I'm a foodie, from a family of great Mexican and European cooks, and I can honestly say William and his team really impressed me. I was one of those people that had my entire menu planned when I showed up-- a mix of Southern, Spanish, Mexican and Peruvian cuisine. They suggested some of their own specialties, like the smoked salmon, which was a big hit. Our guests LOVED it, and so did we. They really pulled off all the international dishes, along with the more traditional southern ones. Wonderful southern hospitality and service to boot. Protip: make sure someone in the wedding party gives a 15 or 20 minute warning to the waiters before you show up to the venue so they can already have a plate ready for you.
