My husband and I got married in August 2022 at Cascade. We worked with Rosa from start to the end. She had so much experience and that shined through. We didn’t need a wedding coordinator because we had her. She set us up perfectly, and prepared us for “plan b” when the weather didn’t cooperate. She had the room set EXACTLY how we imagined it. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything. The service team was the best I’d ever experienced. The venue is stunning, parking is plentiful. We literally had a perfect day, Rosa & Cascade were a big factor in that. I would (and have) recommend them to everyone. Five stars.

Not only is Cascade a beautiful venue, but the staff are all phenomenal. Rosa, Besa, Alexa and Silvana provided great service from beginning to end. Thank you Rosa for picking up every phone call and replying promptly to every single email I sent. Thank you Besa for the attentiveness and support throughout me and my husband's special day. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have chosen Cascade as my wedding venue. THANK YOU!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cascade and Rosa. The moment I met with her you get a sense of comfort, family, and professionalism. She handled every detail always kept a timeline to tell me when to do what. Her recommendations were all top notch. Our guests have non stop been raving about the food, the drinks, and the amazing party that our wedding was. None of our amazing night would be possible without Rosa and her team. I don't eat salmon but multiple people said it was the best salmon they've ever had. The eggplant was as If my mom cooked it. I can go on and on about how amazing everything was. I never dreamed of a fairytale wedding but they truly gave me one because I felt like such a princess. Rosa is above and beyond. My mom as well as my entire family and guests were blown away. Cacaades staff will walk you thru everything and make you feel like a family member from the start of planning to helping you pack at the end of the night. Book Cascade you will not regret it. We had my daughters wedding this past saturday. 8/27/22. Cascade exceeded my expectations! Rosa made me feel safe and she took care of everything, and attention to detail was awesome! Food was great and everything perfect! Everyone had good time, and kept coming to me that I did a great job...all I could think was Cascade did it all! My nephew [a savy New Yorker] said 10 out of 10!

My husband and I had our wedding on 7/8/22. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in front of the waterfall, and reception in the ball room. Rosa and her team checked in on us throughout the day and made sure we were taken care of. She answered all our questions throughout the planning process and was patient about all the questions, requests, and ideas we had. The evening flew by but our guests and I had a great time. The venue was beautiful and we had such a memorable wedding.

We had our wedding at Cascade July 9 of this year. As soon as I saw the beautiful garden and waterfall features outside I knew this was the perfect place. It’s just the perfect place to have an outdoor summer wedding. Rosa worked with me during the planning process and made everything easy. Our guests loved everything especially the food. While all that was great the actual wedding day for me was unbelievably stressful and it all was caused by a major lack of organization and communication from the staff at Cascade. My now husband and I made a few trips to the venue and each time Rosa had no idea who we were. She had to ask for our names and the wedding date even at our last meeting which was one weeks prior. On our wedding day I arrived to find another wedding in progress despite being told very clearly that only one event takes place at a time. I asked the very unhelpful staff member who was ushering in guests where my bridal room was, to which he answered it’s in use but I could sit in the sales office. After that confusion I asked to take to Rosa, again the only person I had worked with up until this point and she was nowhere to be found. Another woman who’s name I don’t recall associated us by mostly barking orders at me. Once our ceremony started the guests from the other wedding started to file out and many stood around staring at me which was so uncomfortable. During the reception I was annoyed to see the custom made welcome sign I asked to be set up for guests to use as a guest book was on the floor and the provided markers were missing. Also we had a relative who is allergic to onions and arranged a special meal did not get her food. It was as if that conversation never happened. I really could keep going about all the small details that were overlooked or lied about but instead I’ll just say if you want to feel special on your special day you should look at another venue.

Overall it was a great night. I just don't like being lied to so that ruined it for me. we had spent $400 on freeze dried rose petals to be put out and we were told tbey would be put out last minute if there was wind. we'll they forgot to put them out there wasnt even ant wind this day. when we asked them about it they said they didn't put them out because of the wind... but there was no wind that day. I would have been ok with an honest mistake and a refund of some sort but instead we get lie about how there was supposedly wind.

