I had the absolute best experience at Castle Couture. They were so wonderful and kind and helped me find my dream dress! Their alterations department was top notch. Drita did an AMAZING job making the dress mine. We appreciate you all so much!!
From dress shopping, to alterations, to even the day-of mishap dilemmas, Castle Couture has your back and will be there for you. The staff is extremely professional, kind, and will have your back throughout the whole process. I had a dilemma the day of my wedding, and the staff at CC literally DROVE TO MY VENUE with the items I needed to ensure my wedding day went smoothly. Do not walk to Castle Couture, absolutely SPRINT!
As a mid-sized bride, I was worried about feeling uncomfortable shopping for a wedding dress. Castle couture was so warm, welcoming, and size inclusive. I felt really comfortable with my sales attendant Arianna, who helped me find my dress. They had dresses of all kinds in my size (14/16) and I was able to try on basically anything I wanted. After I purchased my dress, I also had my tailoring done there. At every appointment, the environment was so friendly and it made the whole process feel exciting and special. My dress was beautiful on the day of my wedding, although it did not bustle correctly. My dress was a Castle Couture exclusive Gemma couture brand and it was stunning in person. Truly-even pictures don’t do her justice! Highly recommend shopping here.
I just moved to NJ last year and my fiancé proposed in August ‘23 and I was worried about finding the perfect dress. I went to 10 stores and was about to give up. On Facebook someone (I’m sorry i can’t remember who) told me to go to castle couture and i instantly felt so welcomed and Rebecca actually listened to what i wanted to see. I said yes to my dress 6/22 and picked my dress up a month later! They are so sweet and call you once the dress comes!
You can tell a lot about a business by how they treat you when you are no longer truly a customer; and even more when you did not choose to do business with them at all. I cannot speak more highly of Castle Couture and wish I had ordered my gown from them in the first place. Sadly, I did not find "my" gown there, though I must say that I worked with Jaime who was absolutely incredible. It wasn't until after I had ordered my gown elsewhere did I revisit the Castle Couture website only to find the gown I purchased was a gown in my favorites, but it was never shown to me. When my wedding was cancelled due to very traumatic circumstances, I reached out to Castle Couture, as the salon that sold me my gown went from being exceptionally kind, polite, and welcoming, to cold, uncaring, and intent on inflicting more pain in an already painful situation. Marc could not have been nicer, more understanding, or helpful even though he had absolutely no reason to offer any advice to people who were not clients. He had no reason to take any time to speak with me. He had no reason to take more time from his busy day to try and help a would-be bride make the best of a terrible situation. And yet- he did so. He went above and beyond, and for that I am tremendously grateful. If this is the care they take for someone who almost was a client, I can only imagine that they take the utmost care of those who are clients. I cannot recommend Castle Couture more highly. I know that I will let be letting everyone know how wonderful they are and will be a client of theirs in the future.
I had my try on gow/alterations consult appointment yesterday. Corey was perfect in every way. I was extremely anxious going into to appointment that the gown I ordered wouldn't fit but it did and she was so kind and patient with me and my mothers questions. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful in my gown. While showing us potential accessories, she talked hairstyles and really painted a beautiful vision of what would look nice with my gown. She listened to everything we were thinking and guided us throughout the accessories like a pro. The seamstress was also amazing, she made amazing suggestions and I'm so excited to see the final product!
10/10 recommend.
Found my dream dress at Castle Couture. Also purchased my veil, jewelry and other accessories here. Was a little disappointed with my fitting since I went there one day and it fit perfect and then 3 days later, it was too tight. Couldn't reverse the alteration so a little uncomfortable on my wedding day. Overall, I don't regret buying my dress with them. I just wish the seamstress was a little more careful with the adjustments.
I had Angela as my bridal stylist & she was incredible. I gave her ideas of what I liked and she picked out dresses that were exactly what I envisioned. She was so personalable & made the experience so much fun. I went in so nervous and as soon as I tried on my first dress, all my nerves went away. She was very clear about pricing and the entire process & didn’t leave any details out at the end.
I ended up trying on 5 dresses & once I knew I found the one, she made the moment so special. I was able to celebrate with my mom, sisters, future SIL & future MIL. I highly recommend Angela at Castle couture if you are searching for your dream dress there! Thank yoy Angela! You went above and beyond & im so lucky I had you!
From my first appointment to find a dress up until my dress fittings and alterations, I had no issues. I worked with Angela and have no complaints. She started off by showing me dresses similar to pictures of dresses I showed her but when she brought in her own picks, I was honest and told her I did not want to try them on because it was not my style. She understood and continued to bring out dresses of my choice. I used them for alterations as well because I needed minimal work (a hem and beads added to my straps). They are on the pricier side but I found my dream dress and couldn’t have been happier.
From the day I found my dress to the day I picked it up I had a great experience with Castle Couture. Kelly helped me find my dream dress and veil my first appointment. She listened to what I wanted and pulled many dresses and listened to my opinion on each. I did do alterations there too and they did an amazing job!
Finding my dress was a breeze and Angela was super helpful and friendly. I told her what I was looking for and she nailed it. She also did not bring anything over that didn't "look like me".
Alterations on the other hand were a bit frustrating. First, the alterations cost almost as much as the dress. They do not have payment plans - they stated their payment plan is "half now, half when you pick it up".
My dress was actually too tight and it needed to be taken out twice. They sewed my belt in the wrong spot the first round, but was an easy fix to remove and re-sew it to the correct position. The bustle - my dress was a bit on the heavy side and the material for the loops were not strong enough to hold the bustle. My bustle RIPPED off my dress before the reception. My bridesmaids had to safety pin my dress...it took about 22 safety pins...and the bustle/train still kept falling down.
For the amount that I paid for the dress, they should've used higher end material for the bustles.
DONT GO.
While The sales consultant was clipping my dress she clipped my back. As I am screaming the clip is clinched to my skin. I had to yell the clip, the clip. I now have swelling, bruising and a scabbed area. I cry now every night praying I will not develop a scar on my back for my wedding day. When I contacted to speak with manager, I got an offer of 10% off a dress. Are you kidding me. Iv been caused bodily harm , offered no medical attention-you should be paying for my entire dress. Needless to say I did not buy my dress thru them. Iv contacted our lawyer and they want to sue the sales consultant, unless it scars then we can sue the business. So now they have completely ruined my wedding experience, hurt me, offered a pathetic 10% discount and I’m still left without a dress. Iv tried multiple times to contact the owner and getting no response. I will continue to contact , call, email, write every review, designer, news, radio station. Any one who will listen. To not care enough about you customers to offer medical attention. To then think 10% discount fixes the situation is absolutely horrible.
