Castle Park has a lot of options as far as packages go to fit each client's needs. I liked the option to bring our own food if we wanted to and to not have to hire out their own vendors. They set up and cleaned up for us, so it was super easy. We also got a wedding planning session with a planner to set up all the decor before we got there, and that was a lifesaver. We had a winter wedding, and it was convenient to not do extra work on those cold days. Great people doing great things.
We had our wedding in the castle, dinner in the upper ballroom and our reception in the lower ballroom. We had a great planning experience and the staff was spot on. We had a few last minute items that we missed and our coordinator Amy went out of her way to make our special moment perfect.
Definitely a movie-worthy day for us.
Our wedding was surely not worth the money spent. It was a disaster on our special day we had hired the wedding coordinator and we told her several times we would need her assistance but they just so happened to forget to put it on our day so needless to say it was a wreck thank God for my family and friends for there help. It was filthy its was dirty in the castle and the ballroom the table cloth's where not even pressed the tables we had to put OUR things on my friends n family had to wash before we could put our things on them the caslte was dirty n the sidewalk was not sweeped grass wasn't mowed we where promised it would look amazing for us on our special day and it was a disaster other brides please BEAWARE DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE OUT!!!!!!
This review is long overdue, as my wife and I were married here in April of 2023. Our wedding was very unconventional for the area and not the easiest to plan. Abby and Eric helped bring our vision to life, despite the questions we raised and admittedly my wife and I being a bit over the top at points.
Our wedding had a lot of moving pieces and some of them were new to Castle Park as it wasn't your normal Utah wedding. They helped shape our day into one that will never be forgotten for all the right reasons. Eric was always straight forward with the costs and payment due dates. Abby our planner was there to help with any question concern or hiccup, often going above and beyond to make this one of the best days of our lives.
My Wife and I were unaware of any hiccups on the day of (apparently there were a couple) and felt the ceremony, turnover, and reception went fantastic. People commented to us on how great the food was. The DJ was able to keep the dance floor moving with songs everyone could enjoy.
I am not always the best with words, but if I could say anything about this team and venue, I would just say thank you for the incredible service, communication and time you put into our wedding to make it as magical as possible. Your dedication to your couples is clear and the fact that you care about them individually is evident. I cannot imagine going anywhere else or having another team for our day and would highly recommend Castle Park to anyone looking for an event space.
The set up was amazing and the transition from ceremony to reception was so flawless! At every turn I felt welcomed and catered to by everyone involved! I was able to customize everything to create the vison that I wanted for my wedding! All of the staff were super helpful and made it so easy for us to stay calm and stress free for our big day!
Our first meeting with Eric went really well. He was very informative and helpful. The venue (gardens, castle, and ballrooms) are beautiful and very nicely maintained. We went in the winter time when no flowers were planted and the grounds still looked great! We're very excited to have our wedding at Castle Park!!
My daughter had her wedding reception at The Castle Park, in the upper ballroom. It was everything we dreamed it would be, it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very kind, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends!
Had some issues at the start. My wedding planner was not good. Made scheduling mistakes and planning mistakes. When calling in with questions employees didn't have answers and were curt. The planner was replaced. The new planner was so much better. The day for the wedding went perfectly. Castle Park took care of almost everything we need for the day; cake, food, decorations and set up. Really glad it ended well.
Castle Park was amazing. You definitely get what you pay for with this venue. We were gifted a wedding cake from a friend and was able to apply a credit towards a light and drapes package. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
I about died when I saw how beautiful everything turned out to be. I couldn't have imagined my special day being any better.
We had a wonderful experience through Castle Park. They were very professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions quickly. We had our reception there. The decorations they set up were beautiful. They did our flowers, wedding cake, catering. It all turned out so amazingly. They also let us bring in a few of our own decorations and pictures to personalize it to our liking. I loved that they were so well organized at all of our meetings to help us get everything planned out so well, that our special day ran flawlessly. I loved that they even had the outdoor castle lights on for us, so our guests could explore the grounds. The sparkler send off was very fun. I also loved that we were able to schedule a time in advance to come and use their events center and grounds to take bridal photos and a First Look video. It was also helpful to have a sound check meeting the week before the wedding to make sure our video and music would all work on the night of the wedding. That proved to be a great step in making our night run more smoothly. The catering staff were amazing at doing all the food and clean up for us. We were very pleased with our experience through Castle Park. I would highly recommend them.