We got married here April 15, 2022. We went to visit in June 2020 and quickly decided to that this was our place. Rosa is AMAZING and she was willing to work with us and create a package that met our needs. She and her team did not disappoint! The day went smoothly and all of my other vendors were happy working with them. Most importantly we had the best day and so did our guests!! We can't thank them enough!

Our wedding was beautiful! Rosa was the best to work with and her staff was so helpful! Things were just as I had imagined and I could not recommend this venue for the perfect party after our ceremony! Thank you so much!!!

I am absolutely blown away by Rosa and her team at Cascade! I highly recommend this venue. They helped me plan every detail of our big day, and Rosa was extremely responsive through email/phone calls/meetings. It was scary to plan a wedding during Covid, but Rosa made it stress free while still complying with all safety precautions. The day of, our outdoor ceremony was absolutely stunning, the food at our reception was delicious, and our guests had an amazing time. Rosa and her staff were also so kind to our son and two young nieces, it was such a special experience.

Cascade was the perfect wedding venue! Being a COVID bride was very hard but Rosa, our wedding coordinator, made it stress-free! The food was amazing, the decorations were perfect, and everything went off without a hitch! Our guests are still talking about how much they loved our wedding!

Our wedding was Sunday, August 9th 2020. Rosa and all of the Cascade crew did a phenomenal job setting up and coordinating the entire night. Although COVID impacted our day, Rosa went above and beyond to make sure our day was as beautiful as possible while following all of the COVID health and safety laws. Our day was so much better than I could have ever imagined. We will cherish this day for a lifetime. Thank you so much for everything you have done!

I really cant rave enough about Cascade, We originally booked them just for the amazing scenery and reviews on food. But that was well over a year ago. Then with COVID all the stress of a wedding went through the roof! Cascade was beyond helpful, they called us and checked in, they sent emails they did all they could! The beautiful day went off without a hitch and they were beyond amazing! They covered signature drinks, were amazing with the guests and really minimized our stress. All of our guests were well taken care of, had any concerns handled, they even set up our memorial table! Everyone was raving about how great the food was and they made buying a cake a piece of well… CAKE! You can go through them or you can pick your own! They hold your hand through the whole process and make wedding planning easy! Everyone raved how smooth everything went and we had to tell the guests that cascade handled most of it! We just showed up! Cannot recommend enough!!

A Greek/Italian wedding on New Years Eve! Not everyone is equipped to handle this combo! Rosa and her family at Cascade pulled together a magical winter wonderland! I can’t even begin to express how amazing Rosa was! Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and every time I was about to throw in the towel, Rosa took care of it! Rosa went above and beyond with everything! It was more amazing that we could have dreamed! She was always a phone call away and we could have not done it without her! The staff is AMAZING and beyond accommodating! Food was INCREDIBLE! Want to do it all over again! We would recommend Cascade for any event! Beautiful venue, incredible food and family run! They treated our wedding like it was their own!

My big fat Greek family had the best time at Cascade for my wedding reception. Rosa and the whole entire staff were exceptional! The venue was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend Cascade Fine Catering!

Had my wedding on September 20th 2019 Cascade was seriously such a gorgeous venue! We chose it because I’ve been there before and knew already that the food was incredible and I looove the high ceilings! Most venues have those short ceilings which I feel makes it feel stuffy but cascade is so open and beautiful!! The food of course did not fail one bit! It had so much flavor and is seasoned so well! I’ve had so much bland boring wedding food other places. The only thing I would say is that they started sending tables to get food from the buffet before the bride and groom which was a little funny. But overall it was amazing and wouldn’t change my venue for the world!!

My husband and I had our wedding here a week and a half ago. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Rosa was amazing at answering our questions and making our day run smoothly. The food was amazing. To this day our guests are raving about the mashed potato bar and the quality of the food. Rosa and the whole staff made sure we were well taken care of. We highly recommend Cascade for any special event!