When looking for wedding dresses, I was a little nervous because I’m not a size 2, so looking for a wedding dress was intimating for me. However, I found my dream wedding dress on the third dress I tried on. The staff at castle was easy to work with, listened to what I wanted and helped me through out the whole alterations process to make my dress perfect. Alterations were a bit pricey but I spent the money to have the peace of mind that if something went wrong they could hopefully help resolve the issue easily. If you know a reputable and reliable seamstress you probably could skip using their alterations. I loved loved loved my dress and was very happy with my experience at castle couture.
My daughter said Yes! To her dress at Castle Couture! Our bridal consultant was Mariam and she was wonderful! So easy to work with and so patient and helpful! My daughter had no clue what she was looking for and Mariam picked a variety of dresses to try and we wound up with something we never expected! Definitely recommend seeing Mariam at Castle Couture!
Lori was so friendly with us on the phone and in person, she was the greatest help and made sure that we were comfortable and ensured we had plenty time to try on and decide on dresses. Lori was amazing and patient, if we didn’t like our options she made it her mission to give us more selections or dresses. She treated us just like family.
From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm hospitality and personalized attention. Stephanie took the time to understand my vision and helped me find the perfect wedding dress that fit my style and budget. They have a wide range of dresses to offer and were of the highest quality. My seamstress, Natalia, did an exceptional job of making sure that I looked absolutely stunning in my wedding dress. They listened attentively to my concerns/issues and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
From the first day, castle couture met my expectations. I had went to Kleinfeilds and curvy bride as well to dress shop and they were both amazing experiences too, but I found my perfect dress at Castle. The customer service in EVERY department is amazing. The dress selection and reccomendations from staff within a budget is great; they were very respectful of the budget I was trying to stick to. That being said, I did have a few issues. For starters they strongly encouraged me to order a size up even tho the model on the floor fit me perfectly and I was actively losing weight (I had already lost 10lbs which I informed them of). I understand not ordering a size smaller than I was at the time, that wasn't even on my radar, but to strongly reccomend a size up for no reason was wild, but I was so happy I wasn't paying attention like I should have so I pulled the trigger. I was told the dress would be in in July, but it came in in February, only 3 weeks after ordering. By the time alterations roll around, I had went down 4 dress sizes. I called to confirm that they could alter the dress, when it came in, or if it was possible to order a size smaller. They guaranteed they could alter it, while most alteration places usually say they can only take on 2 sizes, so I decided to bite the financial bullet and stick with them for alterations just to be safe. My alterations however were OUTRAGEOUSLY priced, more expensive than the dress itself, but since they promised to save the integrity of the dress I stuck with them. You can tell in pictures how massive it was on my chest. But for the most part alterations did a fantastic job with what they had. I just reccomend that you pay attention to the sizing and voice any concerns before ordering your dress!
Angela and Gianna were absolutely incredible. They nailed it with the first dress for my sister but still took ample time to show us tons of great options. They were patient, insightful, knowledgeable and kind. We had the best day that we'll remember forever and found the most amazing dress for her. Anyone would be truly lucky to have Angela and Gianna as their consultants. I also bought my dress at Castle Couture and would reccomend this shop to any bride.
From my try on appointment to the day I picked up my address everybody at Castle Couture was so helpful! I found my dress at my first visit and when I felt like it was missing something the stylist had a solution to add things to my dress to make it mine! Every alterations appointment was smooth - the seamstress knew exactly how to alter my dress to make it fit me and make me look amazing! And then accessories - the jewelry department came to my final fitting appointment and helped me find the perfect pieces to match my dress!! Perfect one stop shop for any bride that is overwhelmed by going to multiple different stores to get everything together!
I would very strongly encourage brides NOT to shop here. Take your business somewhere else where they care about you at all.
I went here because I thought it was the best place to go and the closest "Say Yes To The Dress" experience you could get in NJ. My experience was not like that.
Let's start with the good. I fell in love with a dress and we bought it. It was a dress I put on my wish list that the store asks you to put together. My consultant helped me find a beautiful veil to match and was encouraging, mostly. I was basically the only person at Castle Couture at that time (early weekday appointment) and I passed many CC employees -- none of which said anything to me. Ok, that's fine. We bought the dress. They sized me and I wish I asked then and there to see the sizing chart, b/c I thought I was being put in a dress that was too small, but we were caught up in the moment.
Now here is where it gets bad. The next day I start to worry if I was put in the right size or not. When I was being measured, she pulled really tight on the tape. When I tried measuring myself with tape, and when my now-husband measured me, we came up with bigger sizes. Regardless, with their sizes or mine, the sizing seemed off based on what I found online. I called the store to confirm if the size was right. Before I move on, let me repeat that. I called to *confirm* if my size was right because I was feeling anxious about if I just made a $2k mistake (they don't let you make any changes after the purchase. Look it up - every other store does).
It took awhile to hear back and I had to talk to many people. I was told by one of their bridal managers/stylists, "I have no idea why *consultant* put you in that size, that is completely not your size." Obviously, I chose to change the size while I still could. The designer hadn't cut the fabric for the dress yet, so we could do this.
Days later, I get a SCATHING call from my consultant speaking at me with a NASTY tone telling me I made a huge mistake and the dress won't fit and it is all my fault. I call back to the other people at CC to ask what is going on and why they told me to change it and they say they have no idea what I am talking about and that it is all my fault.
This went on and on. They continued to blame me for the error. They record all their phone calls, so they could've just rewound the tapes and heard it for themselves. Maybe they did! But instead, they blamed their customer. This was a long process.
I was not going to stand for this, so I kept at it, and I was able to get part of my alterations paid for. I want to say that in the end, my dress was absolutely perfect and stunning. Drita in the alterations department is INCREDIBLE and I loved her. She did seriously amazing work and you would never know that we had this fiasco. I loved my dress. I just wish I would've picked it anywhere else.
Castle Couture is a headache. Ask your wedding vendors and your friends that got married, and EVERYONE has a bad story about this place. Every one of my vendors had a bad story about CC to share, and that is not normal. Please take this review as a cautionary tale. CC, please take this as advice. Instead of your staff thinking they are royalty, you should treat your customers with respect. Brides do not need this kind of stress or rudeness from a bridal shop. Shame on your staff for operating as is and being encouraged to do so. I sincerely hope you make changes for the future.
