Choosing to work with Casey and her team for our wedding was probably one of the best decisions we made for our special day! We originally hired Casey to help us with vendor research. She is far more familiar with the local vendors to Newport, RI, and this process really helped us narrow down our choices. As time went on, we started to realize that we needed someone to help guide us the day of, and the month leading up to, our wedding. Casey built out our entire timeline, finalized everything with our vendors and really helped close the loop on a number of things. What stood out the most was everything she made happen on the day of our wedding! Not only did Casey and her team help us stay on schedule the entire day, but she made little behind the scenes things happen without my even knowing (like handling the rings, keeping my bridemaids on time, getting the dads and grandparents their boutonnieres and corsages, letting the venue know when we would arrive due to the rain, and so much more I probably don't even realize). Beyond that, Casey is a genuinely kind person and has a very calming presence to her which is very much needed on wedding day. Leading up to the day, she was extremely responsive and always willing to answer any question we had. I highly recommend working with Casey & Co. Events!

We worked with Casey and team for our wedding at Newport Vineyards. They provided amazing coordination for the day of our wedding as well as the few months leading up to it. Any questions we had about vendors, timeline, or wedding etiquette were answered promptly and happily. Although Casey herself wasn't able to be the lead on our day, Courtney was wonderful and helped us manage a major health scare on our wedding day while staying calm, cool and collected. Truly the best team to work with!

We used Casey for our July 2023 wedding at Shepherd's Run in Rhode Island, and she was fantastic! We booked "month of" coordination, and Casey went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and was such a calming presence to be around. I reached out to her with all of my questions and she would offer such great advice to help me make decisions. The entire weekend ran seamlessly, many thanks to Casey! It also helped she had already formed excellent relationships from prior engagements with my entire vendor team. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

We used Casey for our wedding that took place this past July in Jamestown, RI. I hired her because we live in Florida . I have to say that Casey made the wedding plans absolutely seamless! She was so easy to deal with and we did not have one issue. She dealt with all of the vendors and always made communication between all of us so easy. I would highly recommend Casey for anyone, she was absolutely amazing!!!

Booking Casey is BY FAR the best decision we made. She and her team seamlessly managed a wedding weekend that included Thursday Bonfire, Friday Rehearsal, Friday night seated dinner and Saturday wedding at Castle Hill for 160 guests. Her patience, thoughtful attention to detail and great eye for design was an asset for initial planning all the way through execution and eventual submission to several bridal magazines. You can not find a better partner in the Newport area.

Booking Casey was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding day. I was on a tight budget and planned most of my wedding myself, but being a bit type A I knew I would need someone by my side on my wedding day so that I wouldn’t be stressing about the details. When I booked Casey for my day of coordinator I had no idea the amazing experience I would get. Not only did she help me navigate some confusing parts of the planning process that I was previously navigating alone, but she made the last few months leading up to the wedding (which is the MOST stressful time!) so much easier for me. She became my organizer and advocate and got to know me personally so that when my wedding day came, I had nothing to stress about. I am a worrier, and I was so anxious about seeing all of my details come together at once. Casey made everything come together seamlessly, and the day of was there to handle any mishaps before I even knew they happened. I got to spend my morning enjoying time with my mom and bridesmaids without worrying what was happening at the reception hall, and was able to be focused on my (husband!) and guests during the reception. She does all this while remaining calm and being the biggest sweetheart. She truly was my fairy godmother. I cannot recommend Casey enough, every bride deserves to feel like a princess, and every princess needs her fairy godmother!

My husband and I hired Casey as our day of coordinator for our recent October wedding in Newport, RI. I had met with several other coordinators prior to moving forward with Casey; Casey however, immediately stood out as she was extremely warm, approachable and knowledgeable! It was truly the best money we spent for our wedding! Casey ensured our day ran seamlessly, from connecting with our vendors prior, to attending our rehearsal, putting together our day of timeline, making sure the ballroom was set up to perfection, and much more! She truly took on everything and anything that was asked of her as well as anticipated our needs before we could ask! Casey is a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, I wish I was getting married again to have another opportunity to work together!