Rosa and Alexa made my sisters wedding absolutely perfect. Every single little detail from start to finish was absolutely beautiful and legitimately perfect. All of their hard work made it the most special day - my entire family wishes we could do it all over again because it was truly one of the most special nights we ever experienced! I had my wedding here last weekend and all I can say is this place is amazing! From the food to the scenery, this place will definitely wow your guest as it did mine. I got so many compliments on the venue and how amazing the food was, so I am pleased to say we for sure made the right choice by having our reception here. First, I would like to say that Rosa is amazing and made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning with her upbeat and positive attitude. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, his wife, and Alexa who are all wonderful and outgoing people. Rosa has an outgoing personality, was very accommodating, professional and easy to work with which made the planning process for my son and his new bride’s wedding go smoothly. Needless to say, their wedding day was spectacular! We have only heard good reports about the atmosphere, how beautiful the venue and grounds are and that everything was perfect. We just had our wedding this past Sunday and we couldn’t have had asked for more from Rosa. On the wedding day itself she was present for the whole evening and it was amazing how much attention to detail was payed by her. We got more than our money’s worth when it came down to it out of all honesty. It’s been a few days and our guests are still reaching out telling us it’s either been the best wedding they been to or one of the best. Thank you Rosa. Cascade is the perfect space for a classy, elegant wedding; my husband and I are still in awe of just how perfect our reception was. The space is beautiful, offering an outdoor garden area as well as an air-conditioned inside space for cocktails; the ballroom is simply elegant. The food is delicious (we had surf&turf), with many options for passed appetizers; many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their meals. Rosa and her team were a dream to work with. They are true professionals from the planning process through the big day, while making you feel warm, welcome, and special. Rosa is very detail-oriented and played a huge role in making the logistics of the party a success. She allowed us to personalize our reception in many ways, while offering her expertise to make our party better than we could have imagined.

I can't say enough great things about this venue! They were wonderful to work with to help plan my wedding! They were very accommodating and allowed me to make changes and swap items when needed. I was organized so I think that also made everything easier, especially when it came to food. I had certain guests at my wedding with food allergies and Cascade accommodated them all. They allowed me to bring in my own cake from my selected baker and I wasn't charge any cake cutting fee. I also added the extreme ice cream bar to my wedding and that was a big hit! All the food was great! They allowed me to drop off items to the venue a couple of days before the wedding which made things easier, since it was in their hands and I didn't have to worry about any of those details. The venue was decorated beautifully since I got married in the winter season and added a nice touch to my wedding decor. I highly recommend this venue.

The best venue in the world- I am convinced!!! My family had 5 weddings this year and they all still talk about mine... the food was unbelievable, the setting was sooo gorgeous... I never thought I could afford a place this nice but they are unbelievable and worked with me so much- they made my dream come true despite my budget... and they were so helpful and attentive! They were on top of the details and had so many great staff the day of the wedding that things couldn’t have gone better! Cascade was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the staff, to the food, to the grounds, it was stunning. We can’t thank them enough for all they did for us. Professional, fun, accommodating and organized are only a few of the things that come to mind. We choose to get ready at the venue and arrived to water, coffee and champagne waiting for us. It was a unusually cold night and the staff event helped keep the girls warm when we were waiting to walk down the aisle. It was the little touches that made our wedding day even better. Cascade was the perfect choice for our fall Wedding! Rosa and her team made planning stress free! Our day was flawless (at least to our knowledge, if anything went wrong, it was taken care of haha). We had perfect weather and were able to take advantage of the beautiful grounds and have an outdoor ceremony. So many of our guests raved about the delicious cocktail hour! The reception was everything we had dreamed of. The food and service was second to none. Rosa and her team are a well oiled machine and take care of everything!

From the day we first walked into Cascade, we knew it would be the perfect venue for us. It is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen and has gotten even better with some of the updates that have been made over the past few years. It was the perfect backdrop for all of our wedding photos. The service we received from Rosa and her team throughout the planning process and on our wedding day was amazing. Every question we had was answered very quickly and any request was followed through perfectly. The days leading up to our wedding were as stress free as possible. We just dropped everything off at the venue and when we arrived, it was all set up beautifully. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and it was even better than we could have dreamed of. The food is probably the best food I have ever had at any wedding venue. We had high expectations since all of our vendors raved about the food when we met with them and we were definitely impressed. Friends and family are still talking about how perfect every last detail of our wedding was, well over a year later. We have everyone at Cascade to thank for that. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