Growing up and still to this day, I am not the most girlie girl, thinking I had to wear a dress all day gave me such anxiety. Let me just say, stepping foot into Castle Couture and working with Taylor, that anxiety quickly disappeared. I literally tried on 4 dresses and was done in less than 45 minutes. I walked in there, with no particular style, showed Taylor what I was thinking with a few different styles, and she grabbed 3 different ones like the pictures and then her own. Little did I know, her choice was the one. The minute I got the dress on, not even zipped, the tears starting flowing and I knew that was the one! Fiona by Maggie Sottero. I also had my alterations done here as well, and let me just say, best decision I ever made! Castle Coutures entire bridal team from start to finish are simply amazing and allow you to really enjoy your wedding process step by step! With how amazing they were from start to finish, a week after my wedding, we dropped my dress off to go through them for dress preservation and my dress will be mailed right to be home in approximately 6 weeks! Highly Recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at Castle Couture and especially wanted to recognize the seamstress who did my alterations, Lisa. Not only was she friendly, but she genuinely made me feel beautiful every time I put my dress on for her and through each step of the alteration process. I cannot say enough about how special she made me feel, right up to the day I took my dress home. The bustle was stunning and she made it so easy for my maid of honor to learn how to do it for me on the big day. She was a dream to work with
I just wanted to come on here and rave about my experience at Castle Couture this weekend. My appointment was with Christina, who knew every single dress and style in-and-out. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment as well. My appointment was in the newly opened Crown room. I had an awesome experience there. So many personal touches and DELICIOUS treats and drinks. The décor in that room is absolutely stunning. I felt like a princess. With Christina's help, I did say “Yes to the Dress”🥹!!!! Make sure when booking your appointment via phone, you ask for the info on the new upgrades they have. Every bride needs to experience this, no bridal store does anything close to this!! Truly amazing.
buying the dress: 5 stars ... Carly Anne was amazing and found my perfect dress even when I thought what I wanted was an impossible ask. she measured me perfectly and when I came back to try on the dress it was almost perfectly fit
alterations: 2 stars .. I didn't need a ton done, but even still my bridesmaids found a PIN in my dress from alterations which means they never finished! (it was in the underlay skirt so not the biggest deal, but thankfully they found it before it cut me!) On top of that, my bustle actually BROKE ..like not just came undone, I mean broke ...15 minutes into my reception that just seems wrong to me and idk if it's the alterations or the dress itself but I've NEVER seen a brides bustle break like that and I almost feel like they expect it to happen bcuz they have signs everywhere saying they aren't responsible for the bustle coming undone so they know it's an issue .. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better
BUYING THE DRESS: --GREAT!
From what I liked, and based on the inspiration picture of a wedding dress sold by a designer they do not carry, I tried on a dress on because my consultant immediately pulled out a "bolero jacket" that could be altered to become sleeves to this dress. I did not put on the dress without this "jacket" acting solely as sleeves.
PICKING UP MY DRESS / ALTERATIONS: --NOT GREAT
When picking up my dress, I had a completely opposite experience. The design technician came over and I explained exactly what was discussed with my consultant when I purchased the dress. Her immediate response was "we can't do that." Plain & simple- can't be done.
While I feel for the seamstresses in this situation- the whole reason I even thought of adding sleeves was because this was suggested by a consultant of their company. The technician comes back with the new manager, and they explain how the old one was fired for "making promises he can't keep". The technician also explained that they saw in the notes (when going to talk to my consultant) that I was sold exactly what I stated- the jacket to be used as sleeves.
My future mother in law then throws in her suggestion to try to cover the current sleeves with tulle so that they're not as misplaced. This was the only solution offered and it was by someone in my party. The technician suggested that the jacket that was ordered to size should be bigger.
Now, things have to be ordered bigger and the alteration undertaking was much more than what was initially sold. No price point can be given on these from Castle either as "they're independent consultants". Untrue- as they hand brides alterations baseline pricing menus. My dress now needed much more than was initially sold to me- for no fault of my own... They booked me for weeks out in October.
AFTERMATH:
* I left Castle that Thursday & received a manger, Colleen's email (not from anyone at Castle. I got it from my friend whose dress arrived stained.) I collected my thoughts & sent an email late Thursday night.
THANKFULLY I had an appointment with Gina, from Zatsarina Fashion LLC. on Saturday. I brought my items to Gina who immediately told me Castle had me out on the jacket backwards (4 people that worked there saw me in this jacket and no one corrected it), immediately offered solutions based on my description of what I wanted. Gina also stated ordering the jacket in a bigger size would be less cost effective to me as I'd then need the sleeves taken in too.
I immediately called to cancel my alterations with Castle around 6 on Saturday. I explained i am fully cancelling. (I still haven't heard back from my email or any follow up from my experience.) I immediately receive TWO separate phone calls to try to reschedule LOL.... The first from an employee, who I then explain my reasoning. The 2nd (was a voicemail) from the design technician from my appointment saying they talked to their best seamstress and "she's pretty confident" she can provide alterations to my dress.
FOLLOW UP:
*I emailed the customer service email provided through Yelp (customerservice@castlecouturenj.com) and I emailed Colleen again i still wanted to discuss this. Colleen called on Wednesday. (Almost a week after this happened.)
* Colleen did say she would "speak with the higher ups". I haven't heard anything from her doing this. I followed up with Colleen (10/06) about what can be done about this situation post our phone call on (09/21) .
What a great experience! As a mother of the bride shopping with my newly engaged daughter I wanted my daughter to find the perfect dress! And she did! Her appointment was in the NEW Crown room. It is BEAUTIFUL! Christina had an awesome vibe and new exactly what to pick to narrow down to the dress of her dreams. Make sure to ask for the Crown room package updates when you call in for your appoinment. The detail, and personal touches made it so very special and no other bridal shop compares! We had such a truly unique experience and I recommend any bride future bride to go there. And if you can, book A Crown room package as its amazing. You wont regret it! Ask for Melissa in the call center to give you more information as she had a great personality and answered all our questions to make the process smooth,
I purchased my gown and veil from Castle Couture and I am so glad I did!! My stylist, Rachel, was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She understood what I wanted and helped me pick the most beautiful Morilee gown! The accessories department helped me pick the perfect veil and I couldn’t have been happier! THANK YOU CASTLE COUTURE for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!!
