan logistics.

A beautiful place! My wedding guest list was a little large for the venue so I wouldn't have more than 140 guests even though they can accommodate for more. Our wedding coordinator was Naomi and she was wonderful! She was helpful and sweet. Casa Blanca was great on having us visit the location on off times although sometimes they were a little non responsive. Once you book you have to be the one contacting them for questions or needs. If your guest list is larger and need to sit people on the adjacent sides of the house make sure your DJ knows to set up speakers there as well or else your guests will sort of be sitting in silence until the dance starts and people start moving around. Overall gorgeous place and we loved having our wedding reception there.

We fell in love with Casa Blanca the moment we saw it. It is a beautiful venue, especially if you like a gorgeous outdoor setting. The ballroom/indoor reception area is glassed in with porches on either side. Very special. The venue also has a great rain plan as it has a separate building to move the ceremony or reception if needed. Some reviews gave the highest compliments for the appearance of the venue but recommended bringing in your own vendors. We did that although Casa Blanca provided the bartenders. They were great. Cynthia and Daniel with Casa Blanca were very nice and accommodating and so our experience was good. On occasion, they weren't as responsive as I would have preferred but not enough of a problem to be a deal breaker. We have no regrets and would do it all again.

I was so impressed with this venue! I never had to worry about service or making sure that everything came together. I definitely suggest using the coordinator as she is familiar with the place and will make the day just that much more enjoyable. There were a few maintenance issues in the Bride and Grooms' rooms, but were insignificant in comparison to just how beautiful the event turned out to be. We got nothing but gushing compliments about how beautiful the place was and how efficient the service turned out to be. I definitely recommend it!

This venue was amazing! I did the all inclusive package, including catering, dj, Photo Booth, bar tenders, wait staff, set up and tear down. Daniel was our wedding coordinator, he was awesome to work with, always listening to our wants and giving us ideas about things. It was perfect!!! I wish I could do it all again!

Casa blanca was the only venue that we looked at for our wedding and we instantly fell in love with how beautiful it was. We originally met with Daniel who helped us book the venue and choose our package. He was super helpful and great to work with and didn't mind at all when I asked him to come by about 10 different times to take my family and bridesmaids to check out the space. We chose their all inclusive package- wedding and reception, food, dj, photo booth, complete set up and take down, linens, etc. They made everything about the wedding planning SO stress free. My day of coordinator, Naomi, was absolutely amazing!! There was not a single thing that went poorly on our wedding day. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly and was stress free. In addition to Daniel and Naomi being awesome, the day of and everything provided by Casa Blanca turned out great. Our guests raved about how great the italian menu was and we got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I definitely recommend casa blanca and their staff to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding and/or reception.

My Husband and I were married on 10/17/2014 and guests still to this day have been raving about our wedding venue Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek! I can honestly say like any other bride was very nervous leading up to the wedding but the day of I can honestly say the wedding went off without a hitch. The Venue was decorated beautifully, the staff was friendly and treated my guest’s great, the day of coordinator that came with my package Pam was FANTASTIC, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and place to have my wedding. They had wonderful package rates which accommodated all of our needs and made our day the most beautiful day ever! If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful, venue with wonderful views of the creek this is your place!

Casa Blanca is such a gorgeous venue with everything you would need to plan your wedding right at your fingertips. They have a very affordable bundle that includes the venue pricing, a DJ, linens, dinnerware, etc. They also provide a wedding coordinator that is included in the bundle price which was wonderful! Both Naomi and Cynthia were truly amazing at taking care of absolutely everything! They stayed in constant communication with me before the wedding and made sure that all went smoothly on the day of. I was able to just enjoy my wedding and that is priceless.

The venue itself is AMAZING, especially in springtime when we got married. If you are looking for an outdoor venue that feels secluded yet is centrally located this place is hard to beat. They are constantly making improvements to the property, one of which being a beautiful new front door and a closed in pavilion. My only regret in going with Casa Blanca is not pushing for hiring my own staff. They really have a lot they offer as add-ons (from DJ to day-of-coordinating) and many things they require to be there own people, like bartenders. I highly suggest getting outside vendors as much as possible. Our waitstaff we hired was inappropriately dressed and did not complete the duties they were given, the bartenders mixed overly strong drinks running quickly through the most popular liquor, and worst of all, the day of coordinator was not in a pleasant mood during the entire day. After meeting with her multiple times and agreeing on certain things being done, I was disappointed the day of when there was a lack of follow through on many things, the biggest of which being not letting the guests know that the photo booth was open during cocktail hour (no one knew and we did not get our money's worth). In spite of the terrible service, I still recommend this venue.

The venue is perfect for a wedding on the river! The staff was very helpful! The venue is beautiful and well kept. My only issue was the bartender that I paid for with the venue over poured the liquor all night...we went thru all our liquor in about 3 hours, we had to buy more and ask that drinks were not all liquor

Casa Blanca was a beautiful! There were some issues with the AC, but the bartenders were very helpful. Daniel was also very helpful throughout and very understanding.