I loved everything about Cascade! From the moment I attended a bridal fair there, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. I had attended a couple of weddings there before and loved the atmosphere & always had a great time. The staff goes above and beyond to make your day perfect! Rosa & Alexa were very attentive, answering any questions I had right away & were very easy to get ahold of if needed! Their attention to detail goes a long way & they are on top of everything. They definitely made wedding planning easier! The venue itself is gorgeous...the chandeliers, waterfalls, outdoor grounds, bright flowers all made for perfect backdrop for wedding pictures!! We were married on 9/21/18 & my guests are still raving about how delicious the food was & how much food they had, from the cocktail hour to the dinner! The food is so good, our family has used them to cater holiday dinners! The bartenders were quick & attentive as well, and all of the staff were very friendly & professional. I would not have changed a thing about our wedding & wish we could relive that night all over again! I would definitely recommend Cascade for your wedding vendor! You will not be disappointed!!!

Cascade was amazing beyond our expectations. Not only was the staff attentive but the food and drinks are always delicious! The outdoor gardens and waterfall create the perfect back drop for photos. The glistening chandeliers in the dining room can be dimmed to set the mood during dinner & dancing! My husband and I highly reccomend this venue!

Dom, Rosa and the team from Cascade were very helpful through our whole planning process. The outside ceremony was beautiful in front of the waterfall. The food and the atmosphere during our reception was exactly as we had envisioned. Rosa made sure our night was a night to remember.

This year marks my 10th year in the wedding industry. I n all the years I have never expericed such a horrible situation as I did with Cascade. On top of that, as so many other reviews have stated, terrible communication, practically no communication. Rosa excuse was that things are teribly slow and she is only working 2 days a week. You call the venue and allways answered by voice messages. Very shady.

Rosa, Domenic and Alexa were so efficient. Whenever I had a question, one of them responded very quickly and were always happy to help. Rosa was present on the night of my wedding. She ensured that the night went by smoothly. My wedding was everything I ever wanted it to be AND MORE all due to this team of people and this venue!! The gardens were meticulous, the ballroom was beautiful and the food was out of this world, the best I’ve ever had at a wedding/venue (and I’m not just saying that because it was mine). I would absolutely have other events at Cascade!!

I recently had my daughter's bridal shower for 70 guests and I could not have been happier with the outcome. The food and service was fabulous. We worked with "Rosa" who couldn't have been more accommodating. From start to finish not one single complaint! Would highly recommend this venue! Garden was in full bloom with beautiful flowers and waterfall! Picture perfect!

We had our wedding on 5/5/2018 and it was the best night of our lives. Everything was perfect. Domenic, Rosa and Alexa were unbelievable from start to finish helping us plan and assuring us that everything was going to work out just as we had hoped. We had our wedding at Cascade 10/22/17 and couldn't be happier with how our day went. The food was fantastic, flowers in the ceremony area were stunning and the staff was kind, efficient and easy to work with. the venue all around was a perfect fit for us. Rosa, my coordinator was wonderful and always happy, kind and attentive when we spoke. She has an eye for details and even assisted with the invitations. Great experience and highly recommended all around.

On September 23rd my husband and I had the most magical ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Cascades. Rosa, Alexis and the whole team were amazing to work with from the beginning of the planning process until the last dance. Working with Rosa to plan everything from the ceremony, to welcoming guests, cocktail hour and the reception was absolutely amazing. She has wonderful ideas that I never thought of. Their packages are so reasonable and the extras they can provide are by far the best we've encountered and trust me visited a lot of venues on our journey to the alter. From the moment we met Rosa at our first meeting, without starting the tour we both knew this wonderful place was where we would get married. There was so much food and drinks, our guests are still talking about how ours was the best wedding they have every attended. Alexis and her team did an amazing job taking our decorations and making our vision come to life! The staff that waited on us while we were preparing to walk down the isle were magnificent. The two bartenders of them even noticed I wasn't buttoned up into my dress properly and dropped everything to help my mother fix my dress seconds before I walked down the isle. We also had a snafu with the seating chart and Rosa and team were there to fix it without my knowing until after to avoid stressing me out!!! From the moment we saw the pergola I knew that was where we should have our ceremony. I couldn't have imagined it any better than they prepared it for my day. The beautiful cobblestone walk past the waterfall to the pergola is a photographic dream. I have seen the preview of the photos the photographer took and they are beautiful. One thing my husband has OCD about is cleanliness and this venue went above and beyond his expectations. He could not stop talking about how clean Cascades is both inside and outside compared to some of the other venues we had seen. The entire staff were friendly and attentive and helped our guests have the time of their lives at our wedding. All my husband and I wanted was for our guest to have a great time, and that's exactly what was delivered. From being greeted with a glass of Rose before the ceremony, to being stuffed during cocktail hour, the delicious buffet style dinner, the late night pizza and dessert bar; no one left hungry. If I could give Cascade a million stars, I would. The team here treats you like family and make the wedding planning process so simple. I didn't even hire a wedding planner because I had Rosa :). Go see Cascades to book your wedding, there is no way you can be disappointed; unless they don't have your date, but just pick another one like we did! I wish I could do it all over again