Best decision I made!! From the second I meet Casey, I felt as if I had known her for years. I put so much time and energy into planning the wedding and I felt like Casey was the only person who truly understood the vision. When you think about how much money wedding costs, it is easy to forget how important it is to find the one person to put all the pieces together. I am so fortunate for my choice to hire Casey and her team. Casey and Alli took the time to make sure my husband and I were perfectly on track with time without me evening knowing what time it was. I felt like the day was a seamless dream and I know I can thank Casey for making sure the day ran smoothly. She made sure I stayed relaxed, helped me get into my gown, out of my gown, and back into a second look! She made sure my entire family and bridal party felt just as important. I promise you will so thankful you hired Casey and her team!

My husband and I hired Casey as our day of coordinator and we are still in awe with how smoothly our special day went. Casey was attentive and helped us with our timeline during the months leading up to our wedding and helped us with details prior to. I personally recommend Casey & Co. for your big day.

We hired Casey to coordinate our wedding and it is hard to express how grateful we are for her. We truly cannot overstate her impact and couldn’t imagine the day without her. She made everything so seamless I know I didn’t notice a fraction of all that she did for us throughout the day. From transporting and setting up all our personal items to steaming dresses to holding my veil when I needed it, she was there for every step. She anticipated our every need and more! I was able to live each moment in the present and was never concerned about what was happening next. What a gift. It wasn’t just about logistics, her calm aura kept me calm and I loved having someone to whisper to when I started to feel nervous in the little moments of transition throughout the day. She is also very well connected in the RI wedding scene, so she had a lot of experience with the vendors and personally knew 80% of the vendors we had hired! 10/10 recommend her!

Casey was an incredible month of/day of coordinator! From the first moment we spoke, she put me at ease and made the final weeks leading up to the wedding a lot less stressful. She did everything possible to help us out, including setting up decor that we were planning on doing the day before our wedding. She made sure we were all prepared during our rehearsal, which made the ceremony so much easier! She was there from the very beginning of the day (being there for the hair and makeup ladies and picking up lunch) to the very end (making sure we received all of our things back and making sure transportation went smoothly). The whole wedding day - we (and our wedding party and family) never even had to think or question what was happening because we knew Casey was taking care of it all! Casey truly is such a calming presence on such a crazy day - and everything went off without a hitch! Casey played such a big role in making our wedding day so special and we can't say enough good things about her!

We have nothing but great things to say about Casey. We hired her as our wedding day coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond! Casey is so thoughtful, kind, organized, and so pleasant to work with/be around! Casey had an assistant, Allie, who joined on the wedding day and was also so wonderful and so helpful. Not only did Casey handle any situation that may have been stressful for us in weeks leading up to the wedding & on the wedding day, but she also coordinated our rehearsal the night before the wedding, brought us breakfast while getting ready, held onto my dress and shoes that I would be changing into, met with Allie to help deliver all of our wedding decor to the venue, and honestly helped us have the most stress-free day. She helped us create a wedding day timeline and she stayed on track with it all day and night - all of our guests kept commenting on how great she is! Hiring Casey & Co. Events was the best decision we made - we can't express enough how helpful she truly is! I can't imagine what couples would do without her help and support. I highly recommend Casey as your wedding coordinator!

Casey was my month of/day of coordinator for my wedding and let me just say she went above and beyond! She was so organized before the wedding and helped me get everything into place and stay on track. During the wedding weekend she handled so much an ensured my day went so perfect!! I seriously didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew she had everything covered. I would recommend her to everyone and I wish I could work with her again!

Casey and Co. are the most incredible group of people! Casey helped us so much with the planning process and was extremely responsive to any questions and requests that we had. Courtney and Pearl were also incredible. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother, and it is thanks to them. They helped calm us down and quickly fixed any issues that arose, and were extremely kind and caring the whole day. Even the staff at the venue kept telling us, "You have fantastic coordinators." To say that I highly recommend them is not enough - if you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, hire Casey & Co.!

Where do I even begin?! From the first meeting we had, she completely put me at ease ( up to that point I was definitely a bridezilla lol). Because of my culture, my wedding was not a traditional wedding and we had so many different aspects that happened at once but because of how organized Casey was, everything went off as planned! I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Casey, enjoying my special day would of been a lot more difficult. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for us and I can’t recommend her enough!!! She is the absolute best!