My review of Castle Couture is just pretty good. Did I feel amazing on my wedding day? Absolutely. Was my dress from Castle Couture gorgeous? Yes. However I want to let other brides know that I felt I was pushed around by odd sales tactics, which made me feel insecure for months to come until my dress arrived. 1.) I had been to CC for 2 shopping appointments & was told I cannot book a third, so I felt immense pressure to buy a dress for no reason [I don't know any other salon that does that]. 2.) When I bought my dress, I was told that I could easily swap out the under-skirt for a different color once it came in, but that is very much not the case. The in-house seamstress laughed at me when I asked if this was something she could do; she said it would cost nearly the price of the dress. So, I didn't end up swapping it, but felt this was another unfortunate sales tactic that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was also very worried I'd hate my dress since it could not be altered the way it was promised.
After trying the dress on at multiple fittings at a different tailor, I did end up loving it [thank goodness], but I would just advise any bride who goes shopping there to 1.) know exactly what you want in a dress, since there's a limit to how often you can shop there. 2.) question what the salesperson says you can/can't do with a dress via alterations. 3.) do not settle or feel pressured to buy. It's not worth the added stress, and you can probably find the dress more affordably somewhere else. 4.) Feel free to quote other seamstresses to alter your dress. 5.) On weekends there it is a very excitable environment - women buying dresses, ringing bells, shouting - so note that while it is definitely fun, it can be overwhelming, but don't get discouraged.
I bought my wedding dress in January, and the sales women made me feel great about my choice. They assured me that the dress would be tailored to fit me like a glove, and I trusted them. However, the alterations department at Castle Couture was a nightmare, and the problems started when I purchased the dress. I was told to purchase a dress that was 3 sizes larger than my chest (they based this recommendation on my hip size, even though the dress was a loose a-line with a ton of space in the hips), and during my initial consultation with the seamstress, I was told that the top/bust area could not be fixed to fit me properly. The proposed solution was to sew in huge cups. Only after I explained that I wanted to look like myself in the dress did the seamstress entertain the idea of tailoring the top portion. Even then, there was very little that she said could be done. ( BTW, I’m 5’9”, 145 lbs, size 8 hips and size 34B chest — not a particularly unusual body type). When I purchased the dress, I was also told that I could remove 1-2 layers of tool in the skirt, but this turned out to be untrue because the tool gave the dress the structure that it needed and without it, the front looked sloppy. I was left feeling so defeated and angry that I was given a false sense of confidence when I purchased the dress. Everything from that moment was a struggle, and the seamstress tried to tell me that the dress was tailored perfectly at every appointment, and it took me and my mother explaining the major flaws before she would consider making any changes. After 4 alteration appointments, I was told that the seamstress did everything that she could to make the dress work for me. I hated it. So, I took the dress to another seamstress (not at Castle Couture), and was validated in that the dress very poorly tailored. The cups that lined the chest were sewn in inside out, giving the dress a funky texture on the outside. There were threads left uncut in the inside as well, which made it look like there were raised lines on my chest. It also was not taken in around my rib cage nearly enough (about 2 inches), and Castle Couture did not have knowledge of a very simple technique to fix the gapping that was happening. There were other issues, too, but those were the most outrageous ones. In the end, I paid way too much for terrible alterations and I was pushed to buy a dress in a size that didn’t make sense—they did not take the actual form of the dress into consideration. I was happy to be able to get the dress “fixed” a few days before the wedding, but because of the time constraint, I wasn’t able to fix everything and I had to wear a wedding dress that didn’t fit me well on my wedding day. Although Castle Couture has a great selection of dresses and many of the staff were extremely pleasant, beware of using them for alterations, and don’t feel pressured into buying a dress in a size that you know will not work.
Castle Couture gave me an absolutely painless and amazing experience buying my wedding dress! Angela was my consultant for the day and she couldn't have been more helpful, relatable, and incredible. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and she brought me exactly what I wanted and even a dress that would've been a little more than what I was looking for. You never know unless you try! She kept me so calm and confident and helped me find the dress of my dreams at the first and only place I looked at. My maid of honor and my mother were treated just as wonderfully as I was and they really made us feel special. Highly recommend Castle Couture and Angela!
I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone, nor will I ever give this establishment a single penny. This was the first time I was trying on wedding dresses and unfortunately for me, Angela was my consultant. I explained to Angela what I was looking for, long sleeves with lace and a fitted dress. Every single dress I was given couldn't have been farther from what I asked for, mind you I was never even given a long sleeve dress to try on. I told her I did not want a strapless dress and I was brought a strapless dress. I was given Cinderella ball gowns and blush colored beaded dresses that looked like they were for the mother of the bride/an evening gown. When she asked for my budget she rolled her eyes. When I asked for a low back dress she told me "no, you don't want that". When I asked for a lace long sleeve dress (again) she said "that will make your arms look even bigger" and never got one. She had such an attitude throughout the whole appointment and kept making little digs, I couldn't wait to leave. As the session was ending and I was changing, she asked me if I had been anywhere else yet. I explained this was my first stop but we were going to Kleinfeld's this afternoon. She immediately stood up and said "well they aren't going to have your size, so prepare yourself for that." Mind you, I'm fitting in dresses that range from 10-14. She clearly has some personal issues she needs to iron out and is definitely in the wrong industry. Absolutely unprofessional and appalling that this is the way they speak to people. I am so glad my experience at Castle Couture was so horrific because when I went to Kleinfelds and said "yes to the dress", it made it that much better.
Avoid at all costs! This place really pulls you in and once they sell you the dress, they certainly will not be any help after.
This place was initially appealing given the variety of options. But the minute I purchased my gown, it was as if they were completely done with me. The associates helping me initially were reassuring and really sold the fact that I could add sleeves or any jacket I wanted to really customize my dress. They sold their in-house seamstress and made it all seem like it would be a seamless process.
This was such a scam. They ordered my dress a full size too big even though I insisted my weight does not fluctuate. So my alterations cost nearly as much as the dress itself. They insisted I had plenty of time to order fabric to custom make my sleeves/jacket and that the consultants at my fitting would help out. Once I got to my fitting, they completed changed their tune and said I had no time left. I had to fight to even have the seamstress come over and when she did, she seemed totally unsure she could deliver on any kind of custom made item. They quoted me an astronomical price for the alterations and the custom made jacket that they were not even convinced they could make.
Honestly you are better off going with a local bridal boutique or shop off the rack. The bridal industry is tough enough to navigate without the stress of people trying to scam you for every penny. This was such a heart breaking experience.
