our wedding day ran so smoothly, and that’s 100% because of her. Even when a few last-minute things came up (including some details I completely forgot to mention ahead of time 😅), she handled everything without hesitation and kept the entire day perfectly on track with our timeline. The biggest gift she gave me was peace of mind — I genuinely was not stressed at all. She guided me through the entire day, reminding me when to walk, what I needed to do, and even running to grab props for photos that I forgot. I never had to think twice about anything because she was already on it. Leading up to the wedding, she was also amazing with communication. She was always available via text, responded quickly, and answered every question I had, which made the planning process feel so much easier. Her attention to detail was incredible. She set up all of our décor beautifully the day of without needing to check in constantly — I trusted her to make everything look great, and she absolutely delivered. She also went above and beyond behind the scenes. The week before the wedding, she coordinated with my sister (very last minute!) to help plan a surprise flash mob from my dad and uncles — and somehow worked it seamlessly into the timeline without me having any idea. It was such a special moment and stayed a complete surprise thanks to her. On top of that, she communicated flawlessly with all of our vendors, made sure everyone was taken care of (including ensuring they were fed), and kept everything running on time — from deliveries to pickups. I never had to worry about a single logistical detail. She was also incredibly professional throughout the entire process and always made me feel like a priority. She consistently checked in to make sure everything aligned with what *I* wanted and never made decisions without considering my preferences first, which meant so much. Even when she had a last-minute emergency and couldn’t attend the rehearsal, she made sure we were taken care of by sending someone fully prepared who walked us through everything seamlessly. And on the wedding day, her sister Jessica was there helping with setup and making sure everything looked perfect — she even surprised us by putting together a sweet little video at the end of the night 🥹 Both Tania and Jessica went above and beyond in every possible way. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and truly cares about making your day perfect, I highly, highly recommend them!