We got married on September 29, 2017 and had our reception at Cascade. It was a perfect night and could not have gone better. As the bride and groom, our needs were met in every way from set up to decor to food and drinks- we felt completely relaxed the whole night. In addition to making sure we were settled, Alexa, Domenic, and Rosa made sure our guests were taken care of, and they went above and beyond. The bartenders and waitstaff were amazing. Cascade's staff timed every detail perfectly to keep our energetic wedding guests and wedding party happy. The greatest compliment was getting calls after the wedding from our guests who described the night as perfect, fun, and the best wedding they've been to in a long time. We are forever thankful to Cascade!

Cascade Fine Catering is the best place to have a wedding at. My husband and I got married on September 13th 2017 and it was the best time of my life. The staff was attentive to our every need. Dom was always there to answer the phone when I had a question and he made our experience perfect. Alexa was our matradee and she was wonderful. She was there when I needed her and never left our side. All the staff at cascade was wonderful and our wedding day was a night to remember. I will highly recommend Cascade Fine Catering to anyone who is getting married or needs a hall for an event.

I couldn't have been happier with my wedding day at cascade. My dad got sick and I ended up planning my wedding in 5 months. Rosa was amazing and so helpful with every step in the process. I was nervous and anxious in the short time frame, but she calmed me down and assisted through every step. My wedding far wxceeded my expectations. The food was incredible and the venue is breathtaking. We got married outside on a gorgeous august afternoon and the reception was in the garden room. We couldn't be happier!

My husband and I had a long engagement, so we had plenty of time when it came to choosing our reception venue. We easily looked at 20 different places across Connecticut, but the minute that we toured Cascade, we knew it would be the one. The venue is spacious, spotless, and spectacular. The staff is beyond patient and willing to answer any and all questions. They will respond to calls and emails rapidly, and sit for meetings whenever you feel it necessary. Domenic, Rosa, and Alexa guided my family, who had never planned a wedding, through the entire process--from choosing a menu to the seating chart. I knew that, no matter what, the reception would be everything that I dreamed of. I met with Rosa the week of the wedding and trucked in with a ton of props and decorations. She made sure that everything was exactly how I envisioned it--I wouldn't have changed a thing had I been able to set up myself (and as a true control freak, I really wanted to). My guests are still talking about how fantastic the food is (I HIGHLY recommend the mac and cheese station) , how friendly all of the staff was, and how beautiful the venue is. The guests, like Joe and I, loved being the only wedding there, having a separate space for cocktail hour, the gorgeous outdoor patios, the fabulous lobby and bar, the private space for the bridal suites, the huge, cleanly bathrooms, and of course the all wood ballroom floor (complete with chandeliers--just like Beauty and the Beast), which left plenty of room for dancing. We had about 200 people in attendance, and had an abundance of space, while still feeling intimate. I would guide any of my friends or family members toward Cascade for a wedding or any type of party--it'll be an event you'll never forget!

So many many special things here: *150 or more people means you do not have any other people or parties in the building or in the parking lot, except your guests. *Reasonably priced *Excellent food and outstanding presentation *Rosa is a rock star and Dominic as well. Start to finish, they aimed to serve in every way. They gave us beyond what we agreed to. *The ballroom with high ceilings, grand stair case and crystal chandeliers made it feel like a scene from Beauty and the Beast. *We choose the Sweet Indulgence Table in place of a cake and it had gorgeous chocolate covered strawberries, pignole cookies and gorgeous Italian pastries from cannoli, to sfogliatelle and giant 'lobster tail' pastries. We also added the Belgium Waffle Ice Cream Sundae Station. Impressive display *They let me bring in any special touches I wanted. Our kids are at the age where we are constantly going to weddings, and I am not easily impressed, but Cascade gave us a Fairy Tale Wedding in every sense of the word.