I had the BEST experience with Castle Couture! Over a year before my wedding day, I worked with Rachel who was a complete joy. She knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled dresses that continued to get better with each new dress. Rache pulled an Eve of Milady dress as my last dress, and I WAS IN LOVE! I knew that was my dress the minute we added a veil and an off the shoulder sleeve. I HIGHLY recommend Rachel for your visit to say yes to the dress :) For alterations, go with Lisa! She is absolutely amazing and was such a joy to be around. She made my dream dress fit me like a glove. XOX THANK YOU CASTLE COUTURE, ESPECIALLY RACHEL AND LISA :)
Julia was amazing! My first time trying on dresses for my wedding next year. She was so welcoming and patient and really made me feel so special! She found my dream dress after trying several other styles we finally found the one! I highly recommend castle couture they have ranges of styles and everyone there is so nice
Such an amazing experience at Castle Couture and with my consultant Stephanie! I really didn't know what I wanted and she really listened and helped guide me throughout the process. She was budget conscious and was still able to make my dream dress (and veil!) a reality. It really was like she was a friend during this and not a salesperson which was refreshing, comforting, and made everything so special.
My experience shopping at Castle Couture was fantastic. My consultant Julia was so sweet and right on point with the dresses pulled. She listened to me and was efficient. Also, I gave a large budget range and almost all of the dresses were on the lower end, with no pressure to upsell or rush through. I highly recommend!
I began working with Castle Couture in December 2019 in search of my wedding dress. My consultant, Kristen, worked so well with me. I came in with a picture of my dress off the store’s instagram, she was able to find it quickly so I could try it on. I definitely fell in love, but Kristen wanted me to make sure it was the one. So she selected similar dresses to try on, so I could compare to the first one. Even after trying on several other dresses, the first dress I tried on was it, and I said yes! I had my “try on” appointment several months following my selection. The dress was beautiful, except for a factory oil stain on the front of the dress. Before myself, or my mother could become upset over this issue, a store manager, Colleen, jumped in quickly to assure us that they would be contacting the dress company to send a new dress without a stain. I waited about 2 months for a new dress, and sure enough it was clean, and perfect!! During this process, I would call the store to see the status of the order. Colleen would always answer, and provide peace of mind that it will arrive with plenty of time for alterations (which it did). During this time, I did have to push my wedding from April 2021, to January 2022 due to the pandemic, but I knew my dress would have been ready for my original date, all thanks to the team at Castle Couture. My mother also purchased her dress from Castle Couture, in Fall 2020. Her dress came in on time, without any problems. Once both of our dresses were in, we scheduled accessory appointments, and fittings with Castle Couture because we could trust that they would do an excellent job. Our accessories consultant was so helpful, and understood both of our different styles. She found jewelry, and in my case a veil that suited the dress so well. We both had the same seamstress, Natasha, who was an absolute professional!! For my mother’s dress she reduced the length of the gown, so it fit her body better, and designed a custom jacket. My wedding dress needed to be taken in, and provided a bustle. I really loved the lace on my train, and Natasha created a beautiful bustle that did not hide any lace! We were highly satisfied, and loved the experience from start to finish! I would recommend going to Castle Couture for the full experience of wedding dress shopping, styling, and altering to any future bride or MOB I know! Thank you so much!
I had the best experience at Castle Couture! My consultant Kelly and her assistant Jamie were amazing! They were kind, patient, and truly wanted to help me find my dream dress. I never felt pressured or rushed. They listened to me and completely nailed my vision! I said yes to the most amazing dress and overall had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Castle Couture - ask for Kelly and Jamie!
Castle came highly recommended to me from other friends who had gotten married and purchased their dresses here. I was glad to have followed their recommendations! This was the first and only shop I went to because my stylist helped me find "the one" on my only visit to the store. I can't speak to their choice for jewelry or other accessories since I only purchased my dress here, but my experience was very great. They were communicative with shipping and pick up dates and times. I got alterations done at a different location (local seamstress) because I have heard less-than-stellar things about that as well. All in all, great selection, communication, and support and guidance to help you find "the" dress for your wedding!
I had an amazing experience with my bridal stylist, Amber. She was so sweet and kind. Amber and her manger, Christina really went the extra mile to help me find my perfect dress. I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything. Amber was really great with asking about what I liked and didn’t. She would also give me the reassurance I needed to hear when I felt like I was being too picky or was feeling overwhelmed with my family’s opinions. I highly recommended booking Amber for you bridal appointment!
I went to castle couture for the wide selection. This was the first place I looked and I bought a dress the first trip. I did all of my alterations through castle couture, and bought my veil from them. Overall, I had a good experience. I gave 4/5 stars because at times during alterations they are a bit disorganized and you do kinda get a factory wedding dress shop vibe.
I have heard so many horror stories about brides poor experiences with Castle Couture, however, I had a beautiful experience from start to finish. My dress was a dream and I never felt pressured to buy a dress at any point during the process. Kristen was my bridal consultant and helped me try on more dresses than I could count and had no problem with me going back and forth between two dresses until I made a decision. The dress ended up being slightly outside of my initial budget but was worth every penny. Alterations went smooth despite me giving birth to my son 2 months prior to our wedding. My dress was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend Castle Couture.
My experience at Castle Couture was absolutely amazing!! From the moment that my family and I walked in, we were greeted and made to feel so comfortable. My stylist Miriam was so attentive to my needs and so incredibly caring. I cannot say enough nice things about Miriam and how beautiful she made me feel!! We ended up finding my dream dress with the first dress that I tried on and the moment was absolutely magical. I am so grateful to Miriam and Castle Couture for helping me to find my dream dress for my wedding day!!
I went to quite a few places during the dress shopping process, and Castle Couture stood out by far in terms of how they made it feel like such an experience and had a large selection. The woman we worked with had me try on a few different styles to be fully certain of the one I wanted, and once we decided on what type, the selections she pulled were gorgeous! When I tried on "the one," I knew it was it! They also had a good selection of veils that I got to pair perfectly with my dress during that moment.
I also loved the selection of hair pieces and jewelry - and the manager at the jewelry section was such a pleasure to work with! She has such a great eye and helped me select a few pieces based off of what I was thinking initially, made her own suggestions, and let me try them all on with my dress during my fittings so that I got to see what the full look would be like. I actually went with a lot of the pieces she chose for me! Also trying on the pieces with my actual dress and veil during my fittings was such a game changer. It really helped me envision the whole look so I felt 100% confident about each purchase versus guessing if something I bought online or at a different store would work with my dress.
I will say that the alterations process is why I gave this 4 versus 5 stars. Alterations are pretty expensive here, but I went with them thinking that since its within such a large store, they'd know how to do these the best. There were four fittings total. The first two went fine, but during the third one I realized a few changes weren't made yet (like my inner lining hem really poking out/being uneven and my straps never feeling like they fit right). Everything felt great my last fitting, but on my wedding day the straps felt lose again and there were a few fly-away strings on the back part, but nothing detrimental! I will also say that style of bustle they suggest isn't for everyone, so know your options when you go in.