Everything went as planned and both my husband and I were both stress free the night of our wedding. We would recommend it to our friends and have our wedding their again if we could do it all over again.
We got engaged in April, and were married in September. After visiting what felt like a hundred different venues, we decided on Castle Park, and are so glad we did!
Amy was very helpful, and didn't get frustrated with us despite us changing plans several times. The venue looked awesome, and overall it was a very seamless night.
I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Castle Park. What I really appreciated about this place is how beautiful the property is, inside and out. The ballrooms are just lovely and the outside area worked wonderfully for photos. These guys were very helpful to us. And when it comes to decor Castle Park has so many awesome choices!

Castle Park was a beautiful place for my wedding. Both my husband and I had a great experience using them. When we got there the venue was all set up and more than we imagined it could ever be. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. The catering was also great, except for some miscommunication during the process. Overall we would recommend Castle Park for a wedding or party venue.
Absolutely loved the venue, it was absolutely beautiful & decorated to perfection! The planners & staff were amazing! Everything ran smoothly & couldn't have been more perfect! My daughter & her finance' are planning on using them for their wedding now!
My reception was a dream and I give all the credit to Castle Park and their staff. I had looked at several other reception venues before checking out Castle Park and they were either super overpriced or were just going to be difficult to work with. Amy and Shay literally took care of everything and they were SO easy to work with. I honestly can't say I'd change anything about my reception, it was perfect in every way.

We had our reception in the lower ballroom, which was gorgeous. The wedding planner was really helpful and made sure we got things just as we wanted them. Everything was set up and ready to go when we got there which was great to not have to worry about. They were very clear about what was included in each package and what we paid for. No mystery or guessing, we knew exactly what we were getting. We got compliments from guests who where asking about it and telling friends about it. My sister then had her wedding the next month in the upper ballroom, which also went extremely well!
The best venue for the best day of my life
My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and our reception here at the castle! It was amazing. Planning was easy and they were always available to answer questions or address any concerns that we had. The venue was amazing and it was everything we could have hoped for. The price is very very reasonable considering they do the decorating and setting up/taking down. You WONT find a better deal, plus it's amazing. I personally would recommmend the castle for anyone looking into this place! But overall no matter when're you choose it's amazing and the staff will make sure it's perfect and everything you need will be taken care of.
We loved the venue! The decorations were very pretty, the cake and flowers were good, the service provided by the workers there was really good as well. We also really liked the amount of room there was for the tables and a dance floor. The only thing we wish was a little bit better was the food; it could have been warmer. All in all, we had a really wonderful experience there and would be willing to have more events at Castle Park in the future.
OH. EM. GEE. I love Castle Park! I looked at every venue from Provo to Layton and Castle Park is BY FAR the prettiest venue for the most affordable price. I used the castle for our ceremony (dream come true), and rode the carriage as a "send-off" to the lower ballroom for our reception. We used the caterer (dinner was delicious), cake, floral, and decorations through Castle Park. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted and I was able to bring in my own personal touches to complete the look. I was so pleased with everything that was included in their package and didn't feel the need to upgrade anything which was nice as I paid for the wedding almost entirely by myself. My family and guests were so pleased with Castle Park and we received many compliments on the event. It was truly everything I could have asked for.
It was really nice to have a venue that did almost everything! I didn't have to worry about finding an accepted vendor! And their catering service provides a lot of variety so it made the planning really simple. On the day of the catering team was super helpful and considerate. I had a lot of timing concerns because I was doing a dinner and a flowing reception and they set up in time and took down the buffet exactly when I told them. Because they laid out their services and the specifics of the services in their pamphlet that they gave me when I initially went and saw the venue when I went back to plan with the wedding planner there weren't many surprises and it went rather quickly and painlessly. The decorations that they do set up were arrange beautifully when we arrived and we just put up some of our extras. They have a lot of variety in their decorations too. The only thing that wasn't exactly clear in the pamphlet was the tablecloths and the flowers. The tablecloths that come as part of the package are the pinched ones rather than flat steamed ones. The flat steamed ones were $5 extra per table which wasn't bad so I just paid it. Also the flowers that come with the package were roses and I don't like roses so that is something to be aware of.