We had our wedding at Cascade on 4/15/17. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We have heard nothing but wonderful things from our guests since the wedding day. The food is to die for, the staff is fantastic and the venue is beautiful. If you have the chance to work with Rosa, trust me when I say you are in wonderful hands. Her attention to detail is spot on. Every little detail we discussed was executed perfectly. We cannot thank you enough Rosa and the entire Cascade crew!

Lots to say about this place! Food: The food is their trademark. They have delicious, high quality food with incredible presentation, taste, and portions. Our guests kept expressing how impressed they were. They did a great job of making sure the wedding party had plenty to eat and drink while we were getting ready and taking photos. Venue: Easy to find, plenty of parking, beautifully maintained building and grounds. Recently renovated so this place looks brand new. First class all the way. Lots of options here. Staff: Great personalities, lots of fun, and very dedicated and experienced. More than once, staff came to our rescue to do things like brainstorm ideas, give advice, and even helped with my insanely complicated bustle. My husband had foot surgery right before the wedding and they helped us figure out how to stage everything for his mobility. Price: There are a lot of options here and you can customize for your budget. We chose the Winter Wedding Special, which was an incredible package with perks and since our wedding day fell in early April (the week before Easter), we had beautiful, warm weather. I would definitely put Cascade on your list of places to see and seriously consider for your wedding or any other event!

From day one, the minute we stepped into the venue we were comfortable with you and felt supported in every possible way which made our wedding day PeRfEcT. Because of Cascade and the staff, our wedding night was everything we could of dreamed of and more. Dominic and Alexa we can't begin to thank you for all your help. We never once worried about a thing having you two by our sides on our wedding day. We knew we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and you had all our guests talking about it for days. As a bride having a million things to set up between decorations, place cards, etc. I did not stress because we had total faith and trust in you. Everything about the Venue was absolutely beautiful and perfect. It was truly a night to remember and one that was so unforgettable. We got married on September 17, 2016 at Cascade and had a fantastic wedding! We looked at many venues across Connecticut but decided to travel an hour away from our ceremony site to Cascade and were not disappointed. The grounds are well maintained and the main ballroom is very elegant from the grand staircase to the beautiful chandeliers! Rosa, Alexa, and Domenic were very professional, quick to respond to our questions, and very helpful with the planning process which made our big day run very smoothly. They made sure we were always taken care of on our wedding day so we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was also fantastic as there was a large selection of hor d’ourves and main course options. All throughout the night and even weeks after our wedding, we received many compliments from our friends and family about the beautiful venue and great food! My wedding day was everything I could’ve imagined and Cascade helped make this day very special and memorable! We would definitely recommend Cascade to anyone looking for a beautiful venue at a reasonable price!

We got married at Cascade Fine Catering on October 16, 2016! I still cannot believe that the day is over! It went by so quickly because everything ran so smoothly; thanks to the staff at Cascade :) Rosa and Domenic answered my many questions throughout the planning process and always welcomed us to come by to help with our planning. All of our guests are telling us how it was the best wedding they have been to in a while and that the food was phenomenal. (My husband and I agree!) The salad was even impressive and gorgeous! Rosa made us feel special through out the night and even quickly bustled my dress for me and consistently remembered what we were all drinking and delivered it to us. They paid close attention to our grandparents as well which was very nice! We were extremely impressed with the service at this venue and the one thing we wish was that we made the reception longer so we could continue to have a great time! It was so nice to have the hospitality instead of just "workers." I will definitely put in a good word for anyone who is looking!