Overall great bridal experience and a strong choice for people looking for a one-stop-shop too!
After purchasing my wedding dress from Castle Couture, we had the opportunity to meet Drita. She was so amazing! From my very first alteration appointment to last, Drita was so kind and helpful. She always greeted us with a smile and knew exactly what was needed to make my dress look perfect for the big day! If you decide to get your alterations done at Castle Couture, look no further and book Drita, you will be in good hands!
BUYER BEWARE:
You will be rushed to purchase and they will ask for full payment which is NON-REFUNDABLE. They had the bride sign the contracts while we handled the payments. I felt like it was a bait and switch. Now we are trying to figure out how to get our $3,300 dollars back. We were told to sell the dress by the manager which hasn’t even been delivered to the store. We purchased the dress in June.
Underhanded practices, kind of sleazy undertone for such a well known business.
I worked with Kirsten at Castle Couture she was amazing and supportive when helping me pick the style dress I wanted. and my seamstress Ellen was so great with every alteration and concern I had. I LOVED my dress and the whole castle couture experience!!
Shopping at Castle Couture was so nice. I had Amy, who pulled all the amazing dresses until I found the one. Alterations were pretty simple as well. However, day of my event, I found that the alterations could have been a little better (dress taken in more, length not at the right spot, etc.)
I had such a wonderful experience at Castle Couture from the moment I walked through the door. From the sales associates to the accessory department to alterations, it was such a positive and memorable experience. I did not feel pressured or rushed throughout any of my appointments. While I did have one slight hiccup with my veil (we had ordered ivory but when it came in & we put the veil against the dress the coloring was all wrong), Colleen worked with us to arrive at an equitable solution and I ended up loving a new veil I had chosen instead! The most positive experience I had though was with alterations – Drita was my alterations associate and the time, patients and care she put into all of my appointments was amazing. She had a great eye for what needed to be alerted/tailored and highly recommend her! She is extremely sweet and honest. All around a great experience!
I really enjoyed my dress shopping experience but it was my alterations that did not fit my expectations and in fact the dress was my biggest issue on my wedding day because of the alterations. When I decided exactly what neckline I wanted the consultant showed me a dress that was not off the shoulder but explained exactly how the alterations would work. This was not possible, so if you are buying a dress that needs more than a fitting, hem or bustle I would suggest speaking to a rep from alterations.
We spent 930 on alterations which I felt was insane after spending 1800 on the dress. First if I wanted it off the shoulder I needed a bra which can’t work with the dress and who wants a sticky bra on their wedding day? So the straps couldn’t be exactly off the shoulder but on a diagonal. It wasn’t what I wanted so I was settling. No one should settle when spending that kind of money especially for their wedding.
The 3rd fitting the straps had still not been made off the shoulder but was promised it was no problem for the 4th fitting/pickup. 4th fitting was a fiasco and if that experience was a first experience I would have walked out. Needless to say what we were told would take just over an hour took 4. When we came back and we’re pretty upset that the alterations dept completely lied to us about the timeframe the manager went back and apparently stood over the seamstress ordering her to hurry (the fact that she did this and then told us she did this was appalling) dress comes out and I’m told it’s all taken care of. Well I didn’t try it on at home after this but on the wedding day I was miserable in the dress. The cups put in gave me ZERO support. The strap alteration was uneven and didn’t lay flat. Then the cups actually popped up out of the top of the dress when sitting. I’m so upset that I went with castle couture, spent all that money and all I see when looking at my photos are these imperfections on a very expensive dress. Additionally wedding day there were still pins in it, I’m guessing as a result of the rude alterations manager rushing the seamstress. If you have money to spend please don’t go here.
I’m very displeased with Castle Couture. What should be a happy experience has turned into a very frustrating and stressful one. My wedding dress shopping experience was at first pleasant and I like the dress style but the problem is it’s TOO big! I’m a size 2 and was forced by the sales staff to purchase a size 10, saying that the dress should be larger to fit my hip area. The problem is the dress is still MUCH larger than the hip area and they wanted to charge an additional $950 for alterations. I notice there are other reviews on Yelp outlining a similar size recommendation where the dress is abnormally large for the bride and is forced to spend another thousand dollars to make the dress fit as desired. This seems like a scam and terribly deceitful. While searching for seamstresses in Manhattan and New Jersey, they were also wondering why Castle Couture made me get a size 10. I tried calling to speak with Colleen midday Sunday, she left a message at almost closing time but when I tried to call back before closing, there was no response. Since then I have reached out daily about the situation, the staff says she will call me back before closing but never does. Before purchasing, the sales staff is helpful but you are no longer a priority once you hand over your money. Castle Couture does not value customer experience. l would not recommend Castle Couture for your wedding dress.
Castle Couture was the first stop when searching for my wedding dress - and was also my last stop! Prior to my first visit, they called to ask my preferences and vision for the dress, which allowed them to get a head start during my first visit. I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on! They were extremely responsive and reliable throughout the ordering and alteration process. My mother also ended up purchasing her mother-of-the-bride dress from Castle Couture, and she looked incredible! They also have a great jewelry and accessory selection!
My wedding dress was the dress I always dreamed to wear. Everyone remarked that it was such a beautiful gown and they said it was just perfect for me. It fit me perfectly because of how Drita did the alterations. She took so much time to make my dress exactly how I wanted it. I felt like a princess wearing it. The staff in alterations were very friendly and helpful.
I’m a person who is really big on reading reviews so it’s only fair I write one in return. I went to Castle Couture on a “whim”. I casually made the appointment, keeping in my mind I’m just going to just try on bridal dresses and see what they have. I planned on going to another store in June to give myself 3 dress store options. Castle couture was my second stop. From the moment I walked in I was stunned. I was directed to go upstairs and was shortly greeted by my bridal consultant Angela. We we were lead into the bridal showroom which was massive and beautiful! Angela and I spoke about my dress interest and she began to pull dresses. The second dress she picked out, I instantly fell in love. There were mirrors and lighting all around and I just felt complete. Angela really made the fit complete by adding the matching veil. I said “yes to the dress”! She was also very familiar with my wedding venue and gave me recommendations for flowers and bridesmaid dresses. Thank you castle couture for making my dress shopping so magical! I would highly recommend to anyone!
I couldn’t have had a better experience at castle couture. My bridal consultant was Sierra and she was hands down one of the best bridal consultants I had! She listened to everything that I said I wanted and didn’t push me to make any decisions, while at the same time giving her professional opinions. She was so patient with me as well, I went to her three times and each time found another dress to tack on to my list of favorites. I could not have asked for a more understanding and knowledgable bridal consultant. She truly helped me to find my dream dress! I can not thank her enough!