This is a beautiful wedding venue. My daughter felt like a princess. All we did was bring flowers and bridal pictures. The upper ballroom is elegant and sophisticated. The ceiling drapes are worth the price, they really created a great atmosphere. Long tufted table cloths (they are beautiful) are included in the basic cost as well as many table runners and centerpieces to choose from. It is immaculate and has a nice scent. Overall we couldn't have been happier. Castle Park allows outside food vendors, so don't let that cost scare you away. The bride’s room is pretty. They even have a groom’s room with video games and a TV for the wedding party to have some down time. The guest bathrooms are right there and very nice. The large kitchen was wonderful with full size fridges etc. The wedding planner was fun and the planning sessions really made my daughter excited to get married and feel very special. Don't hesitate to book this place. We had many wedding guests tell us that this was the most beautiful wedding they have attended. It was easy and low stress. The day was wonderful.
The place and staff were beyond amazing. They worked with me from the start and never hesitated to answer my loads of questions, wether it being though email, text, or phone. They were beyond helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding. My wedding day went off without a hitch and the choices I made brought together by such a great staff and wedding planner was surreal. From the food, to the DJ, to the help of the wedding Planner Amy. It made my day beyond perfect. The lower ballroom was perfect, and the beauty of the venue in itself was just great! We had such a beautiful reception using Castle Park's ballroom. Planning the night was effortless as the wedding planner, Shay, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger which takes such a load off a potentially stressful night. But Castle Park made it stress free! They set it up beautifully and just as we planned, catered for us with delicious food, served the cake for us, and took care of all the clean up. Has a beautiful Bride's Dressing Room that I loved getting ready in, and beautiful bouquet and boutonnière flower arrangement. Excellent work. I am recommending this venue to all my engaged and future engaged friends and family. Very satisfied.
I absolutely loved Castle Park! I chose the upper ballroom for my wedding reception and it was beautiful! The staff and wedding planner were easy to work with and very helpful. The building is very clean and elegant. During May the flowers and greenery are amazing. I love the options they had for decor. I went to several venues before castle park and nothing had the variety that Castle Park has and none were more professional. I would definitely recommend this venue for wedding receptions.
My husband and I got married in March and we're so glad that we chose Castle Park as our venue. We chose the all-inclusive package, which included dinner, flowers, cake, decorations, and a wedding planner. That made the whole wedding process so much easier. The venue was absolutely beautiful, we had our ceremony and reception in the upper ballroom. The bride's room was absolutely gorgeous as well as the decor for the ceremony and reception. Our wedding photos turned out so beautiful not only because we had an amazing photographer but because of all the beautiful places to take pictures, which included the ballroom, outside areas, as well as the castle. We also had the opportunity to take our engagement pictures there as well. The wedding planners did a great job making sure everything flowed nicely throughout the day of the wedding and did a great job during the rehearsal. My favorite part of the wedding was having our first dance to instrumental music played by a string trio, it was absolutely beautiful. We are so grateful for everything that Shay and Amy did to make our dream fairytale wedding a reality. We received so many compliments from our guests, everyone was happy. I would definitely recommend this wedding venue to others.
This is a Fantastic Venue, our son had his wedding reception in the upper ballroom and it was Beautiful!! Amy and her staff are Fabulous to work with, they think of every detail to make your event perfect! They are so easy to work with and have wonderful ideas and tips to make the planning easy. It is very affordable for such a special day and so nice to not worry about the set up or clean up. I'm so happy that we had our event here and wouldn't hesitate a bit to recommend them to everyone we know!!
Castle Park has attention to detail down to a science. They made sure every aspect of my luncheon and reception was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Amy and Shay were wonderful!
I really loved my experience with Castle Park. With my circumstances (my family flew in a week before the wedding from out-of-state) it was the perfect solution for decorating and having a beautiful wedding venue. The complete package is a very good deal and comes with fantastic basics. Table linens, centerpieces, food, a backdrop and complete use of the in house sound and microphone. Really it worked out great for me and I was thrilled with the look of the lower ballroom alone! There was plenty of room for people to mingle and talk to each other and it felt like a old princess-like ballroom. If your looking for something that will create the atmosphere for a lovely wedding reception, this is a great option. Also, you can pay for additional services, which also looked beautiful and elegant.

Castle Park is amazing!! I did the all inclusive wedding package and never regretted it! It took so much stress off my shoulders in regards to planing a wedding. The decorations are beautiful and you have a ton of different options to chose from. The staff is incredible and is always checking up on you. The staff even made sure that my husband and I were drinking water through out the night, as standing in a line can be exhausting. The food is delicious and and made beautifully. If you want a stress free wedding that is still gorgeous and everything you have ever dreamed of, Castle Park honestly is the place to go.
