Jessica did an absolutely incredible job as our month-of-coordinator for our micro-wedding! Though it was a small wedding, we had a lot of logistics to coordinate as the wedding was on a big property on the Sonoma Coast. Jessica was so professional and thoughtful from our first meeting to our wedding day. She worked with us to develop a wedding timeline, communicated logistic details with our vendors, and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of. We wanted to do our first look on a private trail on the property which was a bit of a hike so Jessica and her team chauffeured us to and from the trailhead to make sure we could get there and back on time – talk about going above and beyond! It was 100% because of Jessica that our wedding went so smoothly and we were able to enjoy the day instead of worrying about details. We would absolutely hire Castle Ever After again. Thank you Jessica and Tania for being such a dream to work with!

I’m a very detail organized person, but my daughter wanted me to be present at her Wedding and not preoccupied with running the day. I hired 2 friends for the “Month of” planning and Tania was FANTASTIC!! She was Professional ,calm ,and completely took over for me the Month of the Wedding! She understood what our focus, and concerns were, and delivered! If you’re a Mother of the Bride hire them to run the day from beginning to end so you can socialize with your friends and family and most of all enjoy the event WITH your daughter!

It was a true joy to have Castle Ever After as our wedding coordinators! Tania and Jessica went above and beyond in all of their preparations and planning/organizing for our big day. Responsive, communicative, bubbly, and detail oriented are the words that come to mind when describing Tania and Jessica. Oh, and how could I forget personable and FUN! They were just as excited for our wedding as we were. It was refreshing to work with women who were understanding and truly want you to enjoy such a momentous occasion. Jessica and Tania are the best sister duo. The are so professional, organization is off the chart. They make you feel like you're taken care of. They took over all communication with our vendors 60 days out. It relieved so much stress. They also worked with me to figure out all details for the day of to execute. Jessica was AMAZING! She is so good at her job! She was very thorough in making sure we completed everything in a timely manner up to the day of the wedding. She was with us every step of the way and helped us way beyond the day of the wedding. She was also always available if we ever had any questions throughout the process. We can't say enough to describe how truly wonderful working with the team at Castle Ever After Events was. From our first interaction with Jessica and Tania, we knew they were just the right fit to help us bring our vision to life! They are thoughtful, thorough, supportive and collaborative. I first heard about Castle Ever After from a referral of the company who could not accommodate the day of our 20 year wedding anniversary, which speaks volume. Upon meeting Tania and Jessica they were extremely profesional and made the contractual agreement easy with their web portal customized to my vision. My personality type doesn’t allow anyone to have control, however, due to their wealth of experience in this arena, I was subdued after a few meetings with them and allowed for the first time ever, someone else do the work and not me. They were informative every step of the way and made decisions on my behalf understanding my likes and dislikes. One of their many value points worth mentioning is their heavy contacts in this industry. One of my requirements was to have a special band play in an area where no one would go. The week of the celebration they contracted the musical group and it made our day, one and only. Their support in handling the different vendors I had the day of the Celebration was flawless. They kept my wife and I on schedule and made sure we had breathing room from the guests subtly taking us aside, it truly was art in motion. We left our event late and they stayed making sure all vendors and venue were returned and contracts were fulfilled. I was so happy with their service I recommended them to all my friends and family. Lastly, let’s talk about their price for their service. In my opinion, they are below market value for this service, which is why I would hire them before they raise their cost. Jessica is an amazing wedding coordinator!! She made sure our destination wedding in Italy ran smoothly. Johann & I were a bit nervous not knowing what to expect in a different country but she handled all the details so our special day was stress-free. She is so pleasant and fun to work with. Jessica was amazing on our wedding day. She showed up to help the day before the wedding to set up decor and help with rehearsals. On our wedding day she was readily available to help with anything that was needed. It was great to just take a step back as a bride and see it all come to life. I couldn’t have enjoyed the day without her help.

Crème de la Crème Coordinators! We worked with Tania and Jessica, of Castle Ever After for my daughter’s wedding in August. From our first phone call, I knew Tania and Jessica were the best fit. They had great energy and were very professional. The weeks leading up to the wedding, they helped alleviate so much stress, helping to finalize the details and handling all of the paperwork needed. On the day of, Castle Ever After made sure everyone was on track which helped us be at ease and truly enjoy the day. Outside of working with our vendors, they always made it a point to check on my daughter (the bride) to ensure she was OK, even going as far as making sure she ate through the morning. The night went seamlessly! I would work with Castle Ever After again for my other daughters weddings in a heartbeat!

I had the privilege of working with Castle Ever After when they assisted my wedding planner for our San Francisco wedding in October, and to say it was an absolute joy is an understatement!! Jessica is such a beautiful person inside and out and she was made for the wedding business! She was always one step ahead, making sure everything was exactly the way it needed to be, and her response whenever I asked her for a favor was, “don’t worry, I’m on it.” As the bride, I can tell you I did not worry once the entire day, and our wedding was incredible beyond my wildest dreams.