Kristen Lubrano was an incredible bridal consultant! She was so sweet and listened to my vision of what i wanted to look like and made great selections. I knew i wanted an overskirt that could be removed after my ceremony. The dress and skirt she brought over were from two different designers but they went together PERFECTLY. It was exactly what i had pictured in my head. Felt like a princess! Such an amazing experience here- even though i went shopping right after they reopened from Covid they still made the experience just as magical, i didnt feel like i was missing out on anything!
I have only had positive experiences with Castle Couture! From the start, Kristen Lubrano listened to what I was looking for, picked out three dresses for me, NAILED my vision, and I left with my dress the same day (on day 1 of dress shopping!) My seamstress, Ellen, was so kind and tailored my dress beautifully. My mother also got her mother of the bride dress there, and was thrilled as well with Ellen and the staff.
I found my dress at castle couture and with the help of SAVY I wore EXACTLY what I had imagined on my wedding day. Savy is one of the seamstress' at castle couture and she hand-made sleeves for my dress creating the magical look I couldn't find anywhere! Savy took my vision to the next level and I could not have been happier. The compliments I received were endless. Thanks so much to the castle couture team for helping me create the perfect dress.
Living over an hour away I was a bit hesitant about making the trip down to Manalapan, but I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely professional and couldn’t have been treated better. Rachel was energetic, honest, and super patient! No matter how many times my mind changed she was ready to show me another option. Truly trusted her expertise. I ended up scheduling two appointments and found my dress the second time! Tip: Go through the dresses on their website and save down any you like, more helpful than just saying types of styles!
At first the idea of Wedding dress shopping made me incredibly anxious. As soon as I met the staff at Castle Couture that all changed. They were all so warm and welcoming. They knew exactly how to make a self conscious bride feel comfortable. I must have received no less than 15 compliments from various staff members as I was trying on dresses. When I was finally in "the one" I had a whole group of employees watching and cheering for me, I could actually see on their faces how genuinely happy for me they were!
I especially have to shout out to my AMAZING consultant, Mariam Mallakh!! From the moment I met her I knew she was going to help me succeed in walking out with having said "yes to the dress." I showed her several different images of what I had in mind. Instantly she had 5 dresses from me in each different style I had envisioned, and I had even trusted her opinion with what she felt would look best on me. After taking notice to a few main things that peaked my interest she found the one she felt incorporated all of those things into one absolutely perfect dress! Without her I wouldn't have found my dream dress and for that I am incredibly appreciative of her and her help!
Growing up, I always drove past Castle Couture and wondered what it was like in there. It was everything I dreamed of and more! While they did not have any of the dresses I had wanted to try on, my consultant pulled 3 that she thought I would like and the second one I tried on, ended up being the one! They were absolutely amazing and made me feel like a princess! To top it off, I got to meet the designer Justin Alexander! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it was just the best experience!
Had a wonderful experience shopping for and purchasing my wedding dress at castle couture! My stylist was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable. It was my first appointment shopping for a wedding dress and I bought my Hayley Paige dress on this day! The dress exceeded my expectations and is the most gorgeous dress I have ever worn! I felt like a princess on the big day. I also purchased my headpiece at castle couture which matched the dress perfectly. At all of my alterations appointments the staff was very professional and scheduling was a breeze. Natalia did my alterations and she altered the dress perfectly and was so kind. Highly recommend this vendor.
Growing up in the area, Castle Couture was a place I always dreamed of getting a dress from one day. It’s a place known for making any girl feel like a princess while helping her find her dream gown. That’s exactly what happened when I stepped in the door. Finding my wedding dress was a magical experience and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else.
I had a great experience with Castle Couture for both buying my dress and my fitting. My consultant was great to work with and understood my budget and helped my find a beautiful gown for my wedding that fit my body type perfectly. Not only did my consultant do an amazing job, but the seamstress helped me fit my dress perfectly and helped me add detachable sleeves and it was beautiful. We also purchased my hair piece and veil through Castle Couture and again it was a great selection process and I never felt pressured to buy anything. It was a wonderful experience!
I had the most incredible experience at Castle Couture with Mariam Mallakh as my Stylist. I cannot begin to express how wonderful Mariam was and the overall atmosphere of Castle Couture. First when we entered we were in a rush as my 4:00pm appointment had to be only 1 hour since I had dinner reservations at a steakhouse in Manhattan with my fiancé. She was super efficient and pulled me back as soon as I entered the store and started asking me about my dress preferences and about my wedding. I showed her my Pinterest board and explained how much I love clean lines and elegance, but know that in my Egyptian culture plain dresses are not the standard. She was able to find me a dress that was exactly what I needed. It was elegant, royal, simple, clean, but extravagant and dramatic. She found my dream dress and it was the first dress we put on! By 4:17 I had said yes to my dream dress!! She was so sweet and was able to really help my incision what the dress would look like, she picked out my veil, she held my phone and FaceTimed my family and showed them every part of the dress. She was so sweet and comfortable to work with. I highly recommend her to every single bride out there! This was my 5th time trying on Wedding dresses and I had looked at more than 1000 dresses online but I finally said yes to a dress and it was all because of Mariam!!! I highly recommend her and we will be requesting her for Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dresses too! I am from Washington DC and I am SO GLAD I came from out of town just to go to Castle Couture and have the pleasure of being styled by someone as efficient, proficient, professional, and comfortable as Mariam! By the time we had bought my dress I was about to invite her to my wedding just because she was such a joy to work with! Anyone who is searching for their dream dress must come here and ask for Mariam!! :)
Castle Couture was where my wedding dress came true. This is truly one stop shopping for brides and there no bridal fashion need they cant assist with. My associate was Ramona, which was calm and not pushy at all. At times quiet and didnt speak up but i appreciated the ability to form my opinions, so if you dont want a pushy sales person ask for her. The place was very proper with their social distance guidelines although they were not universally applied. For example someone had 3 guests with not two which was upsetting since I wanted to bring another person. But with good sales people, an enormous selection, and positive working experience its not a big deal to harp on logistics. I havent had tailoring done yet which could change my opinion but overall i would happily and confidently support and recommend Castle Couture.
This was my first bridal dress shopping appointment and I had high hopes. I had heard some great reviews and I knew that there would be a lot of options since the place is so large. However, I don't think I could have had a worse experience.