I was really impressed with Castle Park. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed AND wanted for my wedding reception! They really pay attention to detail and they even thought of things I wouldnt think of myself. I would highly highly recommend them to annyone!
I loved Castle Park! Not only is it a beautiful venue but they made the wedding planning process such a breeze! Since I did the all inclusive package they literally take care of everything. All you need to do is send pictures of what you want certain things to look like, like bouquet and cake etc. You go to two planning meetings to pick out all the things you want to have such as centerpieces, linens, food etc. Everything else is done through email so it is very convenient to contact them and get what you want. The only thing I would say is that it is kinda pricey (at least I thought so). But they definitely go above and beyond with everything so it's worth every penny. Just make sure you don't end up changing the wedding date like I did because only 20% of your deposit will transfer. Overall I had a fantastic reception, it was beautiful, better than I imagined, nothing went wrong, and I highly recommend this venue to brides everywhere!
This was a fantastic venue! It was a great value for the money. The in-house caterer was amazing! I was even told by one of my guests it was the best food he'd ever had at a wedding. The decor was beautiful and everything was spot on. The staff was amazing and kept me informed and made sure everything ran smoothly. Working with a wedding planner made the entire process easy and took a lot of stress off of me. They were extremely accommodating and made sure my wedding day was perfect! I highly recommend Castle Park and all of their services!
I started planning our wedding 9 months prior to our wedding date. I started off with comparing venues and what they had to offer. Castle park had the lowest price with the most to offer. The bride and groom's room were included in the package. The table linens, table runners, centerpieces and chairs decoration were also included. They let you bring your own DJ and vendors which can help save a lot of money. What's also included in your package is your wedding planner. The people who help you make this happen are so nice and helpful. So, if you want the most for your buck and deal with friendly staff members, make sure to choose Castle Park!
Loved having my wedding here in the beautiful upper ballroom! There are three different places you can have your wedding: the upper ballroom, lower ballroom, and the castle. Each place has their own pros and cons, so it depends on your wedding and your vision. Their packages are completely customizable, so you can have them do how much or how little you'd prefer. I had them do my flowers as well as all of the decorations and both were absolutely gorgeous. They can also do your cake, DJ, alcohol, and catering. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
Castle Park was the best choice that my husband and I could have made in a venue. We could not have been more thrilled with how we were treated by the staff. My wedding was just a couple of weeks ago, and even now we are still getting emails from them about how the day was and how things are going now. We were expecting rain on our day, so the staff offered us replacement rooms if it started raining before our ceremony. We were scheduled to use the castle. Luckily it didn't start raining until just after the ceremony. But they were so gracious to offer to set up the lower ballroom if need be. I would 100% recommend Castle Park to anyone who needs a beautiful and seller venue!!
Castle park was amazing! The venue was stunning, and the staff are pretty incredible. If you want to feel special I suggest having your reception here. I had mine in the lower ballroom and it was breath taking, I absolutely felt like a princess. They also had a carriage ride to take me and my husband to our car at the end of the night, everything about that day was incredible. Having my reception here was timeless, not to mention how great it was to not have to worry about doing a thing. Castle park will for sure take care of you.

Wonderful venue. We received many, many compliments from the guests at our reception about the quality of Castle Park. It is kid-friendly and boasts unique beauty and a fairy-tale atmosphere. It was perfect for our wedding.
I had my wedding reception in the lower ballroom and it turned out beautifully! They included some helpful planning meetings so we knew exactly what to expect. Castle Park provides a very classy and beautiful atmosphere. They provided linens, tables, chairs, and table centers, as well as a beautiful backdrop, a great sound system and big screen TV. They also have a beautiful grand piano in the lower ballroom too. Our family members thanked us again and again for choosing a reception hall instead of having a back yard reception. It took a lot of stress off of all of us. My one caveat about the lower ballroom is that there is no kitchen downstairs. We provided our own food and had to use the kitchen upstairs and share it with whoever was using the upper ballroom.
Castle Park made my wedding day so special! The day was perfect and everything went so smoothly. I was grateful for all of the planning meetings prior to the reception because I knew everyone was on the same page. They were very kind to us and very helpful. They are very professional and will make sure that everything is just right for your special day. I would highly recommend choosing to have your reception at castle park. It allowed us to have a wonderful time and be worry free throughout the evening. Castle park is the way to go!
Castle Park was a fantastic venue! They were so helpful and gave us a lot of assistance, which surprised me because they are one of the better priced venues in the area. We got so many compliments on how gorgeous the reception was, and it was hassle-free.
