Working with Cecilia at Casa Papel was such a pleasure! Even though I was utilizing invitation designs by my sister, Cecilia still did a full consultation with me where she let me look at and feel different papers, explained the different options for printing, let me bounce ideas around and gave me estimates for pricing. Her staff even helped my sister make sure her designs were print ready. Casa Papel made things so easy for me by printing addresses on both my return envelope and the main envelopes. They made sure that the fonts they used for addresses matched the fonts my sister used in the invitation suite. And, they ended up getting everything done in a pretty quick turnaround. In general, Cecilia is very experienced when it comes to wedding invitations and was able to offer a lot of helpful insights throughout the entire process. I am so pleased with my invitations and will definitely be returning to Casa Papel for the rest of my wedding-related paper needs before my big day!

I really enjoyed working with Casa Papel for our signature drink signs, welcome bag stickers, seating chart and sign in board! We met with Cecilia 4 months before our wedding to tell her our vision. The signature drink signs were gorgeous and the designers even drew our dog on our sign in board, seating chart and welcome bag stickers! It was perfect! Everyone loved seeing our cute little Sadie on all of our things! Thank you Casa Papel!

Though I've only worked with them with our Save the Dates, I can vouch that I am already excited to work on our invites using Casa Papel! Their paper and designs are exquisite. If we hadn't been working with my graphic designer friend to develop paper products, they would have been my first choice. Even so, Cecilia made it really easy to import our graphic designer's documents and our guests' contact information into their printing programs. She is very collegial and invested in making sure you are happy with your choice. Casa Papel was easy and prompt in their communication and their customer service is en pointe. We worked with Casa Papel to design a custom wedding invitation. My husband had a very specific vision of the impact he wanted the end product to have on our guests, but didn't know the specific details of how to make that happen. We had a few brainstorming sessions with Cecilia were we bounced ideas off each other and were able to come up with a beautiful end product. They were so easy to work with and you could tell really wanted to work with us to make our invitations our ideal. They also were happy to include new additions like a custom logo that we thought of in the designing process of the envelope. You will have a great time working with Casa Papel highly recommended!

Worked with Casa Papel through our reception vendor (All About Events- Reading Terminal Market) to create a menu map for our guests at the reception. While my contact with Cecillia was limited and mostly through the reception venue, I found the finished product to be beautiful and extremely well received. The theme and colors of the wedding were captured and the guests found them to be very helpful.

I used Casa Papel because I love to support the local mom and pop shops but I did not have an easy time designing my invitations with them. They provided a contract with deadline dates for each step of the process and they did not meet a single one. Also, reaching them seemed near impossible at times, especially via email. On several occasions I had to physically go into the store and ask what was going on with my order. I even mentioned the communication difficulty and they apologized but did nothing to change it so I ended up settling on a mediocre design because I was tired of working with them. I would not recommend.

I LOVED my invitations, they were elegant, classy, and beautiful. Cecilia exceeded my expectations and she was able to capture my vision. I would Highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!!

I have to say that while my husband and I were happy with our invitations in the end, working with Casa Papel wasn't as easy as I hoped it would be. In the end they were my least favorite vendor. Perhaps, all of my other vendors were just too terrific. We loved the idea of having our invites designed since we couldn't seem to find one we loved out of a book. We met with their graphic designer and she began starting designs for us. She was talented but didn't always get back to us in a timely fashion. I kept thinking I should be hearing from them and didn't want to be too much of a pest, but in the end, I needed to contact them if I wanted to know how things were moving along. That designer left to move on to another job and they then had another designer. I heard she moved on as well. With all of these changes, my invitations were late getting to me. There was no apology. Mostly, I think what made me dislike my experience working with Casa Papel most was their communication, or lack there of. I often felt like instead of email or phone, I should just come to the store because I wasn't clear on what we were agreeing to through email. The store was not close for me, so this became a pain. They printed my return address wrong the first time on my envelopes, causing me another trip and again there wasn't really an apology. My place cards didn't stand up well. I feel like I paid a good amount of money and should have been happier with my experience and the products for the price.