I had my wedding at Cascade this July, it was absolutely amazing! Alexa, Rosa and Dom helped me plan the wedding of my dreams. My guests still are talking about the stuffed lobster tail and filet mignon dinner. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. My bridal party had two head waitresses, Angela and Jessica, they brought us appetizers and drinks during cocktail hour. They helped me with my wedding dress when my bridesmaids were too busy enjoying the party. Our ceremony was in the gardens, then cocktail hour in the Garden Room, plenty of food, drinks and seating for my guests. Then the reception was in the main ballroom, which looked so elegant. We danced all night long, and at the end, my head waitresses even packed everything up for us. If I had to do it all over again, I would only change one thing, I would add more time to the party. It flew by so fast, and even though we danced all night long, I wish it didnt have to end. Thank you everyone from Cascade ! I loved every second of my wedding!!!!

My husband and I got married this past July 2016, we are a gay couple and were worried about how we would be treated at any location. Alexia at Cascades was the absolute best! She was so warm and welcoming and was there for us every step of the way. She was our very own wedding planner. She gave us her personal cell phone if we had any questions, who does things like this? The venue was perfect! Every single guest we had raved about the food, and 2 guys with huge Italian families, the food had better be good - And it was outstanding. Alexia and Rosa and the staff personally brought us our favorite cocktail throughout the entire evening without even having to ask. Every single thing we needed or wanted was taken care of without question. If anyone is getting married in the area, do not look anywhere else, Cascade is the place for sure! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I was weary about booking any site that seems to pump out weddings weekend after weekend but, after getting recommendations from two close friends and my coworker, my husband and I decided to reach out to Cascade. We had almost 300 guests (Italian/Greek wedding) which made me nervous to begin with! Cascade had open dates in the fall which I wanted first and foremost (not many but enough to even consider them), very reasonable pricing compared to other venues in the area, excellent food (in my opinion and that was mentioned by almost all of our guests) and Rosa and the team are also so personable, flexible and fun to work with! The entire staff reminds me of my Italian family and they made the whole process easy and stress-free! Not to mention, the interior and exterior of the venue are constantly being updated with great new features, beautiful décor and pretty details that I certainly appreciated. I also loved, unlike most venues, that Cascade didn't have obnoxious carpeting or wall paper. Again, it's a small detail but it made picking décor much easier and I was able to pick colors and items that I wanted rather than what went with the venue. All of our guests said they had an amazing time and the room fit us with more than enough room to spare - and yes, we did quite a bit of dancing! Another point worth mentioning is that food was served quickly and with great quality. Out of all 24 tables, no one was left waiting for their entrée while another guest was moving on to the dance floor. If you're looking for a great experience in planning your wedding, then go to Cascade. They know what they're doing and there was never an point in the process where I felt unsure and if I did, I simply asked the staff and they had an immediate and very helpful answer for us!

We could not imagine a more perfect place to have had our wedding in September. From the first meeting we had with Rosa I knew immediately I wanted to get married here. Rosa was SO personable as well as professional and made me feel very at ease with every crazy question or request I had. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are stunning. We were able to get married outside in the back and it was stunning. We did a station set up for our dinner and everyone could not stop raving about the food. The brand new bar that was just built is also gorgeous. Dominic also was super helpful answering my emails right away. Alexa was more than attentive the day of and my husband and myself never were without a drink :) She was always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. Rosa also set up the room and cocktail hour exactly how I wanted it, actually better than I could have imagined! If I could do it all over again I would do it as Cascade a million times over. Thank you guys so much!!

My husband and I cant thank the staff at Cascade for making our special day the most amazing day we ever could have ever dreamed of. After meeting with Domenic and Rosa we knew that Cascade was it for us. My wedding went off without a hitch at Cascade. Dominic, Rosa and Alexa were amazing leading up to my big day and not a detail was missed. They went above and beyond to ensure my dream wedding came to life. The food was amazing (people are still talking about the mashed potato bar at cocktail hour and entrees), bar service was on point (I did not want my guests waiting for drinks) and they really personalized the experience for me and my husband and our bridal party. We did our first look at the venue and we had a perfect September day. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I cannot thank the staff enough for making all of the details fall in to place.

