She helped us with a suggested vendor list, we rented some decor from them on the big day, and she helped answer every single question we had, and made sure there were so many things that we weren't missing (surprise, we were missing a lot!)! Jessica is incredibly organized, advocates for her couples, and was seriously like a bff through the whole process, I can't believe it's already over! Jessica helped me so much with my ideas and making sure all my vendors came together. We also had a ton of decor and personal items that Jessica and Tania arranged on the day of flawlessly, and Jessica even came to several of the planning meetings and helped provide her opinions on everything which was so sincerely needed! Jessica and Tania worked so hard from the very first meeting to make sure that our wedding dreams came true and we cannot thank them enough! They are worth their weight in gold, sincerely the BEST investment I made in our wedding was working with Jessica and Tania! Don't waste another minute looking for anyone else, and if you were thinking 'I don't know if I need help, I love to diy' that was me! They still were the literal god send and needed in every single step of the way! Even if they charged double what they do, they would still be 100% worth it! Tania patiently answered our many questions, filling in large knowledge gaps around Save the Dates, invitations, and day-of logistics. In the final weeks leading up to our event, Tania found a hair stylist last minute for my overwhelmed wife. She was also a central hub for all our vendors, coordinating behind the scenes so we could focus on meeting family and getting ourselves ready. Tania communicated with us frequently over email, text, and video calls, and we always felt like our voices were heard. Her attentiveness and attention to detail made us feel like we were having our wedding, not just a wedding. One hopes that everything will go off without a hitch the weeks leading up to the wedding. We know through experience that some things are bound to go awry. We had a few stressful days prior to the reception, and Tania and Jessica kept us grounded and focused on the bigger picture. Especially the day of, they supported us through last-minute details such as a missing guestbook, misplaced centerpieces, and incorrect website information. The reception was spectacular: we danced, had fun, and had zero worries throughout the night. If something went wrong, we aren't aware of it. It's easy to take for granted what a joy it was to work with Tania and Jessica, because they made it so effortless for us. Every meeting energized us and made us more excited about bringing the pieces together. Although we only hired Tania and Jessica for their coordination services, they were instrumental in our planning process. In retrospect, we should have hired them for planning, too, knowing what we know now.

Even when a few last-minute things came up (including some details I completely forgot to mention ahead of time 😅), she handled everything without hesitation and kept the entire day perfectly on track with our timeline. The biggest gift she gave me was peace of mind — I genuinely was not stressed at all. She guided me through the entire day, reminding me when to walk, what I needed to do, and even running to grab props for photos that I forgot. I never had to think twice about anything because she was already on it. Leading up to the wedding, she was also amazing with communication. She was always available via text, responded quickly, and answered every question I had, which made the planning process feel so much easier. Her attention to detail was incredible. She set up all of our décor beautifully the day of without needing to check in constantly — I trusted her to make everything look great, and she absolutely delivered. She also went above and beyond behind the scenes. The week before the wedding, she coordinated with my sister (very last minute!) to help plan a surprise flash mob from my dad and uncles — and somehow worked it seamlessly into the timeline without me having any idea. It was such a special moment and stayed a complete surprise thanks to her. On top of that, she communicated flawlessly with all of our vendors, made sure everyone was taken care of (including ensuring they were fed), and kept everything running on time — from deliveries to pickups. I never had to worry about a single logistical detail. She was also incredibly professional throughout the entire process and always made me feel like a priority. She consistently checked in to make sure everything aligned with what *I* wanted and never made decisions without considering my preferences first, which meant so much. Even when she had a last-minute emergency and couldn’t attend the rehearsal, she made sure we were taken care of by sending someone fully prepared who walked us through everything seamlessly. And on the wedding day, her sister Jessica was there helping with setup and making sure everything looked perfect — she even surprised us by putting together a sweet little video at the end of the night 🥹 Both Tania and Jessica went above and beyond in every possible way. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and truly cares about making your day perfect, I highly, highly recommend them!