First of all, the consultant couldn't have been more disinterested. She asked me one single question about what I was looking for in a dress. She didn't ask any follow up questions, didn't ask to see pictures, and didn't really seem to care about what I was looking for. She continuously brought back dresses that were not even close to what I was looking for. I specifically said I wanted something with straps and she brought me two strapless dresses. I said I wanted something simple and romantic, but everything she brought back was very gaudy. I probably tried on ~9 dresses and didn't really have any that I liked. I don't think it's that they didn't have dresses I liked because I saw another bride across the store wearing something very similar to what I had described, but I was not given the opportunity to try that one on. It seems like this consultant either wasn't trying because it was my first appointment or just didn't know what she was doing.
Second of all, the dressing rooms were SUPER small (and I went to 3 different places all with much larger dressing rooms). Due to COVID-19, the consultant wasn't able to come in to the dressing room with me. I totally understand this. However, it would've been SO helpful if the consultant had at least taken the dresses off the hangers and set them up for me to step into. Instead, I had to figure this all out myself, which can be pretty difficult with fuller skirted gowns.
Additionally, the consultant would disappear for extended periods of time. I would get the dress on myself and be waiting at the door for her to come back and button/zip me in and clip it back. I could see her standing at the desk chatting and not paying attention to me at all. When I would come out of the dressing room to show my family, the consultant wouldn't say anything or ask any questions. I think she probably said 5 words total to me the whole time. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. It was getting towards the end of the appointment time and I didn't have any more dresses to try on in the dressing room. The consultant was nowhere to be found. I didn't know what to do so after waiting 5 minutes, I put my clothes back on and sat down. We waited a few more minutes and finally the consultant showed back up with another dress to try on. So I had to undress again and put that dress on.
And to top it off, after having a truly disappointing appointment, the consultant told me on my way out that I "better find a dress soon" because I was pushing the time constraint. Well, I did, but no thanks to you! Mind you, every other store I went to, said I had plenty of time. I don't think this appointment could've gone any worse. I was so upset after this appointment and thought I would never find a dress I even remotely liked. Luckily, my next appointment at Bridal Suite Boutique was a complete 180 with the nicest, kindest people I had ever met. Do NOT waste your time here.
My experience at Castle Couture was great. I didn’t go to a lot of dress shops to look for my wedding dress, but this one was so lovely in comparison. I worked with Christina as my sales person and she stayed within my budget, but did pull a dress that was a bit higher and let me know that before I put it on. The dress that I purchased was within budget (ended up staying in budget even with alterations!) and was something she pulled that I never would have picked out online. It was absolutely perfect. I worked with Ellen for alterations and was very satisfied with the adjustments that were made. This included a lining because I found the included one to be a bit itchy and though she was worried about it changing the color of the top of the dress it looked perfect. I have no complaints about my experience at all!
I had an excellent experience with my consultant Angela B . Angela is the best she looked for the perfect gown for me and it was the first gown I put on . She look at me and just knew what would look perfect on me. Castle Coutore is a beautiful salon . Just perfect!! I said Yes to the Dress..
I am extremely disappointed. My wedding was originally scheduled for Oct. 2020 but due to COVID-19 I was forced to reschedule to next year Aug. 2021. I originally brought my dress at Castle Couture and just received my dress. I had emailed The store months ago to inquire about getting canceling the order and getting a different dress because I ordered a long sleeve dress because the wedding was originally a fall wedding and Now my wedding is set for the summer and I wAs told they could not help. I am now stuck with a long sleeve dress that I can never wear because it is to hot in August to wear a long sleeve dress and have to forcefully buy another dress elsewhere because they won’t let me exchange my dress to a short sleeve, off the shoulder, or anything else weather appropriate. There solution to this was to tell me to get alterations to cut the sleeves off which will totally ruin the look of the dress and to top it off they were charging me another $800 plus just to get it altered I can only imagine if I add the sleeve removal onto that!! This has been a nightmare experience and it is ridiculous that they are so unwilling to help as if I was responsible for the COVID 19 situation which caused me and many others to have to reschedule my wedding!! Totally ruining my wedding experience 😢
I went to Castle Couture today to find my dress with my mom and my sister in law and we had the greatest experience with Jackie!! She was super friendly and accommodating and helped me find my DREAM DRESS on the very first appointment. Can’t wait to go back for the first fitting!
Had the worst experience here. The girl I worked with did not listen to what I wanted at all. I went onto their website and found a dress I loved, when I walked in I showed her and she said “no we don’t have that dress” and I said that I found it on their website and she ignored me. She brought me the same style of dress over and over again after I told her that I did not like it. I spend 75% of the appointment sitting in my regular clothes. I left in actual tears because it was just so beyond awful. I would stay far away from this place.
Beyond Grateful for Angela at Castle Couture ❤️ She didn’t give up until she found me my dream dress along with my mother in law and mom. Thanks Angela so much for all the love, care and support you gave me that day. Will never forget you xoxoxo
Highly recommend her you guys for anyone dying to find their dream dress This is the place !! She will make you feel like a true Princess ❤️ You go and look for Angela!! She will make it happen 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼❤️❤️❤️
Ramona Moscatello is a gem! She was so sweet and friendly, it made the entire experience stress-free. She asked what style I was interested in and pulled my dream gown. Never in a million years did I think the first dress I tried on- the first day out would be the one! I said YES. I hope you get the pleasure of working with her and her excellent team. Thanks for making it special during these COVID times
Throughout quarantine, I researched wedding gowns hoping to find the dress of my dreams as soon as I can. As months passed and appointments kept getting postponed I anxiously awaited for the day Castle Couture could open! Finally the day came! When entering castle couture, my mom, sister and I got our temperature taken. The building was impeccably clean. Castle couture provided a beautiful lace mask for the bride to wear. Each consultant wore a picture pin of their beautiful smile for us to feel more comfortable. Amongst all the craziness of COVID- 19, Castle Couture did an excellent job of making wedding dress shopping a wonderful experience!!
My consultant was Jody Alvino and I could not say more great things about her. She listened to my likes and dislikes and truly picked out dresses that were so me! Jody was attentive and so genuine with her comments and expertise. The dress I ended up choosing was the first dress Jody had me try on. After trying on a handful more I kept going back to the original. Once I put it back on, Jody, my mom and sister and I all lit up. Jody made me feel like a bride by dressing me in a veil and gave me a bouquet. It was such a special moment to say, “yes,” to the dress! Jody understood my simple but elegant style and found a dress that was that with a couture twist! I could not be more in love with my wedding dress! I look forward to my future appointments at castle couture and would recommend using Jody to anyone!