My husband and I had our dream wedding become a reality at Cascade Fine Catering! The beautiful gardens and waterfalls look stunning from every angle outside throughout the summer, the double staircase leading into the ballroom makes for an impressive entrance, and there is a separate room for the cocktail hour with a full bar and outdoor access. We also chose cascade due to the fact that we were the only wedding going on so the staff was completely dedicated to us, we didn't worry about sharing the grounds, or any other part of our special day with another couple. We attended the food tasting, which was for an additional cost and cash only so beware, as well as the bridal fair which was useful for finding a bakery for the cake. The food at cascade is absolutely phenomenal and I haven't had anything there that i did not enjoy, especially the filet mignon, stuffed sole, and clams casino. The staff at cascade - Rosa, Dom, and Alexa - were wonderful throughout the entire year of planning, very informative, always willing to help, and so friendly. Rosa was present for the night of the reception, and constantly checked in that all was going as planned, brought extra hors d'oeuvres to the bridal suite for the bridal party, personally bustled my dress for me, served the groom and I an extra entree, and overall was so helpful, but not overbearing. I had no complaints for the entire reception; our wedding reception was perfect thanks to this gorgeous venue and wonderful staff! We could not be more pleased!

On April 4, 2015 Rosa and her amazing staff made our wedding dreams come true. From the early stages of planning, to the million and one questions that we asked in between, until minutes before, Rosa made sure that everything was beyond perfect. Not only did we have an amazing day at Cascade, but Rosa became family. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Her staff was helpful, courteous, and efficient. Our ceremony was by chance outside, and at the last minute they were able to set us up outside, it was amazingly beautiful and perfect. From the picture scenery, to the food and of course booze, we couldn't think of one thing to complain about. I have recommended Rosa and Cascade to everyone that I could imagine. Not only are we happy that we had our wedding here, but now we will return for every other major event that we have in our futures! We can't thank you enough!

My fiance and I had spent forever trying to find the perfect wedding venue, and once we visited Cascade, we knew it was the place for us! The venue is affordable, with a variety of options, and offers first-class service! The food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff goes out of their way to attend to every question, concern, and need. Domenic, Alex, Rosa, and our head waitress, Jessica, went above and beyond to make sure we had the most magical wedding ever! Domenic was my point of contact and kept everything organized for me, even with my hundreds of questions! Alexa and Rosa were our main contacts for the day of our wedding and they attended to every detail (even so far as helping pin corsages for the grandmothers and pinning my wedding gown to my bra so it would stay in place!) Jessica, our head waitress for the sweet heart table, was absolutely darling! She made sure that my husband and I had everything we could need and more! We had multiple people tell us that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to and it was all thanks to Cascade!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding than Cascade Fine Catering in Hamden, CT. They were flexible, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond any of our wildest dreams and expectations. They made our wedding day literally , the BEST DAY EVER! I never had to worry or stress because Rosa and Alexa ensured me and my groom (Groomzilla hehe :) ) that everything was 100% perfect. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous, and the service was A Plus. Thank you so much for making us feel the way every bride and groom should feel on their big day. Where do I even begin! As soon as I walked into the Ballroom, I was speechless...the room was absolutely stunning! It was so elegant and tasteful! This was just the beginning!!! The food was delicious and Fresh. Food presentation was unbelievable and the service was superb! We did not worry about a thing! We still receive calls from our guests raving it was the best wedding they had ever gone to! I would like to thank Rosa and Domenic for all their help. They were always so helpful and full of new, fresh ideas never steering us the wrong way. I would highly recommend Cascade for all of your special occasions!!!!!!

Our wedding reception at Cascade in September was absolutely amazing! This venue was perfect. I was married August 2015 and had my ceremony and reception at Cascade. The inside and outside are absolutely gorgeous. Rosa was extremely helpful from the moment we came to the Open House up until the actual wedding. She was there to answer questions and provide useful suggestions throughout the entire process. On our wedding day our maitre d' helped things to go smoothly in spite of mishaps (that were not their fault) along the way. Our wedding was beautiful, the food was delicious, and our guests had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to tell you how much I loved this venue. They worked with me in everything that I needed and answered all the silly questions I had. It was too cold in March to have the wedding outside and I knew that and Dominque came up with the best solution. We had the wedding in the area right before going in to the room. It was beautiful and right in front of the piano. I couldn't thank them enough. Rosa did a fantastic job with managing everything that was going on that day and when my table numbers got lost in the shuffle (the grooms men lost them) she quickly came up with a solution. I couldn't recommend this venue anymore!