Maybe its just me but when you are paying as much as wedding venues cost I expect a certain level of service. The venue itself was very pretty and the team did a great job with the table/ceremony area setup/rental arrangments. In fact, even leading up it was a great expereince with email and face to face communication. My challenge is with the execution. We met with our coordinator many times (comes with venue for an 800 charge). However, despite the meetings I was having to answer questions at the rehersal and day of which we had gone over. (i.e. how many chairs on the first row, who is supposed to be at the reserved tables) These are conversations we had at legnth and were documented in his notes. Really not sure why I was having to go over these items again. Also, the lace on the cake table had become bunched up after initial placement- he did not correct. Grooms cake was left in error on the gift table (become overshadowed and was left our of pictures until I moved it). Coordinator had said he would help load items into designated vechile. Reports from my mother and best man indicate they made a pile for them to load and offered no assistance. Overall, pretty venue but I spent too much of my time the day of answering questions and organizing for the coordinator than enjoying myself. (BTW- worked with 2 coordinators from the venue. Changed to another after the initial did not reply to any emails, phone calls or otherwise make contact after 6 weeks of having booked the venue)

What can I say about this place. It was the place I could only have dreamed of. Right when we got to the venue, I knew it was the place. First it had me by the name of the venue, Casa Blanca. I love old movies. I thought about the movie with Humphrey Bogart. Than I saw the place and it reminded me of the house from the movie Sabrina with Audrey Hepburn. Right when I step into the place I knew it was the place. We had a great wedding coordinator, Cynthia. She was amazing. She was very organized and on top of things. I could easily contact her by email, phone or text. The day of the wedding I got there at noon and she already had all the tables with flower arrangements set. My bridal party and I did not have to do anything. It was a very relaxing day for me, because I did not have to worry about anything. The Wedding was beautiful, because of the venue and the people that work there.

My daughters wedding turned out even better than I had hoped for. They married on a patio over Brushy Creek and before she walked down the aisle, a hawk flew over the water, beautiful. Everyone commented on how beautiful the grounds were and wished they could live there. It can only accommodate about 150, so if that fits your needs, I would highly recommend it.

I loved Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek. The grass was green, the grounds were clean, and the trees are gorgeous. My husband and I were married outside at 6:00 in the evening the second weekend in April. With all the trees it felt more cool. The ceremony overlooked a creek. If you are looking for a more natural scenery definitely check this place out. There is also a choice of hiring a wedding coordinator with the venue.

I am so glad that I decided to have my reception here. The coordinator was quirky, but she knows her stuff. I was worried at first since she is hard to contact and seems scatter-brained at times, but I could not have been more pleased with the way the reception turned out. She took care of EVERYTHING. All of the vendors she recommended were fantastic and she made the whole wedding process fun and stress free. The best part was all I had to do on my wedding day was show up! They decorated and set everything up! The grounds are absolutely beautiful (especially at night). The house is located near a creek, so there were tons of outdoor room for people to wonder around when tired of being indoors and enough room for the children to run their little hearts out. The house itself was so naturally beautiful that we only decorated the tables because any other decorations would have taken away from the scenery.

I loved loved loved having my wedding at Casa Blanca, however the owners tell you everything you want to hear. I was told all of the things that were available to use and then when it came time 'we don't have that available' so I was very disappointed in that aspect of the venue. The bridal suite was supposed to include a steamer and the closet for hanging everything. When we arrived there was no steamer and the closet was full of clothes. I was told those things were not included. My coordinator, who I would have been screwed without, was so helpful and got me use of those things and also told me it was to be included! When we toured I asked if we could bring candles to decorate and of course the answer was yes and when we signed the contract we were offered a 'candle package' that was $200 and that was the only way we could have candles. I specifically asked before we chose if we could BRING candles and then we found out we had to pay $200 for something we could buy from Ikea for $5! When I went to make payments some of the things I heard the owners discussing were not appropriate for clients to be hearing. The owners argued about who to make payments to and it was just unprofessional. The day I went to make the last payment on the venue I noticed paper lanterns hanging on the patio so I asked if we could use them for our day and the answer was of course 'whatever you want' so I also asked if we could bring in our own to add in our colors and they said we could. So I went and bought lanterns to use and that morning I was told they would be added. Well with the craziness of the day I didn't notice right away but they took down the ones that were up in the morning and didn't put up the ones I specifically bought for the wedding. I was disappointed in many things throughout the planning and as much as I loved the place I don't know if I would have chosen Casa Blanca again given the chance. I used this venue to have an after-party for my wedding in July. We had about 150 people there and it was not crowded at all. The owner and wedding co-coordinator Leann along with her husband are jumping to go the extra mile for their brides! The venue offers indoor, outdoor and pavillion settings all in one location. The scenery is breath-taking making the needed decorations minimal. I would highly suggest this venue to brides who are having 150 guests or less.
